The atmosphere of this store, in my opinion, is rather cold/uninviting. It's a decently sized space, but very few tables and is very bare bones. The staff also look like they don't want to be there, but they were nice and answered our questions. Honestly, you're better off taking your food to-go.
They put rau muong (aka morning glory/ong choy/water spinach) in their banh mis and this is the first time I've had banh mi with it. While not exactly bad, it added another level of texture that, in my opinion, clashed with the rest of banh mi texture and fillings. This is just my personal preference, so do with that info what you will.
As for the banh mis themselves, they come in a box and they were fine. If they bother to heat it up for you, then not bad. If they don't, then it can taste a bit stale. The fillings were okay; not terrible, nothing to hit home about either. Just so so.
I did find it odd that for to-go orders, nothing except the food was included in the bag. No napkins at all, just the box and bread, which kind of defeats the purpose of taking a banh mi to go if you don't have any napkins. I don't know if they forgot or if they didn't care, and napkins aren't available for you to get either. You need (at least when we visited) to ask them for it.
So overall, if you happen to be in the area, maybe give it a try. In my opinion, it isn't worth the time and effort to go out of your way for this place; it's more of a "oh, we happen to be in the area and want a quick (to-go) bite" type of place.
