You guys have the worst customer service. When I tried to figure out why our payments from medi-cal were not coming through, you told me it was because of Patterson and medi-cal. Turns out that it was vyne was no longer accepting electronic noas and I had to figure it out. It took me a month to figure it out on my own with my collections just dropping. As a first time business owner it was hard. I tried to contact you guys and you guys never got back to me. I left messages, calls, and emails and I never got anything back. Only time I got a call was when they asked me for a payment. Truly the worst experience I’ve even had with a vendor. We have switched to dental x change and have had a better experience.

After many months of trying to resolve an issue, Vyne representative Laney Miller was able to figure it out and fix all my concerns. She handled everything quickly, professionally and with kindness. Anyone experiencing an issue contact Laney Miller!!

One of my employees signed up for Vyne NEA fastattach under their personal name and login information. Said employee left our office in December 2024- since then we have not used their services, which was confirmed by a Vyne representative. I never received an invoice until September 2025. They have been charging monthly for 9 months for a service we were not using. When I asked for a refund of unused services, they stated they do not give refunds. When I said I would charge back the credit card they stated that I would be sent to collections. I left a message to speak with an account manager (Victoria) but I have not gotten a call back. Thumbs down. Sneaky and unprofessional business practices.

Fine platform for scheduling, reminders, forms, and claims BUT their customer service is the worst I've experienced.. I have called multiple times and then it forces you just to leave a message with a call back number and they just simply don't call. Then I proceed to "chat" them and they say they will leave a ticket with someone to call. Its been over about 3 months with no one reaching out. Very frustrating..

Some of the worst customer service reps in the world work at this company. As an external IT company, it's very difficult working with this company. They often have very long hold times, never resolve issues on the first call and typically require numerous call backs to get assistance. Agents are rude and I've been yelled at and hung up on for not having all of the information they need. I can't imagine paying these people for a service and being treated like this. Please look elsewhere unless you want to spend more time and money troubleshooting their constant connection issues while being barated by subpar support agents.

This is by far the worst company I have ever worked with. I have tried to reach them for over 6 months, with no resolution. The communication is horrible, the customer service is horrible, the billing department is horrible. If I could give them company 0 stars, I would. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR CLEARING HOUSE OR ANY PATIENT RELATIONS.

We already used Vyne for our claim submissions but we recently switched everything over and it was a great decision. Not only did it save us a bunch of money but we also appreciate the Live Chat feature. Anytime we have a question or issue it is nice to be able to chat and get a quick fix. Customer service is top notch, everyone is always very helpful.

The customer service I receive from Vyne has always been exceptional! Our tech Rebecca was very efficient and knowledgeable with our initial install and we have had her on a few of our service calls. She is so patient with us! The interface with Vyne is clear and I feel we are receiving faster, more accurate updates on the front end instead of having to wait to see if the claim was accepted and processed correctly. I appreciate how fast the rejected reports come back allowing me to fix errors or contact patients quickly!
