0/10 do not recommend this hotel. As a travel agent, this hotel was very disappointing. I decided to stay here for my birthday trip because online it is aesthetically pleasing. however, in person it wasn’t completely not! I wanted to be able to get content to post for my clients, but was not able to! On arrival it’s nothing but construction, what you see online is not what you’ll get in person. The so called “lobby area” smelled like straight paint. Not to mention, one of the elevators was broke so it took forever for the elevators to go up and down. We stayed on the 10th floor. Grant it, the view was great but the room was again not is what is displayed online. We couldn’t sleep because all of the loud construction. We did not have hot water, my boyfriend literally had to take a cold shower, they eventually did fix that. For the room to “renovated” the mirror was cracked, shower issues. Housekeeping didn’t come until almost 4pm to even try to clean or ask if we needed anything. This hotel literally charged us over $500 for our stay and it was not worth it. I told the representatives at the front desk but they hardly cared, all I got was “i’m sorry, and I can give you points for being a marriott member” respectfully, I rarely stay marriott, but again online and tiktok this place was very pleasing and i was so excited to get content but wasn’t able to do so, i’d prefer a discount on my stay because this was unacceptable. This is very disheartening for me to say but I will not be sending nor recommending this hotel for any of my clients!
