13 Best Places to Eat Brazilian Food in Los Angeles | Eater LA

"With a tiny, focused menu of Brazilian churrasco, or grilled meats and their expected accompaniments, Koreatown’s W Steakhouse — and its recent expansion in Gardena — do a condensed, and ultimately more affordable version of Brazilian barbecue. Like larger churrascarias, servers bring freshly grilled picanha, garlic beef, chicken hearts, and more to tables, while another server shuffles a cart around with sides like stewed black beans, white rice, and stroganoff. Other table bites include salad, vinaigrette (like pico de gallo), and chimichurri, plus waffle-shaped pao de quiejo, or cheese bread. Just expect to wait during prime hours given their small dining rooms, or call ahead to book a table. — Matthew Kang, lead editor" - Bill Esparza

I had dinner for $44.90. The grilled meat was great (see the photo) and had no smell! The baby beef was my favorite, and all the side dishes were delicious, especially the waffle cheese bread. It’s made fresh, so you wait 5-10 minutes, but it’s worth it! I’ll definitely come back! Great service 👍 Parking is $1 for 90mins in the building (just remember to validate). P.S. No alcoholic drinks available.

Google
Such an amazing experience! We had my birthday here and although Yelp limited RSVP to 12, I was able to call in to request 20, with 21 people showing up on a Monday night! As far as the food and service, it was stellar. Everyone enjoyed the food here and boy do they keep on coming out! Excellent service by the gracious, friendly staff! For the meat, the favorites are the pork belly, picanha, garlic picanha, tri-tip, and skirt steak. They were all seasoned to perfection and so flavorful and savory! The surprise of the night was the chicken heart for those of us adventurous enough to try it. It was not as rubbery or chewy as the ones I've tried before at a Thai restaurant, and had a good texture and char flavor. As for the sides, the runaway favorite was the cream corn. A sweet, refreshing side, it complements pretty much any meat very well. The beef strogonoff and waffle cheese bread were also popular amongst our group. Lastly, we ended the night with grilled pineapple slices with cinnamon glazed on top. So delicious! The only caveat here is that as of 6/16/25, the restaurant does not have a liquor license (in K-town no less) so you would need to bring your own alcohol. We brought wine and the host graciously gave us a wine opener and there was no corking fee. Overall, the W Brazilian Steakhouse in K-town is a gem. Street parking is what you'd expect out of K-town, but once you're in, it's worth it. A pretty casual environment with high-grade cuisine priced below the likes of Fogo de Chao. I can't wait to come back again!

Google
Absolutely loved our experience at this Brazilian steakhouse! The staff were warm, attentive, and very accommodating throughout our visit. The variety and quality of the meats were outstanding, perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection. The sides were equally delicious. Great atmosphere, incredible service, and definitely excellent value for money. Highly recommend for anyone who enjoys a hearty and flavorful meal!

Google
The food was delicious! I really enjoyed many of the available meats and side dishes. The service is great. The people on staff made me feel welcome and always ensured I had all the meats I wanted. The atmosphere is nice and cozy. Great place for any kind of occasion.

The restaurant is smaller than other Churrascaria but the quality is still the same. Good meats and well prepared. Decent pricing and good service.

May go again / price = average / service = above average / cleanliness = average / parking = metered street parking / interior = casual cafe, typical Korean restaurant Visited during lunch and spent around ~$35. I heard about W Brazilian steakhouse many times being good and one of the better spots in LA. Although they are good, I would not say that there is anything special about this place. I gave it four stars based on the quality of the food, but I rather go to some of the other Brazilian BBQ spots in the area. Possibly because of hearing that they are Korean owned, the meats may have seasoning that is similar to the Brazilian style; however, something is off and different from a traditional Brazilian BBQ. There is a good selection but different from the others, they do not have any salad bars or buffet items. They bring out all the side dishes along with the meats.

Google
What an amazing spot to have a really nice dinner. I took my fiance and 19 month old baby for dinner and the staff couldn't have been nicer. The food was absolutely perfect too. I can't wait to return to LA to have an excuse to go back.

Google
Not sure if it was just an off day, but none of the meat tasted like it was seasoned / salted. Food seemed to be of good quality, though. Friendly service. No salad bar, but they bring a garden salad to your table. They also bring your sides, which are quite limited as compared to a typical Brazilian steakhouse. If the meat is usually better seasoned, would be worth coming back for the price… but it must be noted this is not the full churrascaria experience.

Yelp
Food: 5 stars Service: 5+ stars Ambiance: 5 stars Came here for department dinner on 12/7/23 (about 15 of us), and we all everything here, from food to service. Their meat and side selections may be limited compared to M Grill, but I can almost guaranty that you will enjoy all of their meat and side dishes for half the price. I actually like their cheese waffle better than M Grill's cheese balls. You should it by stacking your meat, salad, and salsa on your cheese waffle like a sandwich. It's good. I didn't get our server's name, but he was awesome with his sense of humor. I believe every single one of us enjoyed our dinner here and left 100% stuffed.

Yelp
I don't understand the hype of this place at all. The menu has limited cuts to begin with already, but that night, the carver kept coming around with the same items over and over, picanha and tri-tip. The restaurant is TINY, only a handful of tables, but every time the carver had something else on offer other than the two mentioned, he only came by our table when there was only the last bits left for serving. I don't eat pork, but there was literally only one piece of overcooked pork belly left when he made it to our table and that sad piece was served to my dining partner. Towards the end of our meal, the carver finally came to us with garlic beef and there were only two overcooked pieces left, which he so generously served us. Like I said, there was plenty of picanha and tri-tip, but part of the appeal of Brazilian BBQ is the variety. On top of that, both the picanha and tri-tip were woefully underseasoned. To add insult to injury, even though his serving "sword" was full of picanha he kept making a point to serve me and my friend the less juicy end pieces. He cut an end piece off and served it to my friend and then asked me if I wanted a piece. I said yes (there wasn't much else on offer) and it seemed natural that he would cut off the same slab whose end was already cut and served to my friend, thereby giving me a juicier center piece, but instead he makes a point to turn his sword all the way around to expose another end piece, slices it off and then serves it to me. This happened every time he carved picanha for us that night, which was multiple times as we were forced to keep eating picanha since that's basically all there was. The waffle cheese bread is gimmicky and the traditional fluffy pão de queijo is better. Service is polite but distant and frosty imo. For such an intimately small atmosphere, a little warmth would go a long way. I also didn't appreciate being given last cuts as well as lesser cuts no matter how politely served. Better service would have made for a more pleasant experience (as it always does), but it doesn't change the fact that the food was just mid overall. I'm Asian, so service is not a huge gripe to me in general as I'm used to getting treated like crap, as long as the food makes up for it, which out decidedly did not. You get what you pay for. M grill is pricier, but head and shoulders better. I wouldn't go back here. Dinner here was more an L than a W. Sorry, had to go there.

Yelp
Friend invited me here, small cozy shop in contrast to the much larger Brazilian places that I think most of us are used to going to. Service is pretty personal as a result I think, top grade - they were always available close by & we could flag them if we needed anything. Meat was fine, I don't like to say it but I don't think it was as juicy/hot as other places which I speculate could be due to the volume meaning they're going to have a slower time going through skewers of meat. Tri-Tip - some pieces were seared and have slight burnt exterior that is perfect, some pieces my friend had and one of mine were dry but it's worth looking for a good cut. Garlic Picanha is thicker cube/square and is somewhat tougher and dryer compared to other meats. I wanted to like this more than the normal picanha so be aware. Probably best to try 1 and split it in half with a friend to see if you are a garlic lover. Sides: they serve them to you so you have to say if you want one or how much you want - not as ideal as you going through a buffet line yourself and ladling it out but the Stroganoff was a highlight, try it with at least a bite of rice. Extremely savory/flavorful. Friends loved their cheese bread which is freshly made, can be really hot. Mochi like texture, flavorful. I don't eat in LA much but I read from a friend's review that this place is cheaper than other similar places so that would be a fine tradeoff for what I mentioned above.

Yelp
Exceptional food and service! We were lucky enough to eat with just a few other tables so the owners gave us their undivided attention and the most amazing customer service. They're such lovely people that are so passionate about sharing the Brazilian cuisine to the community. The food is BOMB, and specifically their pork belly was life changing. As a Korean adult that has had soooo much pork belly in my lifetime, this by far was the best pork belly I have ever had. 11/10 recommend.

Yelp
Better than fogo de cao hands down that beef straganoff go crazy all the sides were on point and of course the meats were insane come hungry and red meat deprived you'll be in Heaven all the food had lots of flavor even the mashed potatoes and the Asian guy who I believe to be the owner was extremely attentive and that means a lot being black

Yelp
Love this place! Its a Brazilian with a little Korean twist. The owners are Brazilian Korean. The meats are a bit limited but they are all good. Picanha, garlic picanha and tri tip were my favorites and they were all cooked seasoned well. The sides were also really good. I normally don't eat beans at all...but the beans here are my favorite. Stroganoff, corn cheese, mashed potato, salad and rice all cooked well. I wish that they have garlic rice like others. I like that they serve the sides fresh and they serve it to you on your table...much more sanitary and cuts waste. The price point is good too. Ive been to M Grill, Fogo, H&H, Texas de Brazil, Pampas etc and this place can compare. Its not super fancy like the other high end places but it can def compete!!! Cant wait to be back.

Yelp
Came here for my birthday lunch and the food did not disappoint! Service was great and the staff were friendly and attentive. Although this steakhouse only has a limited selection of meats the delicious sides makes up for it. I enjoyed all the sides especially the cream corn, beef stroganoff over rice, and the cheese waffle. The meats were tender and flavorful. There's a small parking lot on the left side of the building with free parking. Definitely worth a try to support small businesses!

Yelp
Parking: small lot next to Banchan! Note: they close starting 2:30pm before dinner! Great price for unlimited meat and side dishes!! Our waitress and waiter were FANTASTIC! I recommend: - cheese bread - baby beef (so tender) - garlic picanha - Brazilian sausage But tbh they're all good and the sides are all great :-))!! I would totally recommend!!

Yelp
Service was really good. Am assuming the server was one of the owners. Thank you. Food was decent. Limited cuts but still well prepared. Small space about 10 tables or so. If your craving meat then this space is not too shabby. Am more impressed with the service then anything considering considering this is LA

Yelp
I've been here twice now, and my experience has been wonderful both times. Parking isn't too hard, we parked in the lot next to it last time and found street parking pretty easily the second time around. It's a smaller restaurant and not as fancy as other Brazilian BBQ places, but super great and affordable option if you're not looking to splurge as much as those meals. The service is extremely friendly!! They were constantly coming to our table to see if we needed more refills on the sides or if we wanted more meat. You can tell that they really care about their customers. The food is also great! The meat is tender and juicy, and the sides provided are amazing!! My favorites are the Garlic Picanha, Beef Stroganoff, and the Creamed Corn. Perfect together and such a nice treat. The grilled pineapple is also a great way to end the meal. Definitely recommend trying and supporting a small and local business!!

Yelp
A cheap Brazilian bbq spot. 40 dollars for dinner? All you can eat? Yes! They bring out all the sides in the beginning and you can ask for more. The meats are delicious. The chimichurri was AMAZING. The hot sauce was ok. Free parking next door in the Banchan parking lot.

Yelp
I had an absolutely fantastic experience at the Brazilian steakhouse I visited today! From the moment I walked in and was greeted warmly, to being seated promptly with my reservation, everything was top-notch. The side dishes, including the cooked creamed corn, pickled onions, beef stroganoff, mashed potatoes, rice, salad, and chimichurri sauce, were all delicious complements to the star of the show - The meat! Speaking of the meat, we indulged in the baby beef, garlic beef, and the picanha steak, which was a standout favorite. Each bite was bursting with flavor and perfectly cooked to our liking. I was also impressed by the cleanliness of the restrooms, a reflection of the attention to detail throughout the restaurant. But what truly made our meal special was the attentive and friendly staff. They made us feel welcome and ensured we had everything we needed for a memorable dining experience. I couldn't have asked for a better lunch today. Thank you to the entire team at this W Brazilian steakhouse for making it an unforgettable visit!

Jordan M.

Yelp
The waiter here was the kindest most attentive waiter I've ever had at a restaurant. The food is delicious & smoking hot when it comes out. The side dishes are equally as good as the meats. My favorites were the garlic steak, Cheesy waffle bread, & beef stroganoff. I left so stuffed that I needed to release the top button of my jeans for added comfort All in all, good was great, service great! Food 9/10 Service 12/10 Will definitely be coming back! Only this time, I won't eat for 2 days prior in preparation

Yelp
Less expensive alternative to Fogo at $40 for dinner and $33 for lunch. The meat quality varies. For example the Picanha. The waiter on the first round cut it way too thick and it was cooked too much so it was not that good. The second round the Picanha was medium rare and cut into thin slices which was much better. The other meats were not that great so it's pretty much Picanha and the sides. The sides were very good. Loved the cream corn and the salad. The cheese bread is cooked like a waffle. They provided a salsa sauce of sorts that tastes really good with the Picanha. This is a small location so around 6 tables. Street parking. The Picanha is good but I'd prefer going to Pampas which would probably be half the price.

Yelp
My brother recommended I try out W Brazilian Steakhouse, so I decided to go when I had to make a trip to LA anyway to drop off someone at UCLA. They offer lunch on weekdays for a slightly cheaper price, $32.99 instead of $39.99 for dinner as of December 2022. Great value overall, and still all-you-can-eat. There is a small parking lot nearby, but I was able to find metered street parking in front of the restaurant. The interior is quite small, with only 7-8 tables total. It was not too busy when we went at 1:45PM on Monday though (last seating at 2PM, they close between lunch and dinner with lunch ending at 2:30PM). Service was attentive, not overly friendly but okay. The Asian (Korean?) owner must have spent a good amount of time in Brazil, as he conversed in Portuguese with some of the guests. As others have mentioned, there are only a handful of cuts of meat, 8 during my visit (7 on the menu + bonus Tri-tip). However, the quality of the meats was excellent, with all the meats super juicy and not overly salty. The edges were also nice and crisp without being too charred. Baby beef was the thickest cut, and one of my favorites, but all of the meats were very tasty. The food was definitely 5-star, better than a lot of the meats I have had at the bigger Brazilian barbecue chains. The side dishes were also decent, especially the creative cheese bread waffle, a unique shape for pão de queijo. Side dishes came around on a cart and were served at the table, with unlimited refills. I was missing my grilled bananas, and the stroganoff and creamed corn were definitely on the sweeter side, but the pickled onions, sauce, hot sauce, and chimichurri were flavorful and showcased a hint of Korean flavors. The water also came in a carafe typical of most Korean restaurants. There was only one gaucho for the whole restaurant when we dined, but he was working diligently to get around to all the tables. Highly recommend for a different Brazilian barbecue experience, and to support a smaller mom-and-pop place. Just be forewarned that it's a tiny place!

Yelp
Overall, a good experience. The regular and Garlic Picanha were very tasty. The Beef Stroganoff was stellar. The Pork Belly was good too. You will not get the same variety of meats and side selections compared to other Brazilian steak restaurants in the the city. The place offers a good value for the money.

Yelp
Pretty good. I like this place. Food I great. Service is good. I like the ambiance. Nice bang for buck

Yelp
W for WOW! This place is truly the example of having limited options, but executing it all exceptionally well. They have 7 meat choices and a good amount of side dishes, all served to you. The meats are so juicy and not overly salted like at other churrascarias. My favorites were the picanha and the baby beef, but all seven options were delicious. Even the sides are good! Standouts were the corn, rice (surprisingly), and of course the cheese bread waffle. Make sure you stick around for some cinnamon grilled pineapple! Service was great and friendly. Despite it being a full restaurant, I never felt like I was waiting ages for more food. A real hidden gem. Ayce Brazilian bbq dinner for only $40. Reservations are highly recommended.
google avatar

L K.

Yelp
Absolutely trash. Service is one person seating probably the son. Owner comes in talks with his buddies. Asked for specific meats throughout the whole meal and they dont bring out. I really felt as though they were in the back butchering the cow and preparing the meat. I really don't understand how hard it is to bring out the meat in a timely manner. Also, the meat quality is awful. I would recommend paying more and going to a different all you can eat in the area.

Yelp
My husband and I eat Brazilian BBQ pretty often and I've had W Brazilian bookmarked since they opened. We had a show in LA and decided that was our chance to check it out. We drove all the way from OC with reservations. The inside of the restaurant is very casual and no frill. It is also pretty small so reservations is a must. On the day we went there was only one server which made getting everything kinda slow. Unlike other AYCE Brazilian BBQ places the sides are served to you. My favorites included creamed corn and beef stroganoff. They both ran pretty sweet. Oh and their waffle cheese bread is also good. As for meats there were 7 different options with 2 of them being sausages. My favorite was the original Picanha. My least favorite was the pork belly, which is surprising since it is Korean owned. The meat guys were awesome and came around often. Meats were cooked right and was pretty flavorful. They do not offer chimichurri sauce here. They have their popular hot sauce or you can get regular A1 sauce. Oh and they had grilled pineapple which was good. Pricing was $40 a person. The service was slow but they were nice. It took a really long time for us to get our bill. Would we come back? Probably not. Sorry I don't get all the 5 star reviews.

Yelp
Dined here for lunch with friends. It was overall a good experience. The food was served promptly and we never felt rushed. We were there for about 1 hour/ 20 min. The Picanha was very soft and delicious. It's not your average $15 dollar meal in LA, but a very special one you have once in a while. We ate till we were all satisfied.

Yelp
A cool and intimate take for a Brazilian churrascaría! Made some reservations before We came since I had never been here before and glad I did. It's street parking and I recommend making a reservation and arriving early to find parking. It's way smaller than most Brazilian Churrascarías (especially the chains) which, makes it super intimate. When entering we were sat immediately. There are at most 8-10 tables and it was pretty small Inside, however they do an amazing job of replacing the typical salad bar buffet style and bring it all to you. The selection was pretty good considering. The salad was actually very good and they make these onions on a side dish that have a slightly sweet taste to them and are delectable. The waffle cheese bread was so good too as was the beef stroganoff. The Goucho brought out all the meats on rotation and there were some we liked better than others. The beefs were all a little over cooked or lacked salt but the meats that we really enjoyed were pork belly (which was actually like the best chicharrón I've ever had) and everyone was a huge fan of the sweet pineapple with cinnamon and sugar! The best beef I liked was the baby beef and polish sausage. The service was excellent and everyone was so nice and speedy! If we needed anything they were there in an instant. This is a great experience compared to the larger chains and feels nice to have everything brought to you table side. Great place to try.

Yelp
Seriously a hidden gem that I can't wait to recommend to friends and come back for more! Parking: We came on a rainy Monday around 7 PM. There is a little lot to the left of the restaurant and I confirmed with the owner we were allowed to park there. It is quite small so on a busier day would have to resort to street parking on the busy street! Ambiance: The restaurant is really small with a few tables. Of course, it wasn't super busy on a rainy Monday night but could see why reservations are needed for Saturday since they are not open on Sundays. They could maybe use some background music but other than that the ambiance is what you expect for a family restaurant! Service: Can't speak for what service looks like on a super busy day but the owner and server were super attentive and friendly! They often came by to see if we need refills for the sides and meats. Food: They don't have a huge menu but I think that's the beauty of this place because they do every single thing well. My family had zero complaints about the food and we were surprised by how good each side was. A. Meats - I personally loved the baby beef the most while my boyfriend and mom liked the Picanha the most. The pork belly has a bit of a crispy crunch to it which I liked. Garlic Picanha, polish sausage, and Brazilian sausage were worth trying but our refills of meats were definitely the baby beef and Picanha. Huge tip!!! Make sure to ask for the grilled pineapple (it's not on the menu) at the very beginning and eat it alongside the meats, especially the pork belly! Thank me later lol. B. Sides - The hype for the waffle cheese bread is real. Sooo good but be mindful that it does take a few minutes to make because they serve it freshly made and hot. I had to restrain myself from eating too much of the sides since I didn't want to get full super fast but they are all good! C. Drinks - I wanted to try the Brazilian soda to help digest but found it was a tad too sweet so will probably stick to a Sprite or something! Overall, this place is worth the price, and mom approved!

Yelp
PROS: - Small mom-and-pop Brazilian BBQ spot. - The pork belly is amazing here along with the picanha. - The buttery rice is exceptional and so are their salads. - They have a new take on the cheese bread. They make it in a waffle iron and it's pretty damn good! CONS: - Slow service. I understand it's a smaller spot, but it did take some time for the meats to make their rotations.

Yelp
First time trying Brazilian bbq and it was DEF A HIT! Make reservations for sure since they do tend to get busy-- my friend came here a few times as walk in and they couldn't seat him :( but just shows how popular they are. They have a parking lot shared with another restaurant nearby I forgot the name but there's also st parking nearby Everything was sooo delicious and I like how u just sit down and they start serving you. Just eliminates the mild stress of decision making lol they come to you and you can just tell them how much you want. Their service was great! My fav side is the beef stroganoff-- so creamy and flavorful, perfect over rice My fav meat is the Brazilian steak-- their classic! So tender and juicy :) Will definitely come back, soo worth it!!

Yelp
i've only ordered take out or doordash here, so i can't give a complete review. however, i think i have a good grasp of the food quality here. i like that W exists and wish this mom and pop well. this is not fogo or m grill or a higher end churrascaria. a closer comparison might be pampas grill at the grove, but i understand they serve ayce brazilian inside the restaurant. i've always gotten the picanha here, since it's my favorite brazilian cut. i'm sure it's served different from dining in because the picanha about 6oz comes in a chunk. it's a bit hard to cut through and sometimes the meat quality isn't the best. i've noticed the salads skew to the sweeter side, which i'm not the biggest fan of. the black beans are also lackluster. the rice is buttery and decent. i love brazilian vinaigrette (diced tomatoes, onions, parsley, etc. in vinegar), but W's isn't the classic take and contains bell peppers. this too was too sweet for my taste. honestly, spending $30-35 for a take out plate here, i'm always left a bit hungry. i must say their waffle cheese bread (pao de queijo) is delicious and unique. i'll try their dine in bbq some time, but it's a no on take out for me. i'd take pampas for better brazilian take out. i'll update once i dine in for the full experience.

Yelp
Delicious meats! Pork belly was delicious! A must. Great service as well!! Thank you. We will be back. P.S try the cream corn, it was surprisingly good!!

Yelp
I was excited to see a new Brazilian BBQ place opening up so I had to go try. The price is great for AYCE. There's no salad bar or anything. Instead, they have a cart with all the sides and you ask for it. The cheese bread is so good! Definitely the best side to get. I also enjoyed the meats but it felt like we got the same few meats and we had to specifically ask for certain ones. My favorite meats that I remembered were the pincanha and the baby beef! At times it felt slow because we would be the last table they get to and they typically ran out of the meat on the skewers. The service was nice and friendly though. They definitely make sure you get well-fed as they cut a decently large size of meat for you!

Yelp
Soooooo good for half the price of any other brazilian steak house. I didn't even know this place existed until a buddy took me here. The quality of service and food was great! Everything we ordered was amazing. Just trust me and come here and eat. Wow...all their sides are great, the meat is great, rice and beanssss fuhhh. I'm coming back over and over again.

Yelp
CHEESE WAFFLES. How ingenious is that, cheese waffles. Omg. This place was so delicious. All the meats, sides, and sauces. This place has a smaller menu for different meat options comparing to like a Fogo De Chao or w grill, but it has everything I normally order at those bigger restaurants. It's literally the perfect fix for me and my bf! We were sitting closer to the kitchen so they kept on asking us if we wanted meat! Lol which was super nice but we also got full really quick. It was hard to say no. And I couldn't get enough of the cream corn and cheese waffles... it was very hard to stop. They only take reservations so make sure to call ahead of time. The only sad part is that the restaurant is pretty small so it might be more difficult to get a reservation. Anyways, dinner was delicious and I definitely will be back.

Yelp
I had such a fantastic experience at W. I came at around 5:45 with two coworkers. It was surprisingly not busy considering it's a 5-star restaurant. The inside was smaller than I expected and parking wasn't designated anywhere, so I was initially confused about all the great reviews. But I was completely blown away by the quality of the meat and the incredible sides. In true Brazilian steakhouse fashion, they bring out a selection of six different meats on huge skewers that they slice off slivers for you. It was absolutely delicious, but my favorite was definitely the pork belly - it had the perfect combination of chewiness and a brined and crispy exterior. Absolutely phenomenal. Their assortment of sides was different from other Brazilian BBQs in that it wasn't out in a salad bar, but they bring out the sides at your request. They have a super refreshing side salad, this AMAZING waffle version of pao de queijo that maintains the delectable tapioca chewiness that comes with the usual cheese ball format. The rice was absolutely amazing too with a fantastic buttery aroma and great texture. Mashed potatoes and creamed corn were also phenomenal and transported me right back to Thanksgiving (but creamed corn is hands down my favorite side ever, so I'm a little biased). I was blown away by the incredibly friendly, attentive, and charismatic servers and even more baffled by the amazing food. I see why they have 5 stars and they are well deserved. I'll definitely be back again!

Yelp
Always enjoy dining here! Staff is super friendly and polite, price is more than reasonable, food is amazing. The meat selection is on the smaller side, but they still have the most popular ones and they all taste very good. Their top sirloin is probably my favorite. I'm obsessed with their unlimited side menu too (salad, beef stroganoff, creamed corn, mashed potato, CHEESY WAFFLE BREAD!!, etc). Their hot sauce is also so good.

Yelp
LA Ktown is a haven for meat lovers. Among the countless KBBQ restaurants and fried chicken joints there is a new Brazilian steakhouse. Like M Grill, W is owned and operated by a Korean Brazilian expat. I read about W in Eater LA and decided to come check it out with a couple of my Korean Brazilian friends. W is a slight departure from other well-known churrascarias. There is no huge salad bar and expansive dining room. It's a more cozy and intimate space. This is actually a plus for real meat lovers; there isn't a lot of non-essential items to fill you up. This also helps cut down on the costs so that they can offer their AYCE menu at a more reasonable price. Lunch at $32.99 and dinner for $39.99 make this place a real steal. Low prices doesn't mean lower quality and poor service. The servers and the owner were quite attentive. We were asked of our temperature preferences for the meats before they brought them to our table. A refreshing salad bowl was served before the meats and side dishes. The selection of the meats are a little limited but they cover 90% of what most people love: garlic picanha, baby beef, garlic beef, chicken thigh, sausage, and my favorite the pork belly. The pork belly has the perfect balance of fat and meat with a slight crispness on the outside; it's tender and full of flavors. Another unique item was the cheese waffles. Instead of the traditional pão de queijo, they served piping hot cheese waffles that were akin to mochi waffles. I could eat this all day. Good food at a reasonable price. I think they just may have a winning combo.

Yelp
This place is awesome! I found this place through Eater LA. I love Brazilian BBQ and love supporting new small businesses. You can park free next door in the Ban Chan lot. There are some street parking but it will be tough when it gets busy. The restaurant is new and is pretty small. It's more intimate and felt it had better service than the bigger places like M Grill and Fogo. Lunch is 32.99 and dinner is 39.99. They do have limited selections of meat and salad bar. They don't have a traditional salad bar due to the size of the restaurant. They bring it to you on a cart. It is unlimited refills on the sides. I really liked their waffle cheesebread. I skipped the rice and beans but tried everything else. Everything was delicious. My ranking of the meat. They do not have chicken. 1. Garlic beef (most tender) 2. Picanha 3. Pork belly and baby beef 4. Sausages (tried two different kinds) Take my ranking of the sausages with a grain of salt for I am not a sausage kind of guy so it could be ranked higher on your list. My wife said it was really good. Definitely recommend!

Yelp
W Brazilian Steakhouse is awesome in every way possible. It's way smaller than any Brazilian steakhouse you've ever been to, but that's what makes it special. You get extra attentive and kind service, truly paying attention to each and every table, but not overly in your face at all. And the price? Simply can't be beat. Every single item we had was just delicious. From the sides to the meat, a couple of the side stand outs to me were the creamed corn and stroganoff which imho is best served over their rice. The stroganoff was a bit different than you may be used to, slightly more sweet. But my goodness, I absolutely loved it. And the cheese bread? Come on now. If you've had Brazilian cheese bread, you know how good it is in general. But at W, they serve it in a tiny waffle form. Such a cute idea and we loved it. All of our meat was well seasoned, no dryness at all, cooked to our liking and they were generous with dishing it out. Strangely, my favorite of the lineup was the slices of sausage but legit. Everything was tasty. And that pineapple! The smell alone was intoxicating. Because W is so small, make a reservation. Trust, you'll thank me! W Brazilian is such a fantastic, family owned spot. Support this small local biz in KTown!

Yelp
I have been to many brazillian churrascaria and this place was the worst. I wanted to try this place because of all the five star ratings reviews and was very disappointed. The side dish service cart was lacking variety, flavor and service minded waitress. They only brought 2 types of meats throughout the whole dinner and the sausage was dry as jerky. Picanha wasn't bad thus an extra star. Service felt like I was intruding in on someone's dinner at home. Won't go back.

Yelp
The food was so flavorful, especially for the price at an AYCE Brazilian barbecue. Our favorite was the picanha and tri tip. Reservations are highly encouraged because they get busy and packed. Service was attentive and quick. Everyone who worked in there was very in tune with one another and friendly. The place is small but very accommodating. They have lots of options for side dishes and delicious chimichurri sauce. My absolute favorite out of the meal is the grilled pineapple to complement the different selections of meat. This place is in our favorites list of dining out in Ktown.

Yelp
Stopped to check this place out and was pleasantly surprised but left wanting a little more from it. Pros - Definitely the best bang for your buck based on the quality of the food and what you are getting. - Asked for my meats cooked to medium and they did a great job. At other places we get ignored and raw or overcooked is what we end up with. - Sides are great, Cream corn, rice, mash, and the waffle cheese bread were great. - Friendly staff - clean tables Cons - Looks and feels like a fast food place but the quality of meat and food is definitely not fast food. - I know many seem to like the stroganoff but seemed a little sweet to me. - This answers my comment "was left wanting more". That is meat options. The meat was great quality and it kept coming nonstop, but it was also very limited. Now, that is not preventing me from coming back as the options they had were very good. I will definitely be coming back.

Yelp
I'm very happy with this new Brazilian BBQ in the neighborhood, very nice concept a little bit different from other steak houses, no salad bar or side dishes station and I think is better because I don't have to stand up to get my food, server will come to you with a delicious house salad and a cart with amazing side dishes. and, the most amazing cheese bread! This place is a five star for the ambiance, the food, the service and the price, no place can bit that. Thank you W team

Yelp
My bf took me here this Saturday and I am so happy we went here, this place is great every item I tried was delicious. This was my second time trying Brazilian and I am still satisfied with the taste. This place is great not only because of the variety foods to try but they come to your table and serve you the food. If you come here please be ready to eat, because they bring lots of food out and it's well worth the buffet price. I will be back for sure and the service was really great too!

Yelp
Steak was juicy and tender but seasoning was insipid. I had to go into my seasoning cabinet and try to make it better. It would have been better if they had seasoned it during the cooking instead of a customer having to perform extra steps after the delivery. W Brazilian please season your food before serving. Customers do not like bland food and we don't want to have to juju it up ourselves.

Yelp
I find these smaller places know how to pay more attention to their meats since they don't serve a ton of them. I came here for dinner and at $40 for all you can eat, this was definitely worth it. I enjoyed the meats although was disappointed in the most popular Brazilian cut, the Picanha. I've had Picanha done better at other Brazilian spots. Also found the pork belly to taste a little bland. My favorite was the Tri-Tip...WOW so tasty and I think it's only served for dinner, but the star of the show are their sides. They are so fresh and compliment the meats perfectly, even the salad was quite tasty. My main issue, I think these guys use a gas assist method of cooking rather than a real wood charcoal fire, which tends to add more flavor. I noticed that when I walked by their kitchen in the back. This place is good and worth a try for sure. If I'm in the area I might go back, otherwise a small Brazilian near me with similar pricing called By Brazil in Torrance, uses wood fired charcoal, and is my go-to. By Brazil is pretty hard to beat.

Yelp
We were planning on going to fogo de chao but my husband came across this place and I'm so glad he did!!!! Everything was exceptional... from the food to the service. The side dishes were delicious and the cuts of meat were cooked to perfection with such great flavor. Did I mention how great the service was?? These guys were friendly and took pride in the incredible food they presented! I'm so glad we made a reservation cause this place filled up quick. It's kind of small on the inside but plenary of room to enjoy your meal. I also LOVED that it didn't have that pretentious feeling.... There were many families enjoying a meal together. This is our new go to for Brazilian!!

Yelp
The customer service and attentiveness is the best and the food is even better. All you can eat $40 dinner is such an amazing price for the offer. The waffle cheese bread was unique and divine. All of the sides were so good - corn cheese, mashed potatoes, stroganoff. I will definitely be coming back.

Yelp
Cannot say anything bad about this place. From stellar customer service to delicious cuts of meat, to the excellent side dishes, everything was beyond great! My mom and I came on a weeknight for her birthday dinner, and didn't realize we needed to make a reservation, but the gentleman was able to squeeze us in after a little wait. He checked in on us frequently to ensure we were getting everything we were looking for. The gentleman who was slicing the meats at our table was fantastic as well, he always stopped by at the perfect time. Can't wait to return and bring my husband next time!!
