In May-2025 I had the pleasure of attending a PA Network corporate event at W Hotel - Pretty in Pink High Tea. Firstly, I was very impressed with the venue, designed to reflect the curves of the Brisbane River. So many beautiful little break away areas for various sized intimate gatherings. The team there were incredibly warm, friendly, responsive and welcoming - I felt my needs were very much pre-empted and that I received wonderful service (with those cheeky Friday afternoon cocktails and teas). The show stopping, absolutely, was the high tea. I have been to my share of high teas, most notably The Ritz in London. To be perfectly frank, I would rate this experience over The Ritz. The Ritz is loud, crammed in, and the food a little dry. The W Hotel have taken the high road. Providing food that is fresh, full of flavour and decadently delicious. The offerings were an excellent mix of sweet and savoury. As a person with complex dietary requirements, I was most thoughtfully catered for also. I would not hesitate to recommend this venue, team and experience for any corporate or personal celebrations. I will certainly return. Thank you W Hotel, for restoring my faith in High Teas.

My mum and I enjoyed a day visit to W Brisbane. We had the away spa x high tea package . Everything about it was exceptional. Friendly service, gorgeous amenities, exquisite food, amazing views, relaxing massage followed by champagne and nibbles. We Loved it all. Really great value for money too.

Dining at the hotel's restaurant was a treat, the menu offered a variety of delectable dishes, each beautifully presented. The ambiance was lively yet relaxed, making it a perfect spot for both casual meals and special occasions. One of the highlights of my stay was the rooftop pool. With panoramic views of the city, it provided a serene escape from the hustle and bustle below. Whether I was lounging by the poolside or enjoying a cocktail, the experience was nothing short of spectacular. Overall, this hotel offers a perfect blend of luxury, style, and comfort. It's an ideal choice for travelers seeking a memorable stay in Brisbane.

Stayed for one night to watch the footy and the experience, service and amenities were phenomenal. Everyone from the front door to the bar staff were friendly and helpful. The phone 24/7 concierge was an absolute life saver and deliveries were prompt! Definitely staying again!

I really enjoy the 24-7 pool and everything was clean. The amenities and even the bedsheets were amazing too! This was our second time staying here and we will definitely be back and it’s 100% worth the price.

Before we had even checked in the staff were nothing short of brilliant! It was my partner‘s birthday weekend and they made the process of organising cakes, balloons etc seamless. No question was too silly for them. Minor issue - we ordered a cake with a happy birthday message on it. The cake that got delivered didn’t have my partners name on it, it had “Travis” 🤣 whilst it was funny and it’s now a little joke, it was a bit disheartening that I paid a lot of money for a small cake and they couldn’t get his name right. We stayed in a suite and even though I knew it would be bigger than normal rooms, I did not really anticipate it being that big! We used the spa for a treatments as well as the sauna and pools, these really did feel luxury. The treatment definitely wasn’t cheap but it was worth every cent. The buffet breakfast was great and had a wide variety. The food itself was tasty too. We had dinner at the Lex one night and it didn’t feel very special. For the price you pay I was expecting better service. I had made a note it was my partners birthday but it wasn’t mentioned throughout and I felt like the staff were treating the dinner service as an extension of the buffet breakfast service. Those two little hiccups aside, we really enjoyed our stay and will be back, I probably would look elsewhere to go for dinner!

The location is stunning, with breathtaking views overlooking South Bank — a perfect backdrop for a relaxing catch-up. But what truly made the experience unforgettable was the outstanding service. A huge thank you to the wonderful manager, Tashi, and his amazing team. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and genuine hospitality. Their attentiveness, friendliness, and professionalism made us feel incredibly well looked after. It’s rare to find a place that blends a luxurious setting with such heartfelt service — and W Hotel Brisbane does it flawlessly. We’ll definitely be back for more. Highly recommended!

Unforgettable Stay – Best Service and Quality I've Ever Experienced Having stayed in over 100 different hotels around the world, I can confidently say that the service and quality at this hotel have been truly exceptional — easily the best I’ve ever encountered. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcomed, and this level of care continued throughout my entire stay. A special highlight was the restaurant team, both at breakfast and dinner — every single staff member was consistently warm, attentive, and professional. They went above and beyond to ensure a wonderful dining experience each day. I’d especially like to recognize Butash, the breakfast restaurant manager, whose energy, attention to detail, and personable approach made every morning a pleasure. He leads his team with genuine passion and hospitality, and it shows in every aspect of the service. Thank you to the entire restaurant staff — you truly made this stay memorable. I’ll be recommending this hotel to everyone I know and will absolutely be returning.
