W Dubai - The Palm

Positive: Truly an amazing hotel with luxurious design, and the food is fresh and prepared daily. The rooms are spotless, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel is excellent. Negative: In the evenings, especially during the peak season in August, the hotel is very boring; there are no entertainment programs, no animation, and zero beach activities. There’s nothing around to explore if you go outside, and it’s very far from the city center. The person checking the pool temperature enters the pool fully clothed, which is quite unprofessional. It’s a perfect hotel for the elderly, but I wouldn’t recommend it for young people.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Lovely spacious, clean room with great decor. The whole hotel is really well maintained & 5* service throughout. ||Huge selection at the breakfast buffet. The dine around credit is really good value - you can eat at the buffet or use your credit at Wet Deck, Akira, SoBe or Olivino. ||Really enjoyed the tapas dishes & happy hour cocktails at SoBe, the staff there are so lovely & friendly & really took care of us. The brunch after party on a Saturday is also a lot of fun! ||Wet Deck is a lively pool with DJ etc, or there is a family pool. It would be nice to also have the option of a quiet, chill pool, but you can always go to the beach.||Being on the Palm, everywhere we wanted to go was about a 20min taxi ride (mall, burj khalifa, marina, downtown etc) but taxis are quite reasonable & always available right outside the hotel. ||All in all a fabulous holiday. We can’t wait to return!

I’ve stayed at this hotel 5 times now , Usually I find it hard to find a hotel or a resort. That can deliver excellent service throughout every season, being in Dubai, in August , it must be tough to keep the high standards . But it seems like this hotel has an excellent working culture for its employees lead by engaged managers . Special thanks to Nishant & VJ and whole team , the food - in particular the room service & breakfast buffet offering is outstanding and has me going back for more and more . The rooms , spacious , with definitely the best shower heads I ever experienced, full amenities always ready and stacked , AC settings always comfortable Check in process smooth I forgot the kind supervisors name who checked me in. This hotel is really the real deal and I have a lot of respect for this establishment , they really mean it , what ever ,,, when ever… Thanks for being accommodating to my daughter also who can be difficult . Our weekend getaway was absolutely perfect, thanks to this beautiful hotel. The unique interior design and the view of the pool and beach from our room were truly impressive. We stayed in the Spectacular Terrace Room, and it was just amazing. The incredibly spacious terrace was definitely the highlight. But what left the most lasting impression was the outstanding service of the female staff member who warmly welcomed us in the lobby and personally guided us to our room. Her kindness, professionalism, and warm smile truly stood out. I wanted to ask for her name at checkout, but unfortunately, she wasn’t on duty that day. I sincerely hope to see her again on our next visit. We’re also deeply grateful to all the staff members who warmly welcomed not only our family, but also our dog. It meant so much to feel genuinely cared for, all together as a family—including our furry friend. Without a doubt, this was the best pet-friendly hotel we've ever stayed at. We’ll definitely be coming back for more weekend getaways!

The W Dubai is AMAZING!!!!! We came for my mom's 60th Birthday and everything was top notch. The greetings, the service, the cleanliness, the hospitality, the experience was all A1. We felt like celebrities with the deserts and balloons. Moses, the door captain, was awesome. He's speedy in his role and saved us some money on using a taxi from the hotel vs using Careem. Patik, from the W Lounge Bar was lots of fun with conversation and things to do. So many names that I can remember or try to spell, but everyone was phenomenal. Akira Back, Liv, and Sobe.....great food. I'd absolutely be back.....when it's cooler of course.

W Dubai – The Palm is vibrant and full of energy, yet relaxing if you're looking to have a good time with kids. It's a unique mix — stylish and futuristic, but still welcoming and comfortable. The corridors honestly make you feel like you’re walking through a spaceship… or maybe a really cool cinema 😁. It adds a fun, imaginative twist that both adults and kids can appreciate. Rooms are spacious, well-kept, and thoughtfully designed. Everything feels fresh and high-quality. Service is on point too — friendly and efficient without being over the top. 10/10 from us. Highly recommend, whether you're coming with family or just want something a little out of the ordinary

Amazing stay with W The Palm! Such great vibes. Service was top notch, always greeted us, asked us if we needed anything. The pool is divided into an adults only a d family section. Both play great music. There is also a kids club that can be used too. Food was excellent 👌🏻👍🏻
