W Dubai - The Palm

Hi, I recently visited W Dubai The Palm for my daughter’s birthday, and it was an amazing experience. The location, rooms, and amenities were extraordinary, but the highlight was the exceptional service. I want to specifically mention Vaishnawi at the reception desk; she did a fabulous job accommodating us by upgrading our room and perfectly understanding our needs. The staff went above and beyond to make my daughter’s birthday extra special, and she was truly happy. The food was exquisite, and the pool bar was a lot of fun. I couldn’t stop taking lovely pictures of my daughter enjoying everything. The beach was an added bonus! If you're looking for a place to relax and have a great time, I highly recommend visiting this property. Thank you for this wonderful experience!

Incredibly beautiful hotel with a great positive vibe! The breakfast is amazing and everyone was super nice and attentive! I had a great stay at the W Hotel. The room was very stylish, comfortable, and well maintained. What truly made my experience stand out was the exceptional service. Jazzen and Michelle(room stylish) were incredibly helpful, professional, and welcoming. They went above and beyond to assist me, and their positive attitudes made my stay even more enjoyable. They are truly amazing people. I would definitely recommend the W Hotel and look forward to staying again.

We stayed for 8 wonderful days im december at W Dubai the Palm. This hotel is located in a great,quiet area, great for relaxing.The rooms are modern and very spacious. I would especially like to express my sincere gratitude to the entire hotel team for their outstanding service,friendliness.A special thank you to Franklin, Mosis, Ramiro and Chidi for their excellent service. Carmin and Luizah were always helpful kimd and welcoming. My biggest thanks go to Aziz. First he took excellent care of my oldest son,who injured his head while playing,using his first aid kit calmly and professionally.The second time, Aziz made an incrdible effort to help us recover our bag that was left behind a taxi. Thanks to his dedication and commitment, The situation was successfully. I can highly recommend this hotel.

I stayed at this hotel with my brother from November 24th to December 2nd. The hotel itself and its location were excellent everything was clean and modern. What really stood out was the extremely friendly staff! Starting with the team at the door arranging taxis: the colleague from Argentina who worked in the evenings was always very kind, as was Chidi Anunbi. The breakfast and pool staff also deserve special praise. We felt completely comfortable and would love to come back!

An Exceptional Family Getaway - Perfect for Our Little One! My wife, our 18-month-old son, and I have just returned from a wonderful stay at The Palm Dubai, from a Saturday to Thursday, and we are already missing the incredible hospitality. From the moment we arrived, the service was nothing short of exceptional. Every single staff member, from the friendly security team at the gate, to the warm and efficient reception, and the attentive waiters at the restaurants, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. What truly stood out for us was how kind and engaging they were with our young son. They always had a smile for him, which made the environment so comfortable for our family. A special mention must be made for the room service team. We requested milk to be brought up to our room at various times, and no matter when we called, it was delivered promptly and with a smile. This small but crucial detail made our nights and nap times so much easier. The amenities were fantastic – the pools were beautiful, the grounds were immaculate, and we lacked for nothing. It’s a stunning property, but it's the people that make it truly 5-star. We cannot recommend The Palm Dubai highly enough for families with young children and will definitely be returning.

We stayed at the hotel as a couple and 2 children. The hotel is very nice, the pools are well built and there is a really good atmosphere in the pools. The pools are heated (they could have been heated another 2-3 degrees more in the winter) so even on cool days you can be in the water without wanting to go out even though it is cool outside...||The food at the hotel for breakfast and dinner is not varied enough. In the morning there is not much choice of salads and cheeses, baked goods made on site such as pizza, etc. At dinner there is a lack of variety of different fish, meats, baked goods made on site such as pizzas and various breads. Especially since children love pizzas and there was no solution for that...||In addition, what is very annoying is that instead of the dining room, they give a budget of 150 dirhams per adult to eat in the hotel restaurants, and that's not even enough for a starter, main course, dessert and a light drink, and it turns out that you have to add more money... And the restaurants were of a high standard anyway, we ate in the Italian restaurant and the standard there is that of a very simple restaurant... Adding money there instead of eating at dinner is frustrating.||It's a shame we don't switch to the method used in most luxury hotels in the area, which is a full dinner that includes a starter, main course, dessert and a free soft drink, and not a budget of 150. That way we won't have to add anything and have a fun and enjoyable meal in the hotel restaurants...||In conclusion, the hotel is very good with a fun atmosphere and the pools and beach are very beautiful. However, because of the level of food and what I noted about the restaurants... I probably won't return to the hotel because for the prices it charges, you can get a higher level of food and restaurants at other hotels.

They assisted me in resolving a serious situation with remarkable professionalism, competence, and care. The entire team acted quickly, calmly, and with full dedication, showing a level of excellence that truly sets the W Hotel apart. I am extremely grateful for all the support I received and highly recommend the hotel with complete confidence.
