Cool atmosphere in the hotel lobby with plenty of seating. They also have board / card games and a pool table. Drinks were good, a bit on the sweeter end for some of them. Overall, I would return for a casual drink if I'm in the area again.

They used to offer excellent service, and I don't know if I went on the wrong day, but the bartender and bar-back for that night offered terrible service. I had been here so many times before and never had a problem until now. This happened in december. The bartender was very rude. Maybe he had a bad day and took it out on us. We tried to order food, and he said it would be an hour to place the order because the bar-back was on lunch, but he gave us no warning when he gave us the food menu, only until we tried to order. The place was dead, so both of these people were just talking to each other, and whenever we needed anything or tried to order, we had to wave them down until they noticed us. O'tooles wouldn't have been disappointing like this. Next time we'll go there.

Really chill place. We got drinks and played board games. Nice for a simple night out.

So the bar staff was friendly and the vibe was nice for a hotel lobby, be at dear God DO NOT order food here. The fried pickles are limp and soggy, the calzone is basically a hot Pocket served with cold marinara in a hienz container.

Nice setting, friendly staff, got us drinks shortly before closing. Michael was fantastic, friendly, and genuinely cares about providing excellent quality.

We wanted to try this place out! It is in a hotel lobby, very loud, and everything was all over the place! Did not look like fun at all!

The cocktail selection is nicely innovative as it is in many of the W XYZ bars. There's almost no beer here, though. A few cans but nothing on draft. I'm not sure if it is just COVID (although every other place I went to over the weekend was packed and reservation only) but this bar is huge and empty on a Friday night. It's really not clear where the bar area is supposed to be. The live entertainment was over by the door to the hotel. When you're ready to pay, it's a weird setup. You have to walk to the end of the bar because their PIN pad is down there and not wireless. It's nice to have the security of not handing your card over but still an unusual setup. Good for a hotel bar but wouldn't come here if I wasn't staying at the hotel.

Popped into this vibrant, colorful modern hotel bar conveniently located next to the Chez wedding venue. Cocktails are all cleverly themed to match the vibe of the place. There's a cozy gas fireplace and comfy seating in the lobby. Drinks are in the sweet side. Great spot to take a break from shopping just steps away from the hustle and bustle of the Mag Mile.

it's hard to explain why this was so bad. We did not even order a drink. The atmosphere is depressing. It's a hotel bar that looks like it was decorated by a robot programmed to try to make this place appealing to artsy hipsters and young businessman, but did not even get that horrible combo right, and then the cement? floor seemed to have not been cleaned for a few weeks. Walking in here immediately made me feel like I was working for someone... for next to nothing. To say this place radiates fluorescent inauthenticity is an understatement. So, I guess wouldn't recommend it? ... unless your into that kinda thing.

This is a pretty cool bar and it was better because it is in the hotel where we are staying. We came down for happy hour and I got a beer. My wife had a cider and my daughter had a cocktail. They did a good job and we hung out and played games for a while. I was surprised how many people came in on a Thursday's night. The beer was good, the bar was nice and there was plenty of seating. We may even visit again while we are here this weekend. The service is good and the drinks are good.

This is a great hotel bar too frequent even if you're from the neighborhood!! They have a pool table, chess, giant Jenga and many unique drinks to choose from on the Menu. I must say the live entertainment is something to be excited aBout every time! The bartenders are wonderful and so friendly & ready to serve

Excellent ambiance! Excellent service provided by Jeremy and Jacklous (hope I spelled your name correctly). The drinks were amazing. Both bartenders provided excellent service. Were very attentive despite all the COVID restrictions. Def, come back here we we are in Chicago!

My group showed up for happy hour at 4:45. There was no set time for when their happy hour was, but there were two bartenders behind the bar, and when we asked if we could order some drinks, they said to give them 15 minutes because they were still getting things ready. It really doesn't require much to open a bottle of wine and our out a glass--we are offering you our money to do that!!! I went up 15 minutes later like they said, and another girl still said to give them a couple more minutes. The were all just standing there behind the bar, so I had no idea what they were waiting for. I didn't catch his name, but the bartender was also very rude to my coworker and I because we were a little indecisive on which wine we wanted. We ordered the fish tacos and mac n cheese--do NOT recommend either. The fish tasted like frozen fish that was just heated up and super dry, the slaw was bland and overall the tacos were dry and didn't have enough sauce/flavor. As for the mac n cheese, literally boxed Kraft served in a paper cup that cost $6. Actually, I don't even think it was as good as Kraft. Definitely not coming here again for happy hour.
