WaBa Grill

When I lived in LA I loved eating at Waba Grill. When I moved to Las Vegas I was sad to find out that Waba Grill was nowhere to be found. So you can imagine how excited I was when they finally opened one up in St.Rose. This location always has parking. The workers are friendly and helpful. The food delicious as I remembered it. So glad Waba finally made it to Vegas.

Just an honest review to balance out the fake 5* reviews. My family ordered Waba (chicken and steak) plate, chicken taco, and mini chicken bowl. This place is very mediocre. The food (without being drenched in sauce) is extremely bland, flavorless and tasted like low-quality months old frozen meat. Very recommended to not order with sauce on the side. The dumplings were ok, but the sauce with them didn't compliment it at all, I had to eat it without the sauce. I'm not going to get bribed into a 5 star review so this is my honest opinion. There are better places for the price of the items so probably never coming here again.

This Waba Grill location deserves more than five stars! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked especially the dumplings. They’re crispy on the outside, juicy inside, and honestly some of the best I’ve had anywhere. You can tell the kitchen puts real care into every order. Huge shoutout to Guille, Ada, and Valeri they make every visit awesome! They’re friendly, fast, and always greet customers with a smile. It’s rare to find a team that’s this genuine and consistent. Great food, great service, and great people this is hands-down the best Waba Grill around!

This spot absolutely crushes it. The food is always fresh, fast, and fire. Chicken perfectly grilled with that smoky edge, steak cooked just right, rice fluffy, and veggies still have some snap — not soggy like most places. The bowls hit every time, and the teriyaki sauce deserves its own fan club. Staff is quick, friendly, and they keep the place spotless even when the line’s long. You can tell they actually take pride in what they do. Healthy, filling, and way better than the usual fast-food junk. If you’re in Vegas and want something that tastes amazing without feeling heavy after, this is the move.

First time at Waba Grill and I was impressed! Guille and Ada were amazing, giving great suggestions and making me feel so welcome. The food was fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. Friendly, knowledgeable staff like this make all the difference, I’ll definitely be back!

Hands down one of the best quick-grill spots in Vegas. The food always tastes fresh, the chicken is perfectly charred, and the rice and veggies come out hot and consistent every time. You can tell they actually care about quality and cleanliness — the place is spotless, and the staff moves fast even when it’s busy. The teriyaki sauce is addictive, and portions are solid for the price. If you want something healthy that still hits like comfort food, this is it.

Check your order before you leave the restaurant if it's a large order. I placed an online order for 4 Family Proteins (all grilled chicken) and was given a family chicken meal, which includes 2 Rice and 1 Veggies. I basically paid $80 for a family meal, which is $32. I lived 25 mins from this location, so I wasn't going back. I submitted feedback through their website, so hopefully I can get refunded the difference. I'll be trying a different waba location for my proteins going forward.

My experience was the greatest experience ever. I just really appreciate great customer service and I want to take the time out to say thank you to Guille and Ada for your amazing customer service. Very polite, warm welcoming, great listeners. My food was cooked with so much love. I received my food in a great timely manner. My order was correct and I have no complaints. OMG It was so delicious. I was a regular customer at Waba Grill in California I was so excited to find one here, but this is my first time having it in Nevada. This Henderson location food is so good. This restaurant is very clean, professional, and caring for the customers. I’m definitely gonna be a regular there. I’ll be back soon. Thank you for your great service. The ladies are amazing. Keep up the good work. FYI I got the shrimp plate with salmon on the side and it was fire sorry, I don’t have a picture. I ate it all lol. FINALLY! My fave teri bowl chain from CA is here in Vegas. Get the hot sauce.... it's the best. Blows TMAD out of the water Please if you like TMAD or Teri Boy give Waba a chance. You will not be disappointed.

Finally got a chance to try this place as I had been seeing it for awhile. It's pretty small, but clean and the staff was friendly and helpful with the menu. You order at the counter. I opted for their combo deal for just about $10. Comes with a mini bowl, a side, and a drink. I had the spicy chicken with the dumpling as my side. The chicken was flavorful. I will say for the tho the down side is that there's barely any protein considering how much rice they give you. I'm really kicking myself for not taking a photo. It really is a rice bowl with a sprinkle of chicken. The dumplings were pretty good however I was not the biggest fan of the sauce they serve it with. I did, however, really like their waba sauce for them instead. Would I come back? Maybe. I'd definitely have to add veggies to my bowl or ask for extra protein, but I'm not sure that's an up charge I wanna make. My overall rating was mostly for the service and the taste of the food. Wonderful customer service, good tasting food, but for the price the portion of protein was less than desirable.

Came here for a healthy dinner on a Sunday night and it wasn't busy. My husband and I ordered a bowl. Mine was a Veggie bowl with steak and chicken and his was the same but he had rice. The veggies were super fresh and steamed with no seasoning, which we liked. However, the amount of protein was super minimal. (Please refer to my photo.) I was surprised. We both literally got half a chicken thigh and a pinch of steak. Definitely not worth what we paid for.... The miso soup, don't get it! It tasted like water. My suggestion, Veggies to protein ratio should be better and the miso soup needs flavoring.

Every time I order a Thai Tea $4.89 x2. They give me an FULL OF ICE Thai Tea. So annoying that you get ripped off. The feeling of paying $10 for a bag of ice.

Love the food here! Food is always fresh and delicious. Not dry like other places. Very tasty. The shrimp tacos are a must try! So good! And the service is always great!

Waba Grill is a new favorite of ours. We will definitely be going more when we are on this side of town. Items tried and liked: Chicken Veggie Bowl - chicken was delicious with just the right amount of sauce, veggies were nice and crisp (no seasoning) and rice was cooked just right. Dumplings - my daughter really enjoyed them. Due to a recent health issue, I appreciate the natural taste of food and having the option of seasoning your own food. Sauce packets are given on the side which is perfect. Online ordering is available and our preferred way. It was easy, convenient and our order was ready at the time given. Employee was nice. Interior was clean. Parking was hectic but thankfully we were able to find a spot. I hope you decide to check them out :)

If you're not eating here, you're missing out! Where else can you get reasonably priced, healthy, and DELICIOUS food fast?? Not to mention the service is *chef's kiss*. I love the rice bowl with tofu I ordered it taste delicious and I also love the WaBa Sauce too.

Why the 5 Stars? Because it is basic with fresh ingredients​. If you want a healthy lunch come here for the chicken breast with rice and steamed veggies. I like that the same employees are always here during the day for consistency.

When I heard word that WaBa Grill was opening in the valley, I was pretty interested. It would be our first location! My husband and I stopped by on a Sunday afternoon after our gym session to grab some food. When we arrived, there were a good amount of people waiting for their food. They weren't busy per say -- I think they were just backed up. There was only two people working at the time so things came out pretty slow. My husband and I decided to share a plate. We chose the WaBa combo, which is steak and chicken and we chose garlic serrano for our sauce. The plate came with salad and dumplings as well. When we were waiting for our food, we noticed that they were making it fresh so at least none of the meat was pre-cooked. When we got our food, I noticed that the sauce was already on the meat so it wasn't served on the side. I think next time, I'll have them put it on the side so I can control the amount. The chicken was good -- had good flavor and wasn't overcooked. The steak was shaved steak versus actually pieces but it also had good flavor. The garlic serrano sauce was a bit sweet so I think it is way better off on the side. The dumplings were decent, salad was fresh, and the rice was just rice. The rice did go great with everything especially with sauce. While the food is not mind blowing, it is good and relatively healthy. The prices aren't horrible either for what you get. I definitely would not mind coming back and hope more locations open up in the valley. I would love a location closer to where I live.

WOW.... im impressed with the food and service here....Im from cali and ive been on a search for a place thats like Yoshinoya. This place is it ;-) food is tasty,made fresh and affordable. They offer mini reg and large bowls which is awesome depending how hungry you are or your budget. We got the Ribeye steak mini bowl with veggies and it was delish. We also used our sign up code and got 25% off the first order which was awesome. We paid under 11$ for two mini bowls ..thats fantastic!!! The location was also clean and relaxing to have lunch. Not to mention Guille and Ada are super sweet and friendly... they made our first experience great and enjoyable. That was truly a special touch to this spot. They treat it like their own they care about their customers. We definitely will be back for more. I highly recommend this location if your looking for good food,good service & good prices! Thank you again Guille and Ada!!!!

Big problem. Location recently opened near me. Installed app. Ordered over app. Picked up food. Food was very good. Wanted to order again. Now when I launch the app I'm told I must input my birthday to proceed. I cannot order food nor can I even view the menu without entering my birthday. These people must have so much business they are trying to bring the numbers down, or they may use a third-party app? It may not be the restaurant which is prohibiting me from ordering, it may be the third-party who insists on collecting my data so that they can sell it? Who knows? Funny response from WaBa. they told me to go to their website "contact us" page. If they read my comment, they would know I can't get to ANY page on their website. I am stuck on the "give me your birthday" page and can't get anywhere near the website. Guess this must be an AI response?

First time here and certainly not the last time. Food is tasty and quality is good. The service is friendly and simply explained. We came at an off time(after lunch) so it was quiet. Excellent fast service.

A neighbor told me about WaBa Grill and it looked and sounded good so I went in on a night I didn't feel like cooking. I was immediately greeted and welcomed in by the staff. The menu has plenty of options. You can get bowls, plates, tacos, and salads. They have plenty of ways to customize your entree with different proteins, sides, and sauces. I ordered the healthy combo with the mini chicken bowl and selected the order of 5 dumplings to go with it as the side. I also ordered the taco trio that included one each of chicken, steak, and shrimp. The mini bowl was actually a decent size of rice and chicken with teriyaki sauce. The potstickers were good and served with a sweet chili sauce for dipping. The tacos are a good size and they have really good flavor. The bang bang sauce has a spicy kick to it and pairs well with the tacos. The service was on point. The workers are friendly and accommodating. I will definitely be back.

I'm not much a fast food nor chain girl. But, I've been here 3 times this week! I normally don't like ribeye. They cut it thin and I've yet to have griddle or a tough piece. I love that I have the option of only white meat chicken, which is moist and tender. Personally, I get the plate. I eat the dumplings and saiad first. Then the remainder is for later or the next day. Portions are generous. I appreciate the fresh/never frozen/farm raised chicken, wild caught salmon and so many more choices. I also appreciate the fact that the ingredients are listed in legible font on the back side of the packet. Not the cleanest ingredients, but in moderation. Give it a try!

This is a regular stop for me. I love the combination, ribeye steak and chicken bowl and the staff is always nice and courteous establishment is very clean. Me and my wife just loved the place.

My food was so good & , My service was so amazing. Ada, Guille & Valeria were amazing. So nice and very professional. Guille was so sweet. My daughter is learning Spanish and she was such a sweet heart speaking to her in Spanish. I will definitely be back.

WaBa Grill has opened its first location on St. Rose Pkwy and THE FOOD IS GREAT. As a person who eats relatively clean and healthy food , I love what this place has to offer. The perfect balance between a delicious meal and a healthy meal. I have tried their plant based steak and it was delicious. They have a great versatile menu, including vegan options too. The restaurant isn't that big / only few tables, but it's very clean and inviting. Staff greets you when you enter..very friendly and welcoming crew. Order doesn't take long ,so we didn't wait long at all. Overall: we have enjoyed amazing super fresh healthy food and great atmosphere from welcoming staff . Definitely recommended!! If you're looking to make a quick change to your health and diet, Waba is a perfect and easy way to start.

Outstanding service from the very beginning. Greeted with smiles by Ada and Guille. It was our first time ordering from this location. We normally get Waba when visiting family in California. So we were excited to see a Waba establishment here in Las Vegas. They took their time explaining the family specials, and substitutions. We are family of 5, and my kids eat like adults, so any money I can save, I appreciate. They allowed me time to download the app and take advantage of that first order discount without feeling rushed. Food was delicious, and very fresh. Dumplings were phenomenal. My kids really enjoyed them, and they had veggies, too! Five stars! Establishment was very clean, restrooms were very clean as well. Overall, definitely recommend Waba for the whole family!

Found metal in my child's bowl, and I normally don't check her food so if she didn't ask me to take some veggies out , it could've got stuck in her throat. This is extremely dangerous please do better.

Drove across Vegas just to get waba grill. It's worth the drive and it's definitely better than teriyaki madness. The staff was very helpful and friendly and gave me a good amount of chicken guille and ada.

I stopped by today for lunch after work. I was helped by Guille, Valeri, and Hara and they were all super friendly and helpful. They had very good knowledge of the menu and gave me great recommendations and the food was savory and delicious. 100% will be returning again.

Unfortunately this place is OK at best :/ I had high expectations but for the price you pay I guess I should've expected this? Definitely a "you'll never know unless you try" experience.

I drove around in this area at St. Rose Parkway just to try a new place to eat. There were so many places that you can pick and eat. But this one WABA GRILL catch my attention. In front, there was advertisement it says HAPPY HOUR from Monday - Friday for $5.00. I went in and the place are clean, and the menu looks amazing and reasonable prices. I ordered some of their menu and the lady who helped me name GUILLE was so nice and very friendly. She's very attentive, pleasant and kind. Kudos to WABA GRILL in St. Rose Parkway!!! Keep up the good work and make all your customers happy and satisfied!!

The service and the food was phenomenal! Guile and Ada provided exceptional customer service and ensured our food came out fresh. Came here for quick lunch with co workers. Place and environment was superb. I ordered a steak plate with edamame and it was so delicious. Highly recommend !!!

One of my family's favorite restaurants. We eat here weekly. The Waba bowls are filled with flavor. They are also a good value.

This is probably the best chicken & steak bowl I ever had! So fresh and flavorful! Workers are always very nice, the restaurant is very well kept & clean. Best part is their prices are beyond reasonable. Steak & chicken bowl cheaper than a quarter pounder combo! FYI get the boom boom way with Waba sauce!

Wanted to try it out so I tried the tacos! The steak one was gross! One bite and it went in the trash. I did like the chicken one though. The service was good and the place is spotless. I would give it one more chance and try a plate.

Just had a company event and used WaBa Grill for the first time. The entire staff was excellent. They listened to our needs. We ordered the Ribeye Steak and Pot Stickers. The food was fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. We will definitely be using them in the near future. Definitely recommend!
