Had a teller try to steal 200 dollars from me. Manager tammy said it was a mistake and refused to look at the cameras but I don't believe it. Gave the teller 6 one hundred dollar bills to be deposited in the bank he gave me a receipt that said 400 deposited i tell him that's wrong and he says oh maybe I missed it in the envelope. Then it was magically found after I refused to leave until it was so make sure you count your money at the bank cant even trust your own bank these days

I have done a few loans with wafed now. Tina makes the process so easy. I would highly recommend using them. Ask for Tina. Just wrapped up a heloc and couldn't be happier with how easy the process was.

Great customer service (5 stars) but WHY in the world can't I get a replacement card in this city? Spokane is the 2nd largest city in the state. This basic service should be available to customers. I can get one in Chewelah and Colville, 2 small towns that are 80 to 120 miles drive RT away? Yikes.

I have been with this bank for almost 10 years. The staff are always professional and respectful of my time and needs. If, and when, a situation occurs, I have been assisted through it until everything is taken care of. I am very satisfied with having my finances in this bank. Applied for a construction loan with this company. Their service is horrid. Communication with the employees is bad. The loan officer (Olesya Lavrova) is incompetent and did not have a clue what she was doing. I talked with the bank manager who was equally incompetent. We moved on to another lending company due to their lack of interest in supporting us with the right product. A bank who wants to earn your business should bend over backward to win your business, offer up or coach you into the right product. Couldn't answer emails in a timely manner and always seemed as if I was a bother to them when calling. Run and move on to a bank or mortgage company who supports you in winning.
