Waffle House

I love waffle house and understand they get busy. But I've been here for a mobile order that was said to be ready over 30 minutes ago now going on 45 and I'm just now getting my order. There is a full staff of cooks and waiters no way my food should be this long.

Would give 0 stars if I could. I’m a frequent customer there. I know it’s busy on Saturday morning. I sat at the bar patiently for 20 minutes before getting acknowledged. Then a woman came in after me . She waited for about 10 mins. I just knew she was gonna get her order taken before me . Of Course it happened. I sat there with no coffee offered and no service. I’m up the street at the new I-Hop now where I’m being greeted and served. I really like my WH coffee and grits! But I’ll spend my $ where I can get service.

Ordered online and it said it would be ready by 10:30. We get there and there’s no one inside except one customer. We wait and wait until we decided to go inside and see what’s going on. A waitress immediately gets out of a truck that was sitting behind us the whole time. Later the cook comes out of the bathroom. No one had even started on anyone’s order.

Enough is enough. This location has got to be one of the worst. Bad Service, low food quality/care and dirty floors. The cook could not ever make "eggs over easy" the yolk is busted! The service didnt handle my food with care so, the grits spilled over the plate and nobody, I mean nobody was cheerful or smiling. If I got to pay a to-go fee and a service fee on top of a tip, more should be done right. Im not coming back ever!

My favorite WH around here . I love the mornings after a long night greeted by a friendly face , the server Evan is awesome !

I’ve never had a Waffle House tell me right before taking my order that it was going to take 25-30 minutes. Now I know you might be thinking it must have been packed…nope 6 tables total. It was the strangest thing…

Great service and prompt!!! I asked for the names of the crew on board at the time of my dining there because they were all very efficient, busy, and worked together as a team. Great job to Ebony, Misty, Grace, Cat, Marvin and Nate!!! Yall made our visit very pleasant.

I've enjoyed meals at dozens of WH restaurants all over GA, AL, TN over the last 36 years, this was the worst. Saturday morning, place was dirty, only a couple customers, staff ranged from apathetic to hostile. Never even got to the point of ordering, after sitting for 10 minutes. All I wanted was a freaking omelet and hash browns and coffee. Dunno, maybe their pet rat died or something, but I can't recommend going there. There are 2-3 other WH stores within a couple of miles, go there instead.
