Waffle House

Ordered online for speed and convenience, they didn't even start the order, because they were oblivious to the fact it came in. Waited for the entire order to be cooked and it was also wrong: missing chili and outright not reading the type of eggs requested. on one of the entrees in our order. Spend your cash elsewhere if you're strapped for time, because here they don't care about time or details.

Ordered to go food, didn’t give me my full order. Asked me to double check it and then didn’t give grits or our eggs over medium. They decided we wanted scrambled eggs. Never tipping this place again

Enough is enough. This location has got to be one of the worst. Bad Service, low food quality/care and dirty floors. The cook could not ever make "eggs over easy" the yolk is busted! The service didnt handle my food with care so, the grits spilled over the plate and nobody, I mean nobody was cheerful or smiling. If I got to pay a to-go fee and a service fee on top of a tip, more should be done right. Im not coming back ever!

Great service and prompt!!! I asked for the names of the crew on board at the time of my dining there because they were all very efficient, busy, and worked together as a team. Great job to Ebony, Misty, Grace, Cat, Marvin and Nate!!! Yall made our visit very pleasant.

Nothing beats Waffle House !!! Anytime of any day this place always hits the spot!! Had a Texas chicken bacon melt and then to top it all off their pecan waffles always hit the spot

I am tired of the major disappointments I experience when visiting this location, it’s almost better that they close. The hours are inconsistent and so is the food quality. I am always very detailed when I order and have mastered the correct way to order so that my order, that I always get to-go, is not a disaster by the time I make it home to enjoy it. I always spend about $50-$60 for myself and my family and it seems that if I don’t stick to a simple waffle or all-star meal it is wrong. I asked for the bacon cheesesteak MELT WITH ONIONS, and Hashbrown with EVERYTHING EXCEPT MUSHROOMS. I get home and I only have a little hash browns over loaded with chili, jalapeños and ham. But I paid for all the other items onions, cheese, tomatoes AND my sandwich has no bacon very little cheese and No ONIONS!! Like please close down OR get it together!! I’m ALWAYS PATIENT AND VERY DETAILED… how do you not make this order correct but charge me for ever item I asked for. Ridiculous.

I love their waffles! They are made to perfection! However, not ever Wafflehouse service is the same, as with most chain restaurants. Considering the differences, I rank them as a 4. Prices are good and the food is prepared fast and fresh. Beyond the waffles, I recommend the new steak and cheese hasbrown bowl. Be sure to add eggs because it doesn't come with it.

BEST WAFFLE HOUSE EVER , went with my friends and our server EBON was the best ever ! Such a great waiter and so attentive made our experience the best!.
