Pretty nice breakfast place! Food is yummy and atmosphere is bright and friendly. Be aware - restaurant is busy & bustling - and staff are running back and forth! This also means that flagging down a server can be difficult. Mind you - the servers are friendly when they come by. If you like custard - they have an awesome custard waffle breakfast. Yup - I recommend this! Would definitely return.

What a beautiful and modern diner located in the heart of Central City Hub. Found this gem of a restaurant and it did not disappoint. Sausage and egg benny - bursting with flavor and a great combination of flavors Raspberry Creme Brulee french toast - out of this world, my only complaint is that it finished too soon! Fuzzy Peach Mimosa - very delicious! They do need to upgrade their cutlery specifically their butter knives to serrated knives as it was quite difficult to cut the bennys. Other than that I highly recommend this joint!

Chicken & Waffles were absolutely delicious and took me right back to Nashville! Great service, Philelippé from Brazil was amazing! Good atmosphere/ ambiance, always busy and buzzing but can always get a seat and food comes out on time. Local Neighbourhood favourite for breakfast or brunch any time of day.

Great breakfast place with great service. The food is exactly what you would expect. Harty comfort food with a friendly comfortable atmosphere. Everything was full of flavour and the coffee was great and always topped off. The wait staff are attentive and friendly as well. If you're going for a weekend breakfast/brunch I recommend getting there early. I'm not sure if they take reservations. It's my second time here and at far it's been consistently good!

Used to visit this diner when it was in New West. This 2.0 version is so much better! Great location 4 minutes from the Skytrain, next to the Save On Foods and in Central Surrey. The menu is supercharged with exciting new dishes. We had the special breakfast meal - was delicious, and the truffle chive potatoes were yummy. The price was very reasonable, and the service was very attentive and impeccable. The place was getting busy and had a good vibe to it - the music was nostalgic and at the right volume. I will definitely be coming back to try the other dishes like the creme brulee French toast.

Google
Loveeee their food. I went two days in a row because I wanted to try more of their food. First off, their waffle fries? To die for. Love their waffles and egg benny's. I tried their apple crumble french toast and it was good, but definitely after the first few bites it was too sweet and overwhelming for me. Everything else though was AMAZING. Portions were very much worth the price. I would 100% come back again. I hope they open a new location, maybe in Langley would do good.

Loved this fun little diner that was clean, had great service, and served up DELICIOUS sweet treats. Highly recommend the raspberry creme brulee French toast. Everyone here was so kind and I would definitely like to come back for more sweet treats.

Very nice breakfast spot in king george hub area with very nice vibe. Service is top notch. Our server Fellipe was very friendly, quick and great service. We had the fried chicken benny and chicken sandwich. The english muffin for benny could be a bit softer but other than that great experience. Highly recommend.

Yelp
Good quick service and stopped in for breakfast. Chicken and waffles, chicken crisp and juicy and waffles crisp and fluffy. Decent price and quick service. Lots of ample parking (1hr free) underground .

Yelp
We stopped by for breakfast before the mad late morning rush without reservations and managed to get a table right away. This was on a weekday so I highly recommend reservations if you can plan ahead. After looking over the menu, I decided on Turkish eggs and a coffee. The Turkish eggs were delicious. I enjoyed the tangy yogurt with the slightly spicy eggs. The sourdough bread soaked up everything and completed the meal. Prices were reasonable for about $20 for my meal. Service was great. We had an older lady server. She managed to keep up with the pace of a busy restaurant and stopped by regularly to refill coffee.

Yelp
Hidden gem!! Caesar - so delicious and they did not skimp on toppings Puzzy peach mimosa - tastes literally like a fuzzy peach! Turkish eggs - I don't know anywhere else that does Turkish eggs in the city. You'll have to ask for it extra dressed like I did and it'll be good! Otherwise, the photos on Google look too plainly dressed Fried chicken benny - chicken was so crunchy on the outside and perfectly seasoned Everything was great. The wait was 45 minutes for a weekend though. You'll want to go early!

Yelp
I liked this place but they are new and I think still sorting things out! Located in the new and cool area built by the King George Skytrain, note that parking is limited unless you pay for underground. We came around 9am on a Saturday and it was dead so we were seated immediately. Don't let it fool you - the place packs in quickly. They have a lot of breakfast and lunch options. I ordered the BREAKY SANDWICH (brioche bun topped with our spicy chili mayo, a marbled egg, crispy bacon, green onion, and cheddar cheese. Served with our breakfast potatoes or house salad). I got it vegetarian and the breakfast potatoes. The brioche bun is everything. The egg is fried with soft center so squirted allllll over me LOL! The breakfast potatoes are a miss. Half cooked, but some not cooked at all. They were passable. They were pretty bland. We also got a side of pancakes which were nice. Service was ok. It picked up so our server was busy. I had to ask twice for water refills and extra napkins. We weren't told but they had an auto gratuity.

Yelp
Had two really poor service experiences here lately. 1.) Asked one of the staff how that day's service was going and was told that it was pretty busy that afternoon, but quiet in the morning. I asked if that was normal for a breakfast place and she told me it was because people in "Surrey are just lazy and don't want to get up early". Which... is a pretty bizzare thing to say to a customer. I don't think there was a need there to slag me or the folks who come to the place. 2.) I was in a rush and popped in for some take out since the restaurant was empty. I placed my order and figured 20 minutes would be more than enough time to get my late lunch (a sandwich which was being offered on special). 15 minutes came and went, and when I asked to follow up, it was relayed that my food was just about to come out. 12 minutes later, it appeared and while I'm guessing someone forgot to punch my order in (or something went wrong); I think there was a miss to just tell me 'hey; really sorry, your meal is going to take longer than we thought'. Also; trying to tell me that the sandwich you have on special that day takes almost 30 minutes to make when the restaurant is deserted is a bold choice. I do like the cheap breakfast when they run their special, but my last two trips have left a fairly poor taste in my mouth. Add to that the number of times I've had to ask for new cutlery or new cups because they clearly haven't been washed; and... I think there are better places to have a cheap, reasonable breakfast.

Yelp
So I had today off & we got a chance to try it. I ordered the Turkish style eggs on a garlic infused yogurt, drizzled with allepo chilli butter, jalapeño chive infused oil, served with fresh sliced toasted baguette. I also got an order of Bacon. My other half ordered a veggie omelette Both were really good. I don't eat big portions & it was just enough for me. Our waitress was Angie & the service was amazing. My coffee was filled like 4-5 times while we ate. We will be returning soon.

Yelp
Cardboard is closer to a waffle than what this place serves. Service was ok. But waffles. Nah.

Yelp
They are friendly staff and the service was as good as the food. Love the convenience of how close to my home as well.

Yelp
I ordered the veggie burger here and I can't believe that this business has the Audacity to slap on a frozen, refried patty on a bun, smear some mustard and mayo on it, and dump a kilo of shredded lettuce and sell it for SEVENTEEN dollars. Not only do they not know how to make a burger at all, but they have some nerve pricing it at 17 bucks when the Same burger at a fast food chain costs 7 dollars and has vegetables other than lettuce on it. For 17 dollars, you'd think this place would add a tomato or onion or at least Something to make it unique or worth the price point. For 17$ you'd think the patty would at least be SEASONED and cooked properly. This is so deceitful and shameless of the business, just PATHETIC. The service is always slow. Tables are spacious & clean.

Yelp
Awesome food and great service. Friendly and attentive people. Our first visit to a WH. Will definitely be watching for future opportunities.

Yelp
Waffles were really great. Service was very kind, but a tad slow. Environment was classic.

Yelp
I used to go to the waffle house when it was in New West. You could even say I was a regular. Then one day they demand my vaccine status, which on principle I refused to provide, so they refused to serve me. For some people, you will celebrate this, but if you are like me, and do not agree with businesses that serve as the arm of petty tyrants that abuse power, and courts and tribunals that hide behind the letter, and not the spirit of the law, you will not patronize this establishment.

Yelp
Pretty much one of the best waffles I've ever had. Small squares. Delicate. And light. Highly recommend this place. Next I'm going to try the pancakes.

Yelp
Affordable price, excellent customer service, and the food was bomb!!! 10000% recommend!!
