Waffle House

I had a layover at ATL and took the Marta here because I had been craving WH and this location did not disappoint. Everyone here was on their A game customer service wise - super friendly and attentive wait staff and the cook even had me look at the bacon before he plated it to make sure it was cooked to where I wanted it. The All Star Special, coffee and hashbrowns were all as good as I remembered and much better than airport food - especially considering the price. I really enjoyed this WH location.

I recently visited Waffle House, and I had an excellent experience thanks to the fantastic service from Jaida and the delicious food prepared by Joseph. From the moment I walked in, Jaida greeted me with a warm and friendly smile, making me feel right at home. She was attentive, efficient, and always had a positive attitude, even though the place was pretty busy. Now, let’s talk about the food—Joseph, the cook, really knows his stuff. My meal was cooked to perfection: crispy waffles, perfectly scrambled eggs, and bacon that was just the right amount of crispy without being too greasy. You can tell he takes pride in his work, and it shows in the quality of the food. Every bite was a reminder of why Waffle House is a go-to for comfort food. Overall, great service and excellent food. I’ll definitely be back, and I hope Jaida and Joseph are working the next time I visit!

The worse waffle house I went to. Too much playing not enough working. Ordered at window. Girl took my order and told me she would text me when my order was ready. Never received a text and my food was cold. They also didn't have any sweet tea. Never coming back to this location.

A server named Jaida was very loud and rude to an older woman that came in during my last visit. She ordered a simple bowl of chili to go. The customer noticed that Jaida had not put on gloves and was speaking very loudly with her face over the chili pot and star I no down into it, and she commented that what she was doing was not sanitary and asked that she put on gloves and not spread her germs into the chili. Jaida then proceeded to make a scene, yelling about how she wasn't doing those things (she was) and berating the customer by basically making fun of her to the entire restaurant. Her coworkers asked her to calm down, but she continued, then walked into the parking lot with a different customer and continued ranting. She's not in here now, but her coworkers are still reeling and trying to cope with the fact that they have to work with her for the rest of the day. Very bad experience, not acceptable for an employee to act this way. She needs to be fired immediately. Deplorable. EDIT: after 15 minutes of being outside, she is now back behind the line carrying on and making more of a show about out it. Her coworkers have gently reminded her that customers are right to make a request like that and that she was very wrong for going ballistic on her like that. She is still trying to justify why her behavior was appropriate and why the customer was doing something absurd. The customer was not rude to her at all, and the rest of the people in the building were well aware of what was happening and sharing looks with each other. This interaction shows a lack of class and composure on Jaida's part. The other server was left to finish taking care of my service, as well. Jaida has been leaning against the counter and complaining loudly since she returned.

That was the worst hash browns I had in any waffle House‼️ And I love waffle House. My chicken breast was done but not grilled well ion like white looking foods it was like it was rushed cooked however the young lady on customer service skills was on point

Food cold, there for over an hour, had to ask for things missing from my order, I wondered if anyone was cooking they Way people were coming and no one was being served. There was someone threatening violence in establishment. The service and staff was a disaster and I had the nerve to bring my mother, child and grandchild... The biggest mistake my food was so cold a piece of cheese was laid on top of my grits and I asked if they had a microwave receiving my food just to melt the cheese and was told they didn't have one . I had to wait to get home just to hear it up. By then it was nothing but garbage so that's where it went. Wasted over 50$. I wanted to dine in but waited so long , we had to go.... Unbelievable.. this location need better help and service

I went when it was carry out only (at night and early morning), so my waffle being soggy wasn't their fault, I just waited too long to eat it

Arrived at 2:05pm. At first felt like no one wanted to wait on us. By 2:35 my husband was done with his meal which was good, and I was done with my bacon which was excellent…. But they hadn’t even started my waffle, it was an excellent waffle once I finally got it but I didn’t have time to eat it all. They never once offered to refill our drinks. Don’t go there if you have somewhere you need to be, unless you are very early…..
