Waffle House

I had a layover at ATL and took the Marta here because I had been craving WH and this location did not disappoint. Everyone here was on their A game customer service wise - super friendly and attentive wait staff and the cook even had me look at the bacon before he plated it to make sure it was cooked to where I wanted it. The All Star Special, coffee and hashbrowns were all as good as I remembered and much better than airport food - especially considering the price. I really enjoyed this WH location.

I ordered the All Star Special and it was really good. I tried the waffle with only butter first and it's 🔥. The sausage is really flavorful. Everything came exactly as I ordered and I ordered through doordash.

No lie, look at any of my previous reviews…I don’t take it easy on restaurants. But this is a smooth running operation..Service was great!! I made a to go order with Love and she was patient and attentive. This the best waffle house ever. Mrs.Love makes sure she is attending to everyone, no attitude or nothing!

I recently visited Waffle House, and I had an excellent experience thanks to the fantastic service from Jaida and the delicious food prepared by Joseph. From the moment I walked in, Jaida greeted me with a warm and friendly smile, making me feel right at home. She was attentive, efficient, and always had a positive attitude, even though the place was pretty busy. Now, let’s talk about the food—Joseph, the cook, really knows his stuff. My meal was cooked to perfection: crispy waffles, perfectly scrambled eggs, and bacon that was just the right amount of crispy without being too greasy. You can tell he takes pride in his work, and it shows in the quality of the food. Every bite was a reminder of why Waffle House is a go-to for comfort food. Overall, great service and excellent food. I’ll definitely be back, and I hope Jaida and Joseph are working the next time I visit!

You can never go wrong at this amazing diner. The staff were SO nice & accommodating that I added an extra tip & it was well deserved. The place was clean and the wait music was a plus. It felt like home. Fyi, there is a 20% gratuity added to to go orders; 10% goes to the server & 10% goes to service. Don't forget your hash browns scattered, smothered and covered!

Me and my significant other visit the location for the first time. Customer service was horrible and the waitress was not pleasant. We order our food on the same ticket Order 138258 On Dec 25 at 5:51 pm the total was $27.50 Out order was on the same ticket. The African American Female that work that evening it was only one women. We put on the same ticket . She got his order right and mess mine up. Everything about his was right. He said she watched us come in hugged up and being affectionate and probably got a lil jealous. We were the only black couples in the Waffle House in east point brought his food first and give him his utensils and brought my last and my food was cold and no utensils. That has never happened out of all the waffle houses we been out. He said dang baby that’s crazy maybe she was slightly jealous of how pretty you are. This is Atlanta. She said sorry but know it didn’t come from the heart genuinely. When I placed my other she didnt look me in my eyes but looked him in his eyes. I was nice to the waitress I told him I didn’t wanna come back and I wish we could receive our money back but that will never happened to be satisfied as customers.

A server named Jaida was very loud and rude to an older woman that came in during my last visit. She ordered a simple bowl of chili to go. The customer noticed that Jaida had not put on gloves and was speaking very loudly with her face over the chili pot and star I no down into it, and she commented that what she was doing was not sanitary and asked that she put on gloves and not spread her germs into the chili. Jaida then proceeded to make a scene, yelling about how she wasn't doing those things (she was) and berating the customer by basically making fun of her to the entire restaurant. Her coworkers asked her to calm down, but she continued, then walked into the parking lot with a different customer and continued ranting. She's not in here now, but her coworkers are still reeling and trying to cope with the fact that they have to work with her for the rest of the day. Very bad experience, not acceptable for an employee to act this way. She needs to be fired immediately. Deplorable. EDIT: after 15 minutes of being outside, she is now back behind the line carrying on and making more of a show about out it. Her coworkers have gently reminded her that customers are right to make a request like that and that she was very wrong for going ballistic on her like that. She is still trying to justify why her behavior was appropriate and why the customer was doing something absurd. The customer was not rude to her at all, and the rest of the people in the building were well aware of what was happening and sharing looks with each other. This interaction shows a lack of class and composure on Jaida's part. The other server was left to finish taking care of my service, as well. Jaida has been leaning against the counter and complaining loudly since she returned.

That was the worst hash browns I had in any waffle House‼️ And I love waffle House. My chicken breast was done but not grilled well ion like white looking foods it was like it was rushed cooked however the young lady on customer service skills was on point
