Staff was fast and friendly. Never thought I’d leave a review of a Waffle House location but this one really stood out. Everyone working had a bright and positive attitude and worked well together, it was super busy but there was a very short wait and food came out really fast!

Out of Hundreds of Waffle houses I’ve been to Cross Country, This one by far can tecach the others a lesson or two. Immaculately Clean. Every single member of the staff is upbeat and, everyone works together. The food was perfect and, our waitress Miss Joyce was an absolute sweetheart! Would give 10 Stars if I could! A++

The cook Machell should be a gourmet Chief at a 5 star restaurant, and the young lady who was the Head Server named Aarianna had the best customer service I have ever seen from our younger generation of people. They worked together as an amazing team and made sure my wife and I was pleased. We have tried to return back yesterday but I guess it was to late and we couldn't dine-in so we had to go somewhere else. But we will be back whenever those two work again and we can dine-in ...

Worst Waffle House !!!! Drove across town to this one food wasnt prepared correctly . Staff was horrible really didn’t want to cook actually said they were closed and weren’t so maybe that’s why the whole order is wrong who gets a burger for 8.00 I didn’t ask for peppers full of peppers and I can’t eat spicy food ask for cheese well you can see that really but added a bunch of what I didn’t ask for if it wasn’t already 2:00 am I would take it back and make them re cook it but I will see them later. And you can’t call anyone 🙄😡😡😡😡😡

This Waffle House has a special crew of employees! Every restaurant should take notes of their work ethic and customer service.

Man, it's a waffle house. Great food, nothing fancy but really good. The server was really good at reading us. She knew exactly how much to say with as much energy and enthusiasm as we wanted. Don't remember her name, but she was good. This was my kids' first time at the wh and they loved it so much, we are going back there today

Best Waffle House in Fort Worth area Everyone said good morning as we walked in. Service was on the spot! Super friendly with lots of cheer and laughter. The food was cooked perfectly! I'm not gonna lie, I was pretty iffy on going to Waffle House on Christmas Day, but this was probably the best Waffle House we have ever been to. Despite having to work on Christmas, the customer service was amazing and the food was hot, fresh, delicious and super quick! The vibes were just a really good time and even though I didn't want to go at first, having breakfast for Christmas dinner with my family was probably my favorite part of the whole day. Thank you Cece and all the wonderful people that worked this evening! You guys really made it a good time!

TERRIBLE !!! We got here at about 1am and did NOT have a good experience !! First off our bag had spilled syrup in it, so our hands were dirty before we could even touch our food. Also, they didn't even have any utensils, IMAGINE THAT !!! AND THE WORST PART, WE GOT FOOD POISONING !! I do NOT recommend !! SAVE YOUR STOMACH !!!

If Waffle House is anything, it's consistent! This location in Fort Worth wasn't any different. Good food and good people. Went two days in a row because it was up the road from my hotel. Both days the food was good! Ms. Tesa is a sweetheart. They're lucky to have her on the team.

If I could give one star I would! I went to Waffle House at 5am today & normally you can go in and eat, but the doors were locked. There were two employees there, a server and a cook. The server came to the window and said I could only place an order to go, which was fine. I ordered my food and sat outside and waited. She told me my total would be $10.60 and I handed her my card. I asked for a receipt but she said she couldn't print it. I just checked my bank statement and she charged me $16. I tried calling once I seen the notification from my bank but of course they don't have a phone that will answer. I live too far for me to return so I will be taking this up with my bank, but how dare the employee leaving herself a hefty tip.

Food it's Always great Miss Theresa and all the crew are amazing Ambiance really good, it's Sunday morning and everyone looks happy and they know what they doing, a lot of communication between them witch its awesome. Thanks for my coffee mis Theresa I just needed.

Showed 24 hours on yelp. Got there at 11:58 after the Metallica concert and the doors were locked.. people were inside eating. So I pulled the door again thinking I was just weak lol. The girl at the register yelled "we're closed" and kept counting money. Bummer because I really love Waffle House. Because of this we drove over to Ol' South Pancake House 24/7 and boy did we do right with that. If I'm ever back in Fort Worth, I will gladly give them all my money.

Are server ivy was awesome and Well you know what they say the more getto the places are the best and this place did not disappoint the vibe the food was awsome as a half white and Mexican i would definitely cone back

I don't know who the lady in the glasses is but thank you you're the only reason this is gettin 2 stars instead of one...because of James i waited over an hour for my food first my order was skipped over then he proceeded to never give my order to the cook and anytime she asked if he took orders..or handed them to the cook he ignored her multiple times James needs to be FIRED !!

This was the a amazing experience I loved the food and I cannot forget our awesome waitress Kristen she was super nice just great service and the ambiance was good the Waffle House song was good I would definitely recommend this location and Kristen as a server

Terrible. 24/7 restaurant.... Went there at 8:30 pm and was told the grill wouldn't open back up for another 30 min!!!

The food was amazing and the service was great. Our server gave us extra salsa and refills for free. And the setup was really cool.

Food was okay. We should have left. They didn't sanitize condiment shakers or anything. No mask or mask worn under nose. Only cooks had mask up.

We stopped by on a Friday night around 11:30pm and the restaurant was surprisingly pretty busy! I've always driven by Waffle House but it was actually my very first time visiting. Service: Workers were friendly and nice, but just a bit slow. Food: This place is called "waffle house" so I was expecting their main dishes to be waffle based. However, that didnt seem like the case. The menu was filled with different kinds of melts and waffles seemed like more of a side dish to order. It was also interesting that when we asked for recommendations, the waitress recommended melts and not waffles. - waffles: we gave it a try anyway because we felt like we should.. (it's called "waffle house"!) The waffles werent bad, but they didnt taste like waffles. They werent crispy at all... they were more like fluffy pancakes in the form of a waffle. - melts: I had the bacon egg and cheese melt which wasnt bad. However, the toast was on the greasy and salty side.. and the bacon and cheese made it even more salty. My friends who ordered the cheesesteak melt also said it was salty. They got the "meal" which comes with a side of hashbrowns. They didnt say a word about it so I'm assuming it was just whatever. Would I come back? Maybe if I'm looking for another late-night diner. Other than that, probably not.

We had such amazing service, food was out within minutes of us ordering. Highly recommended this place. Staff was phenomenal.

Visiting Fort Worth for a couple days and went to the closest Breakfast place to our hotel. It was me, my 2 year old & another young lady with me. We walked in and I guess because we are white were unwelcome. One lady that worked their said what the hell, and numerous men working there starting hooting like an owl upon us walking in. Don't go here if you're traveling, this isn't a safe spot.

Gotta love the best place to have breakfast (even if the Dallas Cowboys will play their first and only "Monday Night Football" game this season)!! GO COWBOYS!!!

I usually go to this location but not anymore. I called my order in at 10:37 and the website said it would be ready at 11:10. I got their at 11:15 and waited 30 min for my order. They were not busy and all the employees were on the phone goofing off the whole time. I got home and half of my order was missing.

Black guy in the night shift is so racist. My husband and I walked in because it was a pregnancy craving and he told us " just to let y'all know it's Togo orders only " " we said that's okay " then his 3 black friends walked in and sat down and we were waiting for him to them tell only Togo orders only, waited, waited & nothing ... so I told my husband let's go fuck this man . He said for the next 6 months only Togo orders from 9pm- 6am, but when his friends walk in it's dine in? I'm never calm !! But I have to be now that I'm pregnant.

What can you say about Waffle House! It's so much fun to sit and listen to the staff's "short-hand" talk when ordering. The service I received was some of the best I've ever received at a Waffle House. We're talking old time servers that love calling you "Honey and Sweetie". Funky music was playing in the background and there was quite a show going on behind the counter. Being an old restaurant manager, I loved watch the "poetry in motion" of the grill cook. I was fascinated watching her lay out her plates and keep all the orders straight in her head. Waffle House must provide incredible training for their cooks and servers. My waffle wasn't as crispy as I would have liked it but next time I will ask for a crispy waffle. I can't wait to return again soon.

This is my go-to Waffle House. It's not far from where I live, and over the years I've come to know the staff. This restaurant is very consistent-I always know how my order will come out and it always does. Of course, WH's signature item is their waffles. LOVE their pecan waffles. Their eggs and hash browns can't be beat. When you make a million orders of these things, you get good at it! And you can't beat their prices. The staff is always upbeat and jovial, ready to share or listen to a story. When we visit, Miss Joyce is always our server - she has adopted us. Tell her a story about your dogs and she will tell you her stories and will remember you forever.

If I could pick a place to go to late at night in my neighborhood , this spot is it. I always love my food every time & have never had a problem. My bf loves it and will often come here and eat a late night meal with friends. I recommend everything! Not lying. The grilled chicken breast with cheesy eggs is the best. I seriously vouch for adding cheese to anything! Also the hash browns are perfect with jalapeños! Give them a shot.

Went to this Waffle House this morning, and saw a member of the staff run out and help an elderly couple park their car, and then apologize that we had to wait. I thought it was a very kind gesture. Not to mention the fact that they would have probably hit my vehicle had they kept trying!

Another restaurant chain which I will not go myself, but was with copilot pal who really likes the Waffle House. So...was actually quite good. Busy here also, near the Arlington airport where our plane was parked.

Quick! Attentive! Nurturing! Honest! Great People that saved my life and the lives of my family. I was driving and I tell you, I was so sleepy. I exited the freeway and all the gas stations were closed and some just had the window available. (I guess, this might not be the best of neighborhoods...Idk.) When I Seen that there was this Waffle House that was opened I opened the door to a half closed gas station, I jumped at the opportunity to get ice. I opened the door, greeted the employees and asked if I could have a cup of ice to go. I tipped the waitress a dollar, as it was the only cash I had on hand and I sincerely thanked her. That is why I said that this Waffle House saved my life. Ice, for some strange reason, keeps tired drivers alert while driving long distances. I cant thank you all enough.

Love this place! I travel a lot and always try to eat at a Waffle House. This one is by far the BEST!! Staff welcome you as if you were family. Wish this place was by my house. If you're a Small Business owner, stop by this place. It really exemplifies the old mantra: You're only as good as your employees are. They are so awesome!!

The staff was great. The cook had it down to a science. She was quick and efficient. Plus the breakfast was delicious! If you get chance stop in.

I love Waffle House, and eat there frequently especially this location. That being said, I went there last night around midnight, and had the worst customer service experience I have ever had, at any restaurant hands down!!! I went here after going to a concert. I frequent this restaurant, so I know that you sit at the bar to get an order to go. However, the bar/to go area was full. There was no place to sit or even get close to the area. I saw a couple of open booths so I sat down. There were approximately 8 people there working. Within a few minutes, a guy that works there, came to me and asked if my order was for here or to go. I replied "to go." He immediately told me I had to get up, that the booth was for customers! I replied "what?!?" "I am a customer!!" " I don't see anyone waiting to be seated and there is no place to sit at the bar/to go area, the seats are full." He replied, " I know, you have to stand up!!" Now he was young, and obviously had no idea how important customer service is. And again, this was an open booth, no one was waiting to be seated. I politely told him I will not get up, I don't see anyone waiting on this booth, and, I am a customer!!! He walked off. I sat there 20 mins with all these employees looking at me and no one took my order. This guy just kept walking past me. So I asked him if he was going to take my to go order. He replied, " I told you to stand up, that way anybody can help you!" I really wanted to leave at that point, but I had a taste for pecan waffles! I got up, stood there and about three employees or more came over to tell me they saw me sitting there. I told them what this guy had done asked, another employee, Don Juan, if he saw me why didn't he just come take my order. He replied that is, his ( the other guy) area. So by now I'm really upset. Ann, another employee apologized, told me to sit in her booth, and she would help me. Which I gladly did. While she's getting my order ready, other employees are huddled around this mean guy, whose name is Anthony, getting his side of the story. One, whom I will call The Birthday Girl due to the one dollar bills she had pinned to her chest, was snickering as if this was funny! I won't go into every other detail of this miserable experience, but Ann was great, she got my order ready and I gave her a nice tip. As I'm leaving, Anthony and The Birthday Girl and a couple others, we're talking badly about me, well, Anthony was, the rest were just snickering. I left but went back in to get his name, which I didn't know, I walked back in on him speaking badly about me, I looked at him, trying to see his name tag, he yelled at me "Anthony!!!!! Wow!!! Really?!?! I have never experienced such awful service at any restaurant let alone the Waffle House! I would not recommend this location due to Anthony, and his poor customer service. If you do go here don't sit in his area!!! I only gave one star because the meal was good once Ann helped me!

Wow! This must be the best Waffle House in town! The staff was ON FIRE filling busy orders, all with great, happy attitudes. You can tell they all have a great dynamic. Our server, DJ, was so attentive to everyone in his section. The food was SO GOOD! I'm glad we came. The last time I came to WH was 25 years ago in Arizona and I swore to never return. We live in California now and were told that Texas Waffle Houses are top notch. They were right!!

The food is great, but the customer service is terrible. We decided to eat here because I've never tried Waffle House and it was the closest to us. The minute we got here the waitress was rude didn't even acknowledge us. Worst first experience eating at a Waffle House.

Five stars for this waffle house because it is one of my go-to spots when I'm in fort worth. Get the chicken melt and covered hash browns!

Was there the early morning of 5/17. The staff and Crystal (who waited on us) are great. We even performed a little dancing for the staff while we were there. Great people. Would definitely go back there again. Thanks Crystal and staff for making our visit fun and entertaining and having such great attitudes, especially at 4 in the morning.

The store gets no stars! But our server gets 5!!This waffle house used to be a great place!!! My family and I go there to see one waitress cause she knows what we want and she's is the best!! Her station is always clean!! Jennifer is very freindly, attentive, hard working and prompt. She is always moving! Working, cleaning, washing dishes, stocking the area by the cooks! There's is no doubt that she is an asset to this establishment. One day I went there alone on my lunch break and it must have been Jennifer's day off when I asked for her the manager himself said horrible foul things about her! I was beyond shocked!! Every time we see her she has the most welcoming smile of everyone there! Her professionalism and personality is what keeps us coming back. I wonder if she knows what horrible person she's busting her back for! Waffle House needs more Jennifer's and more Joyce's and more DJ's and less angry negative manager!

Food was good as expected but the service left a lot to be desired. The wait staff seemed more intent on amusing each other then being concerned about the customers. Also, swishing around a mop at my feet while I waited for my food definitely did not make me a happy camper. Topped off with them only bringing half the food and waiting another 10 min for the rest of it just blew my thoughts of returning to the newly remodeled Waffle House. Disappointing at best.

So I'm visiting back home in Texas from Los Angeles and decided to try out the local Waffle House near my uncle's house for the first time in 15 years. I have to say I'm always leary of the old school brand but they have a great staff who really cares, DJ is a terrific short order cook who made my food perfectly and with care, and the restaurant was clean (as much as an old establishment can be). My only criticism were the grits were a bit lumpy. Other than that, everyone made me feel like I was "back home" again.

Only 3 stars because of Ann. You would think she could whip these girls in shape.n they could learn a lesson or two. Never had a problem until tonight. This girl took our order and disappeared. Then reappeared to ask what we ordered. She had the balls to look at me and ask the other waitress"she's complaining about the price? " yes I was. We waited an hour + for our food to be delivered correctly. Ann had to correct the order the took. Completely ridiculous even for the ghetto.

Good food but the customer service really pushes it over the top. The management is awesome and really on top of the job. This is the cleanest waffle house I've ever been too. If you in the area stop by and check them out!

food was good, but my orange juice tasted like meat...the facility is small so expect to wait a little bit...she sat us right next to the bathrooms so hated that and next to a trash can had to tell her to move it but other than that everyone was friendly
