OMG!!! Ms. Cole, the cook was amazing. I haven't had WH this good in such a long time. Everything was cooked to perfection. Our waitress, Ms. Jeniha was also wonderful. They need to be recognized for their amazing work. I felt the love. ❤️ 😍

This was my first time trying their food at Waffle House, and it was delicious 😋. It felt family oriented, the service was friendly, and the waffle and hashbrowns were simple but yet soooooo good! I did some history on them and did notice their jukebox, place their orders with cheese and jelly packets,lol, are open 24/7, and just have this homey environment to it.

I booked my trip through Serenity Elite Travel Agency LLC, and they made sure every detail was covered—even recommending a great breakfast spot near Atlanta Airport. They suggested the Waffle House, and it was the perfect choice for a quick, hearty meal after my flight. The service was friendly, the food came out fast, and the waffle was soft with a nice buttery taste. The atmosphere had that classic diner charm, making it a cozy stop for travelers. This Waffle House stop was the perfect way to start my day thanks to their thoughtful recommendation.

An absolutely amazing experience at this location waffle House. Charlie was our server. She was pleasant imprompt and would check on us every 5 to 10 minutes to clear items from our area and to also make sure we were good with food items. Our food was ordered very quickly. The service there has improved a great deal. They have a well oil machine running. Several different things going on to go side, a new to go window in place, as well as individuals taking orders at the bar area counter seats. Very clean atmosphere, staff was in the holiday spirit. Charlie was excellent!!! The most pleasant individual I have ever encountered there.

Food and service was great. Clean and had a lot of seating. Atmosphere rating, it's a Waffle house. Princess my server was very personable and I felt appreciated as a customer. All of the staff was performing well. Well ran location. First time to eat at this location but definitely go there again. Great place to stop on a return trip from the airport via Camp Creek Parkway.

Ashten was my salesperson and the manager Devon, we’re great the greeted when arrived. The service was great. food looked amazing and tasted great. It tasted fresh and was actually hot when arrived. Ashten was very positive amazing worker. The store was clean. I totally enjoy my visit at the 2915 Lawrence Suwanee road location. Thank you Ashten for making my day brighter.

Well. For one. I don’t think this is (5) Strips of Bacon aka the Large Bacon. And the rest of my order was perfect. The (3) strips I ordered was perfect. But going forward. Always check your order. I checked it, to make sure all items were present. But they were so busy I didn’t even think to open the bacon up & check it because I’ve never had an issue in the past. But today. Waffle House turned a new leaf. They served me the leftover bacon scraps. It’s equivalent to those crunches that use to be free with the beer-battered fish they sold at Captain D’s, but they now charge you for it & then claim they don’t have any. So they made the company a profit.

This meal came in clutch, at 4 o'clock in the morning after a night out! We wanted to dine in, but the lobby was closed, and we had to order from the walk up to go window. We had pork chop & eggs, chicken & eggs, and steak & eggs. Everything was well prepared.

Website would not allow me to order a single waffle light. The website would not let me order my BLT on raisin toast.

The food was amazing as always and the service was excellent. The ambiance feel great BUT my girlfriend later called me and told me that she was having an allergic reaction to something, eventually she told me that she was allergic to peanuts, and suspected that the cooks did not properly clean the side of the oven of peanut residue

Came here for food after a late night/early morning out on the town. The food was good and the staff was nice. However, the dining room wasn't open so we were forced to order to-go.

Waffles house hit the spot last night. The sausage was on point. Waffles were also good. Not sure why my friends let me get 2 waffles... I only managed to eat 3/4 of one. I got one reg waffle and one with peanut butter. Could do without the peanut butter. Service was quick, vibe was chill. Prices are affordable.

The worse customer service. After waiting to place an order after shift change and watching my food sit without a lid.. a worker told her coworker "Let me put her order in a bag before she piss me off" I Love a good waffle house meal but my family and I won't be enjoying that anytime soon! No syrup...no utensils...horrible service..No Thank You

Food is regular as hell but that's the idea right most of the time some trashy lady serving and some guy out cold cooking but bored cooking eggs all day

Party of 4. The food is on point however, the service from Cam was not good at ALL. My husband and I ordered All Star meals yet, after we we had finished our food, our waffles were still missing. Our friend placed order for cheese eggs and cheese grits, no cheese. Cam needs an all around customer service course and needs to follow up with customers. I plan to return and hope the service is better.

I had a fantastic experience at Waffle House!!! I'm surprised by the number of negative reviews; perhaps I came on a great day, or I'm just lower maintenance than many people! I was in town for a business trip, so our big group stopped in for brunch. There are so many ways to customize hash browns! Loved the variety of plate offerings on the menu, too. My favorites were the waffles, of course - hence the name of the restaurant. So delicious!! Their grits, ham, eggs, and toast were good, too. Devoured everything and the prices were so inexpensive!! The waitresses were all so funny, sweet, and personable!! We really enjoyed talking to them throughout our meal. Damn. I really wish we had a Waffle House in my hometown in California!

Aye this the best Waffle House no bulllll... I ate here my entire pregnancy and still come here to grab food. The ladies in the morning (Charlie and Marie) be doinnnnnn the damn thing! They are always fast and my order comes out correctly! Wait times are not long and they are clean and friendly! Grade A for me!!

I walked inside and no one was even there. Then a lady came inside from being outside in her car...? She then questioned my service dog and asked me if "he really needed to be in there." Like yes, that is the entire point of me having him. When I told her "yes. He is my service dog." She looked me up and down and seemed very rude and like she was "looking" for my disability showing why I would need a service dog. Very rude. I love waffle house so much and was very sad to have such a horrible experience.

This craving for the Texas chicken melt has taken over. Paid $14 for two sandwiches. The cook made sure it was correct and not over cooked and dried out. Moist indeed what I needed plus the lettuce and tomato. I give the WH props on this one because it has me coming back. Parking decent for the ears but being it's in a small shopping plaza it may be a challenge finding a spot.

What a horrible establishment. Dirty, cold food and rude waiters are what awaits you at this location. The floor is dirty. The grits were so cold (sending them back 4 times) couldn't even melt the cheese. I asked for the manager. I'm still waiting!

Weak Service 20 mins on a really basic to go order and I had to leave without my toast which I watched sitting on the toaster cooking for 2 minutes - good job Kendra (not)

First and foremost I want to sayi won't be returning the things I seen were very unpleasant the floor was nasty then the guy on the grill after playing with his chest no wash hands or anything return to the grill very unprofessional

My 2nd time here, service was great & food was good! I ordered the Texas Chessesteak Melt and the All Star Special.

I love eating waffle house, let me start there. However, what i saw with my own eyes is very disturbing. The cashier answered the phone, took the money, then packed the food with phone in hand, then touched the sausage with her naked hands. Then she whipped her hands on her pants leg. Then handed me the food as if this is ok! Owners of Waffle House. Please train/ Supervise your people your staff, or close down. The stakes are to high and dangerous to serve people without the basic regard for human life. Today I had to throw my food away!

Horrible service don't ever come to this Waffle House. They act like they don't care at all to give orders on time. Rude and inconsiderate. I would never recommend this place.

One of the worst spots in the entire city. Always dirty and they are extremely rude. Don't go!!

I tried to order take out and asked if they had sausage patty's or links and the employee never answered my question. The Employee said "oh my gosh, are you ready to or not mam I have other customers" in a rude tone. After I asked one question, Also I was waiting outside in front of the restaurant where there wasn't a customer in sight. Don't eat here if you value customers service.

I've been eating here for years. This locating has been pretty positive for all my experiences here. Same staff for a few years which means they probably work well as a team. Good food. Fast service and nice staff. Usually slammed especially in weekends but still it's a good experience.

This is one of the best waffle house I've been to. I got my food in 5 mins even while the restaurant was packed. They communicated and the service was very nice and pleasant

Why is Waffle House so dismissive of their employees? One of their cooks has been waiting an hour to get her paycheck. The manager is more than well aware of this but seems to enjoy being a petty little dictator

Ate here this morning. Typical WH, dirty bench seats. Food was the usual greasy spoon. I got the Eggs & cheese with bacon & wheat toast & Hash browns plain. My friend was buying so I didn't add a bunch of stuff that I might normally get on the hash browns. The eggs & cheese were good. Had to keep looking for the waitress to get my coffee refilled, once.

Im driving around the dirty souf and every 2 minutes I see a waffle house! Ok im thinking "whats so great?" well it must be good if there are 285078184905173468902 zillion of them all over the town. So its lunch time again I took somewhat of an early lunch so I was thinking breakfast. I sit down right next to the kitchen. Im not sure if all waffle house's are like this but you actually watch them cook your food which i thought was pretty cool. I order and super deluxe breakfast. I think? Haha i kidna forgot what it was called. Anyway this place kinda reminds me of a dennys but better kinda felt like i was at home when they were making my food. So of course i get a waffle cuz i gotta see what there all about and it did taste pretty amazing. Nice and fluffy with a little crunch just how i like it. The bacon was crispy and cooked to perfection. I wasnt sure whether to get grits or hasbrowns but i was feeling a little under the weather that day and didnt feel like getting crazy since i have never had grits before. The hashbrown were awesome not sure what they put on them. hmmm. Service was great but that would be hard to mess up since there 5ft from me at all times. Next time im craving a waffle and some breakfast i know where im going!

The food is great, you have fast service. The only thing that I can see bad about this restaurant is that it's not as clean as you would like. Those of us who go to waffle house often know that most of them aren't that clean. Some of the people that work there are forgetful too.

Okay first off it wasnt crowded or busy. 4 people at the table all on one ticket . I dont recieve the beverage i ask for a coke. Everyone else gets thier reqquested drink but me im given a water. My wife is brought her order the rest of us nothing. My wife is almost finished when the waitress comes over with 3 waffles when 2 where ordered. We took two but those 3 were for another table so know their missing food. Sis in law ordered steak and eggs all she gets is a plate of eggs and hashbrowns. Myself and my daughter still just have waffles nothing else including my drink. The steak folllows by itself to later be followed by our sides we ordered for the waffles. Along with a side of hash browns and sausage we didnt order. I'm now told there is no coke. I asked what other sodas they have First thing im told is coke lol I had to suggest Mr Pibb which is what I received. This was my third establishment of the day to which my service was horrible. Waffle house is good just skip this one just hit the one closer to Hwy 20.
