Very poor service. Tables were dirty with leftover food and dishes, no greeting or acknowledgment from staff despite several employees present. We waited with no attention and left. Went to another Waffle House nearby and had a great experience there.
Unfortunately, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had at a Waffle House. When we arrived, all the available tables were very dirty — with leftover food, dirty dishes, and cups still on them. We sat down anyway, expecting someone to greet us or at least acknowledge us, as is common at other Waffle House locations.
There were at least five staff members visible in the kitchen, walking by multiple times, but no one greeted us, cleaned the table, or told us they would be with us soon. We sat there for quite a while and received no attention at all. It felt like they simply had no interest in serving us.
It was disappointing and frustrating, so we decided to leave and went to another Waffle House nearby, where we were warmly greeted, seated at a clean table, and served without any issues. This location could definitely improve its customer service and cleanliness.
