This place makes great memories after a hard day and excellent 👌🏼💯 food. Thank you to all the staff for your hard work, ❣️ special thanks to Mr Youseef, Ms Cindy and Ms Tobin, for keeping our bellies full and always having a positive attitude, if you want a good " Home felt meal" this is the place to go. 😃😁, so thankful for everything you guys do, thank you.

The food is always great but I have to say it's the employees that really make it awesome. Darius on night shift is a absolute jem 💎 he went above and beyond was super funny (had me cracking up lol ), polite, and just awesome in general. He has 5 ⭐ customer service & a attitude to match 🙂. I always go here when I'm in town and I've never once had a bad experience but this one was one I'll definitely remember as one of the best - I really appreciate how well you treated me thank you ! I will say I'm torn on the night windows I love that waffle House cares enough about their safety because I know it's got to get crazy but I think it's a shame they need it. I wish customers would act better .... This is why we can't have nice things.

This rating is strictly for the New, After Hours walk up window that you have to order from because the inside seating is closed. Five people waiting outside for orders, on a sidewalk, and the service took too long. If anything, this Walk up window service with no nighttime inside dining it is going to be the death of What this old guy knows as the real Waffle House. With the remodels that are going on at stores in the company, I wouldn't doubt that they're about to be sold to a private equity group...🫤

The staff is so nice here and the food and coffee are excellent. You really never have to wait and the food comes right up. It’s also so helpful that they include tax in their posted prices (no hidden fees). Plenty of parking and seating.

From the minute I arrived just after 5Am to place a to go order, the gal working there had a phone to her ear- from taking my order to cooking it - the phone never left her ear. The parking lot was slick, and I fell and saw and did not bother to check if I was okay. Would not be such a big deal if all had gone smooth with my order. My bacon hashbrown bowl was very burnt bacon over undercooked hashbrowns and it all tasted like burnt bacon. Normally a HUGE fan of Waffle House but wow- Poor service and worse food. Worst $20 I every spent and I will NOT be back to this location. Do better WH!

I have visited 100's of Waffle House across the country, and hands down, this is the most sufficiently runned Waffle House I've ever seen... crew has chef and cook... food line caller... 2 waiters... 1 on hands dishwasher... I've never seen such a busy W.H. ... The turnover time is unbelievable... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED...

Great service and very clean. This Waffle House is staffed and very well run. The staff is very quick to clear tables and serve the customers. Food came out hot and served quickly. Highly recommend trying this location out.

Food was good and filling. What really sets this place apart is the team running it. Came in with a large group and we caused a glut of orders, but they took it in stride and processed our orders very quickly. They took good care of us regardless and were all chipper, great establishment.

First time at Waffle House! We had to wait a bit for seating, but it wasn't too bad. Since it's such a classic spot, I had to give it a try. I ordered the sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit with a side of hashbrowns--came out pretty quickly and everything tasted good. Our server was super friendly and made sure everyone got the right order and checked in on us throughout the meal. The only downside was that it felt a bit humid inside, which made it slightly uncomfortable, but overall still a solid first visit.

The waffles were filling and delicious but also flavorful.Our waiter was kind and funny and we had zero problems with her.The place was filled with people which were nice but the bathroom was intriguing due to the smell.Overall a good place!

Can't hate on all the Waffle Houses of the world. There's something about their waffles that I love. Simple. Cheap. Delicious. And our service was superb!!

I've heard about Waffle Houses all my life. So we had to check it out when in Tennessee! This location was right by the airport. Small inside but busy. The ladies working there were busy, taking care of business and hustling!! The menu wasn't very large. Simple and to the point. Waffles!! My hubby and I had one of the combos. Had eggs, bacon, WAFFLES and toast. It was all good. Nothing fancy, just good food! Coffee was great!! Our server was great! When in Tennessee, go try The Waffle House!!

Really disappointed. I love Waffle House but this was bad. Burnt bacon that came out 15 min after everything else and the eggs I ordered over medium didn't even cook the white. The white was slimy and wet! Plus the waffles have changed. And not for the better. Add to that the service was sad. Young man was polite but really not aware.

Service was decent, ordered smothered, covered , chunk (cheese, onions, ham). Hash browns came out at first with nothing, to be returned overcooked 4 little chunk pieces of ham, little onion & a slice of cheese. We were literally the only table in the restaurant. Explains why Cracker Barrel was busy. At least the restroom was clean.

By far the very BEST Waffle House I have been in!!! The food was PERFECT visually and taste/flavor!!!!! GREAT service!! CLEAN from the front to the back FRIENDLIEST Staff and they had a real TEAM work!! They greater each Customer some of whom they knew by name and "You're usual order today?" And to me that is what effort and excellence looks and sounds like!!!

Just close the stores, stopped at 2 locations. Both short handed. If you can't pay your help then close up shop. Give me a break, terrible. Wouldn't even give you a star but had too.

Courtney was friendly, sweet, and took great care of us for breakfast this morning! Really quick service, our meal was ready in no time. I love the sweetness of the waffles here and their fluffy semi-sogginess. The hash browns were also delicious, salty enough but not too salty, crispy enough not too crispy. The establishment was clean, including the restrooms, and well-lit. Good location! The employees seemed to have good report and worked well together, which is great to see. =)

Everyone works together. They are super busy and they all pitch in with whatever job is needed !! There was no attitude of "that's not my job". The employees here HUSTLE. They work so hard and are all so pleasant.

I've been coming to this Waffle House for over 20 years and it's always been great. One of the best I've been to until tonight. Took forever to order and even longer to receive our food. John the one and only cook in the place... kept disappearing in the back.. to do no telling what ... maybe to play donkey Kong .. and then would reappear to get the order wrong. My order was a burnt bacon egg and cheese sandwich , with burnt hash browns missing the cheese I ordered and an ok pecan waffle. After sending it back I received a bacon egg and cheese on white bread the second time and more burnt hash browns with an attempt to hide it by covering it up with the cheese that should have been on the first order. Come on! Really??! However they did manage to cook them "in the ring" as requested. But Unfortunately there was no saving grace for this meal! The waitress came to our table and sat my plate down in front of me with a horrible second attempt at my bacon egg and cheese sandwich which literally had white bread that wasn't toasted at all and the burnt to a crisp hash browns with a sad excuse for cheese... the waitress said " is this better?" And I said ... " Noooo! It's Not at all" " I wanted an egg bacon and cheese sandwich!!! Not on Texas toast! Not with white bread thats not toasted! I want golden brown toast! It's a simple request. I don't think it's asking too much! So after the second failed attempt, I told her just to take it back and we would just keep my girlfriends waffle and my drink... a chocolate milk I'm drinking as I type this very unhappy review. So disappointed in this Waffle House experience. It's a zero for me. I'll come back again sometime but I promise I will not order anything unless the toothless cook comes back. He was there for years and made the best bacon egg and cheese this side of the Mississippi. If he comes back I'll update my review!

Yumm!!! I love Waffle House! Super fast cook! Super sweet waitress with pink hair and pink glasses! And definitely one of the nicest cleanest waffle House bathrooms I've ever been in! I am from Miami where the waffle houses are very bad haha, this Tennessee location is beyond amazing !!

Waffle House is usually hit or miss but this one is good. Food is fast, restaurant is clean and employees seem to care about customers.

Always good as long as you visit in the AM. Evening is the polar opposite. The last time I visited in the PM, they didn't even know how to cook their signature omelette!! Morning is always efficient, filing, and fast!!

ive always said waffle house is overrated, but i actually enjoyed my breakfast here. for one, on a saturday morning in the rain this place was packed. however, the service was on point. everyone is happier than ever, and they are super organized with the lines and wait. the sweet tea here is addictive. i highly suggest getting the bowl. i got the hashbrown bowl with cheese and eggs, minus the sausage. as usual the hashbrowns are undercooked, which is something i noticed at every wafflehouse. but honestly, the bowl was good and who can beat the price? i spent under 10 and left full.

Our server Rachel is the kindest, most hardworking person you will meet. Our food came out fast, hot, & delicious. The restaurant is in a safer area than most and right off the highway so it's convenient.

Wow I have never been to a Waffle House and waited 10 minutes for someone to even ask if I wanted coffee! The place was fully staffed and only 3/4 of capacity. But I could not get service to save my life! Sometimes waffle house's food can be inconsistent, but the service is ALWAYS spot on...well not always because this place, at least today, SUCKED!

My dad went to get some Waffle House today and this lady was being racist (I'm pretty sure) she gave my dad a knife when he asked for a spoon (NICELY) then she asked if she wanted cream for his Coffee, She threw 5 creams at him. Then he was nice enough to give him a $11 tip! But she still didn't say thank you even when she saw him give it to her. I wouldn't recommend going here. (I forgot the name too)

Best Waffle House in the area! The staff are like a real family and it's like you've walked into their home. So glad we found this one right outside of busy downtown. Waffles were yummy - coffee kept coming. Service was amazing and the music from the jukebox was an added plus. So glad the fancy shmancy cafe downtown was packed or we would have missed this gem.

I've travelled all over the country and this is by far the friendliest, cleanest, and best Waffle House I've ever visited. Our waitress Sandi was the absolute BEST, If she makes a recommendation you'd better listen. That woman is a gem and deserves the world.

Waiter did this: 1. Got the order wrong - forgot cheese and jalapeños on our hash browns 2. Got the order wrong - forgot chocolate chips on our pancakes 3. Hit my friend's juul that fell on the floor as he got up to use the restroom - waiter came by and hit the juul 4 times before finally giving it back (with some complaints) 4. Gave us the wrong check - despite there being only about 10 people in the restaurant at the time The food was decent.

My family and I were in Nashville for a couple days and stopped at this Waffle House on our way back to our hotel. Our server, Whitney, was AMAZING! We talked about living in Las Vegas and she gave my youngest son a hard time because he was being obnoxious... it was like she was part of our family! It was also my husband and kids' first ever visit to a Waffle House, so there's that! I hope the managers of this location see this review... The food was great, but honestly, Whitney was the highlight!! Highly recommend!!

This Waffle House has a great crew. Any Waffle House is good, but this one is special. Great place for lunch.

When I saw this place I don't imagine what kind of food they have it is wonderful plenty of flavor this place is amazing very kind people, clean I'm back one or thousands times again!!!

This is the nicest, most well maintained and professionally run Waffle House I have ever been in.

A great WaHo experience. Order was cooked as I asked and living in MI, it is a treat to get this once in awhile when I travel for work. They were ridiculously quick, the server was friendly and the place clean. It was busy and clearly for a reason. Second time I have been to this location and as much as I love unique food and Nashville is not short of it, I love this WaHo. We ate at Husk (So Disappointing!) last and give the choice, I would choose this.

When I was a kid, we never went to Waffle House because my mom was convinced that they were just for vagrants and truck drivers. Fortunately my Southern Girlfriend convinced me to try it. Granted, its not International House of Pancakes, but you are always sure to have a good meal, and do some wonderful people watching. Mom may have been right, but its worth it for the Waffles.

Ah, love me some WH! Got the hash brown sausage bowl - you can never go wrong with that! Service was great, everyone was happy.

Ate at this location today while visiting Nashville. We didn't have to wait long as we sat at the bar. The service was prompt. However I didn't realize that my seat was next to the sink and water kept splashing me. I ordered the grit bowl and others had the All American. I was disappointed that Waffle House uses instant grits now. Grits are my thing but I don't like instant. The manager promptly comped my meal and chatted with me about the situation. He didn't skirt the issue and was so friendly. Made my day. I will definitely come back but next time for a waffle.

They will be open for business again on Monday June 6th! This Waffle House was flattened to parking lot level several months back and has been rebuilt from the ground up. Looking forward to it; the old building was pretty tired. This is a prime spot and the refresh should make this WH enjoyable again!

You can't beat this team of people. And the food for the price is great. We were visiting from Florida and they made us feel like family.

I stopped by here on the way to the zoo. We were hungry and didn't feel like spending an arm and a leg on anything fancy. The place was surprisingly full for a Tuesday but we still got our food at a decent time. Riff was very kind and talked to us a bit. My friend and I felt right at home here.

On a Saturday around 3 am I called and the Message saying you have to come in for to go orders was on. No problem bc I was staying at the Laquita. When I got in the restaurant was moderately busy but not full, more like people lingering around talking at their tables. Anyway I walk up to the cash register and the young man comes up from behind the counter. He ask if I want a to go order, I reply yes. He replied with "well I don't know who gonna take it because the help just left and I'm about to go smoke a cigarette" I just said ok and walked out and went to the next closest Waffle House. This was 2 months ago, haven't been back sense, guess it's still bothering me.

I'm somewhat of a Waffle House aficionado. With that being said, this was by far my best experience yet. Admittedly, their method for seating guests in the correct order was a bit confusing. However, we were seated within 5 minutes and taken care of promptly. So, what made this my best experience yet? The staff! Our waitress had 28 years experience. She knew the business. Her kitchen counterparts were sporting name badges displaying their impressive 14, 29, and 36 years experience. They're quick, correct, and above all kind. Also, I recommend going during Christmas time! They sang Waffle House carols. This was a first for me, and it was fantastic!

Leah was nothing short of amazing! Her hospitality was on point. I wish every Waffle house had her as an employee. She made my first expirence 100% unforgetable. Thank you. Leah! I had a wonderful time.

All in all, a great waffle house! An absurd amount of food for the price. My husband and I both ordered the specials. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. They got us waters, kept refilling them, and made sure there wasn't anything else we needed. Our food came out quickly. The place was very clean and pretty small. It probably only seats around 30 people.

Keisha is AMAZING!!!!! Beat service hands down, personable and helpful with indecisive people. Would come back time and time again because of her.

I've been to literally over 100 waffle house's in my life. All over the country. This one is hands down the best run, best tasting, friendliest staff, and best managed Waffle House I have ever been to. I saw the head cook get a $100 tip from a customer. The manager was on point running his team. The room was packed and every chair was taken for waiting and it all ran like clockwork including the busser taking names and seating people. I've paid far more for far less service in nice restaurants. Great job all!

I would love to give this Waffle House less than one star but the app won't let me do that. Three occasions, all bad experiences. (1) Tried to call a to-go order in, no one picked up. When I arrived 20 min later the cook was listening to headphones at the counter and the waitress was outside smoking and on her phone. No one was inside working or answering phones. (2) Shells in my scrambled eggs. (3) Shells in my scrambled eggs AGAIN. And was given plain hashbrowns when we ordered them smothered and covered. So, pretty much the things that Waffle House is known for: service, eggs, hashbrowns were all terrible at this location.

This is a very nice Waffle House! Food cooked to order. Angie was an enthusiastic friendly server. TJ checked on us and was a great reflection of Waffle House service. Friendly and willing to serve. I had breakfast. Eggs, bacon, toast and hash browns, smothered, covered, scattered and peppered. My husband had the same with a waffle. Delicious! And the bathrooms was very clean. Another star for that! Highly recommend!

Nice location for smugglers on the lamm, out by the tracks south of the ghetto oak mall (AKA "00 AK MAL)... this is a cute little yellow box of a Waffle House with a great friendly/surly staff and a silent frankensteinish cook ladling synthesized butter substitute over grills spread with sumptuous feasts-to-be. Last night there was a grease fire under the main grill. Glowing drops of grease fell like lava from under the bar and made black spots on the linoleum. The employees joked and shouted at each other. One pretended to try to put out the fire with the water hose. Ha ha. One customer was complaining that he should get his bacon before they geef the flames, which by this point were burning the wood bar. Another guy kept saying "extinguish the flames". Funny that no one was leaving very quickly. Anyway, they finally removed the bar and extinguished the fire -- and the bacon.

Where can you go at 3:30 am after a night out with friends and get some grease to soak up the last bit of hangover juice in your stomach? Not many places that's for sure. This is one of them. I'm not going to say the food is great, nor the atmosphere, but when you're dealing with off-hours, holidays, or just need to grab some food that you know isn't going to be bad, this is the place. I used to work a night shift and my friends got off work well after me, so I basically lived a few months only at night, and this was a place I could go and actually achieve somewhat of a balanced meal (yes, they have somewhat nutritional food there, you just have to look closely). It wasn't great, but it wasn't bad... That particular waffle house is one I took refuge in on several amateur nights just to watch the crowd of intoxicated partied-out people come in to get something to hold them over till the morning. The crowd changes every night, but the general archetypes remain the same.

The cleanest Waffle House I've been in, including the restrooms! Staff was great, all in christmas attire. The food was really good and a great experience for grabbing late night food overall!

Ah, yet another Waffle House review. There all the same, you say? No, they are not. This one made me feel at home. The people were warm and friendly, very nice and funny. Cracking jokes and and telling stories. I felt like I was part of the family. The service was awesome, fast and once again...friendly. The food is always great and fresh, the store was very clean and nothing was sticky. ( lol ) I will be going back...It's a bit out of my way, but worth it!

This is one of those 5 star reviews for being exceptional at what it is supposed to be. A Waffle House doesn't really merit anything above 3 stars for me, but when I want Waffle House, if my next experience is like the one I just had, I will become a huge fan of this location. I came in on a Saturday morning at 5 AM, sat right down, ordered promptly, and the absolute whiz on the grill had my food to me in good time, perfectly cooked, and I was out and on my way. Also, that "When I'm Gone" song was playing when I walked in and one of the waitresses was doing the cups thingy that goes along with it. A great start to a day. Yours truly, Motorcycle suit guy
