Came in and ordered, and the dang people for the fire inspection walked in, so it slowed down things for a moment, but that is not their fault. Biscuits and gravy are insanely good. People are super friendly. I'd recommend (when it's not busy)

I'm a big fan of the All-Star Special, but honestly, you can't go wrong with anything on the menu. The beauty is in its simplicity and the ability to customize to your heart's content. Late-night cravings? Waffle House. Early morning hunger pangs? Waffle House. Need a quick, satisfying meal any time of day? You guessed it – Waffle House. The Atmosphere: This is where the Waffle House experience really shines. The open kitchen, the sizzling of the grill, the clatter of plates – it's a symphony of breakfast (or lunch, or dinner!) being made. The staff is usually super friendly and engaging, often striking up conversations with customers. It's a community vibe, a place where you can chat with your neighbor or just enjoy the show. Overall: Waffle House isn't fine dining, and it doesn't pretend to be. It's a classic American diner that delivers consistent, satisfying food in a unique and often entertaining atmosphere. It's a place where you can get a good meal, a friendly chat, and a taste of Americana, all at a reasonable price. While it might not be a five-star gourmet experience, it's a solid four stars for what it is – a reliable, always-open, and genuinely enjoyable place to grab a bite. I'll definitely be back – probably sooner rather than later!

Waitress took out order but didn't come back till almost time to go! No straws or nothing!

This location should have never let Crazy Asian Lady go... its gone down hill since she left. .. You all should have made her a manager.. she was awesome and deserved a double salary in our opinion! I recently dined at Waffle House in Owasso and had a delightful experience! The cozy atmosphere and friendly staff immediately made me feel at home. I highly recommend the classic All-Star Special; the waffles were fluffy, and the hash browns were perfectly crispy. Service was quick, and the price was more than reasonable. A great spot for a tasty meal! the food is amazing as always.. i really hope you expand up to Ponca City.. a franchise there would do extremely well.

The waiter wasn't helpful at all at this location. I had to clean my own table, and I had to ask for refills. They were discussing things that weren't very appropriate in the workplace. The steak was literally the worst thing I've ever had... I do understand it's the wafflehouse, but I've never had food that bad from a restaurant in my life. All wafflehouse are not the same. I've never had an experience like this one. And every worker had a member of their family there. Which was weird.

The cook was absolutely amazing unfortunately the server she is a Caucasian lady dirty blonde hair with I guess teal underneath. She clearly cannot stand her job. It doesn’t matter how polite you are to her. She will never say thank you she never uses her manners. No you’re welcome even when I gave a $20 tip to try to turn her bad attitude around. I still didn’t get it. Thank you. As a business manager, I would probably retrain or replace in order to keep good business. Positive customer service creates a positive environment in which brings customers to you instead of running them away and never wanting to come back.

Love that they know my daughter and I's order. Kerry is awesome. Really all of the staff are great.

This Waffle House is awesome! My son and I come every other Sunday morning and the staff is so great. They really treat you like family and the food is exactly how a big, quick breakfast should be. The ladies who took care of us today were so kind. Thank you to Karree for everything! Y'all are the best!

Me and some friends came here after working a 12 hour Night Shift. Sometimes waffle house just hits different. This is exactly what we all needed. Most of us have Waffle House memories of when we go drinking and then you go there after, well a new memory all of us have now is Jenny. Jenny is a server at Waffle House and she is the sweetest thing. She was so sweet and welcoming and made us feel like we were family. We will definitely be coming back.

Wow, incredibly fast, friendly service and great tasting food! Cooks were blazing fast and servers were on point. Best Waffle House experience I've ever had. Owners and managers are doing something right here.

This was a nice Waffle House. I went just before dinnertime, and there were two people working. My food came out quickly and correctly, and the workers were hospitable. The cook checked to make sure my food was right. I like to order the chocolate chip waffle because the chocolate chips melt into the warm waffle. The hash browns and eggs were just right. Also, the new Jonas Brothers song "Waffle House" was playing inside, and that was cool.

The food was very good, though slightly greasy. The greeter was nice when we came in, but when we left he closed the door in our face!! I don't know what we did to deserve this foul treatment, but it has got to stop. I have never been treated like this in a Waffle House. I can't help but wonder if it has to do with my skin color!!!!! Get it together people!

GREAT staff. terrific energy and the food was amazing. out of 10 I would rate it 638. the food was cooked you perfection. I had the softest and warmest waffle i've ever had.

Always friendly, food is good. My gigs are always cooked correctly. The only draw back is on Saturday morning they are packed and you have to wait. They need to add more seating.

I have been disappointed with other Waffle Houses but this one is excellent! The best hash browns and my pecan waffle was perfect. I mean perfect. Our server, Trudy, was friendly and an excellent server. Good job!

The power has been out since 2:00 AM. Waffle House in Owasso is getting things done. No electricity, no a/c and yet the service was great and the food excellent. I am so impressed with them!

Excellent customer service from all workers from the time we walked through the door to the time we left. Great food too!

We were immediately greeted and told to sit anywhere we would like.  This is a diner style place with counter seating and plenty of booths in a brightly lit red and white dining area.  The waitress was quick and competent.  I like how they short hand read the order to the cook.  Our food came out fast.  My Texas Cheesesteak Melt had plenty of meat and the hash browns were prepared perfectly.  This is the place for late night eats!

Waffle House always rocks! Amazing breakfast, pecan waffles & service is packed with personality and whit. We are always seated quickly and treated very kind with staff being very attentive. Food is always good & tasty.

This was my first time at a waffle house and I thought it was going to be a smaller version of an IHOP. I love that it is not. Waffle house is a chain company (and that is obvious by the looks of the colorful menu) but it has the theme of an old, small dinner where the cooks and servers salute you with a happy but loud Good Morning when you enter the door and offer you coffee as you sit. The place is super friendly and even though is a chain, this place is full of locals. Is that type of place that people go in the morning with their to-be-at-home clothes.....super comfy!! I love it. I went for breakfast so I will do the review based on the breakfast menu. The menu is small and do not have the variety as the one in IHOP....don't come here with expectations of different waffle flavors because there aren't many. We tried the regular waffle and it is good but not extraordinary. I loved the cheesy eggs with the raising toasts (comes with the butter) and a side of tomatoes and bacon. The bacon was fried at the moment and it came hot and crispy (surprisingly this is not the case in many places I visit) so I was so happy to eat my crunchy bacon!! Based on the other things I saw in the menu, I think I will stick to this same order every time I go. It was so delicious!

By far my favorite WH location! The ladies that work here in the mornings are what keep my family coming back to eat here. They are so friendly and service is fast and our food is always on point!

The staff was fast and friendly but not rushed. The food was great Per usual. We have to wait to get in but we got it in under 10 minutes. That shows that waffle house is that popular. Our server Red was very good.

Not the best experience. Cheesy eggs just had a slice of American cheese laid on top. Not melted in. Just lazy. Galveston location is much better! This is my fourth visit in 3 months to the Webster location. My experience is based on different crews working most of the time. Nothing has been consistent and excellent my order EXCEPT the friendliness of the crew. They have no problem redoing an order. I just should not have to make them do it right. It should be cooked right the first time. It is just cheese and eggs!

Love my Waffle House! The crew is amazing and the cooks are detail orientated which is what you want when you have scattered, smothered, and covered hash browns!

I've been coming to this Waffle House for years, whenever I'm in Oklahoma. The food is always good 24/7 (true of the whole franchise, not just this store). It's fresh-cooked to order, and the ambience has real character. There've been a lot of real characters working here over the years--people of every temperament from cranky to giddily friendly. I've enjoyed them all. Tip big. They earn it. Also, pay attention to the special language they use to give orders to the cook. It is a brilliant lesson in useful jargon. I especially love the hash browns, and the new hash brown bowl is just a perfect meal.

Worst experience at a Waffle House I have ever had. We got our waffle about 10 minutes later I got my meal but my husband didn't get his after setting with my meal for about 7 minutes and he still didn't have his wee left. Waitresses were great cook was awful.

I believe this chain of resturant have always been open 24 hours. At 2am, the service is still very fast. It took ten minutes or less, waiting for food. They also have an "old" TouchTunes machine. The one at Shiela's Pool Hall is newer, yet costs more. Shiela's TouchTunes: $1 = 2 credits (some songs cost 2 credits, some cost 1) Waffle House (in Owasso): $1 = 4 credits (all songs seen, costed 1 credit)

I'm not sure if I have ever been to a Waffle House, if I did it was too many years ago to remember. I was very impressed with just about everything. Their All-star special was a great value for the money, the food was cooked quickly and just the way I like it! I asked for crispy bacon and this is the first place that all 3 pieces were done perfectly. I think I will make this a regular stop on my breakfast days out! The staff was very friendly and attentive to me from the moment I walked in the door. It reminded me of the old time diners and it was great! Kudos Waffle House! Thanks for the great start to my day

I order the bowl breakfast with coffee and everything was hot and very good plus the service was excellent

Jim Gaffigan (Comedian) is wrong. Waffle House is amazing. Better than Denny's. The eggs were cooked perfectly. The bacon was crispy. The coffee was perfect. The biscuits and gravy was perfection. Tasted just like Grandmother's gravy. And guess what? The place wasn't filthy. We'll be back.

If you don't know what to expect from a place called the Waffle House then you have more issues than this review can solve, or never had a craving for all you can eat breakfast at 2:30 in the morning. This is a greasy spoon that costs what you'd expect.

One of my favorite places for breakfast. You gotta get there at the right time to beat the rush. There is always a line for this place and they have limited seating. This isn't the kind of place where you sit and sip on your coffee for awhile after your meal. The service is super fast and they have a quick turn around. The staff works like a well oiled machine, from the person cleaning tables, to the wait staff, to the cooks, to the dishwashers. They are a well oiled machine. I enjoy sitting at the bar and watching the whole process. The restaurant is super clean and not what I've come to expect at this kind of restaurant. They almost always have someone to open the doors for you and someone to greet you and show you to an open table. The service is just top notch all round. They have the best coffee. I never liked coffee until I had theirs and now I'm hooked. They make great waffles, but I think the biscuits and gravy are the best. They slice the biscuits in half and put them on the griddle and then drown them in sausage gravy. The griddle gives it a great texture which holds up well under all the gravy. For $3 you get 2 biscuits halved and covered in gravy. I don't think I've ever actually finished an order they are so big. I have to mention that the last time we were there we received not so great service. We sat down at the bar and a few minutes later a man sat down near us also at the bar. The waitress came up and told us she'd be with us in a minute and then proceeded to serve the other customer. I said something to my husband about it and I'm not sure if anyone heard me, but another helpful young waitress promptly came up to take our drink order. The original waitress who was helping the other customer scolded this helpful waitress and said she would be right there to help us. The helpful waitress whispered something to the first waitress and which prompted her to apologize to us for not helping us first. It was all a bit awkward and I felt bad for the young waitress who was just trying to help and displayed great customer service. Then our waitress messed up our food order a bit. I ordered a side of sausage well done because I like it crispy. My husband's meal came with bacon and it came well done instead and my sausage had no crisp to it. His bacon was almost inedible and I usually like bacon crispy. It was so crisp it crumbled in your hand. Hopefully next time we can sit in the section of the young helpful waitress.

My husband and I ate there on Sunday night--hadn't been there for a long time and now won't go back. The meal was awful. The ham and cheese omelet was cold and look like a blob on the plate. The hashbrowns were burned and supposed to have cheese and onions. No onions and a slice of american cheese was just thrown on the top. Grits were nothing but lumps. Waiter never came back to the table and besides us, only 1 family of 3 in there. Wasn't like it was busy. It wasn't. Had to go to the counter and ask for a coffee refill and another jelly because he never came back to the table. Husband's steak wasn't cooked the way it was ordered and was cold and tough. Very Disappointed

Waffle House is AWESOME! 24hrs! Great breakfast food! Very consistent. The only thing missing is a Church's Chicken right next door so I could have my favorite ... chicken and waffles!

We love the food here. We eat here several times a month at least. A lot of the waitresses are wonderful here and so sweet! But some of them could really use an attitude adjustment. All the food is great!

The customer service at this Waffle House was so awesome. Everyone was so friendly & we got our food really quickly. Would eat there all the time.

The staff and especially management in this store need to be done away with. They are always out of something (poor stocking). There is hardly ever a manager on site and when there is they are not available. My daughter worked here and they refused to pay her properly by denying to fill out her tip sheets on each shift and making her clean up without getting paid for that time.

Great waffles and the people aren't creepy when you go at 2am! If you like pecans order the waffles with them it changed my life

This is the friendliest and cleanest waffle house i have been too. Kudos to the manager for coming out and personally introducing himself. I will defineteley be stopping by again!!!
