"This London-based noodles and curry shop finally made its way to Dallas, parking squarely outside of AA Center. If the vibe before or after a game is something fast casual but in a bowl that won’t make you feel like you just devoured a pound of grease, it’s the move." - Courtney E. Smith

"The international Asian-fusion fast casual restaurant is opening its first Texas outpost in Dallas, in The Link at Uptown. Diners will be able to order ramen bowls, noodle and rice dishes, and curries and salads inspired by Japan, South Korea, and Vietnam cuisines. The lease was just signed, so it might be a hot minute before it opens up." - Courtney E. Smith

PARKING: garage between Akard & Harry Hines on Olive Street. (The entrance to the parking garage faces Happiest Hour) The food was delicious! The space is spacious and inviting. The food is served fresh, so if it’s busy, you might have to wait a bit for your meal. If you’re looking for a quicker and more relaxed experience, come on Sunday. If you don’t mind waiting and would like to enjoy a yummy cocktail, the energetic atmosphere will keep you entertained until your food arrives, steaming and delicious. You can tell they use fresh ingredients.

The restaurant has a fun, open atmosphere with a modern Japanese-inspired design and touch. The mix of communal seating and slotted wooden panels gives it a nice balance of social and semi-private dining. A big plus—they make each dish as it’s ordered, rather than keeping food on warmers. Now, the food: The Grilled Duck Ramen was the highlight—rich, flavorful, and bold. The Bang Bang Cauliflower is okay, it had a nice crunch and spice but a bit too oily. The Ginger Chicken Udon was fine but nothing memorable. And the Sake Flight? Let’s just say we took the $17 hit so you don’t have to—tiny pours and not much variety. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the vibe is great. If you’re looking for a fresh, casual Japanese-inspired meal, it’s a solid spot. But for more authentic flavors and considering the cost, I’d steer toward Wabi House or Manpuku instead.

Celebrated my sons bday here last night. I will say the parking situation was a little challenge. Either $40 for a cash lot quite a walk, or grocery store across the way. The restaurant vibe is absolutely stunning. The staff, including the manager Brennan & food expediter LaQuita were phenomenal. The service was a little lacking, I never got a refill, and had to constantly ask for one for my family. Our food order was incorrect, and we were missing our Tokyo fries. I also hoped they would acknowledge my sons bday, which is why were there to celebrate, and I mentioned it in tje reservation, when we arrived, and twice to our server. We found out it was our servers first night, which is fine. Everyone deserves grace, hopefully it was a teaching lesson. Any issues were resolved quickly. The food & vibe overall made up for anything that was lacking. I'd go back for sure! Try the fried chicken bag buns, Tokyo fries, spicy brisketet rice, any of the Ramen. And we love they serve Boba, just wish it were bigger 😄

Google
Food was good, service was very lacking for a restaurant of this caliber, music was so loud you couldn’t hear the person across from you. First, the food was really good. The shareable options (bao buns and bang bang cauliflower) were the star and better than our entrees. Great flavors, spice and textures. Second, service was very disappointing. It was a Sunday night and not busy. We waited 10 minutes and finally asked a server walking by for service. Waiter never checked on us, had to waive down other servers for more water, utensils, and sauces after our food was delivered. Staff seems untrained and management no where to be seen, which is probably the root issue. Atmosphere. The restaurant is nice and well designed but the music was so loud you couldn’t talk. Additionally the restrooms were in desperate need of cleaning. Overall this could be a great spot if they can address service and atmosphere. Your best bet is to get food to go (we observed a lot of to go orders)!

Google
The interior is lovely, and the ambient music sets a nice vibe, but that’s where the positives end. Each tea is $6 and tastes like nothing, the meat was overly fatty, and the food took forever to arrive. Style over substance, unfortunately.

Reservation was at 7:45p. We got there on time and was seated by 7:50p. No one came to our table until 8:00p (10 mins of waiting), a guy who wasn’t sure about Valentine’s day dinner promo that’s happening. We asked for water to start, which didn’t arrive until 8:05p. We asked for another waiter that’s more attentive, which is not that much different, we ordered a drink at 8:05p and it never came until 8:16p. At this point, we have been at the restaurant for almost 30 mins. The server hasn’t even asked for what we want to order! More drink orders came at 8:25p (35 mins after seated) and it was my first drink besides water! I ordered Yuzu. It was cute, came with a flower petal and all but the alcohol was very diluted for a $14 drink. Appetizer came at 8:30p and main course came at 8:35p (45 mins after seating). Bottom line, if you’re in a hurry or came in hungry, you’re SOL. The service was just unacceptable. Oh, their 18% tip is basically 20% pre-tax amount (another way to cheat customers for 2% extra money). Not cool! Food wise, we ordered - cauliflower bang bang that is pretty flavorful. - the duck ramen is good and bad. The noodle texture is good, but they gave very little noodles for $24 bowl. The duck is nicely seasoned. The broth, however, was soooo salty that I had to ask for hot water to dilute it. Also, ramen came out lukewarm while I asked for extra hot broth. - their promo dish, ayam geprek inspired crispy chicken dish was not authentic. I am Indonesian and I know what this dish should taste like. The tomato sauce was more suitable for ratatouille. The coconut rice was too mushy. The pickled veggies need more seasoning. The chicken itself was good, the only saving grace of the dish. - the one that is good is banana katsu. Crispy fried banana with salted caramel ice cream. No complaint on this dish. Will I go back? No. Will I recommend this to another person? No.

Google
It did not meet my expectations. I was very hesitant going as I saw many negative reviews. Still gave it a try, not sure if I will go back again. It's a great location and the setup is fabulous but food and the service was below par. I also had to ask if I can have something to drink like water. Lack of training with the staff maybe.

Google
Very interesting vegan options indeed. We liked the ones we tried. The menu has very few vegan and vegetarian options. The service, probably nothing to do with the waitress who served us, could be better. The bubble tea we ordered came at the end of the course, the appetizers just before that followed by all the main dishes. Very good and inviting ambience. Would love to come back again.

Adonti W.

Yelp
Angie was fantastic! Food was amazing. I had the duck ramen and the duck was so tender. We'll definitely be coming back

Kenda Q.

Yelp
Ambiance is great, decor and area was beautiful with a lot of really nice touches, however food was mediocre. For appetizers we got the Tokyo Fries & Karaage Boa Buns and they were pretty good but the Yakisoba noodles, Chicken Pad Thai, and the beef brisket Ramen were all decent but lacked flavor. We had to put salt, chili sauce, and soy sauce on our food to bring out the flavor in the food. Would not recommend if you're looking for an authentic taste, but would recommend for the vibes.

Suzelly G.

Yelp
angie was the bomb! she was quick to get our order and recommended a great dish! I had the firecracker chicken and it did not disappoint! my husband had the spicy pork ramen and was also amazing. can't wait to come back!

Abhinav K.

Yelp
I kept seeing reels on instagram so decided to try it but it was not worth the hype. We ordered Chicken fire-cracker curry and Ginger chicken udon. Curry had very little suace so it tasted really bland and the some chicken pieces were too chewy. Ginger chicken udon was good but mostly tasted ginger and peanut. We also ordered Korean Fried Chicken Bao buns which were my favorite. Our friends ordered chilli chicken ramen and spicy beef brisket rice dish and they said it was really good. The vibes and service were good so will give it another try and try other things on the menu.

Yelp
If you want to overspend for noodles in water go here. Im just not sure why anyone would willingly choose to go here. Dallas we need to stop with these mediocre restaurants. Throwing up any random restaurant never works, look at the failed trinity grove project. This place won't last long but being a British restaurant chain that serves Asian inspired food, I could be wrong. I don't like giving bad reviews but this is an honest one and again with them being a chain they will be fine if they happen to not do well at this location. I'm also in shock that they have 200+ locations. Ambiance is not bad Service was mid

Yelp
I visited this place based on a recommendation from another app. I started with the ahi tuna tataki, but I wasn't very impressed. The tuna seemed like it had been pre-seared, maybe even on a different day, which made me question its freshness. The flavor was just okay, mostly dominated by the soy sauce used to prepare it. Next, I tried the pork ramen, and it quickly became clear this isn't your typical ramen spot. There's no option to customize with extra veggies, and adding more protein is discouraged. It's a "what you see is what you get" kind of place, which was disappointing since customizing ramen is one of my favorite parts of the experience. After my first bite, I realized this was more like "American ramen." The broth lacked the depth and richness you'd expect from something that's been simmering for hours. Instead, there was an odd sweetness that felt out of place--like a cross between Hamburger Helper and ramen, or even a Manwich ramen. It's sweet and savory but it doesn't really deliver any nutritional value, leaving you full but unsatisfied. Based on what I had I won't come back for Ramen, maybe I'll try a rice or noodle dish. Ambience 1 star Friendliness of staff 1 stars.

Yelp
Yo Brennan is an dude. Hell yeah!!! Highly recommend this place or any shift he works!!! Food is what you expect from Wagamama - Fresh, no heat lamps and microwaves. Service is personable, and the restaurant makes you feel welcome. Ambiance is also what you come to expect from every Wagamama - Casual, and quick - easy service.

Jessica M.

Yelp
Came at lunch time and it was pretty empty. Service was fast and attentive. I ordered the Asian Arnold Palmer and it was just okay. Definitely not worth $9, I'd skip it in the future. I also had the bang bang cauliflower and pork belly bao. The cauliflower was delicious, super flavorful. I expected it to be deep fried for some reason but was fine that it wasn't. The pork belly and apple bao was okay but the apple wasn't sweet and really didn't add much. The pork belly was tender and cooked well. I'll be back to try more items for sure!

Amber S.

Yelp
The food, ambiance, and service were all great during an afternoon visit for three at Wagamama. My guests and I thoroughly enjoyed the bao buns, calamari, Tokyo fries, and more! They also offer a delicious HH menu! If you're in the area, I recommend trying this place. Our servers were also excellent! Noah and a new girl (forgive me, I forgot her name, but it was her first day) were attentive, knowledgeable, and truly cared about our overall experience.

R.J. W.

Yelp
I enjoyed trying Wagamama in Dallas. Good service, good food, but I was expecting a bit more. The vibe inside is very nice. Good service, but the food arrives as it's made, so we waited for long periods of time for each dish to arrive We tried 2 different buns; the regular pork buns & the Korean fried chicken. Both were really tasty. However, the ramen left a bit to be desired.

Yanira M.

Yelp
Food was amazing! Service was fast and options were varied. Lots of seating and space. Great spot.

Abby G.

Yelp
My husband been wanting to go to this place. He had this ramen when he was in holland. The food is good to okay. My fav actually the bao. The ramens are just ok. I feel like it's too salty. The tuna appetizer has real spicy jalapegno! It's no joke. They are so nice to gv us a free cocktail which i thought was pretty bomb. The service is great. Interior is clean and modern. Parking is tricky. But overall experience is okay.

Yelp
This place has some execution issues. If you're going to market a sake pairing menu, you ought to at least get the timing of the pairing down. The drinks came with such weird timing it was slightly comical. Timing would be the bare minimum. The best places explain the pairing. Not here. Servers (with no personality or appearance of caring about you) just dropped the glasses while still walking. Finally, the servers' T-shirts with logo on it fell well below the decor / ambiance and the location in Uptown. Just because you're a chain restaurant doesn't mean you have to look like one. Servers should be dressed at least as nice as the average patron. The food itself was good. No complaints there. May go back again for that, but definitely not for a special occasion or with a client.

Claudia C.

Yelp
Made a 9pm reservation for the tasting menu with sake pairing. First, the directions for parking/valet are terrible, it's tucked into the building. Just say it's next to The Goat. Sat down, the wait staff is pretty slow or understaffed for a Saturday night. Drinks came out way early or way late with each course and were too sweet, no small plates per person though each course is shared, AC seemed to be turned off lol it was super warm in there. Also, they didn't serve six dumplings, it was five? My boyfriend doesn't eat pork, so they were able to switch out the pork belly Bao to any other bao. The food was really good!! And the tasting menu + sake pairing was a great deal. Overall, I would try again but not for another like six months til they fix this management style

Yelp
If you're someone who eats with your eyes and dosent care about the food, then this place is for you. We saw this cute aesthetic place while scrolling where to eat and decided to try it. The inside was very pretty with lots of natural light and decoration. The service was amazing, Leyna was really helpful giving us recommendations as well as making sure everything was going okay. Parking was pretty easy, make sure to park at the proper parking garage so they can validate it for free. Unfortunately that's where the positives end, Wagamama is asian fusion gone wrong. The main issue was the lack of seasoning. The duck ramen sounds amazing on paper, but in reality was very bland and leaves a lot to be desired. (6/10) The chicken pad thai was also very sad. (7/10) The drinks on the other hand were very unique and could be the saving grace of wagamama. We got two drinks and throughly enjoyed them both. Overall i'd say this place is definitely not what is seen online taste wise. The atmosphere and service made up for it, while I would never go again. I may stop by for a few drinks if i'm ever in the area.

Tammy D.

Yelp
Of course this place has been all over social media. We went to try it and had the sake pairing menu. It's $40 per person for 5 courses which isn't bad. Our server, Fatima, was the sweetest and very friendly! She said she just started but regardless did pretty well for us. Checked on us frequently and helped me out with all my requests. The food was the main reason for the 2 star drop though. The sake pairings are a mix of 2 cocktails and 2 actual sakes, but the last one is your choice of only the sakes. There's also a minimum requirement of 2 people for this tasting First course started out strong with some yummy cauliflower and a really good cocktail. However, for 2 people, the dish size could be a little bit bigger. I'm not a huge sake person so honestly I could've opted out for the rest of the drinks we got though. The Yuzu cocktail was too sweet and I couldn't really taste any yuzu. So realistically the Blossom is the only drink worth it. I ordered the Asian Mint Lemonade as a chaser and that thing was SOUR. Had to ask for some simple syrup to fix it up. Crispy Ahi Tuna was not crispy enough. The rice was too mushy and made for no contrast to the tuna and avocado. The chicken gyoza was also meh. The wrapper was also too mushy where it stuck to your teeth a bit. Dipping sauce it came with was good though. Was looking forward to the bao buns the most but that pork belly was THIN. It was closer to bacon and needs to be thicker. The panko apple really needs to be a apple slaw to contrast IF they made the pork belly thicker. The last course was a ginger chicken udon which came out piping hot. The udon was nice and chewy but the dish was overpowered by the ginger. This is a chain restaurant from the UK so some dish adjustments probably aren't possible but it should be if they want these dishes to be better. My biggest concern was that we couldn't opt out of the final sake drink and was told we had to pick. If someone was a lightweight or simply didn't want to drink the last one, why make them pick? They're just wasting away the alcohol by making us choose anyways... we ended up asking for the blossom drink and took the upcharge it came with. That's fine for me but maybe not for other customers. The manager was kind enough to take the lemonade off my bill so the total wasn't anymore than what it would've been if I didn't change drinks. I'd really suggest they reconsider a lot of the sake pairing. I'm such a huge foodie so this was a little of a letdown for me :(

Nicole P.

Yelp
Went in on a Friday night last minute and was able to get a last minute reservation for the $40 5 course and sake pairing Everything came out pretty quickly and each person gets full servicing of each item! We went home with 4 Togo boxes total between two people. Out of the five courses we liked the gyoza, cauliflower and the pork belly bao! Linda was our server and she was great and very attentive to us throughout.

Brittny T.

Yelp
10/10 highly recommend! Angie was super cool and helpful! I wanted to lick my plate it was so good! Great service, outstanding food, chill ambiance, I'm going back soon

Pooja R.

Yelp
I had heard about this place through Instagram and was excited to visit! Ambiance of this place is just amazing! Feels like that Chinatown vibe! Food wise, I loved all their appetizers - Chicken gyoza, cauliflower but the ramen was okay! It's a little pricey but that's fine! The broth wasn't very flavorful- compared to other ramen places in Dallas this place didn't live up to the mark! I might come back again to try other ramens! PS - Garage is right next to the restaurant so you can validate your parking! Always a plus thing to have this as parking becomes expensive and difficult to find in downtown!

Megan W.

Yelp
I frequent Dallas for work and just now learned that a Wagamama was nearby! The atmosphere was very relaxed and cool. We had a great server who offered her suggestions as we were all newbies to the menu, and everything was a hit! My favorite was the ahi crispy rice appetizer. We also tried the new shaved ice dessert which wasn't on the menu yet. Very refreshing!

Kimberly M.

Yelp
Raven was my server... I think that was her name, it was a long day and I was tired! But anyhoo, let's get into it. Raven was very knowledgeable on the menu and everything she suggested, I ordered and loved it! The calamari was really good, it wasn't fried too hard, but really good and the sauce that compliments it was great! I had a whisky smash and the bartender wasn't stingy with the ginger. Although the ginger stood out, I still enjoyed the drink. My main dish was the Tantanmen beef brisket and I was timid at first, but when I tasted the broth, I knew I made a great choice. I had absolutely NO complaints! I can't wait to go back to try something different. This was my first time at a Ramen place and won't be my last for sure!

Faz K.

Yelp
This place just opened up recently near me place of employment. I've been here twice. It's pretty large and they got a snazzy modern japanese decor going on with splashes of grunge accentuating it. It is pricey but that's to be expected. They have a nice variety of options in the menu and the rice dish my coworker ordered looked pretty divine. That said i stuck to the ramen both times. The ramen is done justice here. Delicious broth and well flavored meats along with an assortment of additives that give flavor and texture. It's too pricey to come here frequently for me at least, but definitely i will be coming by for an occasional treat.

Jessie C.

Yelp
I wish I could put this higher. Our service was so bad despite it being 3pm an off hour. Our server left(??) and when we asked another server she said he forgot about us and was on his phone. Took us 30 mins to even order and get water. Nonetheless, we got the spicy pork Szechuan ramen ($21), and the tantanmen beef brisket ($21). Both solid options. Food it self was average and overpriced. The spicy ramen wasn't even spicy and this might be the only ramen place in Dallas that doesn't give you the full egg and just half?. The meat was very seasoned and good- I'd honestly just get a rice bowl with the meat. The broth was a little too oily so it's very gentrified ramen. Not authentic. there's so much better quality and authentic ramen spots for cheaper in Dallas- I'd skip this place.

Mariana L.

Yelp
I've been to Wagamama in the UK more times than I can count, mainly for their ramen. So, when I heard they were opening one in Dallas, I was super happy to have a familiar spot in town! I visited Wagamama about two weeks after it opened. The restaurant looked nice and spacious, with comfortable seating. The service was fine, the staff was friendly and welcoming. As for the food, we ordered chili squid, chili chicken ramen, and spicy pork szechuan. The squid was a letdown--dry and tough. The chicken ramen was ok, but it didn't quite match up to what I remembered from the UK. Over there, they serve it in a bigger bowl with more broth. The pork Szechuan was too salty and tasted more like soy sauce than anything else. The prices are what threw me off. In the UK, Wagamama is known for being affordable, but here, they charged $12 for chili squid! Overall the whole menu is overpricing maybe because of where the restaurant is located but still very overpriced. Overall, it wasn't a great experience, especially since I've been to the original Wagamama in London. After trying so many amazing ramen places in Dallas, I'm not sure I will come back to the Dallas Wagamama due to it being overpriced.

Erica W.

Yelp
Stopped by on a random Saturday afternoon. Sat at the bar and tried the calamari and shrimp and kimchi ramen. I really enjoyed both. I'd definitely go back to order the exact same thing. Flavorful and fulfilling.

Samantha B.

Yelp
My husband and I visited for the sake tasting menu and it was definitely worth the $40 per person. When I say we got an insane amount of food, I mean it. We had bang bang cauliflower, crispy ahi tuna, chicken gyoza, pork and apple bao, and ginger chicken udon noodles. Each dish was also paired with a cocktail or serving of sake. The first course, the bang bang cauliflower with the blossom cocktail, was the star of the pairing menu. The cocktail was one of the best I've had in a long time and the cauliflower was crispy, spicy, and delicious. The rest of the dishes were good overall, but could have used more flavor. I would definitely recommend trying out the pairing menu while it's still there.

CeCee S.

Yelp
Ordered ramen for delivery through Uber. The meal came packed well, secure and still hot. I was pleased with not only the presentation but also the taste of everything I ordered. 5/5 Grilled duck ramen - Good flavor. Tender meat. It literally melted in my mouth. Veggies were fresh and broth flavorful 4/5 tantanmen beef brisket - fresh veggies, flavorful broth, perfect egg but the brisket was just a tad dry 5/5 crispy rice ahi - OMG I was popping these like popcorn. Rice perfectly crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. Ahi seared just right and was extremely fresh. 3/5 dessert - the matcha cheesecake was actually good but miniature. It was less than half the size of the chocolate cake. The chocolate layer cake was interesting. It had a lot of different textures and something that was crumbling I couldn't pinpoint. But it was ok. I'll definitely order again...and again

Chrissy P.

Yelp
Babyyyyyyyy! This is my new go to spot! I can't wait to try everything on the menu.. For drinks we ordered the balance drink from the juice bar.. it was the incorrect order but mehh whatever it was still fulfilling.. Blossom drink.. I thought it would be more, but it ended up being more of a shot, but either way it was good! It would be amazing on a summer day. Thai chili margarita, really good but has some spice to it.. this is the only margarita they sell btw. Whiskey smash, it was filled with a lot of ice.. but it turned out to be good! ---------------------------------------------------- Shareable see ordered Shrimp noir rolls- which would be your California rolls Tokyo fries- super good.. loved how they shaved the potatoes down.. ---------------------------------------------------- For food we ordered Chili shrimp + kimchi which was good.. the kimchi set it off in a way! The shrimp were really good a juicy.. Spicy smoked teriyaki salmon with noodles... it was very tasty! With just enough spice. 10/10 would definitely go back! Thank you Hillary and Holly for the amazing service!

Tiffany T.

Yelp
F O O D Everything we ordered was cooked to perfection. The beef bao was sweet & Savory. My favorite was the Ahi tuna; there's something about the texture of the entire dish made it even better. Ramen was good but I had to ask for chili to add another depth of flavor. Drinks were made well S E R V I C E We went during Valentine's Day at 4:30pm and when we were seated no one serviced us until 10 minutes later which the bartender ended up servicing us. It got busy later on so of course the bartender got too busy to serve us. It took a while for us to get refills, order desserts & ask for the check. It was to the point where we just had to ask anyone that walked by to serve on us. The table next to us was very vocal about her service too, she was more rude about it though. I was pretty salty because a different server that ended up getting our checked told us to come back during their happy hour M-F 4-6pm. We got there at 4:30 and no one mentioned happy hour or gave us a HP menu until after we paid. They validated our parking ticket so that was good A M B I A N C E The decor is very pretty. Some sections are very elegant then when you walk further see the picnic tables. It becomes more of a casual vibe instead of classy.

Payton F.

Yelp
Was excited to try this place but was honestly not impressed. I got the yasai yaki soba noodles and they were pretty dry. I had to add sriracha and soy sauce to make it have better flavor. Also ordered the original boba tea and when I got there for pick up I was informed they don't do those drinks to-go but made it for me anyways which was nice. The restaurant itself has good ambiance but I would wait until they've been around a little longer for them to get their bearings - the workers I dealt with seemed a little scattered on how to do things even with it not being busy. Possibly a lack of training or just getting used to something new? I will say I'm willing to give this place another try by getting a different dish so we shall see if it can redeem itself a little in the future!

Jeremy B.

Yelp
The food is okay...looks better than it tastes. I question the freshness. This was our second visit. The first visit, the service was so horrible they gave us a $50 gift certificate to come back. So we did. Expecting better since the first time they had just opened. The second visit was worse than our first. We went for happy hour on a Friday at 5:30 and the the entire restaurant was empty. We were sat at a table then told our server was on a break. Then another server proceeded to take our drink order...except she didn't know the happy hour menu and clearly didn't not know the difference from tequila or vodka. She literally told us that the happy hour was "tequila and whatever mixer your want if your into that kind of thing". I was shocked at her response. Then I ordered an vodka soda with a lime...basic order you can mess up. What she brought back was a shot of vodka, a class of club soda and a lemon. I was literally done. All I wanted to do was leave. Then the manager tied to make sense of it and offer a free desert that never showed up to the table. The service was pathetic. We came in ready to have a great experience...yet deflated for a second time. So sad...this place has so much potential but the owners should know about our experience. I'm not going to try for a third time. I wish you luck. The Dallas market has has high expectations. This place won't make it.

Yelp
Everything you want in a Ramen restaurant. And yes Duck is the way to go! You can tell by my pictures that the duck is grilled nicely and tender as a high quality steak. The best part about my meal was the service. As I was reading the reviews on the dish I noticed that people didn't like the broth so much and so much spoke with our server to see if she could modify it and she had no problem doing so. I asked for a more hardy chicken broth with a spiced up kick and she knew exactly what I was asking for. This is you Wagamama hack! Customize your broth with the waiter and you won't be disappointed. My duck was amazing! The broth was on point and had so much flavor. I also ordered the chicken gyoza and the soy sauce is what made that appetizer. My friends did the same thing I did with customized ramen broth and they loved it. Sad to say I was only in town for a day but if I was staying longer I would have come back multiple times. The customer service alone was great and the fact that they were willing to customize the broth without a charge or complaint is something you don't see any more in customer service. So if you made it this far in my review, stop reading and order the duck already and customize your broth! Enjoy.

Yelp
Ordered the spicy pork ramen from DoorDash. I wasn't a big fan of the broth. Almost tasted like it had too much soy sauce or teriyaki flavoring. It also wasn't spicy. The portion size was good.

Yelp
The service was good, but the food was just ok. The appetizers were tasty, but the entrees were meh. The ramen was bland and the the other 2 were just okay. The Japanese Arnold Palmer tasted like cleaner. If you're hungry and nothing else is open in the area, this will do

Yelp
Food- everything we got was good except for the donburi. Kinda dry and mid taste. Cauliflower bites and ahi pork were really good. Lemon tart was okay. Their drink menu is great. Boba, limeade, coffee, juice, ton of options. Service- 2/5- she barely checked in on us and was super slow. We saw her just standing on the side alot so didn't look like she was super busy...When she did- she was nice though. We came in on a Saturday late evening. Parking- tried to find the self park garage on Olive where they validate for 10-15 mins but couldn't find it. Ended up doing valet for $7. You could probably find street parking on a less busier night.

Yelp
ok i have to rewrite this review bc i was speaking it into my iPad when i first wrote it. first things first, i wanted to try wagamama bc literally everyone and their mothers been hyping it up, so i decided to try their sake pairing menu for $40 a person. when we first got there, we had to park & it was lowkey hard to find and very steep. once we walked in, the restaurant was pretty packed and they sat us in the middle of the restaurant. i am not a fan of the seating - it hurt my butt and my back, esp bc they made us wait so long. so they knew we were doing the sake menu, but it took like a good 15-20 minutes to even get water. we were hungry, we were parched, we were like, what is going on? admittedly, their restaurant is a good size, but they only had like 4 servers and 4 chefs for that size of a restaurant - which i thought was crazy. normal fast casual restaurants have a minimum of 4 chefs, so I knew we would have to wait for a bit. after we get our water, we wait ANOTHER 20 minutes for our first dish - which was the bang bang cauliflower. lowkey i was getting irritated because the table in front of us that came 20 mins after us received their drinks before we received anything. FIRST COURSE - the first course was the bang bang cauliflower with a blossom cocktail. the cocktail was not good, just tasted super strong and not good quality. the bang bang cauliflower was crispy, saucy, and very spicy. i personally liked it. it wasn't something that I would order again, but it was good compared to the rest of the dishes we were presented. also quick side note: how come other ppl were able to get a dish per person, when me and my partner had to share one dish for the table?? SECOND COURSE - so the second course was supposed to be the ahi crispy rice with a shot of sake. basically we had to wait half an hour to get it bc they forgot about it and we got the third course before we even got the second. the alcohol was coming fast bc i asked for it to bc i was tired of waiting for so long. this drink was so bad. i wanted to cry. well actly i wanted to puke, i could barely get it down. when we finally got the ahi crispy rice with tuna, it was also good bc of the crispy rice, but the tuna is not fresh and cut in super small slices. u can barely taste the tuna when ur eating this dish. like the first course, it wasn't the worse, but i would never order this again. the crispy rice were so small and so sad. and like for the price is crazy. so basically what happened is that they ended up giving us another ahi crispy rice by accident. not complaining abt that, but like you can tell it was not organized back there. another side note: they did not give us plates to share - which isn't the worst, but it is common server etiquette esp when all the dishes are sharable THIRD COURSE - our third course is the chicken gyozas and another cocktail. this one was called the yuzu. the yuzu cocktail was the best of the entire meal. it was rimmed with sugar & was easy to drink. the chicken gyozas however were so disappointing. they tasted worse than Costco. the dough was chewy, there was barely any filling, and the dish was small. the only thing that was saving it was drenching it in their dumpling sauce. btw they also again accidentally gave us another round of yuzu cocktails. the bartender came up to me and said "were you supposed to get those?" i said that there was a mixup and then he left. but also shoutout to our waiter for like being chill about it. this review doesn't reflect the individuals but more so the restaurant for being badly prepared and ill equipping their workers. FOURTH COURSE - our fourth course was the pork + apple bao with another shot of sake. first and foremost, they never ended up giving us this - which is like a good and bad thing bc the first was so bad I'm not sure i even can stomach another one. but the other thing, is like we paid for it so, eh who cares. this bao was good, it was crispy and easy to eat. FIFTH COURSE - this was the chicken udon noodles with another shot of sake of our choice from the previous options. so we ended declining the shot of our choice, bc of how hard it was the first time. however, the chicken udon noodles were insanely bad. it had such a strong ginger flavor, i don't know how to explain it - but it was super unappetizing. the chicken was also dry. the only thing they had going for them was how bouncy the udon noodles was. in our head, we were like how can they mess up a noodle and chicken dish so bad. we had to take it to go bc of how hard it was to eat. we ended up going back home, had a horrible stomach ache and just make steak and Costco gyoza and called it a day. also i want to say how trustworthy yelp is with their reviews, bc every place that I've been to that has been subpar has been reflected in the reviews.

Yelp
I was intrigued by how pretty the restaurant is, the ambience is really nice and the service is really friendly. It's not too busy on the weekends, so you can get a nice spot then. The food is really good! I had the Salmon teriyaki noodles, and it was a nice full plate. The flavoring is great and I especially loved how the noodles tasted. The happy hour is really nice, it's 3-6pm, which is a great time to go. Overall I would definitely come again!

Yelp
Was excited to try out this restaurant, especially since it's from London. Got the spicy beef brisket with red onion donburi bowl. The bowl was huge and the spicy teriyaki sauce had a kick to it! Loved the micro greens garnish as well. Restaurant was very spacious and located in the heart of Dallas.

Yelp
Great service here, our server was very engaging and had great recommendations for appetizers, entrees, and desserts. The place is very open and has plenty of seating. We tried out the Tokyo fries which weren't as great as they seemed. It's difficult to eat the thin strands of extremely thin fried sweet potato strand/"fries" . We were looking forward to the ramen but most of us were disappointed. I ordered the shirodashi pork ramen and it tasted very much watered down. It could be that since it was in the evening, 7.30pm ish , that most of the heavy broth was gone. Maybe their speciality lies outside of ramen. My friend tried the chicken katsu curry and she enjoyed it.

Yelp
THEY VALIDATE FOR PARKING (up to 2.5 hours). Parking garage is attached to their building. Very nice esthetic, with paper cranes hanging from the ceiling. Came in for lunch and it was hopping. We had to sit at the bar because no tables were available. We didn't ask how long the wait was but since it was just my husband and I, we didn't mind. Service was good, the bartenders waited on us and were very nice. We got to watch them make/mix drinks. One of the bartender gave my husband a sample of ginger beer too to try. We got the beef and pork bao (each order comes with 2). The bao was soft, nothing special, pretty sure it's the frozen kind, not handmade, but I didn't mind, as long as the inside goods were good. My favorite was the beef bao, it was sweet and sour. The pork belly bao came with apple dried in panko, very interesting. We each got a ramen. My husband went with the shirodashi pork which is essential the same pork belly in the bao. So if you're getting the ramen I'd opt out of the pork belly bao. Pork belly was good, broth was meh ok, nothing wow. I got the duck ramen and the soup base here has a hint of spiciness, which I'm sure you can ask them to leave out the chili pepper and it'll be ok. The duck was sooooo tender. Again the broth was meh, nothing special in my opinion. The portion size was perfect. We were able to eat everything and not feel too stuffed, but I think it has to due to their broth not being too heavy. So even though the broth was just ok, it's light enough to not make you too full, which I do appreciate.

Yelp
PHENOMENAL!!!! I highly recommend the Tokyo fries (extremely thin shoestring potato fries with Korean BBQ beef, siracha & chives), chicken gyoza, grilled duck ramen (the meat falls right off the bone), and the spicy pork ramen (some of the most unique & delicious ramen broth I've ever had)! We also had the chicken one too, but it definitely didn't have as much flavor as the other ramen bowls. The cocktails were soooooo delicious as well! This place will definitely be in my weekly rotation now!!! It can be ordered through some of the food apps as well. All of the servers have been very sweet. My only advice is to order your appetizer prior to ordering your entrees or it will not come out first. Will definitely be back about once a week or every other week going forward!

Yelp
The food was fresh and delicious! Quen knew the menu and gave great food and drink recommendations based on our own taste. I really enjoyed the fresh juices and the tokyo fries were to die for!!!!

Yelp
Food was amazing and Angie was a great server! Would come back to try other food out!

Yelp
Underwhelming. Completely underwhelming. It's one of those place where the food looks flavorful, but it's just not. Our server wasn't good. Never checked in or explained anything. It took 25+ minutes to get the drinks we ordered and then they were severely watered down. I'm convinced there was no alcohol in them. Everything was just off. There's so many other places in DFW to get good Asian food and with these prices it just doesn't make it worth a visit. I'm so disappointed because it looked and sounded amazing!!! I'd also heard good things from my friends overseas, but I won't be back.

Yelp
I saw this place on Dallasites101, and I had already heard good things from a friend! It's a ramen chain that originated in London and specializes in fusion flavors in their ramen dishes. We made reservations on OpenTable, which was super easy. There is apparently free parking with validation in a garage in the same building (which I wish I had known beforehand!). We were seated pretty much immediately. The space is quite large with lots of windows, and there is ample seating and an open kitchen concept. Because it was shortly after their grand opening, they were doing a special deal where you get a free drink with each entree, so my husband and I both ordered the yuzu cocktail, which was really tasty and sweet but I wish the glass were lined with a little salt instead of the matcha sugar. We then got the tokyo fries to split and I ordered the signature grilled duck ramen while he ordered the spicy pork ramen. The fries were very unique and came with thinly fried crispy sweet potato fries mixed with marinated beef strips. These were honestly much tastier than I expected, and I really liked how the sweet potato fries were so thin and crunchy, almost like chips. The duck ramen was excellent. I don't remember the last time I had such flavorful, tender duck. The broth was light, and the egg was perfectly cooked. I would have probably preferred a little more seasoning in the broth (like if they had some togarashi on the table, it would have been perfect!). My husband also really enjoyed his spicy pork ramen, which had much more bold flavors. Overall, relatively pricey for ramen (duck ramen was $21) but I felt that it was worth it!

Yelp
Great food! Delicious every meal. Noah was a great server and we had a blast with him! Great service and a great time

Yelp
Our server was outstanding. I had the Pork Belly and Panko Apple Bao buns. The filling was flavorful and crunchy, a nice contrast to the fluffy bao bun. I also had the Duck leg Ramen, which was amazing. The duck leg literally fell apart in the bowl, and it was so tender. This is quite possibly the best duck I've ever had. The broth was yummy, and also a bit salty, but it didn't spoil the dish. The broth was so flavorful, with and egg and big Bok Choy stalks. I'm not gonna lie, it wasn't like traditional Ramen, there were no fish cakes or nori paper, but it didn't matter because it was so friggin delicious. But you did get a cool serving spoon to help you eat the soup. I'm going to crave that duck, let me tell you. My husband got the Miso Cod Soba and it was sublime! The Cod was perfectly cooked, tender, and had delicate flavors of miso and ginger. The green soba noodles were other worldly, and he had to keep me from stealing them. We shared a Ume Whiskey and a Whiskey Smash. The flavors in the Smash were complex, and had a piece of candied ginger hidden in the bottom of the drink, much to my husband's delight!
