Just had a nice breakfast at Wagamama! The food was fresh, flavourful, and the perfect start to the day. What really stood out was the service—a huge thank you to Jana, who was genuinely helpful and friendly. She made the entire visit warm and welcoming. Highly recommend stopping by for breakfast!

I visited this restaurant during a busy period and had a short wait at the door—but that’s understandable given how popular the place was! Despite the crowd, the staff remained friendly and efficient throughout. Ana, in particular, stood out with her warm service and deep knowledge of the menu. She patiently answered all my questions and made excellent recommendations. The food was absolutely delicious, with generous portions that left me more than satisfied. Great value and flavour all around. I'll definitely be coming by again! 😁🤩

I had the privilege of visiting Wagamama at the South Terminal. All the staff made me feel welcomed, and the smiles from Ana, Jana, Skye, and Oamoo only made my day brighter. Having worked in hospitality for over a decade, I can happily tell you their service is second to none, and they are the kind of Front of House someone could only dream of. I even had the chance to talk to one of the chefs, Lukasz. He knew the menu like the back of his hand. When I ordered, they asked if I had any allergies and that gave me confidence to order my delicious bang bang hash browns. They even let me order Chilli Squid, my favourite dish from Wagamama for well over a decade! I recommend any avid Wagamama fan to stop by, and anyone who isn't familiar with the brand. They will delight like no other place in the airport.

We visited Wagamama at Gatwick South Terminal. We had fabulous seats by the bar, accompanied by relaxing lighting. Customers nearby started conversations, including a European GP from Spain with a beaming smile, ready to have a wonderful time in Malaga. The food delivered comfort and warmth to our soul. The service was beautiful, from the tap water, to crayons provided for my daughter to draw, to a generous green tea. The staff were supportive and warmly welcomed us. We also managed to enjoy a pampering session at the same time, which left us feeling gorgeous, glow on the outside as well. Thank you.

Summer was amazing. She really looked after us, made sure we had what we needed, and gave delicious recommendations. She was also fantastic in looked after my sister that had an allergic reaction, and making sure to recommend the right foods for her.

Good restaurant with the usual quality food. The service was okay but I was particularly impressed by the barman who worked very hard no stop. We were served and sit it very quickly and it was very handy for us because our flight was just a few minutes later anunced.

We asked if it was possible to have the chicken ramen with tofu instead of chicken breast. The waiter kindly checked with the lady at the cashier, but she responded with a rather disgusted look (3rd July, 7am). We didn’t get the swap, which is fine, but her attitude wasn’t the most respectful. We understand the rules, but not the disrespectful behaviour. The espresso was far too acidic for my taste, and the green tea was just standard, with a small portion. Lower your expectations for service, but the food should generally meet Wagamama’s usual standards.
