WAGYU BURGER HIROKIYA

Tucked little place in Ginza. The staff/owners were very polite and casual. The burger itself was very very good. Great taste of the meat, the texture of the handmade patties, richness of the beef fat and the sauces -although looked overwhelming, they were just the ideal amount. Nice cute little French fries. Most important - we left and the meal didn’t feel heavy at all allowing us to carry on our day without heavy stomach.

Food was GREAT, but i would say overpriced. The restaurant is very small. Very intimate (1-2) ppl only tables. Wanted to be seated at the “bar” / right at where they cook but was told to sit at a table. I did not like the terryaki sauce on my burger - found it mid. They gave use latex gloves so ans not to get messy. Ended up eating my boyfriend”/ burger which was the double cheese burger. Requested my meat cooked medium rare/ medium, they cooked it well done and forgot i wanted to add cheddar cheese to it. The ginger ale tasted like brewery ginger, I didn’t like it. I would say it’s a good place for specific tastes. Overall, unique experience.

Got the cheesebomb burger. It's not the best burger I've had but certainly worth the $25. Fries were top notch. Cheese on the cheesebomb burger is a lower grade cheese or at least it reminds me a bit of the cheese from the kraft mac and cheese box. Regardless it fits the burger nicely. Would definitely try again with the double instead of the single patty. No line on a Sunday night. Perfect if you want something fast.

The food was amazing. I got the cheese bomb and it was amazing, the waiter pours the cheese over the burger at the table. The wagu patty tastes amazing. The chef constructs the burger infront of you- such a good experience Warning- is abit tricky to find. Have to head inside the shopping centre. Look for an A4 size sign on a stairwell inside a building, then head up the stairs and it’s on the left. The food is well worth the difficult place, and because it’s abit hidden we managed to get a table for 6 easily.

Burger did not disappoint — best burger in town! I had the spicy cheese fries and they were super crispy with just the right amount of kick. The smashed Wagyu burger was juicy and full of flavor, you can really taste the quality of the meat. Service was great and the atmosphere was nice and welcoming. Definitely worth it !! Highly recommend if youre looking for an amazing burger.

Date and time of visit: 03-Nov-2025, 3pm Food ordered: Hirokiya Burger (Signature) I tried the signature for my visit. The staff recommended patty to be cooked medium rare, which I agreed. The taste was great! It lived up to expectation of high rating here in Google Maps. Staff were nice and cozy environment. Definitely coming back! It’s a hidden gem in Roppongi. Go for it if you like wagyu burger.

Wow, the amazing reviews are absolutely justified! 🍔✨ The food here is an experience on its own - every bite was full of flavor and the whole atmosphere makes it such a fun and satisfying place to sit and enjoy. The burger is big, juicy, and super indulgent, and the fries are seriously delicious too. Totally worth the price and highly recommended! 🙌🔥

I had a craving for a meaty burger and was very surprised with how satisfied I left here. The wagyu was cooked perfectly juicy and the burger was a solid size. They give you gloves to keep your hands clean and you will want to wear them because every bite oozes juices and sauce. Fast service, no cash payment. I would eat here evey meal if my heart could handle it. Thank you again for a wonderful meal!
