We love the Detroit spot, but we wanted to try the newly opened one in Royal Oak, where out table of 6 is CURRENTLY sitting at the time of this post. we ordered the food at 7.57PM. it is now an hour later. The waitress claims the kitchen lost our order, and that someone in the kitchen walked out, so our food is taking a while. We spoke to the manager and the manager is blaming our waitress. So now everyone in the staff is blaming each other, good job. We should've checked the Google reviews here before we went, because it's really bad. And lastly, doesn't this burger look like it's built upside down?
Update: 925PM. We finally got our food, ate, and got the bill. The bill was WRONG. There were items listed that we never ordered. We had that fixed. Also need to mention that we didn't get drink refills while waiting over an hour for that order to arrive.
