I give them 2 stars for the fried pickles and the friendly server. Not that I was expecting a million dollar burger...but both burgers came out...basic. I've seen better at Wendy's. I literally could've gone through the McDonald's drive thru...gotten my order wrong...because they always do...and the burger would've still looked and tasted better. Things happen...and it could have just been the day...but we were literally 1 of only 2-3 tables and there was a lot of staff around so I don't know. I can't say I would go back just because the food was oh so good. Maybe if I was really hungry and they were the only place in the area for miles. Oh and we had orange creme float drinks. I thought it would be like a milkshake type float. It tasted like orange flavored water with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Not worth the $50 or so we paid.

I ordered the original burger with and egg. I think the egg was bigger that the meat patty. The lettuce was a little wilted. I was not really impressed. My guest ordered a chicken sandwich, which was okay also. Fries were hot and the best part of the meal. Server was accommodating. Food was just okay, nothing special. Wahlburgers in Royal Oak is an excellent restaurant, my first time there was amazing and delicious! I came from the doctors with news I needed a hip replacement and this was my go to place for comfort food! The best F.O.D burger I have ever tasted, my hubby got the burger bowl and he was very happy with his selection and the fries were so good, right amount of crisp with a soft inside. I can't wait to go back again! My hubby is so great he was trying to cheer me up and bought me a hoodie and a mom's favorite T- Shirt. I told him when I get my surgery I want the drink glasses 😉 and another amazing burger he can bring to the hospital! This restaurant is a must try for everyone... very clean, great staff (very attentive waitress), food is excellent and reasonably priced!

Decided to try this place out for the first time the other day. It wasn’t very busy, but I found it weird that they stop you right at the entrance to make a walk up order. More of a legit restaurant vibe then a burger joint. I guess I was expecting something like a Shake Shack. Either way, order their double and friends, got the Mac n cheese for the kids, got chicken tenders and fries and a milkshake. The shake was alright, though it was the first thing ready and then sat for another 10 mins for the food to come out. Instead of fries with my burger they gave me sweet potatoes tots. The tots were alright, but not what I ordered. The burger was pretty good. Overall, bit pricey and not super convenient. Maybe I’ll try then again someday, but not in the near future.

We had a most excellent dining experience, which began with Lisa greeting us at the door, asking and getting approval from the manager to allow us to sit in the closed dining section to accommodate my being a recent transplant patient. Delvin took great care of us, the food was excellent (flavor, temperature and portion size), and Lisa kept checking on us!!! She even took pictures of us before we left!!!

We love the Detroit spot, but we wanted to try the newly opened one in Royal Oak, where out table of 6 is CURRENTLY sitting at the time of this post. we ordered the food at 7.57PM. it is now an hour later. The waitress claims the kitchen lost our order, and that someone in the kitchen walked out, so our food is taking a while. We spoke to the manager and the manager is blaming our waitress. So now everyone in the staff is blaming each other, good job. We should've checked the Google reviews here before we went, because it's really bad. And lastly, doesn't this burger look like it's built upside down? Update: 925PM. We finally got our food, ate, and got the bill. The bill was WRONG. There were items listed that we never ordered. We had that fixed. Also need to mention that we didn't get drink refills while waiting over an hour for that order to arrive.

The service was fine. The waitress was pleasant. These are mediocre overpriced greasy hamburgers. The French fries were just ok. The onion rings were greasy and odd. I had ice tea, a burger melt and fries for $17. I would have preferred going to Culver's, the food is cheaper and better.

The building is nice, everything is brand new since this location was just built. The interior is huge with a lot of seating and a patio being built for the summer season. The bar seats roughly 12-14 persons at one time. The sears are made of steel so it’s a bit hard to sit on long term. Each table has tomato sauce equipped for your personal consumption. The windows alongside the building bring in a lot of light and you can see Woodward ave as well as the other businesses in the area depending on where you sit. The menu is a page long half of which has burgers and the other half are salads. Since this is my first visit I decided to try one of their specialities -The Fiesta Burger. It tasted really good and was cooked to the temperature I requested of medium. It took only 10 minutes for the food to come but that maybe because a few people were dining in today. The entire place is decorated with photos of Mark Wahlberg and you can purchase apparel and accessories such as hats and t-shirts. Overall nice place to dine but not sure if I would go out of my way to eat here.
