Arrived late on a Sunday night. Got seated immediately. Wait staff were friendly and prompt. Food was amazing. Burgers were perfection. Tater tots crispy to a tee. A++ for this visit.

Wahlburgers was a total treat! We started with the crispy, cheesy Spinach Parmesan Wahl Bite—pure perfection. The O.F.D. Burger stole the show (aka foodgasm) with its juicy beef and bold flavors, while the Kale & Brussels Sprout Slaw added a fresh, crunchy balance. The vibe was welcoming, and the staff made us feel right at home. Can’t wait to go back!

We had the BEST waitress, Kim. She was great about making sure our dietary needs were taken care of and addressed appropriately. Including celiac safe options. The food was great, hot, fresh and neat. We would definitely go back.

While visiting Wahlburgers in Springfield, Massachusetts, from Florida, I couldn’t wait to stop by again after not having it for over three years since they first opened. I was surprised to see the restaurant was quiet on a Wednesday evening—it made me wonder what happened to the hype. It certainly couldn’t be the food or the service because both were fantastic, as always. I went with my daughter and her best friend, and we sat in a booth near the bar, facing the TVs. Our waitress was amazing—she not only took care of our food order but was also making drinks behind the bar, including my margarita. I decided to spice it up with some jalapeño, and let me tell you, it was perfection. We started with the buffalo chicken bites, which were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, with a texture similar to buffalo chicken dip but not too saucy. They were a solid 9/10. The fried pickles were my favorite—I can’t get enough of how crunchy they are. Even after sitting in the basket for a bit, they didn’t lose their crispiness, which is rare for fried pickles. For my main meal, I tried the new trio flight, which was perfect for tasting a little bit of everything. It came with a meatball slider, a chicken sandwich slider, and a burger slider—all absolutely delicious. Our waitress truly made our visit special. Despite dealing with a family emergency, she put us at ease with her kindness and attentiveness, making us feel so welcome. It’s hard to understand why this place wasn’t busier because the food and service are top-notch. If you’re visiting Springfield—whether for the Dr. Seuss Museum, the Basketball Hall of Fame, or just passing through—make sure to stop by Wahlburgers. You won’t be disappointed!

I didn't think it would be a full sit down restaurant. I was impressed by the vibe it gave...was able to the wahlburges in a whole new light. The food is worth the travel if your in Springfield

Most delicious salad ever. The strawberry shake looked and tasted real, and didn’t feel overpoweringly artificial. They did mess up the order and gave me a chicken sandwich instead of a fish one, but it was breaded and topped so well that I didn’t even notice until a few bites in. They corrected the order very quickly; the fish was good too.

It is rare that I ever give a 5-Star Rating but this place stood out to me. The service was very good, the food was delicious, the location was vibrant and clean. I went for my 31st Birthday and it was a huge blessing. You get a community feel when you step into this place. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and I will definitely be going back.

We went last night during our stay at the MGM hotel. We went in like 20 minutes before closing and the server still let us eat. She was sooo kind to us and made sure we didn’t feel rushed. She was such a sweet kind young lady. The food was also really good as well. Never been to a wahlburger and I’m glad this was our first experience!

i work near by wahlburgers Springfield location I have had plenty of burgers in my time. and through out the day in my line of work. but the quality and the taste of my burgers are fanomanal thanks to Justin at wahlburgers downtown Springfield.he is actually a great friend of mine man can that kid cook very confident chef that brings the burger to life.his kind heart goes into the the food with deep satisfaction as a customer every time.I would recommend you stop what you're doing and go swing by wahlburgers and grab a burger and fries or even a salad very creative menu.but the thing that keeps running through my head is the way Justin speaks highly of his co chefs you bet I trained them at least most of them he would say they cook just like me.Bet you your meal will be the best hey I'll give it to him.kid has a way to make you want to go get a burger every day of the week. I actually have before because his mind/body/and soul is in that restaurant too guarantee your stomach a smile go get a Justin show down at wahlburgers Springfield like my good friend says I bet you it will be The best any day of the week!!!!!!

Ok, first time diner here! I was not expecting a bar and service, so I was pleasantly surprised. We were at mgm and saw a sign for Wahlburgers so we decided to take the 300ft walk lol. So close.. Greeted as soon as we walked in, noticed the bar and made a b-line for that direction. Our bartender was awesome, attentive, communicative and made good drinks! We had martinis , 1 dirty and one with a twist. They were absolutely delicious! I op-ed for truffle fries and a pepperoni burger, it had the perfect amount of tomato aioli on it, my only comment would be to crisper up the pepperoni so it adds a crunch texture, it was delicious but missing a little texture. My husband had the original smash and loved it. The onion rings were spot on! We can't wait to come back and try more item

My dining experience at Wahlburgers was disappointing. The restaurant missed the mark on several key things, especially with a well-done burger arriving rare and cold regular tater tots. My partner had the sweet potato tots, which were served warm, and were delicious. However, it's frustrating when you don't get what you ordered, and having to pay $58 for an average, à la carte meal with these issues is certainly not ideal. It's a shame the food wasn't up to par, especially since I enjoyed the fun atmosphere for selfies!

Very good atmosphere and excellent service from Arianna. Very clean restaurant and very fairly priced. We tried the double-decker and it was very good, just needed a little bit of salt. We also tried the bacon mac & cheese, and the truffle fries. Again, all very good just needed some salt. Overall, the feng shui will bring us back. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the vibes.

Stopped in because everything else is closed on Tuesdays for lunch around the casino . I ordered the O.F.D burger and I asked if they could " smash burger " it . Took a little while for them to figure out how to order it , they made a one time exception , 1st they said to order a smash burger then order all the toppings , it was like $19. They finally ahead to do it . And boy was it good . They should offer that all the time as an option . Still a little pricey at $13 with no fries . Beer was nice and cold, my Girlfriend got the chicken sandwich and she said it was great . Still $50 for lunch with one drink each .

Recently visited with friend, Bullet Bob. My first time there. Close proximity to MGM Casino, so it gets some play. Got there just after opening, so able to snag a parking spot close to the entrance. As it was early, we had our choice of tables / booths. Our capable server, Lexi, brought menus and took our drink orders. I had "the burger" w cheddar and a side of kale & Brussels sprout slaw. BB had "the burger" w "government cheese" and fries. Food came out relatively quick, and the burgers were cooked as ordered. Very tasty as was the slaw. One quibble, for me, was the price. Burgers are a la carte. Sides are $3.75. Put everything together, and you're paying pub prices for what isn't pub quality food. I'm a fan, but it's not "as good as it gets." 4 stars

I've been intrigued by Wahlburgers for a while. There's the obvious celebrity. They've invested in their family. And it seems like they've been successful on a national level. In my mind, it seemed like they have positioned themselves as a national higher end burger restaurant. Like Shake Shack nationally. Or regionally, like Plan B. This is my first visit, although I have grilled their grocery store Wahlburgers products and liked them. The atmosphere of the Springfield Wahlburgers was cool and service was low key friendly and efficient, but my burger, while decent, did not measure up to the places I would compare it to. The inside has a Celtic Green focus and cool graphic design, a large inside seating area, a nice bar area, and an outside area. Although Wahlburgers seems meant to be associated with the MGM Casino, it's in a separate structure and you have to leave the casino to get there. I ordered a BBQ Bacon and Spicy Cheese and Bacon tots. The burger had thick cut and well cooked bacon, bbq sauce, fresh jalapeños, avocado spread and white cheddar. This is apparently Donnie W's favorite. Visually, the burger was somewhat disappointing and did not look like the menu picture. You could see the burger, the bacon, the cheese and a thin layer of BBQ Sauce on the bottom of the bun. You couldn't see any of the green from the jalapeños and the avocado spread. As I look at my pictures, I can't really see much of a jalapeño presence at all. The burger was a bit pale looking. It wasn't juicy or seasoned in a particularly noteworthy way. The bacon was good, but otherwise, none of the expected ingredient flavors really popped. I suspect this burger, when made by the best people of the best Wahlburgers, is better. This burger was not particularly well executed. Tots seem to be a focus of Wahlburgers. I didn't notice fries on the menu. I liked the spicy cheese sauce, but the tots weren't cooked as well as I would have liked. The restaurant was not crowded, but the casino wasn't particularly crowded either. I suspect this isn't one of the higher performing Wahlburgers locations, and my comments are limited to this location. 2.5 Stars

Our waiter was quick and knowledgeable, but the bacon cheeseburger was exceptional! Fries were great too. I truly loved the chocolate milkshake but definitely big enough to share. Bathrooms were clean and the whole place had a nice vibe. Would definitely recommend if in the area.

Five star service, but three star food: The service was top tier. The waitress was on point and friendly. The service was quick and she was attentive at all times. The vanilla caramel milkshake was awesome, no complaints there, and there's no way anyone could mess up tater tots. However, the burger is quite good, but the patty is thin and could use a bit of seasoning. I love the greasiness of it though. Overall, I'd say it's about as good as a Wendy's classic. With that said, it is worth stopping in because the prices are reasonable in this day and age, and it's better than Burger King and McDonald's. That's a review.

Went with a buddy for his birthday today, a Wednesday afternoon at 3:00. Only one other party there, but it was an odd time of day. Got seated right away, ordered burgers with tots and onion rings. Came out quick and hot, everything was delicious! Seriously impressed how great our late lunch/early dinner was! A far cry from when they first opened. Only downside is how awkwardly away from MGM the location is. They should move into the casino into a spot where some spots are barely open, if it at. Will be back soon, but only if it's still daylight out. Not the most welcoming location.

In town visiting family. Also, wanted to try Wahlburgers ever since I learned they had a burger joint. Ordered the Our Burger with tots, crispy fish with a side salad and a side of BBQ tots. When I walked in the place wasn't really busy and I'm, I went about 3:07 pm on Wednesday. I'm sure the time of day and day had something to do with it not being very busy. Restaurant clean and decorated nicely for a burger place. There is a bar that serves beer and a few different mixed drinks, looks like wine also. My burger was pretty good. It was bland and I especially liked how tasty the pickles on it were. My Mom enjoyed the crispy fish and salad. Fish was not overly battered. Fish had a nice crispy planko crust. My husband enjoyed the BBQ tots. Food portions were pretty descent and price average. Would go back again and try out a few other menu items if ever near a Wahlburgers again.

Upon arrival there was an employee on the phone who did not acknowledge us at all. BUT other employees noticed is quickly and came to greet us. I instantly like the team environment and assumed this must be a good place to work! Our waiter was VERY friendly and personable. He made sure we were well taken care of and that we always had what we needed. He also kept us updated on the status of our order. We didn't have to wait long so this was a very nice touch. The restaurant was clean and aesthetically pleasing. Food was great! I loved the fried pickles! Burgers were also delish! If you are in Springfield you should definitely try out a Wahlburger!

Just visited this restaurant for the first time ever in Springfield, MA. Empty restaurant. Ordered a burger and Caesar salad. Burger looks good. They forgot the dressing on ceasar salad. Sucks. I'm sure it's a good place...but terrible on Quality Control tonight.

Waitstaff could be better. Came in on a weekday afternoon while it's slow and had an extremely rude server named John. Would recommend one of their other locations. Never had a bad experience like this at bostons location

It wasn't bad, but it wasn't great. From all the hype, I was expecting more. Anybody who charges $8 for a handful of tater tots is crazy... The super melt was ok, but I felt like it was more suited to a kids menu. I dunno, the meal was simply missing any pizzaz. If it cost less, I might go back yo try again, but it felt overpriced for what it was.

Went at nearly closing unfortunately, I hate doing that but the staff were more than gracious to seat us, make menu recommendations, and serve us some delicious food. I was recommended the chicken sandwich. It was great!

We had traveled to MGM in Springfield and were looking for a bite to eat. Found that there was a Wahlburgers not far from the Casino. We walked in at around 9pm and there weren't many people as it was a Sunday night. Was seated promptly in a comfy booth. Our waiter greeted us and we ordered our drinks. After coming back with our drinks, our waiter took our order. She had an Our Burger and I had the BBA Bacon Burger, both cooked to medium well. We also ordered a side of Permesan Truffle Tots. In around 10-15 minutes our order was delivered to our table. Both burgers were juicy and tasted great. The Permesan Truffle Tots were great. Overall, a great dining experience.

I loved the original Wahlburger's when we went years ago, and this one did not disappoint either. Much as I loathe the town it dwells in (Springfield), being in there feels like a nice escape from the surrounding reality. Mia was our waitress and she was outstanding. She felt more like a friend than a waitress! So much fun. She was very understanding about the overflowing excitement that was our table... we had a small reunion and we were all extremely thrilled to see each other. Doing a tots flight was a GENIUS move and those were all outstanding. The burger, per usual, was perfection. And the slaw, holy shit! It's a kale/brussel sprout slaw so it's more of a salad slaw. It's so good that if I lived in the area, I'd get a big huge box of that to go all the time. Altogether a wonderful evening was had.

It's St Patrick's day and we walked from MGM Springfield to watch the Red Sox game. The restaurant was nearly empty but we went to sit at the bar to watch the game. After taking our drink order, the bartender said that the bar doesn't subscribe to NESN. I'm so disappointed that this Boston-based brand doesn't have Red Sox games.

First time trying wahlburgers at the MGM in western Ma. It's been a bit since my first burger in one of the Boston locations. ORIGINALLY FROM "DORCHESTAH is top notch !! We also got onion rings , fries , and truffle fries. Thanks Mark, Donnie, and Paul for some amazing burgers hands down !!! I did order one burger with no lettuce and tomato and it was marked like that on the box but unfortunately did have it on the burger.

I've been to the Wahlburgers in Boston before and it was excellent. This location was no different. With that in mind, I ordered the "Our Burger" with fries and it was very tasty. To elaborate, I simply love the flavor of the beef at Wahlburgers and I really enjoy the potato style bun. In addition, I love the Wahl sauce. It is creamy with a hint of tang and sweetness. Also, the sauce is savory and has a moreish flavor. Furthermore, I ordered the burger medium rare and it was cooked perfectly with just the right amount of pink inside. My only complaint about the burger was that the bottom of the bun was a bit soggy. Additionally, this was my first time trying the fries and they were better than I expected. The fries were hot, crispy, and salted just right. These were really solid french fries which is a rare these days. Generally speaking, Wahlburgers is a really good burger restaurant and this location is as good as any.

I really enjoyed the lunch we had at Wahlburgers. We started with fried pickles as an appetizer - I would say the best fried pickles we've ever had. And we get fried pickles everywhere that offers them. There were 3 of us - each ordered a different burger and each of us truly enjoyed them. the fries were great. If I had to complain about anything, the onion rings were more like a frizzled onion than actual onion rings. Our server, John, was attentive and friendly. The restaurant itself was clean and bright. I wasn't sure what to expect but I enjoyed the show they did about starting the restaurant and wanted to give it a try. Being from NJ, I had to wait to get to MA to try it. I would absolutely recommend and will go back next time I'm staying in the area.

I was very surprised at how chill the ambiance was. It was very laid back with excellent service. The menu is streamlined with tasty food. The burgers are excellent and the potato tots blew me away. Delicious

Since we don't have Wahlburger's in the region where I live, I had a chance to visit for the first time. I was the only customer in the restaurant on a Thursday at 11:15, which seems a little strange. I took down a double cheeseburger and sweet potato tots. I thought the burger was quite good, that government cheese has a pretty strong flavor. Being back in the north, I had to get used to once again ordering iced tea and asking for sweetener as opposed to half sweet and half unsweet like I do living south of the Mason Dixon line. Friendly service for sure, no problems with parking even with construction going on.

The amount of stars on this business just killed my vibe. Did not expect that since my experience was top notch. To each their own I guess. Came in on Tuesday around a non busy time. Server Jada was friendly and attentive. I ordered the BBQ Bacon burger along with the sweet potato tots. Washed it down with a IBC root beer. Food came out pretty quick and the food was nice and hot. I was worried the burger would come out smothered in BBQ sauce, it wasn't. I also had mine without the Jalapeños since they're not pickled and properly too hot for me. The burger was a decent size, so I don't know what gripe other people had with burgers being too small. The tots were my favorite thing. Crispy with a soft center, good lord, I still want more. I've been to Wahlburgers in Coney Island and that was a disaster but this location redeemed the franchise. Download the app and get $5 off your check. Total paid $16.59. Sure it's more than what you pay at another fast food joint but the experience and quality was by far more superior than your Big Mac at McDonald's. Keep up the good work!

I have waited years to go to a Wahlburgers restaurant, my son took me today, and we laughed at the "government cheese" in my house single mom of 3 in the Berkshires we called it Fake Cheese. Sat in bar, bartender amazing and the best day my son and I have had together alone in years! Thank you!

Service was quick, extremely pricey for a cheeseburger and fries. However the Parmesan fries were great. The cheeseburger was greasy and sloppy. I'd give a 7 all around.

I was extremely underwhelmed by Wahlburgers. With the known name, I was expecting the burger of all burgers and was disappointed when my meal arrived. The burger was standard, however had a large amount of grease that had to be wiped down with a napkin. The Wahlbites were tasty and worth a try. Moreover, the staff was very kind, however seemed to be a bit disheveled. I ended up having to eat my side salad with my hands, because I couldn't find a waitstaff to bring me a utensil. Overall, for the price, I would recommend trying out Plan B Burgers in Springfield or Max Burger in Longmeadow instead.

Food is decent. I tried Wahlburgers during lunch time and it was surprisingly not busy. The fries were a bit cold, burger was good. Staff was attentive and friendly. No other concerns

Had lunch at the bar on a Thursday. I could harsh on the burger as it's just a cheap defrosted patty and the thing needed seasoning, but generally everything was pretty good and a decent value for the dollar (burger, salad, and Coke for $17). So I give this a lukewarm review.

Place is very clean and food was fresh tasting. Those spinach bites are pretty good too. The employees were very attentive and service was superb.

Did you know Tuesday's most of Springfields restaurants are closed? Wahlburgers is open! Burgers were good, beer was great, service was nice and helpful. Best of all, the a tater tots were STELLAR! Perfectly crispy on the outside, and soft in the inside. Tater-perfection A decent selection of burgers, fried pickles and other fast mosh food. A great stop for late night dining.

We had Tammy as our server and she was excellent. She was well attentive and answered all of our questions. The food was amazing, we got the Our Burger, the truffle fries, the Bacon Mac N Cheese, and a plain kids burger. The restaurant was clean and busy, but quiet, which was nice.

Full disclosure - I ordered Wahlburgers via Door Dash where the menu prices appear to be significantly higher than their prices in their brick and mortar store. I understand why restaurants to do this, but if this is your first time trying Wahlburgers (like me) be sure to level your expectations. Simply put, Wahlburgers is a fast food joint and the quality of the burgers are about on par with what you would expect from fast food. The problem is, if you order via the available delivery services, the menu prices nearly double in price (at least compared to what I'm seeing when I Google their in-store menu) which puts Wahlburgers in a completely different tier of restaurants (this doesn't even factor in the delivery fees and tip). I wasn't aware of this at the time I ordered, so I guess my expectations were higher than they should've been.

Not what I expected. The cons: hamburger patties are not flavorful, I don't even think they add salt, their signature sauce had too much ketchup, the bacon was super porky and their fries were just ok. Pros: the government cheese was everything, the grilled bread was good too, the mustard sauce was yummy. Next time I will only order a grilled cheese with extra government cheese. The service wasn't bad but not great either.

For a burger place to get this from me I'll tell you your place must be on it's A game & this one is. Now they got so much opinions it might sound strange but the food could in a way be a one stop meal for me whole day & I had the chipotle BBQ tenders & the fiesta burger with fries & man even now my stomach is still full (photos will verify). Plus before I left back to Agawam (long walk in 91*F weather) the staff at the bar got me a cup of water for the walk so that tells you how much they care for the patrons. Now you know.

Looking for a lunch place on a Sunday afternoon with a six year old, we gave Wahlburgers a shot. We walked in and were seated right away. We were greeted by our waitress, and ordered some drinks. It took awhile for the drinks to come. Service was slow, and it looked like just a couple of waitresses were serving the whole place. We waited for drinks, food, and especially just to pay. Food was pretty good. I like the fiesta burger, double patty, and flavorful seasoned juicy burger. The fries were boring and bland. My wife said the salmon salad was very good. Interior was cool, and pays homage to everything Wahlburger. To be honest, I'd prefer Red Robin if it came down to it. It was more of a 3.5 star experience.

This place is just right next to casino, nice vibe inside and uptrend. Prices were slightly on the higher side specially for the burgers which were not that big. Food and beer was decent and overall it was nice experience.

Located a block from MGM. Hostess friendly and service was attentive. This time I actually had the fish sandwich and tots. Both were crispy. My husband had a burger and tots which he liked. My only complaint is that the size of the fish and burger were pretty small for $15. Hopefully this is only temporary until inflation and shrinkflation improve.

I went there to try their burgers for the first time. I even brought a family member. We sat at the table for over 25 minutes and we were still not greeted by a waitress. And I also noticed the couple sitting next to us. We're waiting the whole time for their check over 25 minutes. And the place wasn't that busy at all.

Stopped at Wahlburgers and we were not upset. This place is a low key burger spot within walking distance from the casino. The burgers didn't look like they were going to taste as good as they did. They were amazing. We were not disappointed at all. The burgers were juicy and flavorful. The cheese sauce was our favorite part.

Visited Wahlburgers when MGM announced them as one of their new restaurants. I was immediately disappointed that this was apparently an 'MGM Restaurant' but I couldn't use my rewards card to pay. That aside, the service was great - everyone was super friendly; and the food came out quickly. The tots were great and the burger was fine - but that's all I can really say about it. It reminded me of a burger from Sonic, also delicious, but for twice the price - I spent over $20 for a burger, tots and a fountain drink. Again, it was a good burger, but not much different from what you can get at Sonic or another chain for less than half that price

Went today 8/1/2023 @ 1 PM for lunch. It took about 5 minutes to get seated and when our server came over she seemed a little Frazzled and new. She tried to open a bottle of Mexican Coke with her hands when I told her that it needs a bottle opener she looked at me like I was crazy. She forgot my side of Walsause and had to track her down to get it. She never even came over to check on us to see how our food was. When we were leaving I wanted to buy two shirts the sign said they were $19.99 each but rang up $24.99 each and only took $5.00 off for one and wouldn't do it for the other, but everything else was amazing, the food was awesome.
