Wahlburgers

Burger was very mid. I order an O.F.D. and it lacked flavor entirely. The meat was of good quality but the lack of flavor took away from the entire experience. At $22.42 for a so-so burger with a bottle of water is a bit steep. I should have at least recieved some fries at that price. Staff was nice but save your money, the mall has better options.

Not terrible, but not great either. The service is quick and friendly. The burger is very juicy, but mostly fat and quite salty. The fries are just okay. The milkshake is extremely thick. The Coke tastes a bit off.

Missed on all 4 Vanilla milkshake was bland Chicken tenders were boring and plastic. Fries had no flavor Burger was well done not medium rare like asked for, mushrooms and Swiss was not a good pairing. Couldn't finish half. Very disappointed 😞

Purchased the bbq wings while @ Simon Roosevelt Field Mall in Long Island, NY. I could tell that the wings were precooked frozen and the sauce was just splashed on after frying. The wings might a great addition if they were fresh raw cooked wings and tossed in the sauce. The sweet tea was fire tho!

I had always wanted to try Wahlburgers, and today I had the double Paul's burger with Tots and Half and Half. I found everything to be delicious, and the burger was not overcooked like most burgers I've had at other restaurants. I prefer the tots over fries, and the Half and Half drink was not too sweet, which I liked. The service was also excellent, and it seemed like all the customers were well taken care of. I will definitely visit Wahlburgers again. Additionally, if people want a chicken burger, wouldn't it make more sense to go to a restaurant that specializes in chicken? It's like going to a steakhouse to order chicken or fish.

Ordered fries with chili from Wahlburger and this is what they gave me. Additional charge for chili with fries as well. Kind of disappointed. Burger was okay. Don’t recommend coming here.

Wow. That was so embarrassing. Looks like school cafeteria food. The burger fell apart after 2 bites, the patty was thin and dry, and the bun is the type you find for 4 for $1 at the grocery store. I can’t believe they’re selling this. The mac and cheese was horrendous, but edible at least. The fries weren’t too bad but they were almost $11. Won’t go back. Disappointed as we really wanted to like this place!

I came here with my wife this weekend and the food was amazing! The staff were very friendly and the place was kept clean. They are under new management and have really turned this place around. The manager Antonio was very helpful and recommended us the fiesta burger. The new onion rings were so flavorful and crispy. He kept checking on us throughout our meal which something you don’t see now a days. If you been here in the past I recommend giving it a second try. 10/10!!!

To me service was great I just noticed it was empty and the food was great They need more advertising They have good workers just nobody knows it's open But I do hope the business gets better

The madness of a frozen burger. I mean like imagine you take a burger out of the freezer and toss it on the grill and it's just a block of ice. All the flavor is gone and it's grey. You hot it up on both sides and tell me that's a Wahlburger. I highly doubt this is what they had in mind with the chain. I get that the meat has to be frozen but I don't want to taste that. I was very disappointed with the flavors after being excited to try something new. Cheese burger, tater tots and a milkshake. Food was a 2/5 service was 4/5. Not coming back. No sir. I actually love cheeseburgers passionately and did not like this one at all.

The last time I visited a Wahlburgers was in Coney Island. This location is much different. The menu is a lot smaller and there are no boozey concoctions. I had the our burger which was pickles, onion, lettuce tomato and cheese with a meat patty, very little sauce on a bun. The bun I couldn't tell if it was stale or just sitting in a bun warmer all day. The burger was just ok. The tots weren't over done but there was no sauce or ketchup offered. You had to ask for ketchup. Service was ok. The staff forgot to put dressing in the bag for my mom so when we asked they brought it out to us. 3.8 stars

I'll give the service a 8/10. Friendly and efficient even if they took a little too long. The "Our Burger" tastes like a school lunch burger but made with less love. The meat had no flavor and was thick and rubbery like a hockey puck. The quality and flavor gets a 2/10. So dissatisfied...

I really had high hopes for Wahlburgers. I've been wanting to try one for years. I was in Boston twice the past few years and could never make time to get to Hingham to try it out. So we happened to be in Garden City today and decided to try it out in the food court. The burger was average at best. The bun was cold. The patty was pretty bland. Fries were just average. Not even close to the higher priced burger joints like 5 guys, shake shack or even Wendy's. Overall disappointing.

Not a bad burger. Made fresh not super greasy but they ask how you want it cooked and then over cook it lol. Pickle chips pretty descent. Tasted better to me than the other burger franchises. The Wahlburger special sauce not so special though. Nice staff. In the mall busy

How can I best describe Wahlburgers: Good food but terrible at expediting orders. This was not the case with past experiences, we had a great restaurant in Port Jefferson and I visited their Coney Island location. Both locations are now closed. Roosevelt Field? This is my reverse Fortress of Solitude. I stay in the area for 9 hours a day so my lunch time is limited. (C'mon, I am Bill S, rules can be broken) The first time here, I ordered a cheeseburger with fries. I also sat down at 11:30. At 12:15, I can see the kitchen was slammed with orders! I spoke to the manager and she comp'd my lunch. A very nice gesture. The burger, if you hate Shake Shack then you'll love this burger. The patty is thick and had a great taste. My second visit, I ordered a salad to go topped with chicken. The salad dressing was missing from the bag. Third time is a charm, I'm here now and ordered a three piece chicken with a half n half iced tea. The service is getting better. I was given five dollars in Quarters because they had no singles.. And what happened to the Thanksgiving sandwich that was offered in Port Jefferson?? That sandwich had some Good Vibrations for sure. I hope I have the brothers attention: Bucky Dent Haha! Listen, I'm just messin' with y'all. Hangin' Tough! Hey, I'm a fan of Wahlburgers. The food is good and priced right for lunch.

The red stools at the Johnny Rockets have been replaced by the green stools of Walhburgers at Roosevelt Field Mall. Another celebrity owned restaurant chain .... Curiosity got the better of me, so I decided to try it out. Food: I ordered: BBQ Bacon Burger - this was cooked to order. After waiting 10+ minutes, I was rewarded with one of the blandest and driest burgers I have ever had. The bun came fresh out of the outlet bakery bag as it was dry and started to fall apart immediately. For $12, this is a definite pass. 2/5 Tater Tots - how can you screw this up? I've had better tater tots from my air fryer! The tots were like the burger, stale and dry ... lacking the moist center that you would expect from a tater tot. 1/5 TL/DR: Mark Wahlberg should stick to acting. The same confused/annoyed/WTF expression he has on his face in every movie ... that's how I felt eating this food.

Wahlburgers at Roosevelt Field Mall delivers a good experience, thanks to its friendly and attentive service that makes you feel welcomed even in such a busy place. The crispy tater tots are a favorite that pairs great with any burger. The burgers themselves are great, cooked fresh and perfect size. I personally recommend the "Our Burger", but the chicken sandwich is good too. They also offer vegan options and kids menus, so anyone can eat here! This is a great option at the food court after shoppping. After coming once, it's became a favorite at the food court, I recommend trying the next time you are in the area.

Hoping this place gets better. I have been wanting to check this place out ever since my wife and I saw the "coming soon" signs a few months ago. Unfortunately, the wait was not worth it. After placing our order (our burger, double decker, french fries and two drinks) a little before 12 noon, we literally had to wait for 20 mins. Although the workers were very friendly, they didn't seem to be on the same page. Then after getting our order, the let down continued. The burgers didn't seemed seasoned and the fries seemed very similar to Wendy's, frozen with a little hint of potato skin on. Hoping we can chalk this up to opening/growing pains.

Rotten lettuce. Rotten service. Rotten place. Went there. Service was bad and slow. Food didn't taste good. Pretty sure the lettuce was like three days old. Too old.

For a newer restaurant in the food court, this went downhill very fast. Line of about 10 people, only one kiosk works, and nobody is standing at the ordering stations. Broken menu screen, good luck knowing what you can get while either walking by or on the line. Kiosk only seemed to have lemonade drinks even though there is a fountain soda machine. I'd love to ask a person how to order that but they're all running around scrambling. Food came out at a reasonable pace. Overall, this is a busy mall, not a good first impression. Not blaming the staff, you can tell they were shorted. Whoever manages this district needs to tend to these facilities matters and make sure they have coverage for a good customer experience. Perhaps allow your managers more labor hours.

Wow, I've heard about this place for a long time, also I watched the TV show with the same name, so when I saw this in the food court at Roosevelt field mall I had to have a Walburger meal. I opted for Paul's burger and a salad. Salad was chopped up, and with the dressing made this a delicious choice. As burgers go, I thought this was going to be better than most burgers. Well I was right. Delicious burger well made and tasty for my taste bud's. Better than all the fast food burgers as well as 5 Guy's. I'm so happy that I decided to come here. Of note the staff were all right on point. Manager Tameka is the perfect choice for dealing with all the customers and she has the best attitude and customer service skills.

The cook was polite and did a great job. The food was fine. However the other staff is a bit clueless and rude . My food was flipped over when it came in a bowl. Ill try anything once but I wish the location the best, plenty of room for improvement.

We stopped by here on our way out of the mall and grabbed some dinner to bring home. It was good. Of course not the best burger ever but it was good for what it was. Service was a bit slow but they were busy. It was also a little confusing if you order from the ipad thing or just from them, or both are an option, I dunno.

I'm had such a nice experience here today with Antonio. I was looking for coffee in the food court and asked him if they had any. He said they didn't serve, but he had a pot in the back for himself and offered me a cup. I gladly accepted and he politely poured me milk and offered me sugar. There is still good in this world! It truly made my day, and while I can't speak to the food..the service was amazing!

Antonio was a great the server was great and the food was going even at the busiest time of the year they was able to get our food out fast.. must try

For all the hype and fanfare of the Wahlberg family throwing their hat into the ring of burger joints I was expecting a lot more. With so many good burger places available and all unique in their own right you'd think Wahlburger would have an exceptional to share with the burger fans across the country. I ordered a bacon burger and fries, and it was a very sad experience. Burger was thin and dry, it was just a low quality frozen patty that was reheated. The only flavor was from the bacon and the sauce. Even the bun was a very plain generic bun, the ones you'd buy in bulk when your having a bbq and your looking to save $$$ Next was the fries. The portion was tiny and fries were thin sad and lacked any flavor or palatable texture. This place is a complete bust, I feel they are relying entirely on the Wahlberg name and putting zero effort into the food. It's sad because I was excited to finally try Wahlburgers.

This place is a disappointment. The fuego burger had no flavor and wasn't spicy. The Jenn's chicken was full of flavor and super tasty.. except my grilled chicken was so small it was 1/2 of the bun.. like if I bite down on one half of it, it's all lettuce and onions and filling. The half and half is fuze tea with generic lemonade. Tater tots and fried were ok. Kids were ok with the nuggets. Meh. Not about this place.

Greasy, Over Cooked, plentiful but over all horrible. No textries & care about the quality.

We got food at the Roosevelt Field location. Food was great but what was really awesome was our server Antonio. We will be back,

Although I like the food a lot, the service is below par! My wife and I recently went to the Roosevelt field location and sat at the counter expecting someone to take our order. Two workers were folding boxes and completely ignored us. My wife went over to ask us someone would take our order, the male responded that you need to put the order in at the kiosk! When my wife asked why someone hadn't told us, the male person who I know saw us sitting there said he was too busy working having a good time with the lady manger and folding boxes. It escalated from there with some pretty crude exchanges between him and my wife so we left and went to Wendy's. We will not be giving our hard earned money to a poorly run establishment with employees who ignore customers and then get snooty with them. We will not be going back and if this is any way they treat all customers, they won't be open much longer.

How can you serve a cheeseburger with cheese that isn't melted. Medium burger was cooked like a hockey puck. Fries were undercooked. Worst burger and fries ever! Don't eat here. The best part of this horrible experience was they kindly gave me my money back / their customer service was very good.

I have always wanted to try Wahlburgers given the publicity behind the chain and the TV Show that follows the Wahlbergs. I finally got a chance to try this location in Roosevelt Field on its second day of operation. The experience was quite disappointing but I was partially expecting it to be better than it was despite the negative reviews for other Wahlburgers locations around the country yet here in an upscale mall. For $15, I ordered the basic "Our Burger" and the "Crispy Fries". I had to order at the register because one of the self-service kiosks next to it on the counter were not working. While the format of the burger is similar to Shake Shack, it just feels cheap for what it costs. I am not sure where Newsday came to the opinion that these burgers are "hefty" but if it wasn't for the price, I probably would have gotten the double or the triple stack to actually feel satisfied. The patties are thin as are the slices of toppings themselves, and the bun started falling apart in my hand as soon as I picked up the burger. The fries, which were $4 of the total, tasted very similar to fries you get at other fast food joints such as Wendys however the portion is small as others have noted. For a 15 minute wait (and even longer because they ran out of ketchup when my name was called), I think some improvements could be made to enhance the experience here.

I visited this place during my lunch break and was very disappointed that I did. The food was terrible they removed Johnny Rockets for what ??? The service was very slow I waited about 20 mins for my food and I wish I didn't. The staff there wasn't pleasant, they where all hanging out in front on the bar stool chairs. I ordered a burger that was PINK, there is no option to ask how you would like burger by the way so why assume I wouldn't want it cooked all the way. Im totally surprised I didn't get food poising after this meal. DO NOT GO

Just made the trip out here currently as we speak!. I had Jenn's chicken and an our burger with an order of fries!!. The chicken sandwich and our burger were both amazing!!. Well worth the wait (it was long), but worth it!!. Loved the show!!. I also tried the Coney Island location when it first opened way back when!!

Overall great experience! The service is top notch on top of the burgers and grill cheese being amazing I want to shout out Paanii and the staff for the amazing service! Thank you will definitely recommend to a friend and come back part 2 of my review hands down best cookies n cream shake in the food court

I have a problem. I love this place. I can't eat anywhere else. the best burgers I've ever had, consistently. The customer service is great Antioine made sure me and my mom we're enjoying ourselves.

I've tried this place 3 times. All 3 times I've been underwhelmed and unsatisfied. Even the staff don't want to be there, my food was sitting in the window getting cold before they realized people are waiting. Just bring back Johnny Rockets.....

This place is horrible. I had high expectations after hearing good things about other locations but after waiting more than 30 minute I was very unimpressed. the food was cold and sloppy. my burger bun was soaked in barbecue sauce, making it a soggy mess my french fries were freezing. The owners need to come in and seriously do a quality control overhaul and get some type of expedited Food wait time process because if there was a McDonald's at the mall, this place would be closed.

Womp womp.. I ordered a single burger with lettuce tomatoes onions and pickles and was very let down. The burger patty seemed like it was a frozen patty that was just thrown to cook on the griddle directly out of the freezer. The outside was cooked but the inside was watery/greasy and pink, which is a tell tale sign of frozen patties. On top of that, there was no flavor at all, I don't even think they salted the patty, and unfortunately the sauce they put on the burger added little to no flavor. I ordered for pick up with some work colleagues, and I was not the one who picked up the order so I cant speak to the timeliness or friendliness of the staff. I will say though that they forgot my burger from the order and my colleague went back to get it, and the staff were helpful and even gave me a double. Likely won't be ordering from here in the near future unless the quality of the food drastically improves. I understand it's new, with staff that is likely still getting a hang of things, but cmon for the price of these burgers they should at least be fresh patties!

Just had such an Awesome experience. Usually eat at sit down restaurants while at the mall. However I wanted to try Wahlburgers. Antonio gave us such an Amazing, awesome experience. Treated us as if we were eating at a 5 star restaurant. So super friendly and made several suggestions since I was unsure. I went with the crispy fish which was great. Will definitely be coming back, hopefully he's here when I come

The food is ok, the service is also ok, the food takes a while to come out, I waited like 15min for a kids cheese burger but it looks good and my kid likes it.

The burger was not good and it took over 40 minutes for the order to be ready to go. It was not that busy . The burgers came out in their wrapping and when it was opened it they were a mess.

Food was hot and fresh, loved the tots! Staff was super friendly as well, helpful picking out what to eat since it was my first time there!

Service was above and beyond. Employees are friendly and patient (because I couldn't make up my mind) the counters and kitchen was clean. Did not see any flies or food all over which was very impressive for this food court 10 out of 10 I'll be here again. And the food was great. And everyone was so happy love to see it

The food was awesome (Gotta try the our burger or Jen's chicken) and the staff is incredible. They are so friendly and will make your visit every time. Whenever you come back they remember you and make your experience amazing. This was one of the best burgers I have ever had. I usually love burgers from Five Guys or Shake Shack but this has become my new favorite burger place. I used to have to go to Coney Island to enjoy this type of burger, but now that it is in Long Island they didn't disappoint. It was the freshest juiciest burger I've ever had. I got the "Our Burger" and was asked how I liked it cooked and I said Medium. I went at around 11:50 am. The only qualms I have are - the wait time was 20 minutes for this burger, but I don't regret waiting because the burger was amazing, they didn't give me napkins in my bag and none were available at the counter to help yourself, also I ordered a cookies and cream shake, but the straw definitely was too narrow to accommodate some of the Oreo chunks. At the service counter you can either order from the screen or a team member. I chose the team member. The team members were incredibly attentive, exceeding my expectations with their prompt assistance and patience when I was trying to decide what wanted or if I asked for the status of my burger. Definitely would recommend and am coming back frequently to get my burger cravings satisfied.

My daughter and I had lunch here over the weekend while shopping at the mall. I had the Jens chicken sandwich and it was really good. Very fresh and delicious. I enjoyed it so much. I was thinking about the fact that I would come back again just to have that sandwich again. The staff was very nice, too. I remarked to the person making the burgers, that she was so calm on the line at her station. Like she had a whole zen cooking thing going. She told me "I'm the general manager". She was awesome and really seems to support her staff. They seem to work hard. They're getting a lot of business if they keep the fresh quality of their product consistent they will do well.

Service was excellent, super friendly. Emmanuel and Kameesha were super helpful! They convinced us to order, though we were unsure at first due to an overwhelming amount of options at Roosevelt Field Mall. Great quick bite!

Nothing special, just a big name. The burger was ok but not sure if the patty was fresh or not. Could have been constructed better. The bun is buttery which was nice and the whal sauce was just ok. On their menu it looks like they try to promote their lemonade but it's just fountain lemonade, Minute Maid to be exact that they had a lemon wedge in. All that being said with how much it cost just wasn't worth it.

Was here on Oct. 11 and was absolutely blown away with the new manager Antonio. He has the most personable and friendly personality! I've been to this location multiple times in the past and the food was always amazing but the staff was just okay and the wait times were insane. Since Antonio has taken over things have taken a turn for the best. Not only were our burgers out instantly but everyone we interacted with was so sweet and the new mango lemonade was incredible! Overall such a wonderful experience. Honestly, for a minute, I forgot I was eating at the mall. Antonio brings such a friendly and warm ambience it felt like we were talking to an old friend! He clearly has a lot of passion for what he's doing, and I wish him and the rest of the staff all the luck!! If you're at the mall and getting hungry, definitely check this place out! 10/10!

Waited over twenty minutes for one burger on a slow weeknight. When I ordered I was the only one there, by the time I actually got my food the line was long because everything took so long. The people working the grill have no clue they're working off cards with the ingredients in front of them. It took the manager way too long to recognize that there was an issue with orders backing up. Hopefully this is just growing pains, but I'd avoid this place til they figure out how to run it properly.

Don't think just go. I had the Fuego Fuego, fries and a lemonade and it was DELICIOUS! Kamesha has great customer service and the staff was patient and friendly. Definitely would come back that burger is still on my mind and I was actually full, no need to stop for anything else.

Everytime I come the staff is so welcoming, the managers remember faces and really make you feel like you're apart of a family everytime they see you. Everyone in the staff has great personality, the food is always good. Can always get a good conversation in too. Love it here.

We came on a busy Saturday night and had a bit of a wait, but the employees were friendly and hard working and got our order out relatively quickly. My husband and I loved our food. I got Jen's chicken and it was moist and very flavorful. My husband got a burger, which he said was well seasoned, We shared an order of tater tots, which were amazing. Very happy with the service and the food. Much better than Shake Shack and 5 Guys. Will definitely be back. Thanks!

Service is amazing. The mangers are so nice, my food comes out hot and fresh every time. And the vibes from everyone is great !!
