The Best Restaurants At LAX

"Yes, this fish taco chain has locations all over the country—and even one in Japan—but in a can’t-find-my-gate pinch, their Outer Reef burrito hits the spot (and is good for eating on the plane). The Stanley-tumbler-sized behemoth is packed with a protein of choice (get the fish), plus rice, beans, lettuce, cheese, and a slightly spicy green salsa." - brant cox, sylvio martins

Wahoo's Fish Taco - Review - Los Angeles - The Infatuation

Stopped here during a layover and ordered the two chicken taco plate. The chicken was dry even after smothering it with salsa. The portion size though was huge and couldn't finish. What can you expect at the airport?

I love wahoos but THIS was aweful. Didnt even taste like the normal restaurant— the chicken was all brown meat and smelled so unappetizing. So disappointed and wasted over $25.

By far, the worst fish tacos I have ever had the displeasure of eating. Fish must come from some frozen fish stick package, horrible taste, some yellow cheese melted all over the base of the taco. I am embarrassed for them for calling this a taco in the city of LA.

Side Crispy Fish without tortilla or rice still spiked my blood sugar quite a lot. Way too much batter on a small fish fillet.

I was pleasantly surprised by the price and taste of their fish quesadilla. They gave me a very large portion of four pieces of fish and cheese quesadilla that I wasn't able to finish eating in one sitting.

Bad quality food. No steak in their steak burritos. They serve the burritos when they’re splitting open with no forks or plates, just a small piece of foil. They’ll replace it, but it doesn’t fix the problem that the tortillas bust open and everything spills out. I wish I had to read the reviews of so many one stars. I thought other people should know don’t waste your time or money.

Ordered the breakfast sandwich with shredded carne asada. Tasty never had telera bread before. The sandwich was loaded with meat eggs black beans and a island aioli sauce (tasty.) The BF had the loaded nachos with carne asada.. The portions are large we could have shared easily. Can get busy at times, but there is an option to order at a kiosk to avoid the wait. But it's by credit card only. Nice option for airport food.

Had the banzai bowls. Chicken and other one was fish. Delicious. A bit salty but great portions. Nice and filling. Prices are $15ish which is about the price of any meal at this airport. Would recommend as good joint for terminal 6 at LAX
