The food was decent. However, something keeps happening every time I go. They leave something out and I have to DRIVE back to the store. In response they give me extra rolls, etc. A number of times I have spoken to the manager about it. He (they) apologized. Now, the sad part is that I continued to give them my business. Afterwards, on another occasion the manager literally came to my car with my order but guess what I realized when I got home! Yet again, he (they) had left something out of my order. Not to mention, when I did return for him to complete my order, he had a bit of an attitude. Thereafter, like an abused lover I went back, but started going in rather than through the drive through. In particular, to hopefully avoid the manager who I had begun to believe was actually being passive-aggressive. Those 1-2 times going in rather than driving through were okay but eventually I stopped patronizing them all together. Well, guess what happened today! I decided to go back to the abuser. Initially, the young guy at the counter was fine. Then the passive-aggressive, yellowed eyed manager came out, and he seemed to be trying to position himself to catch a glimpse at my face. I had on a hat and tried to keep my head down and back towards him. Finally, the young guy brought my bag over. To my surprise, not! I headed for the door but decided to double-check my order because the clerk's energy had changed. I noticed it after he had gone to the back for an extended time, and also taking account of the history with the weasel manager. Well, wouldn't you know that he had left a whole half dozen rolls off of the order. I informed the clerk that had his newly introduced yuck energy. He supposedly went to get them. He waited on other people, went to the back office, pulled items out of his pocket. He said, "is something wrong." I asked him again and he said, "Oh! I thought I had given them to you." Then it took him a little bit to bring them thereafter. I then went outside filmed and posted about my horrible experience with Waldo's inept loc'd haired manager with the yellowish eyes. I am now on a campaign to make this horrible manager with yellowish eyes that manages the Franklin, TN on Liberty famous for his horrible management. Think about it, all of this falls on him. As a customer, I had to encounter this inept service 5-10 x s out of my 15-20 visits. I am so over them! The management sucks if they and the employees continually leave things out of their customers' orders, and/or the manager is a passive-aggressive, yellow eyed weasel.
