I’m very disappointed with the service at this Walgreens. The staff consistently come across as rude and unhelpful, which makes every visit unpleasant. It really seems like most of them dislike their jobs, and that attitude shows in how they treat customers. It’s unfortunate because this location is very convenient for me — otherwise, I’d gladly go elsewhere. Honestly, the employees at the post office are far friendlier and more professional than the ones here.

This store consistently gets worse it starts and ends with random people sitting in the dark under the trees in the parking lot it's very scary. They're smoking and eating and lighting little fires on the ground. Employees are greeting their friends celebrating and leading way over the counters into the cash register areas. Just laughing and having a really good time stopping by to see all their good friends that work there. Simultaneously homeless people with all their belongings are loading up shopping carts with all their belongings to come in and do their shopping. Covid is surging again and a drugstore with a filthy entrance overflowing trash cans out front spilled food and drinks all over the ground surrounding the front door. I said hello to the cashier and he couldn't hear me because of his earbuds. He also didn't make eye contact with me at all. I try not to go to this Walgreens anymore but I live very close to it and sometimes it is necessary. It is now basically a public health hazard. I feel sorry for the people that have to work in the pharmacy. Why are they allowed to stay open if they can't even meet basic Public Health codes at the front door? Can you imagine what the merchandise is covered with?

Maybe the biggest S show I've ever seen in a pharmacy in my life. They lost my prescription apparently while this person scrambled around all through the store rifling through cases trying to find it. What appeared to be the main pharmacist asks if we're almost done since she needs to use the cash register, instead of noticing there is obviously a problem and helping. I said maybe you could help us since my prescription is lost. She kind of goes oh yeah I could try to do that. Then she literally says to me I got my fingers crossed i can find it. This is supposed to be a professional, those words should never leave your mouth. After that she appears to forget all about it and gets busy doing other things while the person finally finds it. No apology. She did thank me for my patience and I'm surprised she has the content of character to even manage that. While walking out of the store one of the other super professional pharmacy workers is standing in the doorway exit blocking it completely, apparently looking at some car getting towed outside (maybe his?) I said excuse me since I clearly couldn't leave without him moving, he just looked at me as if I was inconveniencing him. No sorry again. Just really pathetic this is the best you can do Walgreens? The outside of the store is absolute trash as well. Pathetic

The worst Walgreens I’ve ever been to! Guaranteed to have homeless people sitting right outside. Never stocked with products. Employees are slow and don’t have very good customer service. I intentionally use a pharmacy further away from my house because the service is terrible at the pharmacy as well. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Walgreens headquarters should be ashamed of themselves. Their employees are CONSTANTLY in harms way, and Walgreens is too cheap to hire a security officer to protect them. They are being screamed at by unhoused/mentally unstable people, dealing with endless theft, all while trying to help paying customers whilst navigating INCREDIBLY dangerous situations. I’ve been coming to this location for eight years, and I can’t remember the last time my visit was peaceful. Those employees need and DESERVE to have 24:7 ARMED security at this location. Absolutely unreal.

The pharmacy staff!!! BEWARE!!! Unprofessional, rude, and taking extreme risks with people’s lives. I had a prescription for an antibiotic called in STAT. After 6 hours and 1 hour before closing I began calling and being placed on hold for more than 30 min. After calling the manager, an employee in the pharmacy answered and said they weren’t going to fill my prescription until the next day. When I explained the dire need to start the antibiotic, she said I wasn’t their only patient and I could have my doctor call it in to a different pharmacy if I wanted it sooner. This was at 9:30pm. Very very very unprofessional. WALGREENS!!! It’s time to let AI take over these jobs. The humans you have hired lack common courtesy. Get rid of these hostile people. So many people would love to have this job and would treat others with respect. This is abhorrent. And the Walgreens on Smith St in midtown… same! Exactly the same! So, based on evidence, is Walgreens purposely hiring people of this nature or is Walgreens paying them pennies and overworking them and they are short-staffed pushing them physically and mentally to exhaustion. The latter is probably true because I can’t imagine a person going into this position with such hatred and hostility towards customers. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Great location to use to pick up prescriptions. Some of the other locations in the area move slower. Also, this location is 24/7.
