I want to leave a good review for Patrick in Photo! When I came in he was super helpful and really nice! These days it’s hard to come by great customer service and he was awesome. He helped show me how to pick out my pictures, how to size and crop them he was very knowledgeable. He even gave me a promo code to use! He also checked on me through the whole process. So kudos to him! His great attitude and great work ethic will take him very far. :)

STAY AWAY!!!DO NOT SHOP HERE!TELL YOUR FRIENDS AND LOVES ONES TO SHOP ELSEWHERE!!!Shoppers Beware!!! One of the most disrespectful staff I’ve ever had the experience with. Recently stopped in with my wife, we are local continuous customers. An older white lady blonde hair wearing a red shirt was following us around the store and trying to accuses of trying to shoplift. First time ever anyone accuses us of that. We probably spend hundreds of dollars each month at that location which obviously will never shop there again. My wife and I are very successful, respectful we were shocked with the worker trying to start trouble with us. GO TO CVS OR THE WALGREENS IN WESTLAKE. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

We printed out pictures of our cat who passed away, and Patrick gave us a better experience than I thought was possible from a Walgreens. Great dude!! Extremely helpful and just cool. Cool tattoos too! Thanks Patrick.

The Walgreen’s store in N. Olmsted is a phenomenal store! It is always a pleasant experience. The store is clean and organized. The pharmacy staff if the most pleasant & helpful staff ever!! They make it a pleasure to shop there! Whenever we travel to other states and use another Walgreen’s, we see that the staff at N. Olmsted pharmacy and general store are the best that there is!! It really is a special team that cultivates customer loyalty! This team is an asset to Walgreen’s!

I LOVE this Walgreens! The staff there is so, so, so friendly. I haven’t been in a wheelchair very long and have been quite self conscious since a couple bad interactions at other places. But the Walgreens staff treats me and my husband so kindly. They’re always pointing us in the right direction, suggesting new products, or helping us grab a quick item we forgot in another aisle. Walgreens has tons of sales I love taking advantage of. Particularly OTCs and cleaning supplies. Their perks card makes it worth it not only to get discounts, but to also have certain dollar amounts off at the register that accumulate over time. Don’t get me started on their awesome coupon book. I’m a coupon fiend! Let me tell you about their amazing Photo Center. We had two lovely employees help us with selecting and printing out various size photos from my brother’s wedding. Want to know how much they were (5x7’s)? Cheap! High quality glossy photos carefully put into an envelope. We got so many photos from 4x6 to 8x10! I am addicted to printing out photos from their Photo Center. Way better than I could ever get at home. I highly recommend using them. Their Photo Center on the website is easy to use and often has same day pickup. Or you could go in and their stellar employees would help you. I’ve even printed posters out from them that looked so professional! Great way to print out those commissioned artworks to hang up. Best Walgreens ever is in North Olmsted!

For the most part this story is pretty well maintained except for the photo gallery. I waited over 2 hours I come in and the manager and some black haired girl is standing there talking about eyebrows and I've waited 2 hours for one photo. They made me wait an extra 15 minutes on top of printing it wrong. Extremely disappointed I normally enjoy this place and I will still continue to go here for my pictures but please check up on your employees......

I ordered photos here and when I came they weren’t ready. Got an email confirming they were ready for pickup at 11:00 - arrived at 11:45 and the girl was working on them. Then she had to stop working on them - while I waited - to check our 10 or more people. Apparently the cosmetics worker and manager are incapable of handling a store full of customers at lunchtime and leave this poor girl alone to deal with all the customers. She had to ask ME, a customer, to tell people waiting at the register to come over to her so she could also work on my order that still isn’t ready. I’ve already been here for TWENTY MINUTES and am still waiting.

This Walgreens looks half empty and like it's going to close any second. Dr called script in. I get a text saying they received it. Wait for a day for a "it's ready for pickup text". Nothing. Go to pharmacy. Prescription has been ready since day before. No notification, but ok. I go to pay. Pharmacy didn't accept my prescription coverage (not a preferred provider), which I was not aware of. They didn't tell me this and tried to charge me retail price for a script while telling me insurance was used. I told them that based on the price, that I didn't think so. They double down. I ask them to verify, please. They checked again and admitted they were wrong. I wonder how many people paid extra for their meds thinking their insurance was applied when it wasn't. Never has this issue at another pharmacy.

I love this store! They're always clean and nice! Photo staff are knowledgeable, pharmacy staff are helpful. Overall a great shopping experience!

Ah, the quintessential Walgreens location in North Olmsted. Clean, tidy, kind staff and plenty of products to choose from. The parking at this location is plentiful and it is a convenient location on the corner of Lorain and Columbia. But, you can only get to the lot from Columbia...no entrance from Lorain. Get in, get out, get going. Oh wait....that is GetGo's slogan. Oh well, it fits here too! Thanks Walgreens in North Olmsted for the 5 star experience yo!

Your prototypical Walgreens - clean, well lit, well organized. As usual, I am on the road for work and ran out of a few items. Needed more mouthwash, plus I forgot to pack Aquaphor to apply to my latest tattoo. Also picked up some bottled water and bottles of V-8 juice here - way cheaper than buying them in the hotel.

I visited this walgreens 4 days ago and the "customer service" they had there was very rude and disrespectful. Well actually i shouldn't say they because it was just one older women there who ruined my whole experience. I believe she was a manager or some sort i can't fully remember her name but it starts with an L. We were having trouble with our card and she acted so disrespectful to us had a very rude attitude to us she acted like she was to good to help us. We were asking ways of if we could split a payment or anything and she said no i can't do anything and was like ugh i have to cancel the whole order then. She really acted like we were an inconvenience to her, she even kept looking to another employee rolling her eyes. And might i add we paid for every item we brought to the counter so there was no reason to be disrespectful.10/25/2021 at 6:57pm is the time we went in.
