I am so impressed and happy and had to give a big shout out to Regina. She was my cashier who helped me with my phone place. My order help me get all my codes that I need in the phone to get my discount. She deserves a raise for her patience that she gave me today. She could not have been more kind helpful patient again I’m saying the word patient because not nowadays you can’t find help that is so outgoing and went the extra mile to help me so thank you again Regina. I hope they give you a bonus for this.

The pharmacy at this Walgreens location is so unprofessional. They never update you on the status of your prescriptions, When you can get somebody on the phone, they are rude and disrespectful. They constantly disconnect you where you have to go through all the prompts all over again. They never have enough staff the wait time to pick up a script is over an hour. I just spoke to a representative that spoke so fast on the phone, I had to ask him to slow down his total lack of professionalism and customer courtesy was off the charts. I couldn’t understand a word he said! I’m sure he was busy because they never have enough help. And once again, they never have my prescription in stock. They never update you when your doctor calls an in for you over five days ago!! After the script is filled, I am never coming back to the store. I will get my scripts filled at Publix.

This is by far the worst experience I've had with a pharmacy. My doctor called the prescription in on September 3rd, 2025 and the prescription is still not ready. On October 7th they never call to tell me that they didn't have. I called today(October 8th) at noon, the older white lady told me it would be ready in an hour. It's 540pm it's still not ready, the young female at the drive thru stated it will be ready in 10 minutes. I have to send my beau in to get the blood pressure medicine that haven't taken in 3 days. There's no urgency, several of my coworkers stated that they cannot stand Walgreens pharmacy and now they go to Publix. Looks like I'll have to do the same. Because they are very unprofessional.

Hi everyone. I used the photo service here ordered them and the email said they’ll come in a hour.. then we got an email saying your order is delayed… no call from anyone and when we called them there was no answer. When we got there they said the website can say anything and they can’t fulfill the order. The customer service skills of the team at this time were poor. Not willing to help us, at first telling us if our order was small they could help us if it wasn’t we should just come back Tommorow. Anyways if you need photo services here make sure you aren’t in a rush. I’m sure we only got our cards because it was a “small order”

I was sent to this location when another location had scheduled an appointment for my daughter to be vaccinated and couldn’t provide the vaccine. I tried to call before arriving at the location and was hung up on by two different staff. I got there and they proceeded to tell me that they had no vaccines in stock to vaccinate her and didn’t even attempt to correct the situation or even look. They advertise all over the phone, hold music that they provide vaccines. Very poor customer care.

One of the worst pharmacies in the area. Generally the techs are friendly but that entire team moves at a snails pace. I dont know if it is just lack of caring but I recently transferred my prescriptions to CVS and have already had a significantly better experience

The worst pharmacy by far! If you are coming here make sure you have many hours set aside. My meds are never ordered in time, they tell me it's ready, and it's not, or they lose my prescription. I call before my script is due so that this doesn't happen, and it's chaos every month. Definitely switching to a different store!

Walgreens promised our prescription would be ready a week later at 2 PM today. At 8:24 PM, it’s still not ready. When I asked the pharmacist directly for their name, I was met with no regard or transparency. This is unacceptable for anyone relying on timely medication.
