I gave 1 Star because there is no way to give CERO STAR. The customer service is awful. I needed Passport photos, the attendant was very attentive but the camera was running out of batteries, she left me to attend the cashier, I asked to call the mananager. The manager Genni came and stated she doesn’t know anything about the camera or photo section of the store! …Seriously?? I told her that she only need to change the 2 AA batteries, she said she couldn’t do it ! May I ask to Walgreens why she is a manager if she is unable to resolve such a simple issue??? Last time I come to this store! What a bad experience!

Tiffany at the Royal Palm Beach Walgreens gave me excellent customer service today. She helped me find the products I needed. The atmosphere is congenial catering to customers’ needs. Highly recommended!!!

I always dread coming into this Walgreens for many years. As a customer, I should not feel this way. The customer service has always been terrible. There’s only one person working to receive FedEx packages & checkout customers in the morning and he moves super slow and acts like I am bothering him. You can never find any associates sometimes. So unprofessional & unacceptable!

Kim your staff was a dedicate employee. She went over and beyond to satisfy my customer needs took her time and made me feel important and welcomed.. great place to shop!

I placed an order online for photos arrive there two hours later to be told that they are not sure if they have the supplies needed to print the photos, young lady told me manager in the back is currently unpacking a shipment allowed me to wait 45 minutes, then text her back stating they do not have the supplies needed to print my photos. This is not how you do business. If you do not have the supplies you have my number you can cancel the order instead of making me wait three hours for my order that I did not receive. 3 hrs of my life I can not get back or even order else where to assure me that I will get my order today if needed Not how you run a business

Be very careful if ever get gift card from this store. I purchased gift card and funds were immediately drained after I placed money on it. I looked up apparently with gift cards in general there's something can happen called card draining. Nobody will credit back me my money. Vanilla visa will not credit nor Walgreens even after placing police report. This to me is terribly unethical practice for both companies to follow. When I spoke to manager about it, seemed like did not care about the issue.

There is no longer anyone who speaks Spanish at the pharmacy. I called the pharmacy and the line was either busy or disconnected, only received a dial tone after they hung up on me. I went to the pharmacy with my broken English and there were many angry women working there. I understand that it was busy or backed-up but that is no reason to lose your customer service etiquette and have very bad form. I never had any problems at this location but if this group is the one that is going to continue to work here, I will have to start using a different pharmacy.

If you've been to one Walgreens, you have been to them all. This one, interior-wise, is a bit outdated and not visually pleasing -- doesn't feel clean and organized. I always feel a little claustrophobic amongst the navigating through cluttered aisles, even though there are signs hung from the ceiling explaining what should be found in every one. The service has been OK at this one. Not particularly friendly, but not particularly mean either. All-in-all, you find all the typical medicines and healthcare supplies you would find at most pharmacies and some grocery stores, but more expensive. I go to this Walgreens when I have to find something on the fly; however, more often than not, if I can find what I'm looking for online or Target, I go there.

Workers on the pharmacy section are incompetents and disorganized They told me rudely they are not allow to refill prescriptions an hour before store closed

I was trying to pick up my husbands meds and other than finding out that they use a third party service to receive scrips called in by the doctor, the visit was an extreme waste of time. The pharmacy asst got flustered and the pharmacist was more concerned about the assistant being stressed than finding the meds for my husband. That is why I only go to Sams but my husband loved Walgreens. I think this will be my last pharmacy trip to Walgreens. Sad state of affairs and no consideration for their customer.

Went to accompany my mom to get her booster shot only to find out that the pharmacy was closed. She had set up an appointment to get her shot only to show up and they're not opened. The associates just pointed to the posted sign and walked away when we asked why they were closed all of a sudden. Inez was wonderful enough to help us out by calling a nearby Walgreens store to see if they would take my mom, Neya on the other hand turned her back and walked away as my mother was speaking to her about calling the manager on duty to find why. Britney also walked away from my mother when asked about where the manager was. Dan from liquor and Juan were the only helpful ones until Inez got there.

Photo section is nicely run. Person working there is polite and courteous. I usually put requests for prints online. Customer service person went and found my order from the section they keep all the pictures. Had little tough time as envelopes were disorganized. Picture looks good.

It's a pretty generic pharmacy store. Nothing as exciting as the one in Weston. The staff is helpful and they carry a huge selection of beauty products which seems to be very important to my teenage daughter. But for me the best advantage to this store is the liquor store right next door that I can always depend on for special occasions and holidays.

Bought some Zyrtec from this store in Dec 2015, I just looked at the bottle and it's already expired. I wish I noticed sooner. But just make sure, whatever you buy from here, you check out the expiration date.

I am done! I am absolutely done! I cannot stand going into Walgreens liquor anymore and hearing that stupid ding dong bell! I wish I could give this a -5 * that's what it deserves! Hey if you want repeat customers get rid of your stupid ding dong!

they do not keep needed medicines on say it is a problem this has been order one not the other. then argue. never had an isssue with other drug store. was told must order week before due up to me really
