The female telephone rep frequently leaves you on hold for an extended period before abruptly ending the call. Despite being a long-time member, I intend to discontinue my service. I have also experienced delays in receiving my medication due to its unavailability.

I went to pick up my prescription at Walgreens on tweety and Longbeach blvd. When I arrived and ask for my order in drive through it showed as pending, and there was some confusion in the system. Thankfully, Adrian B went above and beyond to help me get my medication. He was incredibly helpful and made sure everything was sorted out. Huge thanks to Adrian—you’re the best! If you need assistance at the pharmacy, be sure to ask for him—he’ll take great care of you.

This pharmacy takes really long to fulfill my prescription, also whenever I call they put me on hold for a while and a lot of times they just hang up on you. This has been going on for a while now.

Needs more inventory. Nothing on my long list of stuff I needed was here. Passionately it was a holiday and I also wanted New years stuff in top of my list and they were also out of that too! And none of the makeup either and none of the wine or anything else.

Love this store they always have what I shop for an I love that they have staff that come to work ready to work

The girl took a long time at the drive-through. I waited for 30 minutes. I’m not even kidding.

All I have to say is that the photo department is very unprofessional. I had ordered three calendars online and 3 days passed and I didn’t get no email that they were ready, so I called and a girl told me that there was no order, so then I told her I had the order number with me and she put me on hold and a couple minutes later she told me in a not so convinced voice that I was not going to get charged and that my order would be processed the following day. Following day comes and still no email so I called and was told again there was no order. I gave up and ordered on the store in Downey and my order was done within an hour. Never again I’m buying or ordering anything from this South Gate Walgreens.

They declined my parcel from ups and they tried to make an excuse why they declined to accept it. There was an exact same package from naked wines for another person and I just don't understand why they declined mine but not that package it makes no sense. Never coming here again because this is just ridiculous that they have these set of rules that isn't part of their store policy.

Everytime i have to call walgreens im stuck on hold for at least 20 minutes. This happens at all hours. Im sure they have it set up that way. I must talk to them to give instructions cause they rarely get my rx filked in time whike they make a million mistakes and theres nothing i can do about it. Every month i go thru this and its torture! Im writing this while on that long hold with walgreens pharmacy. Im so sick if this!!!! They make getti g your medication a lesson in torture. I will find anotger oharmacy but whT a hassle. I HATE WALGREENS

Switched over to walgreens i enjoyed the atmosphere here. When staff is helpful, full of smiles durning a pandemic they can have my business besides its closer to home. Thus store has so much to see and purchase for those quick buys for Christmas the pharmacy is awesome. Plenty parking

Called at 4:00pm on November 28,2023 to speak to the pharmacy. As soon as i was transferred to the pharmacy, someone answered and I was not greeted but immediately put on hold having to listen to porn music they have playing while you're on hold waiting, then finally after 5 minutes, someone answers, I say hello and they hang up on me. Bad customer service for people who need help to treat whatever sickness they are battling. Will be going to CVS from now on.

Every thing needs improvement. From their prescription refilling to their customer service. So I went in today to pick up my prescriptions and one of my medications wasn't ready. I had ordered this particular refill at least five days before going in to pick it up. They told me it would take two hours to get it ready. This medication already comes prepared so all they had to do was go into the refrigerator, take out the box it comes in, place a label with my name and the medication information on it, and hand it to me. Apparently this process takes them two hours. I said ok. When I got home with my other medications, one of the prescription bottles only had 5 pills in it when it should have had 30. Also, I was missing another medication that had just been prescribed by my doctor. I called the pharmacy to ask about the medications and the girl who answered the phone told me one of the medications was over the counter. I asked her why wasn't I told this when I picked up the other medications and she started to become upset. Then I asked her what happened with the rest of the pills that were missing and she got more upset and placed me on hold. I'm the one who should be upset not her. Anyway, if it isn't one thing it's another with them. They are constantly messing up and don't want to take responsibility for their mistakes.

Went in to get my photos today @8:20pm today , as soon as I approached the photo counter a rude ass employee came from the side , starting being so rude , giving attitude, also giving bad faces , what a rude way to speak to someone who hasn't even been rude. If you are unhappy working at your job , maybe you should look for something else. Train better employees. this employees name was " Maritza " according to the cashier registrar employee. You Choose the wrong person to be rude too !!! Treat others how you would like to be treated.

I will never go to the Walgreens anymore their customer service is really bad in the pharmacy they were keep picking up and putting me on hold. I do not recommend you guys to go get your subscription there.

Karyna will help you with anything you need here. Definitely ask her for help if you are in need. She is very understanding and patient and helpful of course. 10/10 customer service. Did I forget to mention, she is AMAZIN.

I ordered some pictures to be picked up CURBSIDE PICKUP at this location. The guy who came out to hand it to us had an attitude, shaking his head at us, almost throwing the the envelope at the window. If people doesn't want to work, why do they bother??

Worst customer service managers are really unprofessional and try to be funny when ever there's an unpleasant situation they laugh like is all fun and games

O stars for the black hair latina lady , always rude , 0 customer service 1 star for the nice cashier guy , it's not the firts time you're ignore customer , no going back , , manager please , training is important , latina girl short hair , hid and pretend to be busy doing nothing , they all hid in the office , never see a person in the photo area , and when you see them , they get bothered , and give attitude , just say I don't want to help" ,

I wish we can start giving negatives on reviews. I placed an online order that kept delaying so I decided to call in and get assistance and just cancel my online order and just walk to get the medicine I needed. Instead Joanna decided to transfer me around and not help me. Once I asked for her supervisor Maritza she said she wasn't there and when I asked for assistance from someone else just kept placing me on hold. Not only was she not helpful at all she was rude. Walgreens need to train these clueless, uneducated, employees. I wasn't asking for much but for help.

Gabriel is the supervisor there. Best customer service 10/10! Walgreens should give him a raise and hire more people like him! Excellent service!

By far the worst pharmacy they don't really care about there customer u will be on hold for hours if u let them they pick up the phone and put it on hold ,they don't even bother picking up and telling u there gunna put u on hold they just do it they don't even answer I know this for a fact I seen it happen to others and they have done it to me while ppl r depending on them to feel better .

Came In today for quick photo print, I was asked if I needed some help with printing . I noticed he was re stocking and he could have ignored me and let me figured it out but he was kind and fast to help me through the process and to top it off he was very good at assisting others around me to get things done and out the way . Thanks DANRICH! You make a difference

Went in today to grab a few essential items and the employees were very kind and helpful. I really appreciated an employee on the floor who didn't mind going to check if they had disinfectant spray. She came back with different options and I really appreciated it. My cashier at the beauty department was also very friendly and kind. Thank you for a pleasant visit.

I love the drive thru option, hate the pharmacy hours. They close the pharmacy too early! I won't be coming here anymore for my meds.

Barbara has bad customer service! I usually don't leave a bad review but she crossed the line. She needs a break or something shes way to aggressive and rude. After I told her I accidentally got the wrong item and would gladly put it back she was really upset and answered me in a very bothered tone, after I came back she kept staring at me . Like she wanted to tell me something I just grabbed her name and dipped out ain't nobody got time for that! Drink some water take a break relax .

This is got to be by far the worst Walgreens when it comes to customer service at the pharmacy department. Even tho I had an appointment for my vaccination I still waited and hour in line to just sign the paperwork for the vaccine. The pharmacist at the window keep skipping me attending random questions from people that would come up to the consultation window even though I was next in line. I do not recommend this pharmacy at this Walgreens location.

This is a newer Walgreens that has been around for a smidge. They pretty much carry everything else that other Walgreens do aside from some really awfully awesome kitschy t-shirts that say "Hecho en Mexico" and other types of things that are more location specific. The staff are nice but pretty slow. This place isn't a 24 hour drugstore either so you can't wander around there for those of you who might be the local insomniac.

The door sign clearly reads they close at 9PM. Online showed the same. I got here at 8:29PM and wasn't allowed to enter. There was a store employee at the door and said they close at 8:30. I pointed to the sign to show him they're own store operating hours. And still wasn't allowed to shop. Lame Walgreens.

Im amazed with the great customer service they have here.. even though the line to pay was long the cashiers were apologizing for the way and being super nice i loved their customer sevice

Went to pick up my medication (birthcontrol) they said it would be about 2 hours over the phone. I get there & one of the ladies looks up my medication and asks if it's 21 day or 28 day medication, I couldn't remember so I went back to my car to get the bottle, came back & then that same lady gets the pharmacist to talk to me & the pharmacist tells me that they don't carry my medication at all & if I would like to try a different one (she's clearly not my doctor so i don't know why she would ask me to change my meds) I tell her that I'd rather have the medication I'm refilling since that's what's been working out for me. She then proceeds to ask how I've been taking my medication & I tell her that I take it every day, per my DOCTORS instructions & proceeds to ask if I've gotten my period since I've been taking them & tells me I've been taking my medication wrong? Mind you, I've been taking this specific medication for the past 4 months with NO PROBLEM AT ALL when I would get my prescription from Rite Aid (My insurance wouldn't cover these meds there anymore which is why I went to Walgreens) + I do not have to disclose to a PHARMACIST when I get my period. Overall, all of this would have been avoided if I would've been told from the VERY BEGINNING that they didn't carry my medication there instead of having me waste my time.

Daily spot. Sure beats the super market lines if you want something fast and you're in a hurry. Everyone at Walgreens is so helpful and friendly.

I love coming to this walgreens, everyone here is very helpfull and very nice. They make my trip very easy and fast. It's never too crowded and they always have enough cashiers to help customers.

Danny is super sweet saved me an hour at the photo kiosk always helping and is on top of a lot at the store

Now let me tell you, I fucking hate drug stores. I hate CVS, I hate Rite Aid. Especially around my area. Long lines, employees who hate life so of course they hate their job. I walked into this Walgreen's yesterday looking for some pain killers and when I asked for help... BUM BUM BUUUM the nice lady actually walked me to it!!! I almost pinched myself! I was so damn happy lol. Then I decide to print some pics off my phone. I was asked if I needed help by Ana but I was ok on my own with the little kiosk. After I finish my pics for printing, Ana tells she would print them out for me. She even helped me pic out some frames. The entire time she was pleasant and even let me check out my pics before I paid. Her service really amazed me. I recommend to print your pics here, they come out very nice. It would've been a 5 stars but at other occasions my experience wasn't the best. Employees who don't know their products at a drug store pisses me off lol. Thank you Ana for making my day here.
