The park itself is rather nice especially the flowers on the opposite side. The grassy area is nice for picnics, etc. And the stars are fun to read. I will say that the homeless in camp there are upsetting. It’s very sad.

The Walk of Fame is on the list of things you have to do in Nashville. It's right across the street from the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum. Similar to Hollywood Walk of Fame but much smaller. Beautiful small park in downtown Nashville.

Google
A wonderful and free experience. Walk around the stars across the street from the country music hall of fame.

Louli K.

Google
There stars were all bunches up on one section. A little disappointing for how large the park is to only have them in a small section. Nice garden area. But caution as there were some homeless in the park

Located kitty corner from the conference center and a great spot to stretch your legs if you need a little fresh air and sunshine. Bring your camera!

Not a lot of stars but enough for a small stroll and a break from the crowd. Elvis Presley, Johnny Cash, Kenny Rogers, Alabama just to name a few...Right across from The Coutry Music Hall of Fame and Museum and near the Visitors Center.

Beautiful park, great open space with views of the city. Art festival was taking place, we very much enjoyed it.

Google
The Walk of Fame Park is a nice, quick stop right in the heart of downtown Nashville. The park is well-maintained and a nice place to sit and relax for a bit, especially since it's located so close to the Country Music Hall of Fame and other major attractions. It's not a huge park, so you only need about 15-20 minutes to see it all, but it's a cool tribute to Music City's legends.

Yelp
This is a park where you go at your own pace to take in the plaques of music legends that have been honored. Nice area to take a stroll, sit in the grass or steps and people watch. There is a lot to do in and around this area and in a touristy area. People were friendly and although there were some unhoused people, they were minding their business and weren't bothering anyone. People with pets also frequent this area so before you lay down that blanket to sunbathe or have a lunch in the park, be mindful of your surroundings. If you bring your pet, clean up after them to keep from ruining someone's day.

Yelp
The Music City Walk of Fame Park was a Hall of Fame meeting and hang out spot for us in Nashville. My family and I often visited the 2.5 acre park that was established in 2006. Being one block of Broadway and a couple from the Embassy Suites we stayed at, this park was convenient to us. Music City Walk of Fame Park pays homage to the Country Legends that have received the highest recognition in Country Music across the street at The Country Music Hall of Fame. When we crossed Rep. John Lewis Way and entered the park from Demonbreun Street, we were stepping on the stainless steel and terraza stars that pay recognition to Country Music legends. This is The Plaza of Stars. It parallels Demonbreun Street and the Country Music Hall of Fame. Stepping on The Plaza of Stars was officially stepping onto Music City USA. The park is 2.5 acres, so we enjoyed it from sitting at picnic tables. We'd switch between the southwest and northwest corners. From all perspectives, the park offered fantastic views from the heart of Nashville. It was also a photography hall of Fame to me. From Demonbreun Street looking north, I captured photos with The Plaza of Stars up close with well kept grass reaching to the Bridgestone Arena and the 250 foot high Nashville Visitor Center Radio Tower (at the west) to the Nashville Hilton at the north. From the northern periphery at the Nashville Hilton, I captured outstanding photos of the Country Music Hall of Fame. Facing east, I photographed photos of the Schermerhorn Symphony Center and approach to the John Seigenthaler Pedestrian Bridge. The Nashville Music Garden that adorns the eastern periphery of the park provided botanical base framed photos that included Bridgestone Arena, the Country Music Hall of Fame, and Embassy Suites Tower to the west and southwest. Speaking of the photograph worthy gardens, tulips dominate the flowers. The park information sign alleges that it is recognized as one of the top musically themed tulip gardens. My brother and I also used the Walk of Fame Park as the approach to the John Seigenthaler Pedestrian Bridge. A dedicated pedestrian and bike path connects the pedestrian bridge from Rep. John Lewis Way. It includes the park walkway alongside the Nashville Hilton. I give the Walk of Fame Park a high score in its connectivity. This paragraph addresses the safety factor. With its location in the heart of a major city's downtown, there is the chance of things happening. Unhoused people were consistent. At the southwest corner there was one intimidating unhoused individual who treated the picnic tables as his own Hilton. We would hear him scream and threaten other unhoused individuals for sleeping on what he considered his picnic table bench. When he got mad, it wasn't country lyrics he was screaming. At the Nashville Music Garden there was a quiet homeless man that quietly existed with the tulip gardens. The homeless seemed to interact with each other. Considering that the park was busy when we visited and that it is anchored by the Country Music Hall of Fame and Nashville Hilton, we felt safe. Regardless I avoided using the its restroom and we both avoided the park at night. Additionally, in the summer the extreme Nashville heat and humidity plus the sudden downpours can be a safety factor when visiting at that time. It was the extreme heat and humidity that cut our time at Music City Walk of Fame Park and into the air conditioned environment of the close by Assembly Food Hall. In conclusion, I consider Music City Walk of Fame Park a Nashville Hall of Fame attraction. It came in handy for us as a convenient outdoor space tucked between the Downtown Nashville Embassy Suites where we stayed at and Broadway -the Honkey Tonk Highway. It is worthy of Four Stars on my Nashville Review of Fame List.

Yelp
The walk of fame in music city, is just that, a walk... To me, while it was neat seeing who was honored for their talent, it wasn't all it's hyped up to be. The day I went it rained, so maybe that affected my experience. However, it's honestly just a walk through the park and takes only a few minutes to peruse.

Yelp
This is right across from the convention center and the country music Hall of Fame. It's a cute little park to come and visit in Nashville. It's free, close, and an attraction for country music fans. Definitely very nice to look at and see all the different stars.
google avatar

Deirdra S.

Yelp
This was a cute stop on my Nashville adventure. It warmed my heart to see so many of my favs in the music world with their own squares, and it was in the middle of a beautiful view of the city buildings. There was also a cute little garden to walk around. I don't think this is something that will take longer than 30 mins, so keep that in mind if you are looking for an activity of much substance. Enjoyable pitstop as you walk the city!

Yelp
Located across the street from the Country Music Hall of Fame. The Music City Walk of Fame is similar to the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Cement blocks with the names of country musicians that have made major impacts to country music. Most names are obvious while there are some unknown. Between the Country Music Hall of Fame and the Music City Walk of Fame you are in the midst of music royalty

Yelp
PROS: very nice stars that make it seem like you're in Hollywood. Some notable people are Parton, Presley, and little Richie CONS: there aren't that many people here, and they're missing big names-- like Carrie underwood OVERALL: I would recommend seeing this cause it's attached to a park and it's next to a hockey arena and the country music hall of fame
google avatar

Bee W.

Yelp
It's not a huge walk of fame but it's fun if you have time to kill and want a free thing to do. It was a short walk from my hotel and I had time until my appointment so I walked over. Places to sit and I had fun looking at the various stars honored.
google avatar

Lauri B.

Yelp
All the name you know and love! This is a free, self guided walk. Very cool! Don't miss it!!
google avatar

Yelp
See the stars at the Music City Walk of Fame. Located across the street from the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum, it is a nice, small park for a short walk after visiting the museum.
google avatar

Ashley S.

Yelp
Cute little park or square, whatever you want to call it. They had some pretty tulips blooming but there isn't a whole lot going on. I was expecting more for the name.
google avatar

Megan D.

Yelp
Nice 5-10 minute stop outside the Hall of Fame. I think I was expecting something more like Hollywood, and this is no where near that. But it was interesting and quick. Not something I would go out of my way to do.
google avatar

Rumit P.

Yelp
Definitely worth spending 5-10 minutes walking down the walk. The dedication panels are not lit up so the experience would be better during the day. Rain fills up the spaces around the embossed text, making it even less legible. Dolly Parton, Kenny Chesney, Faith Hill, Tim McGraw, Keith Urban, Miranda Lambert, and many others are dedicated.
google avatar

Andrea U.

Yelp
Attractive park with a walk of fame directly on front of the Country Music Hall of Fame. It was clean, nicely landscaped with benches. However there were a few men sleeping with bags of belongings on the benches.
google avatar

Louisa M.

Yelp
This lame attraction rates a solid "meh" from me. It's free, so I can't really complain that much, but it's sort of a flimsy attempt to honor famous country music stars. Located in the park outside Bridgestone Arena and close to the Country Music Hall of Fame, this area has little black stars on the sidewalk with famous singers, etc. names carved in. Like I said, it's free (and open from sunrise until 11 pm), but don't make a special trip to visit. If you happen to be walking by, might as well read some of the stars.
google avatar

Winter W.

Yelp
If you're in the immediate area, then I'd say go check it out. But don't take an Uber or walk even a mile to go see it. It's only OK.
google avatar

Bobby H.

Yelp
Right by the center of the all the action in Downtown Nashville before the Nissan Stadium, is the Music Walk of Fame. Now this of course does not compare to the Hollywood Walk of Fame but I thought it was pretty neat! Many known famous musicians have a star (Elvis Presley, Little Richard, Jimi Hendrix, etc.) I'd say its about 100 stars on their walk on the green and looks like they are in the process of developing more. Nice little quick spot to check out in the area!

Yelp
Cool little walking park in downtown Nashville near the opry and museum. Good for nice strolls and picture opportunity's for out of towners like my family and I. Kids had fun running around and blowing off steam

Yelp
The Country Music Hall of Fame moved to its current location in 2001. The Hilton opened the following year. The park front between the two was referred to the "Hall of Fame park" almost immediately. It was a popular part for many festivals, sites for events for CMA Fest, and often tented and rented for black tie affairs and charity functions. In spirit of the Hollywood Walk of Fame, the Music City Walk of Fame was established in 2006, and the name of the park has gone from "Hall of Fame Park" to "Walk of Fame Park" since then, though both names are used interchangeable. The Parks Board had taken over the maintenance of the land in 2004. Walk of Fame Park is located between the Nashville downtown Hilton, the Country Music Hall of Fame, the Bridgestone Concert Arena, the Schermerhorn Symphony Center. It is on top of an underground parking garage, and has a Music City Walk of Fame with granite stars that honor Nashville music industry superstars. It was founded as a partnership with Nashville Parks and Recreation, the Nashville Convention and Visitor's Bureau, with large corporate sponsor Gibson Guitars. There are two yearly induction ceremonies, each spring and each fall. The stars are granite, but lackluster in design. If you were a tourist, and seeing music-themed attractions in the area, this would be a perfect cherry on top of the sundae. For a local, this is a great spot to attend a fun function- especially for an induction ceremony experience in a post-COVID world.

Yelp
It's the park in front of the Music City Hall of Fame & Museum. You're going to be in the area anyway while you're visiting the museum, so you might as well cross the street just to say you've been there. I can definitely say that I'd make a special trip for the museum, but no just for the park. It's really just a little landscaped area in between the Hilton, arena, and museum. It has the walk of fame but it's very small. They have events here on the weekends. There are picnic tables and benches. This is your park view if you're staying at the Hilton.

Yelp
Small quaint park right behind broadway. If you want to go for a stroll and escape the madness of Broadway then check it out. It's small but has some character to it. You can walk your dog or check out the walk of fame blocks.
google avatar

Kathy V.

Yelp
It is a free, open air, tourist attraction. S'alright. It is across the street from the Country Music Hall of Fame, next to Bridgestone Arena. As it is in the middle of downtown, there isn't so much in the ways of greenery (vertically speaking). But there are some benches about to set on and relax. The main draw are the stars in the sidewalks and walkways featuring notable country artists. If you are the type who finds it fun to walk along looking at the ground, taking photos of names you like or recognize, a stop here is in the cards for you. Like, if you are the type of person who would love spending all the time in the world walking the Hollywood Walk of Fame, and also love country music....you will super dig this place. For me personally, it is just a walk-through and place to cop a squat for a few moments before moving on. Maybe I will see a name I recognize, maybe not.
google avatar

Lisa T.

Yelp
The Walk of Fane is free; but it's definitely much, much smaller than the Hollywood Walk of Fame. It's an open air park where you can follow the path of the stars, stop & read them, take photos, or even just walk your dog,......,,,whatever you want. The stars are actually square stone panels with the names of country music stars. (There are also some squares that are more rock/less country like Peter Frampton and Steve Winwood.) it's a quick, fun little stroll and a nice place to see a tribute to some of your favs and get some great photos.
google avatar

Elizabeth P.

Yelp
We came to walk amongst the stars. It was a little disappointing. I'm not sure the criteria for the stars picked for starters. The area was small not a lot of stars on the walk. The park itself is nice and well maintained but nothing special. It was across the street from The Country Music Hall of fame and a short walk to the Johnny Cash museum and Nashville's answer to bourbon st. Not a lot to see.
google avatar

Taylor O.

Yelp
Cute little park to check out when in Nashville. Still uncertain how they pick the artists who get a star. It was nice and clean. Well presented. It was nice to do while trying to kill some time inbetween tours. Not something you need to plan a day around. Just do it as you go!
google avatar

Erica K.

Yelp
Not much to see, not even great to take post-worthy pictures. These are just some stones in the ground, and a huge grass lawn. This place may be buzzing in the Summer, but in the Winter it just had a few homeless people. Better review pending if I make it back here in warmer weather.
google avatar

Yelp
Located in the park directly across the street from the Country Music Hall of Fame, the Music City Walk of Fame on Nashville's Music Mile is a landmark tribute to those from all genres of music who have contributed to the world through song or other industry collaboration and made a significant contribution to the music industry with connection to Music City. Inductees are announced and honored at a special ceremony with a permanent platinum-and-granite, star-and-guitar sidewalk marker. It was a nice little surprise to discover these stars (pun intended) on a walk back to Broadway St. after spending hours in a dimly lit museum. I absolutely adore the Nitty Gritty Dirt Band and had no shame in spending part of my 77 degree afternoon (in February!) rolling around on top of their Walk of Fame star. They wouldn't mind! I did it with mad love in my heart. :)

Yelp
While spending the day in Nashville we were wandering the city and we came upon Walk of Fame Park. This park is an incredible space in the city and we enjoyed walking around while looking at all the tribute stars. We ended up spending at least a half hour in the park enjoying the weather as well as the sights. In the end, this was a fun stop and we would recommend a quick stop here to any country fans passing through.
google avatar

Brian C.

Yelp
Hollywood's Walk of Fame, Nashville-style is conveniently located across the street from the Country Music Hall of Fall and the Music City Center. Can't say I like the color choices and graphic design on the Walk of Fame, but I'm still certainly happy to have it in Nashville.
google avatar

Ben S.

Yelp
It is what it is. It is located in a nice central place that would be great to take a moment break if necessary. You might as well walk through it on your way to the Country Music Hall of Fame or to check out the new Music City Center. There are also cycles for rent here via B Cycle. As for the stars though not super exciting. There aren't that many yet. A tour guide I had said they are just now working on creating the walk.
google avatar

Julie D.

Yelp
I'm not really sure why this is even here. For me, it did not live up to expectations and the "stars" need to be reinstalled or better laid and cared for.
