Service is prompt and our server was great! Food doesn't taste like it did in Louisiana, but not bad for a chain. TVs everywhere if you're a sports fan, we ordered a couple mixed drinks and they were a bit watered down. Overall, would recommend trying.

Our waitress tonight was sweet, efficient which made the experience amazing. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure everything was perfect. The food was absolutely delicious – I ordered Bayou Pasta and it was cooked to perfection with incredible flavors. The presentation was beautiful, and you can tell they use high-quality ingredients. The service was top-notch, and the timing between courses was just right. I also appreciated the attention to detail in the restaurant’s decor and ambiance—it really made for a wonderful dining experience. I highly recommend Walk Ons to anyone looking for great food, excellent service, and a cozy yet fun atmosphere. I’ll definitely be coming back!

First off the hospitality here was less than professional as I walked in to pick up an order placed online. Two female employees on their phones as I was standing at the counter waiting to get assisted. They both acknowledged me and looked at me and then proceeded to be on their phones and then take selfies before helping me out. I paid 52$ (including tip) for an order of gator bites and two gumbo bowls with rice on the side. The gator bites were less than satisfying for the charged amount and portion ratio as well as the gumbos that were supposed to be bowls and was given clearly a cups worth of it with an absolute misery what is considered a side of rice was actually about a 1/2 oz container of rice for the cup of gumbo. I do not recommend this place whatsoever in any way. Poor customer service and even lesser quality food.

*** * * a moment ago I had an amazing experience at Walk-On's, and a huge part of that was thanks to our incredible waitress, Alex. From the moment we sat down, she was warm, attentive, and on top of everything. She made us feel welcome without being overbearing, checked in at the perfect times, and had great menu suggestions that made our night even better. Our food and drinks came out quickly and exactly as ordered, and Alex made sure we never had an empty glass. She had a great energy and seemed to genuinely enjoy making sure everyone was having a good time - which really added to the atmosphere. It's rare to find service this good. Alex went above and beyond, and I'll definitely be back - not just for the food and drinks, but because great service like hers makes all the difference. Thanks for making our night awesome, Alex!

I can l tell you Jordan was an awesome waiter and hostess. Very fast and attentive. All food came out hot and looking great.

Our waitress Isa was absolutely excellent! From the moment we sat down, she was warm, attentive, and incredibly friendly. She made great recommendations, checked on us at just the right times, and made the whole experience feel effortless. It’s not every day you get service this genuine and smooth — Isa truly went above and beyond. We’ll definitely be coming back, and we’ll be asking for her by name!

We ended up not getting to dinner until super late so stopped in here because it was what was open. Our server was good. I signed up for their app, and that included a free order of mozzarella logs, they could've been a little bit hotter so the cheese was a bit more melty, but they were hot enough, I know the walk from the kitchen to our table would make them firm up a little anyways, they had a really good flavored crust on them. I got the pasta Alfredo and asked them to put a little bit of blackening seasoning on it, it came out hot and fresh tasting and had good flavor. My husband got a jalapeño hamburger with fries, he said besides being a little dry, it was a very good burger. I tasted one of his fries, they could have been a bit fresher they tasted slightly stale, and were not that hot. There were a lot of things on the menu we would've liked to have tried. Overall, it is a very good restaurant.

I didn't expect much from a sports bar but this place was pretty good. Burgers are a definite ! But spinach dip literally tasted like nothing? Tuscan chicken wasn't my favorite but still alright Will be back for the burger & fries though !

The waitress, Victoria was attentive and kind. The food was enjoyable considering that I had long day at work and was wanting to eat dinner. Definitely will be back, especially for the baseball games on the tv. lol

First time customer. I downloaded the app prior to going and signed up. Free order of mozzarella logs for signing up. The free mozzarella logs were twice the size of any I have ever ordered anywhere else..and the serving was 5. Tasted great! Plenty of parking, and plenty of tables inside and out. Staff friendly, helpful and fast.. Walked in at 12 noon and the center area has a big square shaped bar with TVs in view everywhere you look. In fact they had double sets of tvs for the bar one above workers at bar and another right above me where I was sitting for the people behind me at the tables so they didn't have to have me blocking their view really good idea. We ordered po-boys one shrimp and one catfish. Really really good, hot and fresh, great waffle fries and 2 spicy bloody Mary's that were also excellent. Pricing was really good and portions a huge and really good. This place is like a fancy upscale version of Buffalo Wild Wings... I'll return for sure...this place is really nice..highly recommend

I've been here a bunch of times but wanted to update my previous review. I tried something new this time (shocking!) and got the chicken avocado club. It was really yummy but it doesn't make good leftovers because the bottom piece of bread was soaked and soggy within 5-10 minutes. I ended up just taking off the bread and taking the inside part to go. The bacon was also floppy and I prefer it crispy so I didn't take that to go either. They got my mom's order wrong and brought her a side of gumbo instead of a side of green beans, but they brought out the green beans when she corrected them and they didn't charge us extra.

Food and service has always been good whether eating in or ordering for pick up. The last pick up order was sort of awkward as we called and let them know we were outside and the girl was just kind of quiet instead of saying like oh we will have the food out shortly. It wasn't a problem, but just very awkward. Lighting is always good.

Jalyn was awesome tonight! She was very attentive and made our visit enjoyable. She recommended items off the menu that were yummy.

This place is absolutely terrible. Two of our people in our party never got their food. We asked for items at the table that never came. We got someone else's food at our table that we had to turn away. It was absolutely freezing! Someone at our table has an allergy, yet we still got contaminated food where she had an allergic reaction. Absolutely no response from management on the numerous issues we experienced. We requested to celebrate the event we came for, and I wasn't surprised they didn't do it since they can't even remember our food. UPDATE: As per management request, I tried to fill out your form so you are in the know. Your form does not allow to submit. See photo. Here's what was typed on the form. As per your request, this is more detail to the experience 1/7/25. We visited with a group 12 to celebrate a graduation. We were placed by the exterior doors, which was freezing. We made a comment about how cold it was but were told there were no other options for seating. We informed the waitress there would be two tickets, one with three people and the other with the rest. Our drink orders were taken. They came out at a reasonable time. Our appetizer orders were taken. That came out at a reasonable time. However we asked for sauces with the appetizer on multiple occasions and they came out after the appetizers became cold. Then the dinner order was taken. In between orders we told the waitress we were wanting to celebrate a graduation, so if something special could be done. She was at a loss and said they only celebrate birthdays, but she would figure something out. We told her my sister had an allergy so extra precautions would be taken with preparing her food. The first round of waiters came with a couple of dishes. One order was wrong and had to be sent back. Two dishes came that didn't belong to us. Two people did not receive their meals. One of those two we were told the order went to another table. One wasn't put in at all, which we were compensated for by the meal being removed from our ticket. Both people did not get to eat with the others. Drinks were refilled once. My sister then started to have a reaction. We came to learn there was cross contamination with her meal. She was not able to finish it. She still had to pay for it. My mom ordered a second beverage that never arrived. Gratefully we were also not charged for it. Then the ticket was given to us. One of the meals that was for the other party of three was on my ticket. That had to be corrected. Despite that ticket only having three guests, they were not given a choice on the tip. Twenty percent was already charged. My ticket also had the charge of the tip, which makes sense why the service was so terrible. The last two people who did not get dinner with the rest of the group received their dinner in to go boxes. Graduation was never celebrated. Even if you were to give us a gift card, I will never return to your establishment.

My recent visit to Walk-On's (for a second time) continues to leave me with mixed feelings. The festive atmosphere and vibrant energy are undeniable as soon you walk in, which creates a lively ambiance that screams sports enthusiasm. The place is adorned with team memorabilia, and the crowd seems excited and engaged in the various games airing on the numerous screens. The menu, though extensive, delivers food that is good but nothing beyond expectations. The dishes have that sports bar look, feel and taste to them. So I was a little hesitant to experiment, considering not being blown away my last visit and the cost of most of the entrees! Service was good, as the staff is busy hustling to keep up with the bustling crowd. My party and I were seated quickly and drinks, apps, and food orders were delivered quickly! Therefore it's worth noting that Walk-ons may appeal to those who prioritize a lively and spirited environment over culinary excellence. In the end, my visit was mixed leaving me very neutral.

Customer service here is excellent!!! Also has a super open seating area with lots of places to sit. The food was not exactly my fav thing about Walk-Ons but it wasn't terrible. The catfish could have been fried for longer and the hush puppies could have been fried a little less. The queso is more like cheese dip than anything so I had to send it back. The manager was kind and came by to make sure we enjoyed everything else and gather some feedback. Cool spot for a random day you don't wanna cook dinner.

Food was very good and serving was large. We got the alligator appetizer and it was fresh and very tasty. Our server was friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed all the tv screens with lots of different sports on; this place would be great to watch a game and have some drinks.

It was a good atmosphere. It was my first time to go. I was told the shrimp and grits were good, but the grits came out clumped up like mashed potatoes. I was also told to try the bread pudding and I must admit it was really good.

Grown Up Grilled Cheese was a HIT!!! Hands down, best GC I've had. Portion size was huge, I only ate half. Must try! We came in on a Saturday afternoon and were seated right away. Waitress was attentive and friendly. There were plenty of TVs to enjoy the game and channels could easily be changed at request. Great spot! Will be back.

The best thing about this place is the atmosphere. If you are looking for somewhere to chill with family and friends this place is it. There's a million TVs all over the place so you can't miss any part of whatever game you are watching. The wait staff is exceptional. Unlike some of the other sports bars these girls are cute and CLOTHED. So you can bring the whole family from little kids to grandma and grandpa without anyone feeling offended. We are always looking for New Orleans Cajun creole food bc it's our roots. I appreciate that their catfish is true catfish and not this swai stuff that people are tricking non-seafood lovers with.The atmosphere is great and the food was good enough for me to put this place in the rotation for football season.

Great atmosphere with lots of tv's that are playing various sports. The service was great with very attentive servers who checked back in frequently, didn't even have to ask for refills of drinks. The salad was excellent and I highly recommend.

This place has hit an all-time total failure! They deserve zero stars. The waitress was too damn worried about some boys paying her attention and not taking care of any of her customers. Grits were so dry, paste tasted better. I asked for cream sauce and all I got was some sweet wing sauce and told to, "Try that"! Sent them back with no visit from a manager. Drinks were never refilled, nor was there an offer. If the waitress is new, don't have her work the bar area. HUGE FAILURE! Your attempt to correct or address the issue is a huge failure as well. Great food . First time here excellent catfish, fries and hush puppies . Lemon butter chicken was my wife's choice and she loved it . Cooked perfectly

I was a little hesitant about eating dinner at this restaurant, when the parking lot was filled with cars. Not for the fact that I didn't think the food was good I just didn't feel like waiting in line. I took a chance, and it was instant seating this place is huge. Server instantly came took our drink order and our food order. Let me tell you that Krispy Kreme bread pudding taste just like a doughnut. The chicken sandwich had tons of flavor the hamburger was so juicy. The whole atmosphere of this location is pretty spectacular anywhere you said you're going to see about seven TVs. This is definitely my go to for now on to watch my Astros. I went to use the restroom to wash my hands very clean smelt nice, and the one thing that I like there was a his and hers restroom If you're in the area, don't be discouraged by all the vehicles in the parking lot there is plenty of room inside

If you're looking for a sports watching venue this is your spot. Wall to wall TVs and hanging in every imaginable place. I came for the food as I had been to the Waco location last year and was impressed. We ordered the queso and while the consistency was creamy it was bland. I ordered the Tuscan Chicken again and it was as tasty as I remembered it the first time: good flavor, interesting twist with the salsa and healthy portion size. The mashed potatoes are the real show stealer on this dish. My sister had the Grown Up grilled cheese and said it was good but was not impressed with the marinara side for dipping. My Mom had the Fried Catfish and said it was very flavorful and it could have served two. The service was friendly and timely.

Seriously one heck of a sports bar. I went on a Football Sunday, the patio was packed. The restaurant was packed! If you want s place with humongous TVs every 1 inch of the entire restaurant this it. There had to be 50 TVs in this place showing every game possible so you can watch 5 different games at once matter where you sit. They have lots of booth seating and tables. I had the turkey burger fully loaded with waffle fries & an Oreo shake. The burger was seasoned well, fries were crispy. The shake could have used more Oreo, most of it was just sprinkled on the top for presentation. It's a VERY load upbeat vibe even though there were lots of children in the place. Interesting and fun place to watch a game & grab a good burger on a nice fluffy bun. Check it out.

We came here around 4:30 on a Saturday (college football Saturday). Relatively busy but no big deal. We chose to sit on the patio so we could hang out and play game. Dude - Food was freaking AMAZING!!! We got the cheese fries, redfish tacos, jalapeño Jack burger, and kids chicken tenders. We wouldn't do the cheese fries again, they were just mediocre.. However the burger and redfish tacos were BOMB!!! Service was fantastic. Sounds like there may be a new manager and they're stepping their game up. No complaints here at all - free bread pudding on your first visit as well!

One of my favorite places to grab a burger. Service is hit or miss but never had any issue with the food. Drinks are decent. Great sports bar atmosphere.

We love Walk On's and food was great as always. Tonight was a weird vibe. We always sit at the bar and tonight both bar tenders did not take care of the customers at the bar. They hung out by two guys eating food off their plate and you had to ask for service. I felt bad for people on the other side as they never checked on them!! One could have been a mgr as she had on a different color shirt on as the others. Food was great service was by far sub par. I could not believe they were eating food off of the customers plate and eating spoonfuls of desserts. It was so weird to say the least. Very disappointed!!

Excellent restaurant. Quickly greeted and seated by host Diego who was also kind enough to fix our wobbly table. Servers were also very quick and got us drinks and apps within 10 min. Food was also stellar. Really enjoyed the Mango Ahí Tuna Bowl and Alligator Tacos! Remember to order the best and freshest beignets! Would definitely return.

They know who they are and they do it well. This is a great spot to watch a game or take the kids after a game. They have pretty good service, consistent food, and lots of good drink options.

Had a less than good experience last time here. The wife and I decided to visits again. Went on Sunday the 19th and sat at the Bar. Ang the bartender SPECTACULAR. Wow, this is what service is about. Attentive, smiling and genuinely nice. We never had to ask for a thing. She single handidly restore my faith in coming back. Ang, thank you SO much for making my wife's birthday Lunch special.

Nothing fancy here but it's a good example of a sports bar that serves a wide variety of food. Quantity is key here so a decent place for high school and college kids who want to be filled with food and beverage and sports. The Buffalo chicken sandwich was huge and dripping with sauce. The boom boom shrimp poboy featured light French bread and major quantities of shrimp and the boneless wings though an appetizer were plentiful enough to make a meal. Desserts were gooey good too. The Krispy Kreme bread pudding was too sweet for my liking but if you dream of their donuts this is a go to. The cookie with ice cream is best shared by two.

Food is awful. Don't waste your money here. The sports view is great. The NO style food was just crappy.

(From September 2020) It sucks this place opened its doors right when COVID took off. You can imagine how packed this spot would be otherwise. It's got the atmosphere and TVs for a true south Louisiana sports bar. Food wise, they've got southern bar food such as alligator bites and po boy sandwiches; both of which are tasty and pairs great with glasses of beer; plenty of options on tap of course. First time having alligator fried. Kind of chewy but delicious. The ribeye po boy is tender with soft bread giving a good sandwich feel. Menu is extensive with options consisting of fried shrimp and catfish, wings, quesadillas, burgers, you name it. The staff is pleasant and helpful if you're a first timer here. There's plenty of table seating and the bar wraps around with the TVs and taps. I look forward to coming here again during sporting events such as March madness and baseball.

Rude. My husband is disabled and they acted at the front like they couldn't care less. The wait is what it is they said. Even with NO ONE on the patio we were going to wait an hour because they were too "overwhelmed". We will NEVER go back. I think we've all been through enough with this Hurricane, now this crappy service. Y'all are terrible and should be ashamed to be a part of Spring,Tx.

Very nice sports bar. They have good food, a good beer selection, and the service is fast.

Do not waste your time!!! Our waiter was nice but had such bad body odor our food and drinks tasted like body odor. Another waiter stood behind our table and blew his nose and coughed up phlegm for 5 min min then wiped his nose with his hands. It took 20 min to get our drinks. I ordered the Ahi- tuna salad and asked if they could cook to tuna steak a little extra. The waiter said no because that's how it comes. They don't actually cook anything on site. He said he would substitute the tuna for shrimp. Said there would be no extra charge. When our food showed up the lettuce was wilted and swimming in dressing. There was literally a pool of dressing in the bowl. The shrimp were petrified. Neither my wife and I are our salads. When we received the bill we were charged extra for swapping fish for shrimp. We were also charged for drinks we didn't even have. Finally the sound was loud my wife and I couldn't even talk because they had volume up so load. We have been here 3x this will be the last. Every time even worse than the time before. Three strikes - out

If you're looking for a family friendly location to eat good food and watch a good game, this is it! It is always a pleasure coming to this location, service is consistently prompt, food arrival is a short wait and recommendations are spot on. YALL I am screaming. Service is great and the Voodoo Shrimp and Grits is probably the best thing on the menu. But they literally served my daughter a half of a grilled cheese for her kids meal. HALF. Advertised on the kids menu is a "grilled cheese". Not to mention that was $7!! I was livid lord help us during inflation. Maybe fill your kids up before you go
