This store is strategically and conveniently located right along the highway and is only 1 minute away from Sam's Club. The location is excellent because there are also fast food restaurants such as Five Guys, Subway, Wings Stop, Panera Bread and Missionary BBQ... just to name a few. This store is always stocked well and has some of the nicest employees that are very helpful and attentive. I suggest downloading the Walmart+ app....it makes the shopping experience quicker, easier and so much more enjoyable, especially when you dont have to stand in line...just SCAN and GO! This store ususlly has items that are not available in other Walmart stores. This store is my preferred location, even though I have to cross the bridge to get there (I live in Philadelphia).

Google
This store has a cozy, neighborhood vibe. While it doesn’t have the full selection of a supercenter, some staff are helpful. Just a heads-up, if you need something from a locked case, it might take a moment to get assistance… so a little patience (and maybe good luck!) helps.😂 WM, Audobon

Great local Hangout food is pretty good. Sometimes there's some consistency problems. But I still return often

Google
Extremely frustrating! For a long time, I've been a regular consumer of Equate Meal Replacement Shakes, 12-pack of Creamy Milk Chocolate. The price has crept up from $8.96 to $9.96 to $11.96/$11.98 to $13.98. Before the store even carried this size package, it was available on Walmart.com and, as an accommodation, the then-department manager kindly special-ordered this for me in very large quantities that I regularly picked up AND she did this at a substantially reduced price. This special order arrangement (and the discount) was discontinued when the store started carrying it on its shelves. However, I could never get more than 4 packages at a time, usually only 1 or 2 - and often none were available. But I persevered, buying mostly at this location, but sometimes any other Walmart store that I happened to be near. It appears that, fairly recently, this size product is no longer available on shelves AND Walmart.com does not offer this product for store pick-up, only direct shipment and, because my front steps are very exposed, any boxes delivered are immediately stolen. A few days ago, I tried to speak to a manager, but was not successful. I will try again, but I am very unhappy and frustrated.

Google
They don't charge for products, I have to work for you to charge myself and I don't opt for a discount for charging myself, get to work and order things up... they have a mess all over the store.

Google
Excellent service! The girl who helped me today was very kind and professional, and so was Phili Cheesesteak uffff delicious I really recommend it 10 out of 10

Google
They FINALLY got smart and are actually putting up the new figures instead of hoarding them all in a warehouse so blessed that they are FINALLY here and thankfully Walmart has been having them up for sale!! Please keep them coming in we all plead and beg y'all to keep the new figures in stores

Google
Always a joy to go to Walmart. The stock people and customer service is caring and concerned. Prices are reasonable. You all really make me feel like you have captured the true meaning of "America First".

Yelp
Today I was reminded one of the reasons I rarely go to Walmart... I think people are becoming more brain dead as time goes on. I walked into the electronics dept looking for a phone charger, the 2 employees were too busy arguing over something so I said eff it and went searching myself. Then the clerk was at the locked cabinet where they keep the phone chargers,I asked which one was compatible with my phone...no answer. Ended up not finding either of the things I was looking for. Luckily the Five Below store nearby had both things.

Yelp
Brandon did a great job with the shopping/grocery order. Good customer service from him.

Yelp
Cashier was rude wanted to purchase one item she didn't ring me up so I put it back and never going to spend money at a Walmart ever again

Yelp
This Walmart is located in the Audubon shopping center. My experience here wasn't the greatest. I was taking pictures of the store to do my YELP review and the manager Kia sent someone to come find me because she thought I was taking pictures of employees. I told the associate that I wasn't taking pictures of employees, I was taking pictures of the store aisles to do a review. Why on earth would I come into Walmart to capture pictures of random employees? SMHHHHH! The manager was watching me but she should of been watching the store, and trying to figure out why the store was so un-kept and un-stocked! I didn't get sarcastic with the associate I just kept it moving...well, I tried to keep it moving, my cart kept stopping and squeaking every 10 feet that I walked. This store was rather ...tacky, clothes were thrown about, there weren't many carts available-the cart I had squeaked and stopped persistently! I should of took more pictures than I captured but as previously mentioned apparently the manager KIA was watching me! As I "squeaked" through the aisles there were buckets in aisles for leaky water. Kia should of noticed that since they had buckets in the aisles to hold water from a leaky roof that they should of also had wet floor signs out but they did not have not one wet floor sign around the water the buckets. Upon leaving the associate name "Shakiera" gave me a quirky look she checked my receipt but there were other people just walking out that she didn't even try to mark off! I visited Walmart on 5/22/19 and Danine was my cashier. Danine was the best part about my walmart experience, she was nice and helped me make a gift decision for an upcoming birthday party.

Yelp
How do you not give a discount on a item with a piece missing and a damaged box? The manager on duty actually said no discount for this mess

Yelp
NEVER AGAIN! I went to that store last week and it was the last time that I am ever going their AGAIN! I was looking for some fabric and I found the kind that I like using but it was so high up and no one was there to help! I had to get it on my own and I almost got hurt! They are also VERY RUDE! The people there almost scammed my dad! And the way they treat Pokemon cards is HORRIFIC! People do collect them myself included! After that, my dad and I are never going there again! Very rude people and poor service!

Yelp
Don't try and find anything in this store! It must have been decided on where to put things by a toddler!! They have the chargers and cables for your phone or tablet in two completely different places!! Why not put some in diary some in meats and some in sporting goods while your at it?!? Don't bother to try and find things. You will waste away hours just trying to find a simple replacement charging cable for your phone!! They must have some kindergartner designating where things go in the store!!

Vincent C.

Yelp
Horrible horrendous customer service. Supervisor Beatrice totally rude and disrespectful. Yelled and screamed at me because store took only credit cards and no cash !! What a joke. Waited 20 minutes in line to found out they don't take cash in this store, what a scam!!

Yelp
Don't stop at this walmart unless your extra desperate, they got columbus blvd beat by a longshot. It should be a home depot or macy's or anything else they are the worst one time was more than enough for me!

Yelp
Huge, overwhelming, scary. They are definitely cheap. I've been here twice just to pick up a specific item when I was in the neighborhood. Both times it was crowded, staff were also crowding aisles in order to restock, and it was just too much for me. There's nothing soothing about this shopping experience. Add to that their reputation for not always treating staff well (to put it mildly), and I think I can find other retailers to patronize. I'll pay a few cents more for my essentials and shop online at drugstore.com or visit Target once in a while.

Yelp
My husband just left this location and experienced a very upsetting situation. He approached the self checkout line where a worker was leaning against and didn't acknowledge him coming. She was directly in the way of him scanning, and even when he got to the scanner and said excuse me, she did not move. He then had to raise his voice for her to leave because he felt uncomfortable with her being in his personal space. She finally slowly walked away to another Walmart employee and he heard them say that he was on video. He then asked for the manager who did nothing to help the situation. Patrons are there to shop and pay for items they would like to have. We will not be shopping at this location again if this is the mannerism to in-which operations are ran. As a matter of fact I believe we will frequent Target instead.

Yelp
This Walmart is just a basic Walmart. Never have had any issues with anyone that works there not even an associate. The place does need to be touched up a little. I think they really should turn this store into a Supercenter.

Yelp
I guess it was an ok store for the situation with Covid going on. Lines were very long & slow. Needed move cashiers. Was well supplied with things I New.

Danalia Marie K.

Yelp
I came here to return shelves , customer service was fine even so not having a receipt for it so gift card was cool. Bad after I wanted to buy a few things I needed it's a Saturday nite and one cashier for the 10 items or less and one other. I was hoping Audubon would be better than the one close to where I live but it's not. Def they need more cashiers and after waiting in line for 15 min I left my stuff, I am having a bad pain day and just could not wait . Def, mgt needs to get on the ball cause it's aggravating when u can't find something and inventory is not that great but sorry no excuse for trying to save money by having 2 cashier's . Very disappointed. But Nicole in customer service handled the return quick and kudos to her. .

Yelp
Worst location ever, for in-store shopping. I prefer curbside pick-up at this location. Workers are super lackadaisical. I know it's not the best job ever, but at least take pride in your work and treat customers with respect. I work with the public every day at a restaurant, and if I treated my customers the way some of these workers do, I wouldn't have a job. These "customer service" employees need a good training class on CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
google avatar

Stacy S.

Yelp
This store doesn't even deserve one star but you have to select it to write a review. It's the absolute worst in customer service. I only go because it's close to my house. They really need to shut this store down and start over. Customer service terrible!! It's dirty and they need security in there. Absolute disgrace
google avatar

Rochelle B.

Yelp
Slow customer service...have mercy! Staff so unhelpful, except the one lady super sweet, her badge was backwards!!! The rest getting off in 20 and could care less!!! But you know its WalMart. Always a hit or miss. I only came for my husbands gift. They lucky I love him that much!

Yelp
This store consistently underperforms on stockimg their shelves. If u went in there with a list of 10 items this store would be oit of stock of at least 40 percent of what i went in there for. I went in for a can of compressed air in elec. Section & that was out of stick! Like wtf. I called corporate about them being oit of Cinnamon Life cereal for 3 weeks too. Ridiculous.

Yelp
Though this location is not my favorite, I have never found the associates rude or unpleasant. Yes some times there are not enough lanes open but I find that in a lot of stores since the economy took a turn. Every person in each department is taking a hit. They don't get paid a lot but most of the employees try very hard. Cut them a break, think about it are YOU ALWAYS 100% PLEASANT ALL THE TIME? Would you want to be judged on your behavior when you are having a rotten day? No I do not work for Walmart but I have worked retail before. Smile it gets better!

Yelp
Remember in Apocalypse Now when Brando muttered 'the horror...the horror', and died? He was looking into the future, and saw this Walmart.
google avatar

Allen H.

Yelp
Word to the wise... Do not come to this place if you want to keep your sanity. Upon entering the store we were not greeted or even ask if we needed help. When we got to the customer service counter there was only one person working the counter while others were standing around. The line was so slow... I wrote this review while waiting for service. Soooooooo if you want to waste your time with Crappy service and slow lines. This is your place. If you think you deserve more go elsewhere.

Yelp
Go to a different walmart! This one dosn't seem to have a good of a selection as the deptford ones. Staff not so helpful, not so friendly! I'm a big service person and they really left me unhappy!
google avatar

Martin W.

Yelp
I don't know why other people are bitching about this locale. Have never had a problem, always find what I need, and the sales associates have been helpful. It's a huge store with a great selection and conveniently close to the Walt Whitman Bridge and on the Black Horse Pike.
google avatar

John R.

Yelp
The only thing this store has going for it is prices, and that's not surprising because it's Walmart. Don't expect any help from the employees they wouldn't help you if they had the ability to. The store is huge and has a wide variety of stuff, but you may have to brave some sexual harassment and annoying people to aquire what you're looking for. If you can deal with a dirty store staffed by over-worked, underpaid, rude employees to save a dollar or two, then this is the place for you.

Melvin R.

Yelp
Advice for Corporate: Get rid of these ghetto ass employees they are rude and unprofessional. The greeters don't even do their job which is greet lol. This is exactly why amazon is going to run you guys out of business. Atleast hold the employees to a higher standards. They walk up and down aisles ignoring customers and cursing at each other

Justin C.

Yelp
Only one customer service person at the customer service desk. There are 9 people in front of me. This is every time I come to this Walmart.
google avatar

Yelp
OK wow not sure if anybody runs this store want a shitty eypierence go here shelves look like they never get stocked the self checkout might be the worse in the us machines either take cash or only credit cards not both but you don't know until it's to late usually 2 maybe 3 registers open if your lucky
google avatar

Kevin I.

Yelp
This location isn't terrible, but it's not too great either. While the store is generally well-stocked, the movie and video game sections usually aren't. Don't expect too much help from the staff in those sections, but everywhere else in the store, the employees are generally nice. The lines usually move at a decent pace as well. Overall, it's not as bad as the other reviews may suggest, but it's still a pretty mediocre Walmart.

Barbara M.

Yelp
My mother loves the store because they offer electric scooters for senior citizens who have difficulty walking around the Caverness floor. She also likes the Subway shop there. There's always plenty of handicap parking. And more or less she meets nice clerks there. She's very happy with the prices there and her money spends well.

E S.

Yelp
If I could give it 0 stars I would. Customer service is terrible. It'll take you twenty minutes to find someone who works there and once you do they'll leave to find someone in that department who will never end up showing up. Also, just a warning: never leave your cart unattended bc someone WILL take your stuff out and take your cart. Has happened to me a few times here but never anywhere else.

Myria N.

Yelp
If giving no stars was an option I'd prefer to choose that one. First time ever going there, and I won't be back. I needed to ask an employee where to find tissues and because I was interrupting their conversation (mind you I stood there waiting for them to finish) I received nothing but attitude and rolled eyes. Then when I went to check out the cashier made me feel like I was being an inconvenience to her having her ring up my items. Customer service here is absolutely dreadful. Anyone going here be prepared to leave upset, annoyed, and unwelcomed.

Yelp
I was walking through this dirty amusement park of the Walmart in Audubon, picking up some items on my way home from work. I noticed a set of pots and pans made by Rachel Ray. I thought the price seemed fair so I decided to purchase the cookware. I was telling my wife so she decided to look at the cookware on-line through Walmart and the same set was cheaper with the 20.00 gift card. All together it was a savings of 30.00. I took the receipt back to the customer service desk for the difference and they would not honor the price difference. So Walmart would not honor the price from Walmart.com. Walmart is ripping us off. They are a big enough company to where they should not have to take extra money away from the customers. So if you think Walmart has the best prices you might want to look around a little bit. From what I have found mostly is that on the Internet from the same company is easier, ships right to your home and is cheaper for the same product.

Yelp
Unfortunately, I am in agreement with most of the other reviewers that this Walmart has a problem. I stop by here since it is close to the SO's jobsite, with the idea to get my shopping over and done early in the morning. They seem to only have the "express lines" open at that time and will refuse to ring you up if you have more than 10 items in your cart. And on top of that, they are rude about it. I've read rants about other people and the express line, but I waited and let several others ahead of me go with fewer items (I didn't have a full cart, but I do admit it was over 10 items) there was no one else in line when I finally made it to the checkout and they (both express line checkers) refused to check me out. If they had been nice about it and directed me to another open check out line, I wouldn't be writing this review. LSO (Long story short) I had to wait until they opened another regular checkout before I could get out of there. This is more a good example of poor customer service than a rant against the giant Walmart machine.

Christine F.

Yelp
I ordered & paid for a product online at Walmart Somerdale- I waited for the text/ email to come pick up the item- I never received it- I phoned Walmart to find out why not - they told me to phone them back- When I phoned them back, they told me they didn't have the product?! No one knew how to give me refund- SO! silly me, I thought that I 'd phone the Audobon location to see if they had it - Well they didn't even answer their phone -WALMART SUCKS! AND they have all those commercials on TV saying they are the least expensive- well, guess what, they aren't! THEY SUCK

Karen B.

Yelp
I went there with the express reason that Easter candy would be on sale on April 2. The "seasonal" aisle had candy on both sides. There were "50% off, reduction taken at register" signs on both sides. Nothing stating only select items. When I checked out, 2 items were the 50% off, but the Zitner eggs were scanning at full price. I told the checker who had to track down someone to check. He came back saying the reason was, Zitner's was an "outside source", and so were not discounted. First--what does that even mean and second--how are we to know that? They were on the same aisle where the 50% off signs were posted. I told him this was misleading and there should be a sign stating this. He also said something about them being in a box. Well, so where the 2 items I bought that WERE discounted. I went back and checked. The one side had maybe 3-5 signs. The other side has almost 1/2 the aisle of Zitners eggs. 1/4 of misc. candy on the right side had the 50% sign. The other 1/4 of the aisle of misc candy on the left had the 50% sign. While there was no sign posted on the Zitner's section, again--how would the average shopper know these were not included? There should have been a sign stating that Zitner's was NOT included. How many people bought them, thinking they were 1/2 price and didn't notice on their receipt till they got home?

Kev E.

Yelp
I've called on numerous occasions, in hopes to speak with a representative in the automotive department. Each time I was on hold for about 10-12 minutes with no answer. I feel that this is a huge inconvenience to the customer.

Tiffany S.

Yelp
PLEASE HAVE MORE THAN 2 CHECKOUT LANES OPEN. Every time I shop here, which is VERY often, there are very few checkout lanes open. This is very inconvenient! Please have more staff ringing instead of walking around doing nothing.

George G.

Yelp
I don't know what they pay these people, but whatever it is its way too much. If anyone there even tried to act like they cared at all or spoke to you in proper English I wouldn't be wasting my time posting this..AVOID!!

Theresa C.

Yelp
I have always shopped at this store and ordered items online and picked them up at this store. I have never had any problems with this part of the the store until the other day. I will never go there again. First of all there was no one at the pick up counter when I got there (which is not unusual), so you have to press the panel on the counter to get an associate to come to the desk. I after waiting for about 20 minutes and having been asked by two employees if I was being helped (the both employees did call on their walkie talkie to alert the person). When the woman finally came to the counter she did not even apologize for keeping waiting. She was the most unpleasant person that I have dealt with at that location. When I handed her my copy of the email notice she rudely told me - don't hand me that just read me the number (normally the person usually takes the email and looks up the item). When I didn't read the number fast enough she snatched the paper out of my hand. She acted like it was a bother to even help me. After retrieving my item she did not even open the box to show me whether it was the right item -- just had me sign the receipt. I picked up the box and headed to the front of store where I approached the greeter and informed him of my experience. When I told him the name of the person he response was that she was one of the supervisors. To have an associate to act this way is one thing, but to have one of the supervisors do this, it does not say much about the store itself. He told me that I could call the 1-800-walmart number and report it if I wanted to, which I did when I got home. I work in retail and I know it is our job to make the customer happy. Needless to say, I will never return to that store again.
