Walmart

A quick “Walmart Run” with 5 item shopping list should take less that 15mins, yet has expanded to take over 45mins. Every item is locked away in a glass cage. You have to press a button to call an employee. It takes anywhere from 3-7 minutes for the employee to appear and instead of giving you your item in your hand, they hand it to the nearest checkout counter. Now, you have to make multiple purchases. Speaking of purchases, Walmart doesn’t take Apple Pay, so you’ll have to download the Walmart app and utilize their Walmart pay to make digital purchases. Tmobile must not have towers in this location, so I had to connect to Walmarts WiFi to download the Walmart app to pay for my items…. Oh and you must first create a Walmart account to utilize their WiFi lol. I’m sure I pissed off tons of customers in line behind me. On the bright side, the employees were all kind and extremely patient with me. I got everything on my list and the prices always knock out the competition!

They have some very rude employees at this Walmart. To girls just hanging around talking smack loudly as if they aren't at work. Management in this place really needs to set a professional standard. From a outsider looking in they really made this store look like a clown festival.

They're really great they help me find what I was looking for they are very nice and friendly I didn't give it a five-star just because there's one of the cashiers they didn't give me the right change and it seemed like he was doing it on purpose because of the way he was looking at me Houston Avenue very suspicious very like I don't know how to explain it

Kudos to Sharon (pharmacist) and staff for going above and beyond!!! They were swamped and still treated me with kindness and respect! On top of that the costs of my prescriptions were fantastic! I will be returning 🤗

If I could give it no stars I would. Worst customer service ever. I asked to get printer ink, that took over 30 minutes because the associate decided to go help someone that spoke her native language. Then I proceeded to go ask for them to give me contact solution. To which the associate said “I’ll be there in a sec”. All she was doing was moving empty anti theft boxes from a bin to a shelf. Which could’ve been put away later. I stood there and waited. She looked over at me and then rudely said “I said I’ll be there in a minute”. Never coming here ever again. The workers seem like they just don’t want to be there and rude.

There's a lot of homeless walking around I had a generator stolen from our food truck that was parked there it's not a good place for the person to park their car and feel totally safe due to the homeless community but Walmart itself is amazing

As always this location was busy. The worst part here is the parking lot. It's always crowded with many traffic jams. Flow on and off the main road, Nellis Blvd, is horrible. In the store many of the aisles are narrow. All it takes is one person with a shopping cart to block an aisle. For today's visit they had two cashier registers open, which was nice. Of course there us the crowded self serv registers. Overall the store is to congested. To much stuff for the amount of room.

Very rude racial management. I wouldn't recommend this Walmart to anyone. My husband, a united states army veteran, was totally disrespected and dismissed because I believe he's black and I'm white. I wouldn't even put 1 star but it made me do it. 🤬

so I got this toy sink for my toddler. It was good so far and then all the sudden it just stops working and doesn't run anymore. We changed the batteries and it's just not working so I would like an explanation for this and also customer service is not the best.

Our family has always shopped here, but after this, everything will be different. It was the worst experience of my life. I decided to buy a cell phone on walmart.com. FOR FIRST TIME, AND OF COURSE LAST TIME TOO... The seller is supposedly associated with Walmart, thast what walmart says! I don't believe anything they say anymore. I bought an iPhone 15 Pro and paid over $600 for it, but this seller, sent me a phone that was very different from an iPhone Pro That i Buy, and paid for. He send Me a very diferent phone and broken, that phone doesnt costs no more than $20. It didn't work because the screen was broken, and when I checked the IMEI number, it had an unpaid bill balance. But the worst part is that I contacted Walmart Returns, and this is the FIFTH TIME I've contacted them, and the FIRST TIME they told me they would refund my money without returning the product because it's not what I bought. Of course, I have proof of everything. 12 days passed, and nothing. I called back a SECOND TIME to see what was happening with my refund, and they apologized profusely and told me to wait another 24 to 48 hours. Four days passed and nothing happened. I called a THIRD TIME, and this time they told me no, that I had to return the product for a refund, which was already in the trash. I went to take it out of the trash, and they told me they would send me a barcode to return it to the store. I said OK, I went to the store with the barcode to return it, and it said non-returnable, I couldn't return it, so I called again, for the FOURTH TIME, and they told me the same thing as always, sorry, we don't know what happened, I'll make you a new barcode to return it. Well, I did, and to my surprise, the same thing happened again. The product cannot be returned non-returnable item.... The lady in the store showed me the screen, which said exactly that... So I called customer service return items again, for the FIFTH TIME. This time, a young lady answered. I told her what was happening again, but this time I was already very upset about the whole situatiion. The young lady put me on hold and then a supervisor answered. He told me the same old blah, blah, blah, that they used for excuses, then he told me he was taking care of my situation, if i can wait 24 to 48 hours again, hes going to be in contact with me in that time, i say I should wait 24 to 48 hours and they would contact the seller, and at this point, I'm still waiting. AN NO SOLUTION TO MY CASE. Walmart.com doesn't care about its customers. I think they are in cahoots with those corrupt and lying sellers to get their part of the profits, and we're the ones who get screwed. because i was talking with other persons at the store the that days, they have the same problem like me, when try to return items, I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BUY PRODUCTS FROM WALMART.com. You could lose your time, and your money. BE CAREFUL... They don't help buyers, they always lies every time you call to complain something,WALMART you lost five customers here in this house, mom, dad, sister, brother, and of course ME. im just waiting for the solution of this issue, and of course completly close my account and never go back to Walmart to buy anything. And of course with all my proofs i have, im going to report them everywhere i can for sure. and if they dont refund my money, of course CHARGE BACK OF MY CREDIT CARD, im not going to lost my time anymore with them they dont help.... This walmart is very good i have been to this walmart a lot of time the customer service is very helpful and the workers are nice and this walmart is kept very clean and they sell lot of things!

Has all your full store Walmart with good selection. I enjoy the pick-up option also. I sure wish they would all be open 24 hrs again.

Staff was helpful and well-mannered, and the goods were affordable and of reasonable quality. The inspector let me pass as I had packed all my items into luggage without having to open it, she just looked at my receipt. The rice cooker I came for performs admirably.

Bring back cashiers and more then just one! Store is too packed and aisles are too small every lane you go down has a traffic jam of people, not good Walmart fix this!¡!

If it would let me I would give it Zero. People are rude, store always dirty, customer service is absolutely horrible. Nobody ever around to help you. Prices always marked or ring up wrong. It's like nobody has an 8th grade or higher education.

Been coming here for years !! Love the people and I know where everything is at which is suuuper positive !!! Today I went to get a money order and got mentally attacked by 4 black workers Im begining to think it was a racial thing , I mean I can see if one was having a bad day but for 2 telling me they finishing up when they just standing there then the other one getting mouthy with me like Im a scumbag and then a forth one comes out and tells me to do my business elsewhere Im glad Im a good person and it was me that experienced it because some people retaliate ya knoiw and come back with guns shooting and stuff and ALL LIVES MATTER !!!!

This Walmart is by far one of the most terrible Walmarts I have ever been to. The parking lot is a joke (mainly the pickup area), there is ALWAYS super sketchy people in and around this location because it's in a high crime area, about 78% of the cashiers have attitudes all of the time, the bathrooms are so gross they are vomit worthy, everything is extremely cluttered and disorganized, the isles are alway filthy, not to mention the checkout lines that wrap around the store 37x. Yes, it smells how it looks. The garden department is peaceful though. Oh, also, start discounting those taped up blankets. No one wants to pay full price for something that is a return item.

whilst shopping using silver bus service @ .50 one way.. Korean checkout clerk came from behind counter to feel up my military sack.. (as if) and I'm looking at her fricked up behavior when I should have left all my $100 plus groceries at the insult... as If I was a thief... biotch please. but I've not been inside a Walmart SINCE 2002

Worst Walmart in town. It's small. It's the only non super Walmart in town I think. The neighborhood is questionable, and very very busy. Bet to avoid this one.

Won't be coming back, me and my mom had a racist encounter with an older lady. My mom was just trying to get her things while the older lady cart was in the way, my mom walks past the lady to avoid being in her way but the lady starts yelling at my mom, I tell the lady I apologize for my mom, she starts yelling at me too, telling us to go back here we came from, I told her excuse me and she said did I stutter ? We decided to leave but she just kept going the whole time. Which left us very uncomfortable and upset .

It's Walmart find the stuff you need and get out . Good luck finding a person with keys if you want a vitamin. What is the point of locking something up if you are just going to hand it over to me? Just leave it unlocked

Well, I mean I normally don't have very high expectations for Walmart, but wow. I'm sorry to say, but the clientele does matter. This Walmart is in the hood, and its scary just to go there. Once inside, its not much better. That clientele has made it inside, and it's just as unpleasant inside. I'm not trying to give Walmart a bad name or anything, but maybe just choose a different location, and you'll be better off.

Worst walmart i've ever been to. Everything isn't stocked. Employees have a shitty attitude and it's dirty. While I was checking out I asked the cashier to give me NO bags and this moron double bagged almost everything. So i take everything out and put the bags back and he THROWS THEM IN THE TRASH. This store is ridiculous. Always over crowded, no space for more stuff in this store yet they keep stuffing it. I must say it's the most ghetto Walmart I have ever been to.

I won't sugar coat it, but this walmart has gone down hill over the years. I have gone to this location since I was a kid. It was tolerable a few years ago, but with closure of the walmart near Craig, and general increase in population around you can see the decline of the location. The long lines, and employee general dislike for their jobs adds to the lack of enthusiasm when I go to this location. You won't see alot of the employees in a rush to service you because there is always 100 customers behind you wanting something, and I am sympathetic to that. I give two stars because it has what I need, and sometimes I will interact with a helpful employee. Overall, this is the most populated location, so get in and out as quickly as possible.

Worst Walmart in the valley and it just so happens to be the new Walmart closest to me. This store needs more security. It's a highly trafficked store and hundreds going in and out every hour. The store felt stuffy. The lines were long. Three things in the middle of all the aisles making it hard to walk through. There are not employees anywhere in site. We tried for like 10 minutes to find. Thermostat or an employee to show us where they were. I would rather just choose to go to a different Walmart location.

Many items here have no product inside the packaging. I have noticed the loss prevention has given up. You can tell who they are while shopping. More losses turns into higher costs.

Honestly I don't like coming to this Walmart but i was passing by. There's a mood to everyone it seems like. Guest service is rude. Mark over in sporting goods and hardware is rude too. He definitely does not work well under pressure and cannot handle all the questions from guest. Instead of politely saying, give me a moment I'll be right with you, he blurts out, I have people in sporting a good, so you know what you want (in the paint department) and just walking away from people. He was pretty rude to me as well. I politely asked, excused me sir when you get a chance do you think you can call someone to help me and his responses, do you not see my sweater in my hand? Give me a moment. Like I'm sorry what does that signify? You can't work Or be nice? People need an attitude change there.

I came here again for the fish stuff and they did not have many items, most of the boxes and stuff were dented. Many workers are around to help you though!

Came here to return an item. I had no issues. I was in line for not even 5 minutes which is perfect. I remember coming here years ago and the line for customer service was ridiculous but they have gotten way better. Also came here for some shopping didn't have any issues if you're in a hurry though the lines could get long so try to use self checkout if you can other than that great experience!

This midget, bob wearing security guard kept following me and my friend throughout the store and made us really uncomfortable. Kept making stank faces and was so unprofessional, she wouldn't even hide the fact she was following us. She made it known by just standing there with her arms a crossed STARING AT US. Flirting with the male workers and taking selfies on her phones in areas that didn't have a camera so her fugly self wouldn't get caught. So freaking ghetto in this Walmart.

The Manager Aisha informed me that she would not honor the price listed on the display. She then proceeded to say she could only honor the price it was showing when scanned for $47.86

AVOID Walmart deliveries. It's just not worth the trouble. Ordered a solar pool cover on line from Walmart. Walmart used FedEx for delivery from Chicago to my home in Las Vegas. Way past the delivery date, the package is sitting in FedEx's warehouse in Henderson for 12 days and no one at Walmart nor FedEx can tell me if and when the package will be delivered. The people at Walmart did nothing but spew bullshit reasons why it isn't delivered. (like the weather between here and Henderson - are they serious ?) Any line of bullshit they can think of. Walmart - you just lost my business.

Good customer service. I usually can find what I'm looking for. Their produce are pretty fresh. And if I can't find something, I can always ask one of the Walmart shoppers that are walking around.

The public bathrooms here are not so terrible like with some other Walmart location. It is very well stocked with plenty of everything. It's not overcrowded however I needed to 20 minutes on the cash register. That is really long! During the day the place is overcrowded and 20 minutes could be an average time to wait. But when you are shopping at night time and there is barely a client and this timing is unspeakable. If you need to ask for something - just forget about it. The staff barely speaks English. A week ago I needed information about products that were announced on promotion. The staff was not in a great help. A manager comes. Instead of explaining to me what I asked for, he started to blame the staff members. That was really poor treatment.

I don't often write negative reviews at Yelp but, when I do (and again, it is extremely rare....), it generally is because a business deserves it. This particular Walmart in Las Vegas deserves the distinction of being THE WORST of all the Walmart Stores in Las Vegas. Strangely enough, you would think I would write a negative review because of the lack of professional customer service (there are actually very good customer service workers at this particular Walmart), the store's appearance (it's actually very clean considering the remodeling they're doing), the parking (about the same as any other Walmart), no it's none of these things. So why have I given this particular Walmart Store such a poor rating you might ask? Well, it's because almost every item i had on my list to purchase required an employee to unlock the glass cabinet it was in!!! It took so long to get my shopping done which ate up a ton of time!! Who needs that? Apparently, this Walmart is in a "high crime" neighborhood (there was an all out "shoot em' up, bang bang" five years or so ago at this Walmart which resulted in the deaths of several Police Officers as well as the shooter..) and has need of just about everything (razor blades, personal lubricant, contact lens fluid, men's t-shirts) being under lock and key!! In closing, I would recommend that if you are a busy person (and who isn't) and you have to shop Walmart in Las Vegas (as many of us do....), seriously, try another location in the Valley. This Walmart is truly horrible compared to other W Stores (and that ain't sayin' much....). Your best best, is the Walmart on Tropicana Ave. following that, either the one on Eastern Ave. or on Marks St. in Henderson, Nevada. Stay completely away from the Walmart Store on 201 N. Nellis Blvd. in Las Vegas. You'll be doing yourself a huge favor in frustration. Thank you.

Came in to do a return, I've never been to this walmart before and I kindly say excuse me to a worker I get ignored I have to walk inches from her face til she points to the direction customer service is in. At the time of this review she is handling self check out. She is rude as hell and should be in the back stocking if she has such stank ass attitude. She doesn't wanna work ?quit! Find a job she can actually do without making other people's lives miserable. I ended up not doing my return her because the line is extremely long and slow in customer service.

This is the worst Walmart I've ever been to. The store was old and dirty. The staff was rude. Asked for a an item on the Walmart app and she acted as if I was a huge bother. Without looking at me she said "gotta go online". I said it says in store can you check? She took a breath and said they have it at Charleston. Not worth a complaint. Just be aware and stay away from this filthy place.

Ok, if you didn't know already, the Walmart at 201 N. Nellis Blvd. IS ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!! The management in the store is a JOKE! Their employees are awesome and VERY HELPFUL! But the management team is trash! I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THIS STORE AGAIN, which is sad because I've been shopping there for like 30 years back when my parents would bring me into this store. No one helps you, everyone doesn't know where anything is at. The staff do not know the definition of customer service. One time I needed help but the two workers just kept talking among themselves even though they did see me standing there trying to talk to them. They were talking about their personal lives. How unprofessional. I really dread this wal-Matt and usually go in here for emergencies only. If I could put negative stars I would.

This morning I looked on Walmart.com to find a bike for my daughter birthday and saw these 2 for $39.00 I took my lunch break to head up there as soon as they open to get it. Spoke to two different store reps, then a rep who I guess puts the bikes together said he didn't have it, I asked for a supervisor. Mandy then comes over looks up the same bike on the same website and say they only have one but doesn't know where it is. I explained to her I want to purchase it and she then says they don't have it. Ok well as a customer and for your false advertising can you give me one of these for the same price? She said no with an attitude and said there not even the same bikes. Ok so what are you going to do to fix this issue then.. Mandy told me to call 1-800-Walmart and deal with them, WOW!!! I was floored at that response, she then says she need to go let an associate in and walked away.. This is a store manager??? She definitely does not need to be working with the public at all!!! Walmart.com agents was no help as well!!! I will be going above and beyond to deal with this.

The worst Walmart!!! Everything was open ,parts were missing ,packaging was completely empty ,lines are long, Poor customer service, dirty environment & everything was a mess .

While I'd heard terrible things about this Walmart , I happened to be in the area and needed baby formula. If you find yourself even near this Walmart RUNNN!!! Don't stop, don't enter the parking lot , don't dare walk in. I stopped in for a quick item , I was in the process of checking out when the $5 off manufacturer's coupon I presented wasn't scanning . The young man ringing me up was awesome , the check scanner wasn't working properly . He called his supervisor - I believe her name is Osoko or Omeka) for assistance . She didn't know how to work the machine (the coupon specifically states "Retailer: process coupon as check", you think this would be self explanatory) . Instead of saying that , she says "you'll need to call the issuer and get a real coupon. Sorry." ........... You've got to be kidding me . I asked for her manager , an older lady greets me after about 5 minutes , apologizes for my wait , clears all the errors from the machine (which is why the reader wasn't working) and runs my coupon through with no issue . THIS is what management should do . I was profiled simply because I presented a coupon for baby formula . Not only will I NEVER return to this store, I'll never shop at another Walmart and I will send a letter to corporate to advise them of the piss poor excuse of a "supervisor" this woman was . I do understand that this particular location is filthy and ghetto, but please don't assume ALL shoppers fall into that category .

This is by far the worst Walmart see I brought a blowup bed and it has a hole I exchanged it for another one it still has a hole in the same spot within a week so I called the company who sends them out they can't do nothing so I called Coporate who said to speak to the store manager at this Walmart so I did but first I spoke to the fitting room bitch who wanna catch an attitude it's not my fault she's not getting paid enough but apparently they can't do nothing either so by this point I'm sueing them DONT EVER GET THE INTEX DURA BEAM BLOWUP BED THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT GIVE A SHIT ABOUT ANYTHING ELSE

Online grocery pick up at this store provides the absolute worst service for it's customers, I live in a 3rd story apartment with 2 babies and recently lost my vehicle, so Walmart offers a service that can accommodate my situation and help me, but when these delivery drivers show up, they don't knock, they make excuses of why they can't bring my groceries up to me and cancel the order that my family and I rely on to survive. So here we sit with no food in the house waiting 3-5 business days to get the money back on my account it's sheer incompetence and laziness and we get to suffer for it, THANKS wal mart

Jennifer Fisher, manager, Walmart here at 6973 Blue Diamond Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89178, was very helpful. And her customer service was excellent. She helped me find the replacement of the items I bought and was pick up by mistake by another consumer.

Worst customer service and have security check customers and make them check out a 5 dollar dvd in order to leave electronic section wtf really annoyed! I was really trying hard to not make a scene... will not be returning here! Securitas security should reconsider there job location.., it's not worth doing the most for trust me it's the east side you think they wouldn't they would future reference learn how to come correct or don't come at all it's not worth it unless your worth the $5

This goes for Walmart Corporation. I ordered a TV online, they were quick to take my $$$, and send me an email the TV is out of stock. Still has not returned my $$$. And thinking (stupid on my part) ordering a different TV things will work out. Well, NOT, ordered a different TV, again they took my money real fast. Send me an email to pick it up on Friday. I go to pick it up NO TV!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Its delayed till Monday. I will see what happens on Monday. I will NEVER EVER TELL MY FRIENDS, FAMILY EVEN ENEMIES TO EVER ORDER ANYTHING ONLINE FROM WALMART!!!!!!!
