Our family has always shopped here, but after this, everything will be different. It was the worst experience of my life. I decided to buy a cell phone on walmart.com. FOR FIRST TIME, AND OF COURSE LAST TIME TOO... The seller is supposedly associated with Walmart, thast what walmart says! I don't believe anything they say anymore. I bought an iPhone 15 Pro and paid over $600 for it, but this seller, sent me a phone that was very different from an iPhone Pro That i Buy, and paid for. He send Me a very diferent phone and broken, that phone doesnt costs no more than $20. It didn't work because the screen was broken, and when I checked the IMEI number, it had an unpaid bill balance. But the worst part is that I contacted Walmart Returns, and this is the FIFTH TIME I've contacted them, and the FIRST TIME they told me they would refund my money without returning the product because it's not what I bought. Of course, I have proof of everything. 12 days passed, and nothing. I called back a SECOND TIME to see what was happening with my refund, and they apologized profusely and told me to wait another 24 to 48 hours. Four days passed and nothing happened. I called a THIRD TIME, and this time they told me no, that I had to return the product for a refund, which was already in the trash. I went to take it out of the trash, and they told me they would send me a barcode to return it to the store. I said OK, I went to the store with the barcode to return it, and it said non-returnable, I couldn't return it, so I called again, for the FOURTH TIME, and they told me the same thing as always, sorry, we don't know what happened, I'll make you a new barcode to return it. Well, I did, and to my surprise, the same thing happened again.
The product cannot be returned non-returnable item....
The lady in the store showed me the screen, which said exactly that...
So I called customer service return items again,
for the FIFTH TIME. This time, a young lady answered. I told her what was happening again, but this time I was already very upset about the whole situatiion. The young lady put me on hold and then a supervisor answered. He told me the same old blah, blah, blah, that they used for excuses, then he told me he was taking care of my situation, if i can wait 24 to 48 hours again, hes going to be in contact with me in that time, i say I should wait 24 to 48 hours and they would contact the seller, and at this point, I'm still waiting. AN NO SOLUTION TO MY CASE. Walmart.com doesn't care about its customers. I think they are in cahoots with those corrupt and lying sellers to get their part of the profits, and we're the ones who get screwed. because i was talking with other persons at the store the that days, they have the same problem like me, when try to return items, I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BUY PRODUCTS FROM WALMART.com.
You could lose your time, and your money. BE CAREFUL... They don't help buyers, they always lies every time you call to complain something,WALMART you lost five customers here in this house, mom, dad, sister, brother, and of course ME. im just waiting for the solution of this issue, and of course completly close my account and never go back to Walmart to buy anything. And of course with all my proofs i have, im going to report them everywhere i can for sure. and if they dont refund my money, of course CHARGE BACK OF MY CREDIT CARD, im not going to lost my time anymore with them they dont help....
OF COURSE I'M NOT GOING TO GIVE YOU MY MONEY, WHICH I WORK SO HARD TO EARN.
