This was my second time visiting Walmart Fullerton, and I have to say—it was a noticeably better experience than my first. The store was clean, well-organized, and had almost everything I needed, from groceries to household essentials. The layout is easy to navigate, and even though it was a bit busy, there was enough space to move around comfortably. The shelves were mostly well-stocked, especially in the grocery section, which had fresh produce and good variety. What stood out to me this time was the customer service. A team member in the electronics section (I think his name was Josh?) was incredibly helpful and genuinely pleasant to speak with—he took the time to answer my questions without rushing me. Self-checkout was smooth and well-monitored, which made the process quick. The parking lot is spacious, and getting in and out of the plaza is easy. Overall, I’m glad I gave this location a second try—it’s a dependable place for getting multiple errands done in one trip. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Loved it ! Very different than other super stores! Amazingly good and well organized and more stuff which is amazing! But I live far so I hope my closest walmart have the same quality!

I have never in my life seen such a disorganized Such rude employees. I go to the electronic section to get an iPad, The lady with a retired linebacker physique and a history of obvious substance abuse said wait here, then she has the audacity to grab her bag, get on a phone call and go for her lunch break, then I waited 37 minutes pondering to myself why I didn’t go to apple, then comes back, walks past me and does not say a word. Finally an old man came and helped me out, only problem is the iPad box looks like the linebacker took it to a few of her substance abuse drills on practice. Unbelievable, I hope this offends everyone there. Do better, be better.

Every time I go to Walmart pharmacy Jeff is always there to greet me with a big smile. He recognizes me. He calls me by my first name and always make sure my medication is correct call Carla is there for me with a big smile. Also, those two make my day and make me shopping at Walmart safe

Absolutely horrible customer service. Employees never know what they are doing. They are just walking around talking. When you ask for something they tell you to wait for someone else. And you’re left waiting over an hr in the photo center. When They finally do come they have an attitude and just toss you your stuff. So done with this place. I hope they close down soon

Just had an amazing visit to Walmart. I was making a return of some inner tubes we purchased in Las Vegas. The line was long, at least 7 people ahead of us. At Walmart, that's usually at least a half hour. But the customer service person, Janice was working quickly. She was very pleasant and I could see she had a friendly conversation with each customer. Then I saw it, someone who was doing transactions with what looked like hundred a dollars. I was sure that meant another 20 minutes to the wait. But no, as she and the customer joked, Janice carefully counted out the money and then printed the customer's paperwork. Score another win for Janice's productivity. 4 more customers in front of us, and one is a little perturbed. No problem, Janice offers a solution and the customer walks away pleased. Finally my turn, with an electronic receipt on my Husband's card. Again Janice swiftly resolves and we are off. Not quite 15 minutes later. I'm in awe, this person should be in management.

Parking usually takes a little while to find a spot. The first aisle is mostly dedicated to curbside pickup orders and pharmacy pick up orders. Curbside pickup is super easy. They notify you via email/app when your order is ready. You then follow the instructions via the email and/or their app. This store is usually well stocked in all areas. You can come here for all of your needs: groceries, clothes, crafts, toys, camping, decor, furniture, gaming, baby stuff, you name it! If you purchase something from the electronic section or cosmetics section, they will put your items in a lock box. You take it with you and at checkout, they will take it out. Checkout always takes a while. The self checkout is always full. Not many lanes are open for regular checkout and the cashiers are super slow. Before you leave, you have to show your receipt for proof of purchase. Be careful in the parking lot- there are a lot of homeless people wandering around (some ask for money) and near the store entrance.

5 Starts to the greeter/receipt checker by the name of Martin. That man is so nice, his job is very simple but he makes the most of it. He has such a great positive attitude, always smiles and wishes everyone a great day. You guys have a great employee and anyone would be lucky to have him in the hospitality industry.

Oh my it's me again, making. Quilts for gifts went to fabric area, no one there to help, no prices on fabrics miss labels on yarn, couldn't fine a someone to help, they have entrusting people working, I hate the self serve check outs, and cashiers asking what are you making just ring us out, the next costumer on your back when your trying to pay, so I left everything there didn't pay went somewhere where they price items, fabric looked a mess

Where does one start.. So my tale began, I was looking for a water dispenser online, found one, a primo water dispenser at this location. I even called ahead and was told they had more than 4 in stock. So when I arrived there was only one on the shelf. The box seemed okay, no damage, so I decided to purchase said item. It even came with a free water jug to kick start my hydration station when I got home, for I had a thirst that could not be matched .. but little did I know the horrors that would be in store for me once I embarked on this trail of misfortune. Once I got home, I had an about an hour before my shift so I decided to set up this glorious H2O bad boy to quench my thirsty desires before I clocked in. FIVE BIG BOOMS this item WAS NOT! It was broken ! Pieces of plastic falling like the sweat upon my brow, the front top panel completely bent like a spine with scoliosis.. the dread I felt was unimaginable, as I had no time to return this item before my shift. Not to fear, for it was not the end of this very very hot & dry world, I would plan to get the watery deed done of returning this broken item the next morning... this is where my real trouble began. The next day as I was carrying this large item in its orginal box down my stairs, on the very last step, as I mustered all the strength of my fore fathers, I slipped, and with a sound like thunder crashing down upon a frozen pond, I rolled my ankle! I screamed bloody murder as my soul elevated to another dimension! This was only a few hours before my next shift mind you... all because some employee thought throwing around a large box in their storage area like a sack of unripe potatoes and then hurling this item on to the shelf for fun just to be happened upon by an unsuspecting victim to fall prey to yet another broken item from the infamous "wallfallapart"' catalog .. so here I lay in my excruciating pain, is a picture of my broken ankle .. I will never shop here again nor will I even walk straight again, I'm getting Intouch with corporate immediately..

It's so handy to have a Walmart nearby. We purchase lots of items from here for school events and groceries for our home. It's a big store with a garden section but no auto services. They use to have a McDonalds inside but have taken that out. Great deals for everyday items and you can shop online and pick up in store or have items shipped. My children's book series is sold online here along with other places. Come in for your personal or grocery needs. Just note that the self check out is 15 item maximum (which I never knew) and the other checkout lines can get really crowded. May the shopping force be with you.

For some reason the fitting rooms are always closed when I go , this is my 3x . I ask the lady nicely if I can go in or if they are open and for some reason she has an attitude " no I'm closed I'm doing stuff" ? . Like okay and then before leaving I try to see if it's open and it still not and she's just around folding clothes right next to it ?

One of the more well stocked Walmarts with aisles organized than the average stores I've seen. I was able to do my shopping errands here for office supplies, gardening, and school supplies. It was hard to find an associate on the floor to help, but I was able to use my Walmart app to get an in-store map to assist me.

I hate going to their brick and mortar. Parking is insane, checkout is chaotic and the store is grubby. A friend gave me a $100 Walmart gift card he received as a public speaking honorarium. He hates them so much, he was not going to use it. With trepidation, I decided to avoid the store and spend it with on-line. The last time I ordered on-line from Walmart, my identity was stolen. I used the card to buy an Instapot. A week later it showed as delivered but it never arrived. I reported the missing Instapot on-line and was told to wait 48 hours and call again. This I did and I got an email that the gift card had been reloaded. When I tried using the card to reorder my Instapot I was greeted with, we are sorry, technical error. After repeatedly trying for about a week, I opened a customer support chat. I was told that at present no one's card would work. Oh, that makes it better. My beloved Instapot is now out of stock. I hope my one star requires no additional explanation.

I just had lost my mother on the 21st of December. I was just not the right state of mine and probably should have not been shopping, but I needed a few things on the 22nd of December. I was at the self-checkout and asked for cash back of $80. I had forgotten the cash. When I got back to me car, I had realized I left the cash in the teller. I was upset and Shapna the Walmart employee was kind and understanding, she had retrieved my cash and reassured me everything was going to be okay. At this time of the year everything is so hectic and everyone is so impatient. But she was loving and supportive of my well-being. Shapna is an asset of the Walmart of Orange. Walmart? More like Wal-NOT I ordered 27 items to be delivered to my house and Walmart proudly emailed me that they were "delivered." Imagine my excitement--only to open the bag and find... THREE items. That's right. Three. Out of twenty-seven. Somewhere out there, a very well-fed delivery driver is enjoying my snacks, while I'm left here with a can of rolls, a gallon of milk, some coffee creamer, and an inexplicable sense of betrayal. Tried reaching out to customer service, but I think their response was delivered by the same team--because they said I would get a reply within 4-hours and it's now been 8-hrs and nothing. If you're looking for a fun game of "Guess What Actually Shows Up," this is the service for you! Otherwise, I'd recommend Kroger, More reliable.

Here i go again leaving this Walmart a sweet review for them to ignore or delete all over again so the last time they accused me of something that I did not do hence the photos this time I place an order online with their amazing app that they have saying that they have the item I need in stock and it will be picked up ready the following day so much to my surprise when I show up and they don't have the item that I purchased on the Walmart app they gave me the option to cancel the item I ordered or take the crappy little radio they have in stock! If I can give them one piece of advice, it would be stop checking receipts at the door and start doing inventory so that way you know what you have in the app also knows you don't have certain items in stock

This afternoon around 5pm at self check my mother and I were doing 2 separate transactions. I did my transaction first which was the sausage dog food, and the clever made 2 pack laundry tote. I completed my transaction then my mom proceeded to pay for her items. We were waiting for her receipt to print out & I ripped open the clever made 2 pack laundry tote and started loading up my mom's items & mine. The black small lady at self check out approached me "I need to make sure you paid for this tote let me see your receipt it's not on the screen I didn't see you pay for this" I showed her the receipt and she said "no it's only for one tote where's the other receipt" my moms receipt printed out which was mayo, jeans, tomato pasta. I showed her the other receipt she said "no this only comes with one tote" I said I just ripped opened the package that way I can load my items she demanded that I showed her my first receipt and she said "it's only for one tote $16.98" I said "it's a two pack" I pointed to the packaging which shows it's a two pack. She looked at my basket and the receipt checking one by one each and every item. My mom in complete disbelief and the black lady responded "well I need to make sure that everything is being paid for" I grabbed the receipt from her hand and she didn't apologize for being rude and assuming that we didn't pay for our items. This isn't the first time I've experienced this uncalled for behavior with her. She has such a nasty attitude ! If it wasn't for my mom being present I would have gone off on the black lady !

What a joke of a store. The store manager did not care about my complaint about the bathrooms not having toilet covers! Why would I stick my bare ass on the nasty toilet seats! This is behind ridiculous and being a billion dollar company and you couldn't restock the seat covers! The toilet had so many pubes you could make a wig! Just horrible!

So after my last review I emailed Walmart and asked them to clarify their price matching policy. The rep that emailed me back asked me to call the store and I asked why that was necessary if I was asking Walmart headquarters if they honored what was on their website. The rep then said, yes, they do honor the price match and they would speak with the store manager. That was over a year ago. Go in to Walmart and try to buy something thats cheaper on their website. Go to check out and it rings up higher than on the website, ask the clerk for assistance and they said.......... WE DONT PRICE MATCH THE WEBSITE. Said I could ask customer service if they would, so I did, and customer service also said no. So I went and bought it elsewhere and had that store price match Walmart's website price.

Scan and Go when using Wal-Mart app should be fast like at Sam'sClub. Unfortinatly, you get to the area of self-checkout and half the registers are not working. The line is always long. I didn't write this review about it the last 2 times I came to this Wal-Mart, this is the 3rd time I should have just went through regular checkout. I've been to other Wal-Mart stores and it is slower than Sam's Club but this particular store has something wrong. They may need to look at other Wal-Mart and Sam's Club stores to see what works and how to improve.

This is literally the worst Walmart ever, every single time i come here its always something. A while ago I came to get a tv remote and i literally did 2 laps around the entire store just to find an employee, and when i did i called out and he walked away. Yesterday i went to get some clothes for school, I picked out this skirt and there was atleast 20 on the rack and when we went to check out it wouldn't let us and this lady helped us and she looked at us in our eyes and said "yeah there's a recall" and we asked whats that and she said "A RECALL" like are u fucking kidding me??? and when she "went" to get her manager she called her??!!. Just this morning I placed an order cause they didn't have things in the store I wanted, and AFTER they charged my mom it said that they had to cancel the order. And that i would get a refund in 5-10 days. And literally 99% of their workers can barley even HEAR you lmao this is the worst walmart ever

This isn't my regular Walmart but today I decided to come in to return something which is the horizon milk 12 pack as there are some being recalled. I arrived and explained to the worker and showed him the website where it states the same UPC # and expiration dates they are recalling. He then tells me the computer isn't saying anything about a recall even after I showed him the horizon website stating the upc number he then calls another lady and tells her if she knows anything about the recall and makes a face while saying no I haven't. It was frustrating they couldn't even give me store credit for this even after seeing the recall on the website. It's terrible they are probably not even taking them off their shelf's since the computer isn't showing a recall. Hopefully no one else gets sick from this because my daughter sure did and I'm truly upset.

I do not enjoy leaving negative reviews, but Walmart in Orange needs to hire more employees for their customer service at their return counter. It has a line of more than 15 customers and two very slow service providers. Where is the customer service representative to ensure smooth service delivery? Employees seem unenthusiastic and no smile or engagement. Perhaps they need a raise. Something to make them happy.

Purchased two seat cushions on-line from Walmart. Was shocked that they were delivered and left on my front porch without being in any type of packing. Where is the box, plastic or paper bag? Now I feel that I need to have them cleaned not knowing where they have been since they left the factory. Will think twice about shopping on-line with Walmart.

The store manager Tyler has no interest in customers. His cashiers are rude and verbally harassed people for using self checkout because they had more than 15 items. There was 1 register open that was 6 deep while 3 other people stood and watched the three open self checkouts. This place is terrible.

This review is for their pick up location. Walmart is the worse. Their pick up parking is always full but because people park there that are not there to pick up. There is no enforcement. Once there they take forever to bring your stuff out. I only come here when Target doesn't not have my stuff. Do not come here. It is always packed and no parking available for actual pick up customers. The lack of enforcement and slow service make Walmart's pick up location a frustrating experience. I would highly recommend going to Target instead, as they provide a much smoother and more efficient pick up process. Save yourself the hassle and avoid Walmart for pick up services.

I'm giving it 3 Stars. It's a Walmart. I can still get LEE Ladies Jeans here, thankfully. But I don't know what it is about this Walmart. The ambiance is kinda trashy. And it's in The Village and neighbors to Sprouts which is lovely inside. I used to shop regularly at the Walmart location in Huntington Beach and that one was fine. It was even nice. I know it's the Pandemic, so this part is not reflected in the Stars I gave it. They always seem to be poorly stocked. And none of the staff are helpful. 2 employees said the Dressing Room employee would be back at 2pm and just to wait. This was bogus which all of them should know and be able to communicate: ALL DRESSING ROOMS ARE CLOSED. You have to buy it to try it on. Return Policy is still 30 Days.

For her help regarding my purchase of fabric, the card reader could not read my credit card very well and we tried my credit card several times did not work to my shocking eyes and then my husband used his card and paid but I was so shocked and will go to bank to check why ??? Anyhow store was not that organized but staff were so kind and helpful and caring , overall I got what I needed at home and thank God and praise Lord Jesus and thank you Mother Mary. For today ... as each day has its own drama these days ,,,,

I was at the store early morning today Sept. 16, 2024 around 7 Am and I dropped my small card holder wallet. I spoke with the store manager to help me in finding my wallet with my drivers license & credit cards but he said his busy & no one turn it in yet. Customer service are very u helpful. They did not even get my contact number just in case somebody found it & turned it in.

Do not have your items shipped! If the delivery company delivers to the wrong address-- you are out the merchandise and/or the money you paid. I went round and round with Customer service when my light bulbs were delivered to the wrong house. There is no place on the online return/replace form for non delivered items. I used "missing items" as the whole thing was missing. I realized that was a mistake so I spoke on the phone and assured it would be taken care of. Nope. I was just billed for non return of items I never received.

Found some things. Decent prices. However, the employees around apparel are rude and uninterested in assisting customers. Especially at the changing room. The changing room is my biggest grievance with this Walmart. It is NEVER open when I shop there for new clothes. And also. I noticed the cashier stations, as well as the conveyor belts, were unacceptably dirty with filth that I did not even want to put my merchandise on there. So I went to the self check out. The employees there were actually nicer. Needed help a couple of times when one of my shirts had no tag and the employee there helped us out no problem. And when I try to void one of the items I had changed my mind with. Another employee helped me out on that. So the self checkout was a better experience. My main grievance is that the changing rooms are never open at a convenient time. Very inconvenient when wanted to try on multiple things. There needs to be a better system, policy, or procedure when it comes to managing and operating the changing rooms. Very unacceptable.

I've always ordered my food from you. But this last time was a disaster! They literally lied to me about my order being delivered on scheduled time. I had to leave because of a Dr appt. I let him know and I was told it would be here on the time promised. That never happened. Someone else had to take over the order and I had to have them deliver it to my neighbor. He's name was Luis. And was picture as a diamond shopper. The person that had to re shop my order I told her it needed to be delivered at 6:30 because I would not be home. She told me no problem, then I get a msg it's on its way and she said she couldn't hold them. Hence delivered to my neighbor. Goodbye Walmart. You can't be trusted.

Was I a Steeler and I was like come again? I did find some clearance iteams and I payed on my scan and go. When I was about to walk out Jesse comes to me and tells me that he can't sell them to me standing in front of my cart trying to stop me like I was stealing something. I had already PAYED AND I had my receipt on hand but he just took away my cart away and hide in his office . He also refused to give me my cash refund . I called the cops and when cops were ready to talk to him he just didn't want to come out . Why does he feel like he has the right to chose what I can buy . If he couldn't really sell those iteams and if he was a good manager he would've been on top of that taking those items off the shelves. Those iteams were legally mine! Walmart is synonymous with cheap, low quality products, bad customer service and sketchy clientele. This location is no exception. The only reason I go here is out of convenience since it's close to my house. Every time I have called here, I'm LUCKY if I ever get a live person on the phone. I'm usually put on hold and never get my questions answered. Tonight, I was literally put on hold for 25 minutes before I gave up.

Horrible experience...I was paying with digital giftcard from my phone , the cashier stopped in the middle of transaction victor was his name accepted one then on the second one told me he can't accept those , I asked why he said he just can't , I told him I have used them before in other Walmarts and he sighed and puffed and said I have to call my manager , the manager comes and tells him to scan it and Victor says oh well it says on her phone she can't buy alcohol or tabacco which I wasn't buying either of those ...then the cashier ask me where did I get them ...like why does that even matter , he totally embarrassed me making me say I get drug tested in my program and get them when I test clean , after that he charged me....they need to train him better he ruined my day and made me feel discriminated and racism him asking me where did I get them like if I'm doing fraud .....this Walmart sucks with these kind of employees...store is nice clean a lot of variety of things but in the end I just walked out of there mad

2/14/24 around 11:35am The cashier (older lady with glasses) at the makeup section register was so rude, no one was was shopping the makeup section. I saw her ask a lady she could help her check out there if she was done shopping, I wait behind the lady checking out and the cashier looked at me "I'm not going to help you". (I had around five small items)

One of the cleanest Walmarts out there. Also, feels more safe in the area. Prices are always lowest compared to other places. Not the biggest fruits and veggies as it's not a super store. But this is a nice Walmart to shop at.

Walmart does not make any one activate gift cards, once fraudulent activity is done, Walmart just says sorry... nothing we can do.. yes you can, quit making it so easy for criminals to check balances....put gift cards at the registers, if you are not honoring your gift cards as others do? Quit selling them Do Not Buy Walmart gift cards!!

There is alway no one available to help with the stuff that is locked up. You always have to wait over an hour for someone to come help.

If I could give this store 0 stars I would. I placed a drive up order yesterday & the email said I wouldn't be able to pick up until after 11AM today. I got an email at 9:46AM today saying the item had already been picked up. I called customer service & they did nothing to rectify the situation. Someone got my order for free so they obviously aren't checking ID or receipts. Additionally had I known I could pick up the item sooner this would have never happened. Will not be ordering drive up orders for this location ever again. Terrible customer service. Note: the only option for picking up the item was drive up.

This Walmart is too frequently out of stock on my favorite items, such as 2% lactose-free milk, a certain variety of trail mix, et al. However, they've made recent improvements in staffing. First, they've assigned a second employee to the self-check stations to prompt folks to use registers that become available. It keeps the line moving. (How customers can be so unobservant or timid about stepping up, I'll never fathom.) Recently, this Walmart also apparently ousted an incompetent cashier. I won't mention this guy's name, but you could always count on his register being stopped for several minutes at a time for some problem. I observed that when a customer asked this cashier if he could get three (3) bags, the cashier responded, "You can't get them for free; you have to pay for them." Not "free" bags, you S-head! THREE BAGS! That guy's gone.

Purchased a toy set for our grandson who was about to be adopted and turn one. Party was postponed because of case worker getting Covid. He later ended up with two of the same gifts, this is unopened and since it had been over 90 days, Walmart wouldn't let us return it even though we had the receipt The Manager was difficult to understand between the mask and broken English. We were refused our $50+ refund, not even a store credit was given. Do not recommend shopping here.

My goal was to buy a infant walker. The infant walker is in the baby area. Which is surrounded by extra inventory. I walked to one side and saw that it was blocked where I couldn't fit my cart (and my baby). Stupid me, walked all the way to other side thinking I could fit the other side, no, of course that was blocked too. There was no other entrance to get back there. There's a only a small opening to get back there. Had to grab my baby and the big box because I am not leaving my child in the cart unattended. Making a big deal? Oh well, don't block aisles!!! I buy the infant stroller, throw away the receipt because I been needing a walker. Hours later, open the box, the walker is used and dirty! Walmart just taped the box back together almost perfectly. When I went back to return it, the staff member didn't even care it was used and dirty. She only cared about fixing a register. I guess this is why I don't go to Walmart.
