Is Kombucha Actually Good For You? | Eater

"A pioneering bottled kombucha company that evolved from homemade jars to national prominence by championing raw, unpasteurized products and gaining celebrity visibility; it resisted pasteurization, later adjusted production to meet regulatory alcohol limits after 2010, faced legal challenges over health claims, and ultimately remained a prominent supplier through industry turbulence." - Danielle Elliot

The curbside returns has now twice been a waste of time. It takes at least 10 minutes for someone to come outside, and then twice now the device used to scan the return code doesn’t work. The Internet connection is also poor, so the customer service person helping me had to reload and scan my returns multiple times and it still didn’t work. I had to go inside, which defeats the purpose of choosing curbside return! It’s all the way on the other side of the store, and I had large items I had to get a cart to carry in. Very inconvenient. Fix your devices!

Juan the manager should learn how to do his job, he didn’t want to help us at all. We had some diapers from our baby shower that our baby outgrew , we had them bought from our registry and just wanted to get store credit to exchange for a bigger size, flat out told us no. We came to a different wal-mart and guess what, they helped us out right away and got us the store credit to get different diapers. Juan learn to do your job

I don’t generally have any problems at the Batavia Walmart on Randall Road. The Employees are friendly. And very rarely is there anything out of stock except recently the 2% milk we buy has been out of stock for two weeks. Other than that, we’ve always had a good experience there.

I would tell someone to bring a bag from home. I used to shop at Walmart a lot. But I recently found out if you don't bring a bag, they will charge you 10 cents. I wish I would have known ahead of time. I have bags in my car. I wasn't told until I was checking out.

The price on the shelf was cheaper than the price at checkout. Told an employee about it during checkout but they didn't do anything (can't blame low wage employees though).

Google
Auto center is incompetent at this location and you should avoid. Ordered tires online, tracking shows as delivered to the store. The morning of my appointment, I get a cancellation email indicating tires were not delivered. Umm, ok? I call the store and they tell me to ignore the email and to come on in for my scheduled appointment. I go in and then they tell me they can't install tires on my tesla even after I had confirmed install details over the phone. Total waste of my time.

I initially went in today to make a return. That’s when I noticed the great deal on a blackstone grill. So I bought it. I asked if they had anyone to help load and they said yes! It was when I pulled my car up the “supervisor” (no name but Hispanic guy) and the associate Kevin looked at me as if I was crazy to think this would fit in my car. I figured I give it a shot but before we tried the supervisor was rude from the moment he came out. He said the grill is not going to fit and I said well why not…is it to wide…too tall like what? He said no and if I put it in it’s going to be hanging out and then it’s your responsibility. I said yes that I know but can we try to get it in my trunk and we can go from there. He said nope if I put it in the car I’m not helping you take it out if it doesn’t fit. I asked him to bring someone else out because he was no help and refused to help in anyway. I said I’ll try with Kevin he said no if I go inside so is Kevin. Of course we had some more back and fourth to this all but I ended up breaking down the box and loading All the parts in my car with my daughter. My reason for the review is for the simple fact that the customer service received was terrible but I am not surprised! Why offer help only to be rude the moment you have to lift a finger. Especially if your the supervisor coming off so rude and inconsiderate.

Kelly Stafford

Google
Rude employees. Prices printed on tags are “wrong” apparently according to the lovely gentleman at self checkout, Walmart now charges extra money for XL and 2X even though the tag had the price clearly printed on it. Wanted to argue with me like it comes out of his paycheck and then came up with the excuse that larger sizes are extra money when I told him to adjust it cause it rang up wrong. Lmao. What a joke. Back to shopping target only.

Andrea ..

Yelp
I don't usually leave reviews, but after two separate rude experiences with employees at this location, I felt it was worth sharing. For context, I work in customer service myself, and I can honestly say I would never treat a customer -- or anyone -- the way I was treated here. The first incident happened when I asked a worker for help finding a product (a Bloom drink). When I showed her my phone, she immediately said, "Well which one, I need to see it--" with a rude tone. My phone brightness was low, but her attitude was completely unnecessary. I explained the item wasn't where the app said, and she just snapped, "Well, they're there--" and walked ahead of me like she was irritated. When we got to the shelf and saw it was empty, she just said, "Well we are out." I said thank you, and she didn't even respond -- just walked away. Then today, I had another encounter. I was walking past the soda aisle and said "excuse me" to an employee -- not because she was in the way, but just to be polite while pushing my cart by. She turned and said, "You could've just--" and stopped mid-sentence. I'm still wondering what exactly I "could've just" done? It felt unnecessarily passive-aggressive and uncalled for. Again, I work in customer service. I understand how tiring it can be, but basic kindness and respect are never optional. I've never treated a customer the way I was treated here -- twice. It really makes me not want to come back to this location at all.

Yelp
Its a walmart, but it's definitely a cleaner one. The staff was nicer than your average walmart. From thr entrance to exit and at the self checkout everyone was nice. The store could definitely use some more halal options. All in all its a nice walmart with better cleanliness and better service.

Yelp
No lanes open had to use self checkout kinda bullshit since I already have a Job. It's time walmart employees unionize I won't be back ill pay more at target or just use Amazon.

Ria S.

Yelp
I came to the Walmart in Batavia Illinois and to my surprise they are charging for plastic bags. How exactly does this help the environment when the customer has to pay for the plastic bag? The least you can do as a business is give customers bags after spending hundreds of dollars at this location. According to the young lady it's a city ordinance which is ironic that a city official allowed this to pass. Time to remove any officials that will put in ordinance that pushed more money spending by the tax payers.

Yelp
I came to this Walmart on 12/09/23 at around 9pm. Everything was fine until I got to self checkout. there was a worker watching over self check out and that's to be expected but what wasn't is him moving closer and closer to me to make sure that I'm scanning everything that I have. There were other people in self check out making purchases, but his focus was mainly on me the only black person in line. At some point his coworker comes over and acts like she's asking some question and she starts to just stand there and watch me as well. So now I have two Walmart workers who are ignoring the entire self check out but focusing on me. I'm with my boyfriend and daughter, while all this is taking place and my boyfriend who is white notices the stares and starts to make comments like why are you guys just watching us like we're doing something wrong. It was very uncomfortable and embarrassing to be in a predominantly white neighborhood and be the only black person there and be watched by two employees as if I'm a thief or criminal. I won't be going back to this Walmart anytime soon!

Carol N.

Yelp
I was at the Batavia store around 6:30 - 7am. When we went to check out, there were no one running a regular checkout. It took several times and over 15 minutes to get someone to ring us up. If all you are using 20 items or less only you should advertise this and put it on your doors. I know its covid out, but there was at least 4 people milling around the registers. Very disappointed Also, someone left a full cart with food by the register after not having a register to pay. I saw it for there gor at least 20 minutes. I informed two employees.

Yelp
Ok, I get it. Some Walmart's get a bad rap due to dirty stores, rude employees, poorly stocked shelves and the like....we've been to those Walmart's and certainly feel your pain. But welcome to Batavia IL. Walmart. Always greeted by a friendly, smiling face. Store is laid out nicely and for us, pretty much everything we need is in stock....except the White Rock tonic I like....I digress. We go so often we're welcomed by our name and we know many of the employees names as well, is that wrong? :) :) Great selection of grocery items including international foods, frozen & dairy, bakery and so much more. Automotive and electronics departments are fully stocked. Can't comment on their meat as for us, Blue Goose is the ONLY place we buy meat. As far as Walmart's go, this is one of the best!

Yelp
Walmart Tire Center A+ I found unbeatable deals for tires on Walmart.com for my 2011 Ford Expedition. I bought tires online and they shipped to Batavia Walmart for free. They mounted, balanced, and disposed of all 4 old tires for $66 out the door. Employees in the tire center were very courteous. Compared to prices at Tirerack.com, Costco, and Cassidy Tire I saved $400

Yelp
I love this Walmart - it is virtually ALWAYS open - the associates that I have encountered are always very pleasant and $1.00 fresh French bread in the bakery?!?! You can't beat that! The produce, meat and deli is actually very good too. This is truly an all in one stop. I'm a fan.

Yelp
Horrible experience, went to get new tires, the auto department was super rude to one another. They never want to do anything. I went in twice. Both times I was told I couldn't get an oil change because "the guy is about to leave for his shift". The day I did get my tires, they are put on wrong, 1 hour after leaving my car says the tires need immediate assistance. I live 30 mins away from this Walmart, so I can't go right away. I call to talk to someone and I've been on hold for 20 minutes, I call back and no answer. Horrible customer service. Driving around like this is putting my life at risk. DO NOT go to their auto services

Lori P.

Yelp
Went their today for groceries, Was un able to buy any Frozen food items, They had all frozen aisles blocked off with shopping carts & Caution tape, What's up with that, The least they could do is put a sign up before you enter store saying no frozen foods available, Not happy

Rich V.

Yelp
The Worst Auto Care mechanics ever. They don't even know proper size tires. Had to argue over what goes on my car. They are uneducated mechanics. Do not go here.

Keara R.

Yelp
Ok so....I was really hungry, like redonkulessly hungry and I went into Walmart with my dear friend to get a snack. That snack was a salami wrapped cheese stick...to my surprise they didn't have any. I was crushed. As we were about to leave I saw the most delicious mouth water mind boggling snack...that snack was prosciutto wrapped cheese sticks. My Day was absolutely made. I went up and paid and pranced my way back to the car delicious snack in hand. I got to the car my friend at my side and opened my delectable snack only to smell the rancid odor of rotting expired meat. I flipped the logs of cheese and tasty meat over and they were moldy. The horrid expiration date read 5/24/22. This was a bigger let down then when my father left.

Yelp
I think it is totally BS that the store opens at 7 but customer service doesn't open til 8!! What lind of sense does that make!!
google avatar

Yelp
I discovered Walmart on line shopping, ordering, and pick up at a special door. I am able to order on line, receiving an email and a text checking in on line. Because the app is GPS enabled, the attendant knows to come out to you. They load up the car and off you go. It beats shopping in the store.

Mick A.

Yelp
Brittney (who was doing go backs around 2pm on Tuesday March 17) and a dept lead named Christine (who was working in housewares) went above and beyond to help me. The current "crisis" has been taxing, and as an individual who lives alone, it has been a struggle to get just the essentials, and they were able to help me make sure I got everything I needed for a quick trip. It's moments like this that we need in our society rn. Thank you so much for the prompt and professional service! I will remember who you are, and I am a manager at Chime and Stave bar and restaurant in Campton Hills, please come up after this is all over for a drink on me and grab some good grub! Thank you ladies!!!! Mick

Yelp
Ok so I absolutely love Walmart but it seems like no matter what everytime I ask an employee if that have a certain item the answer is I'm not sure or no and then I always find it. It's not the employees fault. They really need the proper training, seriously. This leads me to go shop at miejers never issues there. My review is not to botch Walmart but to let upper Management understand that it is frustrating when employees really dont know the store at all. You have people breaking in areas they know nothing about.

Yelp
I think it is about time I write a review Walmart considering I come to this location about every two weeks to pick up a photo order. In fact, when it comes to photos, Walmart is usually top notch. The color on their prince is superior to that of targets or Walgreens, and usually, the pictures are sharper, although when I went to pick up photos this week, I thought they might need to have the machine serviced, as my pictures were a teeny bit blurry. I have even had some last-minute holiday cards printed here, and those turned out well also. It annoys me that the photo counter is usually on man, and there is no Bell to ring for service. I often have to spend five minutes hunting down someone in the electronics department when I want to pick up my order. However, the end result is worth it. So while I have few complaints about the photo department, I cannot say the same for the rest of Walmart. This location has gone downhill in the past several years. Stock is Austin Lowe the shells are disorganized, particularly those in the craft, toy, and clearance aisles, and few of the employees are actually working their hardest. I was so tempted to take a photo of a woman texting on her cell phone as she put return items back on the shelves. I really don't think Walmart employees should be carrying their cell phone around when they are on the job. The Walmart in St Charles certainly has a better selection, but it is always more crowded. That said, this store has seen an increase in traffic over the last few years. It used to offer a quiet, almost pleasant shopping experience, and now I just find the whole task exhausting.

Gina L.

Yelp
THIS REVIEW IS ONLY FOR THE GENTLEMAN WHO GREETS THE CUSTOMERS! Every time I go into this store & the older African-American gentleman is working, he lightens up the day. He ALWAYS greets every person & is more than willing to help you out when your arriving & departing from the store. Kudos to him!

Yelp
I come to this walmart at 1:50 AM on a friday night and before i left my house i checked to make sure that they were open "24/7"...i come here and they're closed. very dissatisfied.

Yelp
I wait long time for manager to come because he has the locker keys but he doesn't come,.he is look sleeping and he has the Keyes ,.he never come and I spend more then hour waiting for him,. Yes will never come to this branch,.

Yelp
I overheard a manager telling an employee to make sure they kept an eye on me as if I was doing something wrong. Not coming back any time soon

Maddie V.

Yelp
Seriously the worst. I called and was waiting for someone to answer for 12 minutes then the lady answers, I ask my question, and instead of saying she could check she said "I don't know" and hangs up

Yelp
The store offers a consistent experience. Not good, not bad but it meets my expectations. The local store is a 3 star experience. The reason Walmart gets 2 stars is because of the "Ship to Store" and the Walmart.com experience. For some reason, the inventory counts online at Walmart.com are frequently incorrect. You show up at the store to pick up an item that they say is in stock and find out that they are sold out or the items cannot be locatedî. I have had several instances where the ship to store delivery commitment date has not been met. The items are routinely late by 1 to 3 days. Walmart.com is just short of worthless. My latest experience involves an order that was supposed to be delivered on August 17. The order was placed on August 14 at 8 AM and returned with a delivery commitment of August 17. Walmart.com did not even ship the item until August 16. Walmart did not ship the item until 6 PM on August 16. Instead of shipping the items overnight to meet their commitment, my order just sat for 58 hours without notifying me of the missed commitment. Usually this would not be a big deal, but the items on this order were being transported to an out-of-state location as we were setting up our son's college apartment. Around 11:00 PM on August 16, I finally received notice that the package would be delayed until August 18. I did an online chat with Walmart.com customer service to see if they could expedite the order or have the order shipped to a different address (initially, the representative check their system and told me the order would arrive on August 17 as promised, until she went to FedEx and confirmed what I had told her to be the new delivery date). The manager and the rep that I chatted with told me to contact FedEx directly because they don't ship overnight and that they cannot have the items redirected to another location. Upon contacting FedEx, I was told that I would have to contact Walmart.com or use a FedEx.com account (which I don't have) to have the items redirected to another address per the requirements of Walmart.com. The rep from Walmart.com also advised me that her manager had authorized a discount on my order for my inconvenience. On August 18, I receive notice that the order had again been delayed and would not arrive until sometime on August 19. Before I would use Walmart.com again, I would definitely place an order from Amazon.com or another online source. The runaround I received from Walmart.com support and an inexcusable delay in picking and shipping the order cannot be justified. Additionally, the discount I had been promised has not shown up on my order either. Walmart needs to refocus on their customer service and update their online practices if they want to compete in the online economy.

Yelp
I think that this store is probably the best store around me combining Target and Walmart together. I've stopped shopping at Target due to the REDcard craze over there, and unlike there, here you aren't hounded for the card but it does give you good savings when you use it and that's great. Also, walmart employees are compensated for giving out the card instead of the people getting nothing while the managers get fantastic bonuses for the employee work. This store has never been out of anything that I've needed and both regular and self checkout are really good. Generally I end up going through either self check or 10 items or less but I've never had any issues that were not out of Walmart employee control. Customer service is good at least for me, you're not going to be bothered, and you need to go to them for help. But seriously, how many times do you go into a store every month looking for help right away?!?
google avatar

Ann J.

Yelp
What a great Walmart! The store was clean, everything was in its place, and the staff was so helpful. Such an improvement over the last time I was here in the fall. Keep it up, and I will be back often!

Derek S.

Yelp
I started calling at 6 AM. Almost impossible to get someone to answer the phone. Tried all departments throughout the day. Final someone from pharmacy answered but could not transfer me to correct department. When I finally got ahold of an operator I was told all associates were busy. Ya right Lol - strike one. I had them install two tires. One they declined because they couldn't get the stem off. A tire shop declining to install a tire. Strike two. The guy test driving my car gets out and his hands are completely covered in grease and grim. Strike three. He asks for proof of payment. I show him and he hands it back and just walks away. Strike four. I paid $10 for the tire install. I guess you get what you pay for.

Yelp
I am very disappointed in the way an associate (Malaya?) treated my daughter today. She repeatedly ignored my daughter while my daughter asked the same simple question several times. Walmart, please monitor your associates closely. This behavior is unacceptable.
google avatar

Timothy A.

Yelp
I seriously recommend that upper mgmt perform a deep dive into the out of stocks at this location. It is a HUGE problem. Sam Walton would be turning in his grave if he knew the condition of this location is what he created so many years ago. I believe a root cause might be staffing or labor hours reduction. There does not appear to be enough hours allocated to get the stocking done or replenishment is off or both. Service is not bad up front, however, the associates seem indifferent towards customers as if they hate their job. No attempt to smile or be friendly in any way. At the end of the day, attitude reflects leadership so I suspect the problem might be the leaders making the hiring decisions. You always find friendlier service down the road at Target and the team members there are so much more helpful. I only go here because I get gift cards from my bank rewards program.

Yelp
As I write this review, I am currently in a situation where I did have to contact corporate. But to me a single managers habits shouldnt gauge the whole store. As a whole i give this place 4 stars. Its a typical walmart except you'll find a few young men and women who are truly interested in helping you out. Although there are also those cashiers who dont care about you as a customer, there are definetly people working here who care. I work in retail and can truly say some of these people have amazing patience. So hey! To the tall young blonde man at the customer service desk, thank you for being polite and respectful. Hes new but has a better view of customer service than the assistant manager of the store.
google avatar

Nick U.

Yelp
After years of frustrations with this location, I've finally reached my breaking point and will never return. For whatever reason everytime we hand the cashier coupons, they get entered wrong and they want start over and re-enter our entire order. In this case it was 270 dollars in groceries that took about 20 minutes to enter all because they accidentally gave us too much money off one coupon. I understand mistakes happen, but the customer service at this store has been so poor for some time now and their mistakes should not inconvenience the customers.
google avatar

Doug H.

Yelp
Terrible customer service. Tried to return a broken tablet I received for Christmas. Got the run around. They will not replace it because I originally got too good of a deal. This is unbelievable. You would think a company would stand behind their product and at least offer a product replacement. This is very disappointing.

Tammy I.

Yelp
This has got to be the worst Walmart for keeping their shelves stocked ... I actually walked out the other day due to the fact that they didn't have three of the five items on my list.. not to mention the expired items on their shelves ...so much for one stop shopping...I used to spend around $200 a week here and now I'll be going elsewhere. So frustrating .

Yelp
Great job at Seva doing my wife's lashes by Umber!!! Always a great job and very satisfied. Thanks Seva and Umber!!

Yelp
I want to commend Kathy, the store manager, for resolving a problem with an on line purchase my family made for an Oster replacement blender glass jar. We ordered a replacement glass jar on line. I went to the store to pick it up. It was not ready, I was able to purchase the same item for $6.00 less in the store. I then tried to cancel the online order with customer service. They could not do it. I was told to go online. I tried 3x to cancel it on line. No results. My credit card was charged for the online purchase I never picked up. I made two more trips to Walmart and spend time with Walmart. com, who said they have no record of any purchase. After 5 days of trying to cancel the purchase and remove the credit card charge. I called the store manager Kathy and she cancelled the order, and told me my credit card will receive a credit. Thanks Kathy.

Yelp
Racism is alive in this store. I have had 2 not 1 but 2 separate encounters with an employee at the Walmart store in Batavia, IL on Randall Rd. by the name of Mary who on the first occasion watched me walk up to her counter, leave from behind her counter to wait on the white woman that just walked up behind me. On the second occasion I was once again in the service area trying to put a toy for my son in layaway and when I asked if she could help she looked at me as if she had just stepped in shit and quickly dismissed me saying "I don't do layaway." Before turning away from me to help a white man. She didn't offer to get someone to help me or anything I was dismissed and ignored. I have spent too much money in this store to have had to deal with that and have the store manager say all he could do was give me a $25 gift card. Keep your gift card because I won't be back to shop. I'll continue getting my glasses there and my hair done but I won't buy anything in this store again as a matter of fact I will be returning some stuff and buying it elsewhere.

Steve C.

Yelp
The store is grossly understaffed, and there does not seem to be any concern about remedying it. A month ago, it took several calls to set up the tire installation. I showed up at my appointment time to have tires put on, no one was there, and no one offered to reschedule it. I had to return and track someone down just to get another appointment (they do not answer the phone at automotive). I had already ordered the tires from them on-line or I would have cancelled it. I just spent 25 minutes waiting to return a package of toilet paper because their scanner couldn't recognize the coupon, and there was only one staff member at the service desk, and who could not resolve either of the previous customer's issues. I felt terrible for her, and it took several calls for her to get assistance. Walmart is not exactly known for customer service, but this is the worst.

Yelp
I am an avid camper, and was planning a trip to isle royale for the summer, and had to pick up supplies on a budget. So I thought Walmart would have good deals- and they did. However, one of my items, a bush knife, I was not allowed to purchase despite me being 18+ and having my ID. I was polite to the woman behind the counter, and inquired about store policy as to why. The only answer that I received was that for another reason, the police were already on their way and would be there momentarily. I was also told that if I was to ever try to purchase anything that I needed to be the age of the majority there, then I would be not allowed to. Weird store, rude employees, no sense in their policy. Maybe I should of contested more, but at that point I no longer wanted to give them my business. however, I should have expected something like this from Walmart, and you should too.

Caroline R.

Yelp
Affordable groceries and wide variety which is great. The checkout can be slow which honestly doesn't bother me just make sure you have PLENTY of time. What I can't stand is the rude checkout lady who made a big deal about how it was too soon and I was too young for another baby, after seeing my 15 month old in the cart while I was buying pregnancy tests, and was giving me some lecture while she slowly checked me out in a line full of people. I am in my late twenties too, so I have no idea how she must treat women who actually are young. This has happened to me twice from the same woman. It is also very difficult to find someone to assist in the electronics section. I still shop here, I just try and avoid certain cashiers.

Daniel P.

Yelp
Have been to this store several times, and each time I have gotten a cashier that can't add or subtract, I mean just where to they find these people??. Catch a mistake and they just look at you and say ( and what do you want me to do about it ) I've been over charged several times anywhere from a $1.00 to $35.00.Don't have this experience at any other stores so you just have to wonder? will be going to any other store as long as it's not this one...If you plan to shop here watch your receipt...

Chelsea G.

Yelp
Now that they have made it into a super center Walmart it's so much better feel like it's so clean organized I love the layout the fact that it has self checkouts are even better! And to top it off its the best Walmart iv ever been to and travel an extra couple of miles just to come to this location! Always fully stocked the list just goes on and on. Love love love!

Rebecca O.

Yelp
We went there to get a video game, we waited for more than a half an hour, not one employee helped us. We asked for help, the employee went to go get the keys and never came back. Went to TARGET and we had the game in our hands in 2 minutes.

Cathy U.

Yelp
It's Tuesday night. I finished my shopping @ 8:40 pm. I had a full cart & was looking for a checker to ring up my items. So I by passed self check out & proceeded to look for a checker. No checker found. I pushed my cart from one end to the other. There was NO checker on duty but there were 3 employees standing at the end of one of the lanes. One even had a cash drawer in her hand. They all looked at me & continued to talk. I headed back to self check out for the nice lady to say well now we have scanners & cameras to make it easier. Ok really? I proceeded to scan my items as 6 people waited to scan their items. Absolutely unacceptable. Whose managing this Walmart ? The best part is that when I went to my car, 4 more employees were outside sitting on the bench. Again any managers? I looked over at them & didn't expect any reaction but your so called employees all 4 stood up & went back inside. What a joke ! Your stickers were rude & never offered to assist in retrieving an item on the top shelf or find an item. The only pleasant employee in the store was an elderly man stocking the salad dressings. I won't be back in the near future. Woodman's, Target, Meijer's, & Trader Joe's can have my business. Walmart you're second class & the management is substandard!

Yelp
We bought 4 new tires from Walmart just this past June. Tuesday evening a neighbor told us we had a flat tire. We had not bought the $10 per tire free repair/replacement deal. I called on Tuesday and a friendly employee said it would be around $20 to repair. When we brought it in on Wednesday morning we were told by Pete that they could not repair it. There was a piece of metal that somehow got jammed into our tire (he showed it to me) and it couldn't be patched. He said our options were to see if someone else could repair it or we would have to purchase a new tire. As my husband and I were discussing our options, Pete came over and said. "If I were you, I would take it to Discount Tires and see if they can repair it. We can only do patches here but they can also do plugs. Go there. If they can't do it, come back to us for a new tire." Such integrity. He gave us directions to the nearest Discount Tires and we wound up getting a free repair--free. That is definitely as good as it gets! I have consistently found the employees that I have dealt with in this specific Walmart automotive department to be honest, ethical, helpful and they really go above and beyond. "Lose a sale, but gain a loyal customer." It really is the TRUTH!.
