I have been bringing both of my vehicles 2011 Dodge ram and a 2011 Dodge Durango to Walmart in Blytheville for several years Now. Yesterday Afternoon, November seventh 2025 to have my oil changed as I do every time they both need it. However, after checking in my car or Durango, I was supposedly paged which I never heard nor was I ever text about the situation that it was on hold. So I found out myself that it was on hold by going on the Walmart website. When I got back there, the girl that was taking care of the register told me they could not change my oil because my dipstick was broke. It had fell down in the hole now first of all my husband and my brother and myself was outside when my husband checked the oil before I left. and put the stick back in. It’s a big yellow circle connected to the metal dipstick whatever they call him. Anyway, I told the girl I said well it’s funny to me. When I left my house. It was just fine cause my husband checked it before I left, and I have myself and my brother as proof that he did so. now the circle on the end of the stick is about the size of a quarter so tell me how it got broke and fell down into a little hole much smaller much much smaller than the plastic or whatever it’s made out of yellow pool that you pull the stick out with. It was fine when I left my house so I asked well who broke it then and the thing about it is when they broke it, it was shoved down in the hole. So it had to be broken and shut down in the stick now my husband is outside for the second day trying to get it out, which is probably gonna be impossible to do. Now I’m gonna have to take it to the Dodge place and have it taken care of. I have been bringing my car to blytheville Walmart for several years both vehicles costing us now close to $60 because we get the high mileage, the best one that you have up there because they are 14 years old but they’re paid for and they’re still in good condition and didn’t have a problem until I left your store. So when I take this to the Dodge place and have it fixed, whatever it cost Blytheville Walmart will be receiving the bill and I will also send a bill to the main office in Bentonville. You had some idiot that broke it and then shoved it down in there and then tried to tell me that it was broke before I brought it over there. I don’t think so. Do you honestly think I would’ve brought my car to you to have the oil changed if you could not get the dipstick out. I’m not an idiot. You got an idiot that broke it and you’re gonna pay to have it fixed or the next letter you get will be from our attorney. And I will not only sue you for the dipstick problem. I’ll sue you flat out. And I believe you know what I’m talking about because I know you’re not idiots. I’m putting this online right now. My next call will be to Bentonville the main office. So get ready somebody unscrewed up in you’re gonna pay for it Julie Johnson, Manila, Arkansas.
