Honestly I don't understand why this Walmart has such a low rating? This store is well kept nice employees and a large selection of items, the parking lot is very spacious with plenty of parking.

If I could leave zero stars I would. went to the Walmart Auto Center to get tires and honestly… I’ve never felt so dismissed for simply trying to spend money. The moment I walked in, an older white guy — who didn’t have any uniform, badge, or anything indicating he even worked there — snaps at me, “Do you have an appointment or something?” with the worst attitude like I was bothering him just by existing. I tell him no, I just need to look at tires, and he fires back with, “Well we can’t see you till Sunday or Monday, I don’t know what to tell you.” Cool. Fine. Whatever. But I still needed a quote, so I go up to the counter. The older lady working the desk? Even worse attitude. Didn’t greet me, didn’t ask what I needed, just acted like helping me was the biggest inconvenience of her day. At that point I realized if this is how they treat someone before they even get the job, I definitely don’t want them touching my car. I just left. I’ll take my money to a shop that actually wants business and knows how to talk to customers.

I sometimes wonder if there ever is a reason NOT to shop at Walmart and after 35+ years, I haven't found that reason. Now, I can get my prescriptions and my groceries delivered to my door at virtually no cost beyond the cost of the prescription . I continue to find reasons to continue being Walmart customer. Even in a parallel universe, there's probably a compelling reason to shop at Walmart!

This is towards one employee and that employee only. We frequent this store and mostly have good experiences but after looking for anchovy paste in the section of canned fish, and not being able to find it, there nearest employee was a lady scanning chicken in the meat section. She was probably late 50s-60s white lady with fake red hair and her badge said shift lead. I said excuse me, can you help me? She doesn’t look up, but continues scanning and says “wait”. So I waited, and when she finished scanning her chicken, she asked what I wanted. I told her what I was looking for and she huffed angrily that I was distrusting her and she searched her device (never making eye contact with me). Tells me what isle to go to and I explain I have already searched near the tuna and asked if it gives a row. She rolls her eyes and stomps her way maybe 10 ft over to the isle to look for ten seconds and aggressively grab a can, which ended up being the wrong item and tells me, “we don’t have it”. Maybe she had a horrific day but I feel like if you work around people, the are bound to talk to you, so if you had people so much, there are many factory jobs out there… On a lighter note, the check out girl was very nice.

I love this Walmart location. Everything about the store and experience is great. The online shopping is the best. Walmart has taken the hassle out of the online shopping and made it so easy now. I actually love it better than going into the store now. Thanks

Worst TLE ever. Don't trust these Temu mechanics. But the leadership was amazing and fixed my issue. People forget to have compassion too often. The world sucks but do your job!

Store is pretty well stocked. Online Grocery pickup and delivery is absolutely junk. Many times in the last month cant deliver, won't deliver, pickup delays. So if you want to shop here in person its OK. But anything to do with online grocery I would pass on.

Quite possibly the worst managed Wal-Mart I’ve ever encountered. Workers standing around while 20 self-checkout lanes are closed. All while having 4-5 employee checkout lanes opens, creating ridiculously long lines. Do better Wal-Mart. Maybe take a peek in ANY other grocery store in the country to see how they’re ran.

The employees are always rude and greeters never greet. & those people who are in the aisles asking you about your f*cking internet are annoying as f*ck. Hire more cashiers, and better management please. Just being honest. - anonymous princess

It's a wonder this place hasn't been shut down yet. Rude employees, employees just standing around and saying they cannot help because it isn't their department, items in disarray, missing items, rarely any carts in the building, trash and funk everywhere, hardly any registers open, and the grocery pickup is so slow that I have waited as much as an hour to get my groceries. If I had realized this was a pattern instead of a bad day, I would have just shopped myself in person. I could have gotten my own groceries faster. Now I shop at Kroger, and even though it's more expensive, it is so WORTH IT to not have to deal with this Walmart anymore.

This location needs more than an interior remodel....it needs a complete revamp of employees...from management to stockers. The store is always in disarray. There is rarely an employee to be found and when you do manage to find one they are not helpful. Perhaps due to lack of training or just a lack of work ethic. There have been several times when I've actually called customer service from inside the store to get someone to assist me in either the paint, hunting or fragrance departments. The only reason I continue to go to this Walmart is for the pharmacy which I can do a drive-thru. I will literally travel to another city's Walmart before going into this one, even though it's less than 5 minutes from my house.

All I have to say is they had my case of Yuengling it didn't matter about anything else. I did pick up a few snacks and a Coke. The store was well kept for a Walmart. But once again they had my Yuengling. The u- scan area was clean and the young lady working there was fantastic.

This store used to be a good place to shop. Now however it is not as clean and orderly as it should be. Nearly non existent customer service on the floor. Many employees not friendly or helpful with not so enthusiastic attitude. Now many times NO cashiers!! Self checkout only, which is ok for small orders, but a logistical nightmare for a weekly grocery order. Management please take note and make this store a nice place again!

do not get Walmart+ it's a joke! everytime over ordered something to be delivered because I'm handicapped and don't drive. I'll either get a partial order with no warning of missing items or my order is just cancelled and not by me, but they still charge me back account! customer service is a joke, they don't help at all 0/10 starts for me!

Nobody answers the phones. I placed a grocery delivery order and I was told to wait until the end of the day to see if it comes by corporate support. When I called the store nobody answered each of the four times I called

Went to get Apple Watch charger and didn't have any in stock. In fact, no apple iPhone chargers and all the pegs were empty. Was going to buy something else until I go to check out and 2 registers open and no self checkout available. Left without buying anything. Been to Walmart's across the country as I travel across the US for business and this ranks as one of the worst. Asked someone for help and they said that they just reset that area and the area I was looking at is all they had. I remember Kmart looking the same way before the fall. Never had anything in stock. Target had what I needed and had no issues.

This Walmart out of 75 I have been to.was the most unstocked nasty an ghetto I have been to an thats pretty hard for me to say.. everything is out of stock shelves bare maekup alse was ok not much to choose from condoms section there was absolutely nothing as well as female hygiene area was not much to choose from

The Service Center lady was very rude when asked a simple question about a return...we complained to a manager and the manager took care of us personally which we appreciate...

they charged me upwards of 500 dollars, there app canceled my order and then reorder it itself charging me again, I also ordered furniture and it arrived damaged and Walmart had no solution that was really available for me to performers other than lugging and repackaging the large item which I cannot do as I am handicapped. Very disappointed and switching to Meijer

It's Wal-Mart, so my expectations aren't that high. However, this particular location will have, quite literally, two lanes open at all times. Yes, two. Morning, afternoon, and night....two. They have 16-20 registers, but no more than two will be open. Ever. Even on busy Holidays. You'll be standing in extremely long lines, causing the entire main aisle to be blocked , all the way into the clothes section. It's ridiculous. This particular one also gives no cares about this issue. Employees stand around staring off into outer space, humdinging along. Without a care in the world, just...fa la la la.

My daughter accidently ordered clothes for her my life doll from a site called My Brittany's clothes. Thinking she was ordering the doll I immediately emailed and told them about it. I then got a a email saying it was canceled. Then the outfit came in the mail I sent it back and waited for my refund. I couldn't figure out why it was even sent considering my email said canceled, I emailed them again on there shady business and she tried to say it was delivered when it never entered my home it had been sent back. There refusing giving my money back even though it was"canceled" do not buy from these people they are thieves and liars!

Just a dirty ghetto Walmart. I don't think anyone wants to be there, staff and customers alike. Almost everyone in the place is rude and let you know that they are going to do as little as they possibly can. Life is too short, go somewhere else.

I try not to shop here if I can help it. The service sucks. The employees are rude. I understand it's Walmart and that it is basically a step above dumpster diving but damn. This location is an all new low even for walmart.

Would rate 0 if I could... went in there with couple of friends to look around and see if there was anything I needed, as I was there, there was kids throwing stuff around and employees just walking by them not even caring,I went the the sewing isle and I found fabric I wanted and waiting about 25-30 minutes wait for someone to help me, I rang the bell about 11 times and employees were walking by me ignoring me, when I ask for help they just walked away from me.. after I got my fabrics I wanted I went to the game isle and found what it looked like was someone wrote in there blood there instagram user name on one of the shelves, with how many employees I saw it should have been notice and cleaned up, that's just gross and disgusting...

Not only is the store a mess during remodeling, limited inventory and not enough self check lines

Specific to the pharmacy - they refused to fill my wife's seizure meds, citing a small chance of a reaction to her pain medication. Suddenly going off those meds presents a BIG risk of seizures. We ended up in the emergency room with her spasming so badly she could barely speak. We transferred that prescription to another pharmacy. Wal Mart reacted by deciding not to fill her pain medication either. They did not notify us until late Friday before Labor Day. With everyone closed she had to go three days before she could transfer that script as well - so three days in pain over a holiday. Since Wal Mart has not demonstrated concern for my wife's health and well-being, we will be transferring all of her prescriptions elsewhere. We will also be re-directing all of our other shopping. As long as I live I will not set foot in another Wal Mart, except where I have no other choice. Unimpressed.

This place is a absolute dump 7 days a week it never gets better every department is a total mess and the people that work there only seem to make it worse they do the shop from home stuff in the middle of the isles and will not move out your way avoid this place at all costs

I want to give a shout out to Amanda at the grocery door this evening. She went out of the way to get me a motorized cart when I really needed one. Amanda went out in the cold to look for one and tracked me down at the service desk to bring it to me. Thank you Amanda! Hope you get a good Christmas bonus.

Every time I go into a Walmart security makes me feel uncomfortable while shopping and I have never done nothing wrong makes me uncomfortable to the point to where I leave

Even by Wal-Mart standards, the service and feel of the store is pretty poor.

I can honestly say I have seen a improvement in this place . I like the friendly workers , and reasonable prices . You can not beat the location with all the restaurants there . I have went here and waited in line no more than 10 minutes on a busy day . Now does it have its issues yes . But what do you expect .

I dropped my debit card while shopping here. I realized it was gone when I went to check out. I panicked, as I had over $3,000.00 in my bank account. I went to Customer Service, and to my relief, one of their Stock Clerks saw it, and turned it in. I don't know who you were, but God Bless you for your honesty. If a dishonest person had found it, they could have emptied my account!!

It never fails! There are no handicapped carts that aren't broken so I am in pain and exhausted by the end my trip and something is wrong when we get to the register. This time a manager needed to be called and what we were trying to buy was supposed to have been pulled from the shelf. There was no offer to go get us another brand or anything but an insincere apology. It is time to complain higher than a manager and if that doesn't help I guess I will resist attempting to shop at this Walmart and drive out of my way to go somewhere else.

I have to say I live near this Walmart and dread every trip there to shop. Inventory is always in the isles making it difficult to maneuver around the store. It doesn't matter if your black or white be kind, be helpful, and be respectful. The dirtiest parking lot and never any sanitary wipes and the trash cans are full. Long waits as well. I know this store has potential to be a wonderful experience shopping. Just come together as a team.

Nasty and most gross Walmart ever seen. Not organized and not clean. Shopping at Kroger is the only option for me. Won't be going back there again. Yukkk.

The store hates and is very prejudiced against Uber drivers people trying to deliver their product it can be outwards of a 5-hour wait they're excuses not having enough grocery pickers but there's five six seven people inside the store playing on their cell phones it's called weak management.. I could tell you an entire novels worth of stories in the last 27 times I've been there and that's right I've kept track 27 times I've been there to pick up an order and only one time have I ever been able to deliver something to somebody.. now let's talk about tonight and they're supervisor whose name was feather you heard that correctly feather like a Bird female supervisor I went in to ask if I could leave a note for the general manager because I had been treated so badly on two separate visits there to try to pick up groceries to deliver to a customer Miss feather said verbatim you can write a letter to the president or call 1-800 Walmart and she didn't even stop walking when she said it to me top five rudest people ever Walmart you need to fire Miss feather Miss feather you need to learn how to do your job and I hope that you do someday Walmart I will not shop your stores until Miss feather no longer works for you and I will tell everybody I know about my experience tonight

Absolutely terrible service! This is the worst Wal-Mart I have ever been to. The service is awful, they never answer their phone, their stock is always lacking. Managers are no help whatsoever. I drive 20 min further to the Englewood Walmart just to get something. POOR SAM would be rolling in his grave if he knew this place had his name on it! I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN!

Auto service closed even though the hours say they're open. Another lady said this was the second time this has happened to her there!

Don't get your oil changed here. You will be here three times longer than they quote you. Another lady I'm sitting with said that this is normal here.

6pm on Friday ... six express lanes, NONE of them open, while a long line of customers waits on the 4 self-checkout lanes. This Walmart is always a nightmare to get out of. Safest bet is to just go elsewhere!

I've not had an issues particularly with this Walmart. The only thing I can't wrap my gead around is why they have so many lanes but never more than 3 open. Even when extremely busy. I had a funny/good experience today. I went grocery shopping with my son. I had about 1p items in my cart and my husband decided to meet and pick up my son from me. I walked to the door and asked the greeter (he had a yellow vest so I don't know if he is a higher level or what) if I could leave my cart there to run outside real fast. He agreed so I went out. It took me about 5 or 10 minutes before I came back in. When I did there was a different greeter. She had pulled my buggy next to her right in the center of the doors. She greeted me as I walked in and I said "that's my cart". She laughed and said "I was guarding it for you". So thank you Walmart greeters for helping a customer, a stranger, a mother out and "guarding" her cart with her grocerys in it while she ran outside for a few minutes.
