I could leave no stars, I would. went to the Walmart Auto Center to get tires and honestly... I've never felt so dismissed for simply trying to spend money.
The moment I walked in, an older white guy -- who didn't have any uniform, badge, or anything indicating he even worked there -- snaps at me, "Do you have an appointment or something?" with the worst attitude like I was bothering him just by existing.
I tell him no, I just need to look at tires, and he fires back with, "Well we can't see you till Sunday or Monday, I don't know what to tell you."
Cool. Fine. Whatever. But I still needed a quote, so I go up to the counter.
The older lady working the desk?
Even worse attitude.
Didn't greet me, didn't ask what I needed, just acted like helping me was the biggest inconvenience of her day.
At that point I realized if this is how they treat someone before they even get the job, I definitely don't want them touching my car. I just left.
I'll take my money to a shop that actually wants business and knows how to talk to customers.
