Walmart Supercenter

Well last evening we went to the store to get some groceries and by the time we got home it was late. We put our stuff away and didn’t fine our carrots the large bag so we tried to call and let the phone ring and ring about 15 times and no answer. This was around 6 pm so we called today around 10 am and they answered but the person on the other end said that there was nothing that they could do. We had check the van out completely and so we are on a set income still have to eat the cost of the carrots. What kind of business are they running in Center Tx. THANKS WALMART

For a senior citizen the store is not very friendly the music is loud and you can’t find someone to help you and the clothes are for the teens at 76 years old I don’t want to dress like a kid The new layout of the store is very bad and not easy for shoppers to find things I think someone from Corp. need to rethink what they are doing It looks like they are trying to keep up with the rich Jones When you are short and no one to help get things of the top shelf is not fun

I will try having a really rough day as all parents do. Yet a rep named Ty she assisted me with Patients and kindness and I truly appreciate it

They have everything!! I also use their App. I look up what I want and save it to easily find at the store or I order and have it waiting when I arrive. Easy!!!

Everything was nice and clean and the shelves were all stocked from what I saw

My oil change is fast and they do inform you if there is any problems.

Allowed a pitbull to be in the store, it was not a service animal as it was clearly being walked around. Please understand that even if is an emotional support animal due to the food section these type of animals are not allowed in store.

This is a good place to do all your shopping. Oil changes,consumer/household goods, Pharmacy, Groceries, Subway it's a good Walmart. ok it's a Super Walmart and this one has the most friendly people working their. Someone is always close by to help you with the do it yourself check out. I don't care for self check out. I don't think they have lowered the prices to compensate me for checking myself out. Like other big box stores with few or no self checkout. They seem to be priced in lock step with the others.

Left this location about an hour ago with a nice, new, but not life threatening injury from the shopping carts. Very friendly and polite staff, but could use more cart return slots or more frequent cart collection. I grabbed 4 shopping carts from around my mom's car as she pulled into a parking space. The nearest cart return was a bit of a walk, and rather full, and some awful customers left their carts in places that can easily damage other cars. In the process of grabbing the carts, I sliced open my finger. The cut was small, but deep. By the time we reached the front door to the store my finger was dripping blood. The greeter at the door was kind enough to get me some paper towels for the cut. I grabbed a box of bandaids off the shelf and my mom kindly paid for them. And when I notified the gentleman at checkout, he was quick to notify customer service to clean up the carts. Great team present. I'm sorry that some of your customers are so lazy and show 0 concern for others, however, making y'all work harder.

An older male who works at this Wal-Mart told me to get out of the cart because I was too big... I'm 17 and weigh the amount of a large dog... would not recommend letting your kids in the cart because he is the cart goblin who will make your kids get out.

I found myself in Center one night on a business trip with not a lot of options to cure my boredom. I thought Wal-Mart is better than more re-runs on TV. Not a bad Wal-Mart. Certainly not the worst I have ever been to. I was able to find what I was looking for fairly easily. Items were priced correctly. As with most Wal-Mart's, their check out is usually their downfall. Long lines and people at the self checkout who have no idea how to use it. This Wal-Mart has a Subway inside. Most of the ones in Houston have a McDonald's so I was happy to see a better dinner option.

Store needs to be cleaned and have more self checkout machines. The store does tend to have eat you need at an okay price.

Dairy was kind of empty. Cart pusher left a row of carts right next to my car. Had to move it myself. The self check outs have been unable to accept Cash for awhile now but They can give you Cash back...weird.

3 check out clerks REALLY!! This is ridiculous especially since each stand is backed up 4 deep. Another epic fail Walmart
