Can't stand the fact that us customers have to do more work in a store. More and more things just keep getting locked up. Can never find any help. Tired of people working the doors , stop asking for a receipt. You'll never see mine. You better have full proof that I stole something for you to stop me and ask to see my receipt. I have no problem slapping a lawsuit on someone for falsely accusing me of that. More and more workers are there to get a paycheck instead of actually helping and caring for customers. Every walmart is the same across the states. Less an less employees. More work for us. An can never get help. I think it's time you guys start kicking back 10% off for self checkout. Or put people back on the registers.

I thought the employees at theses stores had a 10ft rule. Meaning, when your 10ft or less away from a customer you must greet the in a positive manner. You know, like a smile and "can i help you?" Not looking like they just stepped in dog poop and you cant get all the poop off your shoes. So you get mad and beat your shoe on the floor, you know what I mean? Just say'n. The only time i get any kind of greeting or communication is when they think Im stealing something

I’ve applied here about 4 times already. I call to get an update on my application and everytime it answers they all say “that person is not working today but tomorrow call” and it’s the same thing. The employees are rude and half of them don’t know what they’re doing.

My visit was to your deli section. I was looking for fried chicken, but the ones available seemed small and somewhat dry. I went with general tso chicken. My wife loved it along with the potato wedges. I. Did have my heart set on fried.

I bought sweet potatoes fresh last Thursday and they were moldy today. I also bought fresh cilantro salsa on June 13 that when I got home to Dalhart found out it expired on June 14. Just saying y'all

L We stopped at the Walmart in Dumas while passing through town--it's really one of the few big box options around, so it was a convenient place to grab supplies. The location is easy to find, right off the main highway, and the parking lot had plenty of space. Inside, the store is pretty standard for a Walmart Supercenter. They had a solid range of products--groceries, clothes, electronics, even an auto center and pharmacy. It's definitely a one-stop shop, which came in handy. That said, some areas looked understocked, especially in the produce section. We also noticed a few expired items on the shelves, which was a bit frustrating. The staff we interacted with were friendly enough. One associate helped us find some dog food and even offered a suggestion for a nearby place to eat. But when we needed assistance at checkout, it took a while to get someone to the register. It seemed like they were short-staffed or maybe just not well organized. All in all, it was a mixed bag. You'll probably find what you need, but don't expect top-tier service or perfectly stocked shelves. For a small town, it gets the job done--but with some room for improvement. 3 stars.

It would be helpful if they had English speaking people at the deli, I don't appreciate someone telling me I needed to work on my Spanish.. I gave it 2 stars because through basic hand signals I was able to point out what I needed and how much. They got that right at least..

Went to Walmart bought this door sweep when I got home was empty took it back with a receipt was given a hard time had to get mgr which takes forever they never seems to answer Basically felt like they was saying I stole it ridiculous I had my receipt from yesterday finally Nancy made it sound like she r were get in trouble said " I guess I will put my name on it " I just Ed wanted the same item not my fault they can't keep their shelf's stocked total east of time going here 50% of time items need not even in stock

2 hours of being broke down in the auto center, Anthony helped with a battery charger unfortunately the charger was to small. He went as far as allowing us to use another charger, which also didn't charge. I asked him if they had any cables. I get that WalMart is a big corporation. No one, no employee had any, unbelievable. Either way he seemed to be the busiest worker there considering there was a manager, and 4 other employees. Anthony seemed swamped with task after task. I finally asked another employee in the auto center who was pushing carts For a jump. He hesitated but still helped us. I get that your employees are busy but when you have 1 employee carrying most of the weight, while two other employees work together on one car it's going to overload other employees. I asked those two individuals for help. They DIDN'T go the extra mile or bother to ask anyone whether or not they had cables. I bought the cables. Anthony was still busy and the other young man helped us. If EVER we return to automotive it will be due to Anthony and the young man who used his vehicle to help us get the battery going. I can't believe that there wasn't a set of cables (courtesy items). Give those guys a raise, 2 hours while they were overloaded and multi tasking, while the other two didn't bother to acknowledge us. A huge thank you to Anthony and that young man. Perhaps you should promote Anthony to train your employees on courtesy and customer service. Thank your customers for their business. I made a purchase, nothing but change, no thank you, nothing.

Great customer service rendered by parking lot attendant, Jacob, this evening at 8:20PM. After a long drive my dog vomited her lunch in the car. Jacob was kind enough to watch my car, running with the A/C on full blast, for 5 minutes while I ran in to get some wet wipes and some bottled water. When I returned he reported she appeared completely unphased and had circled three times before curling up into a tight ball on the front seat. (She was actually chilly and not panting at all!) I am the first one to advocate not leaving a pet in a car; however, when on the road it can be difficult to stick to this policy sometimes, especially when you are barred from leaving your pet unattended, even if kenneled, in your hotel room! Thank you Jacob for watching over my co-pilot this evening. We both appreciate it!

The store is sadly managed and supervised, with out of date products, defective items, and much in need of restaffing. Reports of out of date or rancid dairy products (3 times) did not fix the issue. Waiting on hold for half hour for someone to answer sports dept phone, et al. OUT of stock on several items we needed. NO DRY ice for frozen items that have to be transported many miles in summer heat, albeit available at other stores. Overall- poorly managed, and re-locating stock, requiring extended times to FIND the NEW location, and find empty shelf. The insect problem seems to be OK with locale ranch hands and husbandry folk, but NOT so much in the deli area. It spoils my appetite to see fly on chicken, et al. Granted this old COW town is isolated, but this store hardly enhances corporate image. IF there was another store w/in 50 miles I would go there. Service is MUCHO better at United/Amigos.

If your going to advertise your auto center opening at 7:00 am then be there to open it. Update: they finally opened at 7:30 but didn't have a key to open the garage. Little after 8:00 they stopped to unload a tire truck. 8:18 now and still not close to doing this oil change. I'm traveling and in a hurry to make my times. Sorry I stopped here. Won't happen again.
