Walmart Supercenter

Unless you like getting cussed at my front end management and employee from the customer service desk then I would recommend going to shop. This Walmart is the absolute worst one I have ever been in. They do not match shelf prices if an item is rang up wrong at the register. They will tell you it’s your fault. The AP department needs a whole new crew. Especially Kera!!! She always has a mad look on her face and her attitude is even worse than the look is. Very unprofessional and very disrespectful to customers. This store will try and ban you from the store just because you don’t kiss their butt and you tell them what they do wrong. I have reported this store to the bbb for many things and also osha for the un safe environment they put their customers in. I have absolutely nothing good to say about this store. The “new” floors are so bumpy and lumpy if you have vertigo you better just ride the scooter in the store because you’ll get sick trying to stand.

Just say you stopped, searched and banned my daughter and daughter in law because they're brown. You didn't find any evidence on them and when you checked the cameras nothing illegal was on the camera so when you checked the shelf, it was there so you accused them of "trying to steal" what? Foundation? Little did you know the man with them is an officer and USMC veteran. Both of those women have more money on them than the white woman accusing them made in the last 6 months. Dyersburg Walmart is extremely racist and targets mixed and brown families during holiday shopping. Not every brown person you see is illegal or a thief. Even the police officer on scene couldn't determine theft but the white associate was so beside herself.

Haven’t seen Bailee in a while, but he never once has disappointed me! Wherever they found him, they better not let him go. I love his vibes and the way he connects with everyone is unmatched. Bailee’s simply one of the best out there.

George in Auto Care is awesome. He went above and beyond to try and resolve my tire issue. He was very professional and patient, which was greatly appreciated. Give these guys a raise! They deserve it!

Git there at 1805 number to call on site 29 said they were closed call back monday they dud text stating my order is late it finally at 650 allowed me to place where I was and it stated out shortly. Well shortly was 1937 I had made several calls with no help. You might want to have some adults in the store after hours instead of just kids. Colton was very nice. After sitting for an hour he walked by I asked him about my order. He even went inside then came back out to talk to me. Very nice young man. The manager with messy Bun wouldn't give me her name just yelled call 1800 walmart I've been here since 12 and I'm going to eat. I 1.5 hours I coukd have been in the store and at home after 13 hours on my feet. ??? Kroger is looking very good to me thank you

I am a very loyal customer to Walmart & Sam’s Club. This particular store isn’t worth getting a star at all. I will say this, they refuse to match prices at all, and when you address it, they simply took the item out of my hand & said “I’m NOT overriding it. How do I know you didn’t go back there and change the price.?” “She was very unprofessional and cussing me & my husband. The front end employees were so rude and disrespectful. They cussed my husband pretty much out of the store. There is also an AP girl who is very rude and has such a nasty attitude 24/7. I was working & she came up to me acting as if I stole something, took my phone out of my hand, didn’t introduce herself or anything. She was very unprofessional. Dyersburg Walmart is one of the worst ones. They need a whole different crew working in there. The only one who is very sweet and genuine who works in the front in is a guy named Bailee. He is the most kind one yall have working in that place. Dyersburg needs to do better. They care more about a dollar than making the customers happy. They had a HUGE RAT in the grocery side one night a few weeks ago. Just running around. Run the cameras back. You’ll see. I was working in there and they brushed it off like it wasn’t a problem. They also allow their employees to cuss customers out Daily without consequences. It results in banning customers who don’t put up with it and who stand up for themselves & allowing employees to keep their jobs. Make it make sense. It’s honestly ridiculous. All I know is Sam Walton is rolling over in his grave right now.

Lisa should not be working in customer service, extremely rude. there is no reason to get an attitude with a customer, if you guys want to make your customers happy and feel welcomed she should NOT be working there. hostile, rude, has an attitude every time i go into the store.

Well it's a mess right now but I understand that it's under construction 🚧🚧🏗️🏗️ and will be fixed soon. Thank you for this store. The little girl that checked me out was amazing and put my groceries in the bags so great. Her name is KHALIA. So sweet and polite. I would love to be her friend for life 🧬🧬🧬

joke of a Walmart. Worst I've ever been to. Need new door greeters / receipt checkers. one by the pharmacy side clearly doesn't know basic comprehension and reading. 0 stars. Customer service tried to get smart and defensive too. y'all are a joke.

My Granddaughter who's 4 was telling ME what she wanted for Christmas i said idk what that is , where we get it ,she said Walmart so we went and took pictures for Santa so he'll know exactly what she wants ,and of course this Walmart had everything she was looking for and always helpful ,here's her pics for Santa ...keep up the good work staff ,love this store

Walmart in Dyersburg Tennessee is terrible. Bought a battery and was told they couldn't install it until the next day at 7am. I came back the next day at 7am and was told they couldn't help me because there was only 1 mechanic and they needed 2. I'm from out of town and was on a time schedule. Now I'm changing the battery myself. Had to buy tools to do it. There is absolutely no customer service at this walmart. Beware, if you want something done at this auto care don't expect them to do.it.

Normally have no issues but tonight we checked out at the self checkouts when a lady hounded us about giving stars and literally was watching over my shoulder the entire time , putting my pin in and everything. Tried to say we needed to get money out the atm and got an attitude and everything because of a phone card which isn't correct . It was awful

Mask mandates mean NOTHING here. Half the employees were not covering their noses or had their masks around their necks. Shoppers look to employees for examples on policy like the current required mask policy, and they were even worse! We saw people with masks, people with masks below their noses, people with masks completely off their faces, and we saw a man wearing a sleep (eye) mask around his mouth, poorly tied bandanas, and we saw groups of people with no mask at all. We even saw one gentleman, nay man, wearing an open carry gun with no mask at all on him or his wife. Sorry sir, your gun will not save you from this virus. The stock seemed fine. We found hand sanitizer and our groceries fairly easily. Direction marking on the floor indicating which way shoppers should go down the aisles were completely ignored by every single shopper. My husband and I used to enjoy shopping at this Walmart, but I think for the duration of Covid-19 we will avoid it. I highly recommend everyone else do the same, or use the pickup option.

Thankfully the mask mockery isn't fully enforced here. Although I have to move slow, I can get a breath of air minus the mask to make my way around the store. Since the data show no difference in infection rates in must wear, and should wear states , I am comfortable with this.. The employees are friendly and helpful and make the experience better. Occasionally they are out of product but that is to be expected. The store is always clean and is constantly being restocked.

I was recently in our Dyersburg store purchasing items for an event. I ended up with 4 baskets of food and supplies. I had the nicest associate, Matthew Bass come over to help me. Without asking, he helped me with through the checkout process and went out to my car and helped me load it. When I tried to tip him and he said he could not accept anything except a "thank you". It made me smile went I realized just how lucky I was that this young man was willing to go the extra mile. Many thanks to Matthew Bass! Sandy B

Everyone is friendly and helpful. It's clean and everything is in its place. Huge parking lot. And yes like I have mentioned before everyone greets you everywhere you go.

I'm not a Walmart groupie, but SO thankful for the helpful folks in the auto service department. We were driving through town and noticed our car had a rather bad oil leak. They fixed it right away and they only charged us for a couple quarts of oil. Thanks a ton!!!

4.5 stars! Of the MANY Walmarts I have shopped at in my life, this one has gave The BEST customer support! I have NEVER had a walmart staff physically help look for an item and even make a trip to the back to look. Even if she really didn't look (LOL) Just the attempt, was beyond me. This store is kept up well. Only downfall, big lines not enough registers. Typical for all Walmarts. Thank you for your outstanding customer service!
