Walmart Supercenter

Very disappointed in service regarding my order. It's just 2 pair of gloves. Most of the time Walmart delivers in 2 or 3 days. This has been a month! They said the delivery would be Nov 17. It's now the 22nd and no order yet. I even get things from China faster than Walmart.

Traveling with my job brought me to your Eufaula Walmart. It’s difficult for me to eat in these small towns where the primary food choice is fast food. The grocery area was a mess. Cans in boxes stacked on shelves. Many OOS and missing product that is available in many other Walmart stores. I had 4 other customers ask me for help locating products because they couldn’t find stuff they needed. I would have bought a lot more but it was just wasn’t possible. Oh and the self check out… there are no words… just designed to make checking out complicated.

I encountered two employees today, and I smiled at them and spoke, and they looked at me like I had horns. I spoke to the cashier and she never acknowledged me at all. Then I tried calling after I got home to find out the hours for the tire center and no one answered. I just set the phone down and let it ring ring ring. No one ever answered. No service there whatsoever!!!

I shop at this Walmart frequently. This past time I bought a box wine Frazia Merlot. I opened when I got home to have a glass with supper. The wine tasted like superglue and smelled like formaldehyde. My wife took the box back this morning to exchange it for another and Walmart's policy is not to exchange or refund any alcohol, even if it's bad. The place that will get my business from now on is where shopping is a pleasure, Publix.

Cashiers here are so rude. If you don't want to deal with customers then maybe you shouldn't work around the public. They always in their phones and couldn't care less about anything else. They have the "buddy" treatment there and it shows. According to who or what race you are seems to be the determining factor. Always out of stock when u need simple stuff. Just terrible

Pay cash left an item at self-checkout and they were going to review the camera for me and they did not see it a whole 3 to 5 minutes of looking and I'm sure they didn't great job Sara ..we bought. A whole buggy of stuff. Can't see nothing u don't look for

Discount mega store was as expected. The layout of each store is slightly different. The app is helpful but sometimes a pain as we travel and switch store. The menu needs a selection for shopping in the current store I am standing in.

It's a cool Walmart, not a lot of drama. Let customer service is pretty decent

I sure wish that I could send a text referencing my receipt when the items are incorrectly priced via their scan - when no one answers the phone at 2 minutes prior to closing, and available associates. Anyway, I was on my 30-minute trek back home when thoughts triggered me to stop & check the +$60 receipt: My in-store phone scan of the Rocker Switches was $5.10; and the shelf card for the batteries was $3.99. Respectively, the receipt lists $6.64 (x2) and $4.74. This is potentially -$4 for me. The check-out was complete by 10:43:54. (The store seemed clean, and the associates seemed friendly). One of my main reasons for preferring the self-checkout is that my attention span stays neat and I generally spot discrepancies immediately. All of their self-checkouts were already, and disappointingly, disabled for the evening. This might read a bit dramatically for some; but I'm crying on the inside.

If everybody is talking about Walmart in eufaula Alabama y'all are not hard to please! I've been to a lot of Walmarts and this one is the worst! They are replacing name brand items with great value, just look around pay attention. Rotisserie chickens are never done. The bakery is the worst I've ever seen! The pharmacy they don't know what they're doing!

This Wal-Mart is always fully stocked with everything I need and is always clean and organized. I bought a phone from the electronics department recently and it was the best costumer service experience I've had at any Wal-Mart ever. Shout out to Paris in the electronics department, thank you for being so helpful and professional.

Went in this week for valentine gift for grandkids. First visit in several months. It was filthy and shelves were jumbled. Could not get out fast enough. So disappointed, it has always been the best Walmart......not now!!! Don't know what is going On.

Best Walmart I have ever walked in to. Everyone's nice and knowledges you. Everyone had a smile on their face & the most clean Walmart bathrooms I have witnessed. We happened to be passing by out of state and needed gas and decided to stop by in for some quick snacks. Best Walmart experience. Deserves 5stars!

Love this walmart, just wish they had the tire and lube service like the one in dothan and that had more items that i can only find at walmart n dothan!! The manager needs to check the items that walmart dothan has and add them to walmart eufaula!! But i love that is always clean and the manager or not sure if is the manager but seems like it is always greet you with a big nice smile when he is walking around walmart the perfect touch is always great to see smiling faces and not mean faces

Drove nearly 2 HOURS to this Walmart to purchase two ARCADE1UPS that were clearanced out for $75. I Verified both were in stock using brickseek.com and Walmart app due to the fact that nobody at the store answered the phone. When I finally got to the store, they were unable to locate the items nor could they scan the item to check inventory, because the incorrect price tag was on the display. I was advised to call and speak with TODD (STORE MANAGER). After calling him and explaining the situation, he said he would would call me back the next, but he has not. I've called his store several times for the next 3 weeks, and they keep telling me he's not in. I've left a few messages too, but he has not returned by call at all. The whole situation from the beginning is upsetting and unacceptable. I gave TODD a chance to help me and make things right, but he seems to be avoiding me, so I have no given up. How everything was handled was Highly unprofessional, and I will be reporting this store to cooperate due to false advertising along with everything else that has happened afterwards.
