I deliver for Walmart spark. Never had a problem but my account was deactivated from this Walmart because they lied about my account which resulted in my deactivation. How miserable do you have to be to ruin someone else’s source of income. Just sad that someone from self checkout yesterday can lie about it and now I get penalized for something they lied about it is absolutely asinine. Not sure which one of the young people did it yesterday if it was the blonde head guy or black haired girl but we are very upset. Don’t know their name but they need to be fired whoever worked self check out on September 9th between the hours of 3pm-10pm . The order had a 50lb pound of dog food my 100lb wife is not picking that bag up so I walked into the store to get it for her I even FaceTimed her while in the store so the worker can see that she was with me the whole time we come to this Walmart all the time and shop have never stole a thing. Messing with people’s source of income is NOT a good thing especially when people are already struggling. I’d like the name of the employee who fraudulently reported us please so we can report them to corporate for not doing their job properly. Thank you

My Independence Kansas store has had a remodel going on for the past several months although it’s been a little hectic I am loving the layout of the store and the presentation of the wording in the produce area. I love the new shelving units on the end caps I think I’m really gonna enjoy this once it’s ready for the grand reopening in October

This Walmart here in independence, Kansas is the worst Walmart customer service I’ve ever seen in my life. They don’t train their people at all. The management is completely absent long lines at the registers. Everybody is incoherent. There’s nobody working their deli. Nobody watching any of the departments, the management is a complete and total failure and needs to find a new job and I’m not just saying this. and I go to 15 different Walmart in my area and this is the worst.

Today 1 stare or less. We shop at this Walmart almost every day they get a big cut of my paycheck. We waited at the deli for longer than usual just to watch Walmart employees get helped before the next person in line. We all should have to wait our turn. Even if we work there or not needles to say I left without my damn ham!!! LoL! Do better Walmart.

Would have been a wonderful experience except for the very, very long wait in checkout line. There were only three people in line and it took them over 45 minutes to pay because cashier didn’t know how to process a gift card. We were third in line. The second customer that was in line got mad and moved lines. Why do the store managers not pull up more associates to help with check out process? This is the major complaint I hear from fellow customers. It makes your company look like they don’t care about the customer.

Getting receipt checked at the door is ridiculous. It is infuriating--not that I will ever stop for the request because I am not obligated to. But if management ever reads this, it would behoove you to discontinue this conduct by your door greeters. Have them focus more on being friendly and lively, than excitable at the opportunity to check a receipt. The old ladies at the front don't smile when greeting you, but then get really excited to ask for your receipt. It is pathetic. Completely counter intuitive. Makes no sense. Lazy. Lazy. Lazy. What is the point of going through self-checkout, literally doing your cashiers' job for them, then to have to stop by the door to show a receipt to someone who should be cashiering. It is bad service. If theft is that bad, get rid of your self-checkout machines and install real people and replace door greeters with a mall cop and a fake badge. At least then, I wont expect service from them and when someone walks past POS, you will have an obvious reason to question the individual for a receipt. It isn't brain science, be better. Awful service from the floor supervisors too, they move like molasses and get miffed at having to stop moving .01 mph to answer a question. They should be excited that I am giving them an excuse to stop pretending to work

do not come here!! all the employees are so unprofessional! everyone who works here instantly judges you as soon as you walk through the doors maybe it's because they've had so many theft problems that they instantly perceive each and every customer as if they're going to steal something and especially if you are let's say hispanic in your 20s and dress casual the the uncomfortableness of feeling unwanted with no customer service makes this walmart the worst to ever shop at! & im from out of state so this negative energy, no proper work ethic ,black hole of a place; it left a very very very bad taste in my mouth! if you want to be treated with exceptional customer service and with appreciation and respect then don't come here! keep on driving; the other walmarts in the area or farther but your experience will be much more professional and pleasant!!

Where to begin? This Walmart had EVERYTHING we needed. The deli had lunchmeats, cheeses, and tapioca pudding, YUM! Ann also got a bag of (what I would assume to be new) Nacho Cheese Doritos. Scarlett and Trina each got one of those gameboy advanced games or whatever they call them now, and both have been playing them for hours already! The staff at the deli was friendly and helpful, and an employee even showed me where the gift cards were. Guess what they had? Papa John's gift cards! So now I can be ready to swipe as soon as I go to pickup my next Double Cheeseburger pizza. Incredible. Walmart, you know how to provide an array of delightful services and products. The bathroom was even clean, and that was appreciated because I have diverticulitis and it sometimes flares up unexpectedly. Happy New Year, Walmart Family!

Had the poorest service today at the Deli. Was told roasted chicken was done, so I said I'd take one. The associate went back to what he was doing. So I waited. Then another customer came up and he waited on him. When I asked about my chicken, he said it would be another 10 minutes. I said, but you said they were ready. He said yes, I'll get to it when I can. Unacceptable!! Reported him to management, all I got was I'll take care of it. No I'm sorry for your inconvenience or anything. Poor, poor customer service.

Most of the time I go in there they are out of something on my list or they've quit carrying it. If they could actually order properly or put stuff on the shelves in the correct place they might realize they are out of the stuff. It's not the cleanest place but cleaner than the only other alternative.

I go to Walmart to get my oil changed maybe I should rephrase that I used to go I will no longer be using this Wal-mart or any other one again in July I bought a tire it's September and the tire is no good and I go in to have it fixed after it goes flat leaving me stranded on the side of the road I've had the tire for 3 months not even I'm waiting to check out when they tell me that there is a fee,almost the same price for a new tire ,I asked them why I have to pay a fee I purchase road hazard they said something to the effect of the tread on the tireof I normally wouldn't argue that because normally I come in at 7 or 8 months to repair and I can understand that. But it's barely been three months and three days ago I just put brand new tires on the other 3 wheels on my car at that store. I had to argue with them and it eas embarrassing to get a $10 Discount when the tire should have been free they did not seem concerned nor did they care about the fact they were no longer going to get my business just sad because they got a lot of my business I suggest if you have any Tire issues in Independence Kansas you try to make it to Coffeyville or somewhere else. Do not use this store they will mistreat you.
