Walmart Supercenter

I recently visited my local Walmart to find a Christmas gift and had a pretty frustrating experience in the kitchen department. Unfortunately, the associate who helped me, named Shaleza, seemed really dismissive from the start. When I asked for help locating a product I knew was supposed to be in stock, she kind of brushed me off and made it sound like I was bothering her. I showed her that the app said it was in stock, she responded that if it’s not on the shelf then it’s not available in a really condescending tone. I’m writing this review specifically to bring this to the management team’s attention, because I think customers deserve a friendlier and more helpful interaction. I hope this feedback helps improve the service for others. Thank you.

This is a store where you can find a lot of thing you may or may not need. The prices are getting higher, I can see and feel this. Food prices are even rising like everything else. I was pleasantly surprised to find a shirt I liked for the movies. The clothes are getting better looking. However watch out for the prices in that area. They are getting more expensive. It used to be a great go to for kids and budget friendly shopping. However I can see how this could be a challenge for families.

Walmart supplied everything we needed and more. The jewelry counter was very nice and then the items we purchased to present our gift were all found with exceptional convenience. They had an abundance of cashiers to make the purchase; especially a young lady named Avi who went above and beyond to make our checkout and experience quite satisfactory! Thank you Walmart for making Holiday shopping 🛍️ a wonderful experience!

Everyone pay attention to you're self checkout with purchases of produce at this Walmart. I looked up the product and before I even put the the roma tomato on the weight it was already charging $0.03 on the scale. THERE IS A LAWSUITE ABOUT THIS. I brought it up to the CSM AND CASHIER and they don't care they said there allowed to charge before item is on scale. Will never buy produce at Walmart. I go to Albertsons or Vons and there scales ALWAYS READ 0.

A great place to shop while you adventure at "America's favorite place to shop". Professional caring staff await to help guide you through the plethora of items that are eager to be your next purchase. Extremely Frustrating Experience I contacted this company three separate times trying to get a refund for items I never received, and I’m honestly shocked at how difficult they’ve made the process. Each time I called, I was told something different, and nothing ever actually got resolved. No follow-up emails, no refund, no clear explanation—just a lot of waiting and repeating myself. At this point, it feels like the company has no urgency or accountability when it comes to missing orders or customer service in general. I shouldn’t have to chase down a refund for something I never got. Really disappointed and would not recommend based on this experience.

Wasn’t happy shopping there today cashier was very rude and after getting into my car saw an employee messing around in the parking lot using the disability cart as a scooter wow

No boneless prime rib. Prices are high. Self checkout limited and employees letting anyone use walmart plus checkout self checkout. A service i pay to use for the convenience of not waiting and getting out quickly. Store is getting worse and I shop here less than I used to.

I have mixed feelings about this store. on the one hand, they are well stocked. On the other hand, they don't have enough registers open so people have to spend a long time in line. I once got berated by an associate for trying to use the wrong self checkout register. I left in disgust because there weren't any other registers open and the lines elsewhere were long. The management should reach out to the management at the Centennial location and learn how to manage checkout lines.

Usually has everything you need!! For holiday decor, especially. Lines are quick and everyone is friendly. Wish more help in departments.

This location is pretty busy but I was able to find what I was looking for with the help of an employee. I was surprised that it didn't take me long to find someone who would actually want to assist me. The only thing they don't walk you to the location. Everyone has gotten lazy and pointing seems to be the only thing that they do now. I'm old school when it comes to someone asking me where something is. Great Customer Service in Retail has gotten mediocre. I'm thankful that I can still find things on my own though and that's a huge plus for me. I have that as my only complaint. Everything else was fine.

This store could be better. We almost always have some sort of problem and it seems like almost every time we shop at this North/West location Walmart Supercenter. This time we tried to purchase a new remote for our TV. My husband found the one he wanted to buy. For some reason it rings up $20.00 more than the price that you see on-line. The salesperson said only a manager can fix this but the manager is out at lunch. Our only options were to come back after the managers lunch or to purchase and then complain to customer service (with a God awful long line of people) and hope they fix the wrong price or to leave and buy it someplace else. We left and purchased the remote on Amazon and it was slightly cheaper and came the same day. We had a bunch of other problems purchasing here. Particularly with a vacuum cleaner that was somewhat similar. Long lines. Too much self check out. Trouble with check out machines reading debit cards. There is always something that can be better here.

This review is STRICTLY for the BAKERY and the incredible employees/bakers who are always going above and beyond to make the best cake and treats EVER! Not only is Walmart just price wise the way to go, but these cake decorators truly go above and beyond to deliver such pretty and beautiful YUMMY kid approved cakes! I've been getting my kids cakes here for almost 3 years now and they NEVER disappoint! I'll actually be picking up my son's 2nd Disney Cars birthday cake Sunday and I truly cannot wait to see it! Seriously the best bakery ever lol and again, can't go wrong with prices!!!! Thank you ladies for always being so amazing and great!

This may sound weird, but has anyone else felt extremely dizzy fatigued etc,, walking inside this Walmart? There is a 5G tower right next to it, and I'm very sensitive to them.

This Walmart Supercenter is one of the largest locations in North Las Vegas and Northwest Las Vegas. You can get here by taking the 215/N Decatur exit. It's in a large shopping plaza next to Planet Fitness and Bath & Body Works. There is ample amount of parking available. This store has a lot of other businesses location inside Dominos Wetzel's Pretzels Other store services include the following Pharmacy Auto Care Center Vision Center Wireless Services Garden Center Hours for this location are Monday-Sunday from 6:00 A.M to 11:00 P.M This Walmart has everything! Apparel, food, electronics, furniture, school supplies, makeup, gardening tools, seasonal items (IE: Halloween, Thanksgiving, Valentines Day), and so much more! I stopped by this Walmart Supercenter for some fruit and veggies. It was a quick trip inside the Supercenter. Food items: Bananas Apple Snack Packs Salad Watermelon (mini) Cantaloupe Bread I was able to pick out some good watermelons and cantaloupes to cut at the house! The watermelon was perfect! It was juicy and fresh! It's been a year since I've stopped by this Walmart location. Most of their stations were self-check-out, however, for some reason during my visit, most of the self-checkout stations were roped or blocked off. There were a lot of team members at the check-out stations. The lines went pretty fast though!

I had a left over holiday gift that I had been dragging my feet about returning and finally I decided to do it. Once I logged into the Walmart app to initiate the return I noticed an option for a curbside return and selected it. I had never done this and did not know that it was even an option. But I would love nothing more than to avoid waiting in a return line so I was super excited to try this out. The Walmart app provided clear instructions on where to park and once parked I was instructed to select the parking space I was in and a Walmart employee came out to me a moment later, scanned my barcode and my return, and I was on my way. This was so easy and convenient, I will probably never make a return any other way.

We stopped by for groceries after a hike at the ice age park. It was super busy!!! Some items we needed were missing. Luckily check out was surprisingly fast!

Closest Walmart to me and as others have complained. WTF is the point of not using your registers, and deactivating half of the self checkouts. If you're gonna deactivate the self check outs then hire people for the registers. If you're not gonna use the registers then reactivate the self check outs. Won't happen though. They aren't profitable because they're good they're profitable because there aren't many other options that aren't more expensive close to home to so many people. Pure scum

I used to live in Vegas, and when i did, this was my favorite Walmart location of all of them. Its in a somewhat good neighborhood of West Las Vegas, and i love the parking structure, and the whole shopping center. I visited here recently, and its still the same. I like eating at the Mc Donalds here. We purchased some clothes, and some other goodies. They have a nice bakery now. The bakery was not here when i lived here about 9 years ago. But anyway, the service is good here. I like the vibe here. I miss shopping at this Walmart.

The third time I called Walmart Customer Service to let someone know I gave my home phone number but I had forgotten that our home phone isn't working because Cox Cable messed it up & I was waiting for a return phone call from Walmart about a package accidentally delivered to the wrong house which wasn't mine..Right away the lady in Customer Service said to me "You know you have called 3 times and you already mentioned about your phone number. The second time I called was to confirm that I gave them the correct phone number.So it wasn't about the same thing. I was telling the lady No I did not call about the same thing and she said yeah you did in a very very rude way she was talking to me.So she quickly transferred me to the delivery department and right before she transferred me over she said next time ask for OPD..Unbelievable! I cried later because of this rude lady at North Decatur location.

I used to go for tires, oil changes and car maintenance to this location. A really bad experience and took my business somewhere else. Today I had one of my tires losing air due to a screw in it. I was nearby and i said to give it another chance. While no other vehicles on bay they refused to fix the flat and said they didn't have enough time for the repair. I beg for help and even offer a big tip. Instead, the person in charge got angrier with me. Shame on you Walmart for let me strand with a flat. I understand if they were busy, but they were not.

Really good experience and was able to check out quickly no long line. everything was also organized.

I normally walk in and find what I need without any service assistance. They've got a lot of selections for all needs. You definitely get the right value even in today's inflation.

This is our go to Walmart since it is so close. It's moderately busy and the best part there's a Wetzels Pretzels inside! I love the way the store is set up and everything is easy to find and navigate to. I usually do pickup orders and most recently i have noticed the spots in the pick up area are barely marked. This makes it very difficult to pull into a pick up spot so I hope they fix it soon!

Only come to Walmart to get some pretty hanflowers, on sale. They didn't have much to pick from, but wow, I bought 5 hanging planters for totaling under $28! The employees were welcoming, and even the young man that was standing at the door, doing a great job. It was Father's Day weekend, lots of traffic

Missed delivery date. Driver lied and said he tried to deliver. Me and 5 others were home. I believe he just didn't want to make it that day. Then I called to cancel and it was delivered 2 days later and I had to take my time to return it because I purchased it elsewhere.

Service department third day trying to get a battery installed. I can't make a appointment because I need a battery installed and they don't allow appointments for battery installs yet I arrive well before opening just to be told I need to wait hours because of the appointments ahead of me. It's a bit backwards if you ask me staff wasn't friendly about it either.

Was with my mom the other night AND THEY LITERALLY BAGGED HER GROCERIES!! Super awesome thing you guys got going here keep it up

We just had great contactless delivery by Walmart of needed household supplies that have been very difficult to get in supermarkets, drug stores, gas stations, or anywhere else. Two types of well-packed bottles of antibacterial liquid soap and 36 rolls of toilet paper arrived on our front porch in excellent condition in two separate shipments. All prepaid items were received just two days after I ordered them. And shipping was free! After disinfecting all box contents with alcohol wet wipes (which are lately even more difficult to obtain, and diminishing rapidly), Diane and I are well-prepared to mainly remain at home for awhile longer until it is safer to venture out to a restaurant or hair salon. And, right now, based on the state of my wildly growing and unruly hair, I would probably give priority to a double-masked haircut over eating out somewhere!

Easy access from 215 and from the Centennial neighborhood. I find that it's easier to locate items in here versus some of the other area Walmart locations. Pack your patience for any items that you want that's locked and require the assistance of a Walmart rep. Also, some of these locked items must be purchased in that area and not with your other items.

Scott from the auto parts section on 215/Decatur did an excellent customer service job. He listed to my problem and corrected immediately from the prior worker who tamper with my oil screw knob and Scott fix the issue. Not sure if I'll go back, but as long as Scott there I will be returning to him only. Thank you

I have been a long time customer at this store for 6 years, I come in at least four times a week. Today I had the worse experience, starting with a Walmart coach who has red hair and beard. He yelled from across the aisle, " don't forget to pay at the register!" as I place my item in my recycle grocery bag! I said, "excuse me?" He repeated himself! I had a full bag of groceries. He said he saw me put an item in my purse. My purse is a tiny Fanny pack!!!! I am in the medical field, I just finished a 12 hour shift - this is not how I want to be treated!!! I asked him for his name and he started walking faster to the back of the store. I saw him again and told him, " sir, I come in here frequently, your rude comments are unnecessary!" He was continued being rude and sarcastic and kept walking away. That man was having a really bad day and it showed! The older lady at the fitting room was extremely rude and was telling me I could not keep my bag full of groceries on the counter, to put it on the floor. I did so, when I went back to use a fitting room she acted like I was not there. I had one item I wanted to try on. She let a woman with 4 items go in ahead of me! Thank you to the employee who happened to be at the fitting room and apologize to me for what she witnessed at the fitting room. With my horrible customer service I received from the North Decatur Walmart on 215, I decided I will take my business elsewhere. Please hire professional staff and check themselves at the door before their shift starts!

I need to find out information for center screws in my center caps on my aftermarket wheels. The guys were pretty helpful I couldn't find the park there but at least the tire service guys were helpful

What the heck!! Ridiculous the hoops you have to go through now to check out. Lost a long time customer here.

This was our first visit here in over a year. We stopped in on Saturday morning around 9am looking for fans. There was a great selection of options but not all of the prices were displayed. We also wandered the aisles just to look around. There was a pigeon wandering around and he found open bird seed. I highly recommend coming EARLY!! It's quiet and clean EARLY. Come in before 9am.

I've been going to this Walmart since 2007 and it still has a great selection of items for outdoor and indoor. The prices are still one of the best in town. Service is okay since they do not appear to have enough staff members on the floor, but they do keep the shelves well-stocked. I only wish they brought back the self-checkout lanes once again, but I understand the corporate has moved away from this since it didn't increase the speed of checkout lanes and they need to keep more staffers available for those who needed assistance.

They restricted the self serve checkout line to 15 items only. Now they make you wait in long lines at the slow cashier lines. Also it's a hassle walking around all the people in the aisle. To make things worse the stockers block the aisles while they stock with the customers shopping. This store is closed for 7 hours isn't that long enough to stock the store after closing?

A week ago I ordered a tres leches cake (round) from the bakery. The woman made suggestions for the fruit and cake topper. The cake costs $24.99 and was worth every Penny! Everyone agreed that it was delicious and beautifully decorated. I will definitely come back for another cake.

Walmart isn't known for the best customer service... I've been been here many times- and it's never a smooth experience. The store is understaffed, checkout lines are long, and prices are comparable to other stores anyway. Today was waiting about 20 minutes for help at the paint counter. I asked for assistance from someone in another department who said they would page... Help never came. Multiple associates walked past me, none asked if I needed help. When I asked they said they would get someone else. The same associates walked by several minutes later, standing at the counter. It was unacceptable. The manager seemed surprised, but also didn't even know who worked in that department- so this place is getting worse each day.

Great Walmart Supercenter near the Aliante community. Its a huge store and is open 24 hours. They have other business inside the store like Checkers and Wetzel Pretzels. I visit this location from time to time whenever I am in Vegas and even shopped here during Black Friday which was crazy. You can find some great deals here from time to time.

Walmart cheats ,and steal from their customers 100%. It was my first order online with Walmart and I ordered 2 queen beds ,and they dropped the order IN the mail box ,imagine 2 beds queen size IN the mail box it's ridiculous!!!! I asked for refund one lady told me thet she needs to contact the seller because I am unable to get a refund and the next day the supervisor told me i need to wait for 10 bussines day , why ???? When i purchased they charged me on that moment ,why do i need to wait ??? I am to disappointed. This experience has been horrible and the service has been rude.

DO NOT DO DELIVERY FROM THIS STORE . Last 2 days they delayed my order , now it wont even let me cancel it

I purchased a box of ink cartridges yesterday 7-18-23. They're suppose to come in EACH color. (1 blue, 1 black, 1 magenta and 1 yellow). The box I purchased from Walmart had "TWO YELLOW" and no "BLUE!" The only thing opened is the box, which of course you have to open the box to see what's inside. Duh . This idiot woman/customer service rep at Walmart told me they normally don't refund or exchange items once they're opened. We got into a heated confrontation until she had the manager come over and they eventually relented after I started to talk legality on their uneducated butts. Best Buy was out of these and Costcos don't carry this brand. Which is how I ended up at Walmarts which is across the street from both stores. Just the fact that I had to go real low on these ignorant folks in this heat almost made me throw the entire box at them. Costcos would have simply taken the item, "receipt or no receipt since they use your card to look it up and given the customer their money back with no static." I had the receipt, but to these dumbasses, that was irrelevant! They focused on the box being opened even though the actual cartridges were still unopened. Tightly sealed. IDIOTS!

I needed paper towels this morning. It was an absolute crisis. A real emergency. I pulled up to this store. Parked my car and started waking in. I was stopped by employees who said the store is closed and I had to go someplace else. It was a pain in the ass driving up the street to Target.

Do not do not take your car there to get an oil change, unless you want something to go wrong with your car. the guys that work there are unprofessional and rude by time I took my car out of there my engine light was on. They did not want to take responsibility at first, which required me to get a supervisor involved. I will never take my car there for oil change, or any service again.

DO NOT GET PHOTOS PRINTED HERE! This happen twice to me. Last week I put an order in and they said they would email me once it started and I never got an email. Following week on my day off I put another order in and this time I got a revived order email to pick up next day 11am. Fast forward I got the email saying YOUR ORDER IS READY FOR PICK UP at 10:57am I got to Walmart at around 5pm thinking I gave them enough time for my order and when I got there they said the machine was down and needs cleaning and it would take 45min. I wait an hr I go back and the guy says they are still getting ink for the machine. SMH waste of time with this place and the lady in front of me trying to get her pictures printed said the same thing it happen to her twice already.

This is a big store--REALLY BIG--so you can find almost anything! I go when I need a rare-to-find item and am almost always rewarded by finding it. The store is nicely organized and clean, but feels dirty. Plus, it is nearly impossible to find anyone to help answer questions. While the prices are good, they are the same or higher than Target when using the Target Red Card. Additionally, you can use Cartwheel at Target for additional savings therefore making the prices lower than Wal*Mart. In addition, I dislike that corporate Wal*Mart does not respect the financial needs of all their vendors and that employees can seldom work full-time. And, the quality of many of the product they sell is substandard.

Today the pharmacist at this place told me they can not fill out another card since shortage of vaccination cards! I could not find mine from traveling- what BS

We received a large delivery from Walmart that was not ours. We were not at home at the time. The items were not boxed, there wasn't any invoice or indication of were it came. After investigating, we determined that the barcode was Walmarts. I called Walmart on North Decatur. The rep. could not find anything in the system using the name and numbers on the barcode. She informed me that each store has it's own tracking system. Find this hard to believe. I am not calling every Walmart in Las Vegas. By the way, she said to just keep the items. Wow!

I asked help at self check out service but i encountered a rude old lady customer service, named Vilma.

Last time we will go to this location for assistance! My husband asked for help locating swimming pools as they weren't where we saw them last week... they told us they were in the garden area... we went there, asked for help and the lady was snotty saying they didn't have any pools anymore. My husband asked if she'd call another store or see if there was another location that may have one & she scowled at him & with every ounce of disgust she could muster said, "we dont do that here"... he said "we had someone help us last weekend here who was willing to try at least!" Her reply was "well that's not me" and walked away from him in a huff... I was dumbfounded by her behavior and this experience was one that will take awhile to get over.

This is Vegas lunch and I go to the Walmart superstore there over there on rainbow South rainbow and the folks there are fine I go there early in the morning to avoid the crowds. I am a disabled vet night and I am in a wheelchair so it's harder for me to do things so those of you will like the place they've remodeled the floor and it laid it out very well the employees are very knowledgeable if they don't know where something's It will check with someone by radio to find out where it's at. They are always watching they've got security everywhere and they are really tight on keeping the place a secure and that Includes a security team outside. Say what you will about WalMart, but the reality is that they are an extremely successful retail entity that is here to stay and caters to all walks of life. My local WalMart is this one, located in the northwest of Las Vegas, about 13 miles from the Strip, across from Costco somewhat near Aliante (formerly a Station casino). 'Decatur and 215' is popular way to put it. As many of you know, WalMart is extremely savvy in its competitive pricing. One Walmart will be priced differently than a Walmart located 3 miles away. A LOT of things go into that process including area, local competitors, and demand. Walmart is a retail genius in ensuring that they are truly an unbeatable value in most classifications and my local Walmart is no exception. The nation's largest employer in retail staffs this Walmart well and there is always a greeter at the door and a person running self checkout. Some WalMarts in rougher parts of town have the greeter mark receipts much like Costco. However at my Walmart, this is not the case. I go to this 24 hour super enter about twice a week on average to pickup basic needs and random stuff. Any canned goods or boxed foods I generally get at the swap meet which is significantly cheaper than even WM (most swap meet food is from Walmart anyway). I tend to be a late night WM shopper. I rarely visit before 9pm at night. If you go late enough, there are hardly any customers there and the staff is restocking so be prepared to have to waddle through lots of pallets if new merchandise in the aisles. Overall, I am a fan of this Walmart and I am glad to call it my local WM SuperCenter.

"BUYER BEWARE" Your local Walmart will not honor products you purchase online and want to return at a Walmart near you. After shopping for a bagged vacuum cleaner here at my local Walmart, I could not find a bagged vacuum in the store. They only had bagless ones on the shelf. I went to Walmart online and found one along with some extra bags. The bags never arrived. I called Walmart Customer Service and never got through. I even waited in the phone que an hour and was dropped while waiting for my turn. I decided to get help with this local store, but they flat out refused to help. They said they only deal with store items, not online items. Go figure!!!
