I think it's totally not fair that someone has to wait up to 10 days for a refund to go back on a debit card. So now they have the merchandise, that they got paid for immediately after I swiped my, card not 10 days later, and you have my money. If it were a credit card I could see a wait time but not a debit card. That should be an immediate refund or even cash back. The payment was immediate that's for sure!! This is just not right!!

Yesterday you saw Wal-Mart on Wilkinson and Ashlie Rd. THERE WERE NO ELECTRIC CARTS to use. A Wal-Mart associate told me that many customers unnecessarily use them and others take them to compete with the electric carts. I have been in bed for 2 days due to the negligence of Wal-Mart supervisors or associates. Can I sue for Wal-Mart's negligence?

Good luck getting someone to unlock a case. Went to the parking lot and ordered a staple item that should be on an open shelf off of Amazon. If it wasn't for the self check outs I wouldn't come here as often.

I just moved here. Stopped by yesterday at 4pm. Wanted to buy some golfballs. Had a few things in my cart when I pressed the button in the sporting goods department. Pressed several times in 15 minutes. Nobody came to help. I walked out and left my cart. I went home and ordered from Amazon. They will be here this morning. Three weeks ago, I needed a screwdriver because my tools had not arrived yet with the movers. I waited 10 minutes and the guy made it feel like he was being put out because he had to help me. I appreciate you wanting to curb theft, but you have to be able to staff appropriately to implement your program. Until then, clicking on Amazon is just as cost effective and less time consuming…

This walmart is trash. I'd rather drive 15 minutes up the road to Denver walmart for 1 item than to go to this one. Parking lot is trash, carts everywhere, hardly any checkout lines open.

This review is for the Auto care center of this particular location, I got there needing a tire change, and I met this gentleman in glasses at the Auto center (I might go back there just get his name just to update this review): such a professional. He did the regular check-ins and went ahead to make sure they got my tire size, but unfortunately, they were out of my tire size. But he took his time to check and to tell me when the next load of these tires will be coming in. He gave me the auto care center number to call and confirm if they had it in stock before coming back. Again he looked up the Auto care center number of the nearest location (Denver) and advised me to call to see if they got my tire size and if I want proceed to that location which I did. I know you might never get to see this review, but thanks again for being such a kind person.

Horrible customer service. Waited 20 minutes for someone to come and unlock flea collars for pets. This isn't the first time. Always extensive wait then person comes and the don't have key to unlock. Once someone took the key home. Customer service definitely needs improvement.

I usually enjoy all my Walmart experiences. The people working there are always nice. If you are nice they are nice. But just like any retail business. If you are mean to someone and give attitude. You might get it back. I saw someone get bad at a person with another store outfit on. They thought the employee worked at Walmart and didn’t even give the person a chance before going off on them and saying they were going to the manager. I was speechless. Thankfully I wasn’t involved.

I had an appointment scheduled for 7:00 AM on yesterday at the automotive center. When I arrived it was one car already waiting in the parking lot. The auto center did not open at 7:00 AM. The lights came on at 7:06 AM and one bay door opened around 7:13 AM. There is no system of checking in when you arrive so a car that arrived after me was attended to before me. When I saw the tire bay door go up I moved my car to that end. A gentleman moved some things on the outside of the door, but did not address me or anything. Would you believe that they closed the bay to the tire area after he finished placing the tires outside? I continued to wait. Finally, at 7:26 AM I was greeted by an employee that checked me in. I was completely annoyed with the untimeliness of this service. A lady checked me in. After doing some light shopping in Walmart, I waited in the waiting area for my car services to be completed. While inside I was checked out by Monica at the service counter. I asked if she was the manager but she isn't one yet! Her demeanor and professionalism was most definitely top tier. The mature gentleman with the gray beard was very nice and exuded great customer service as well. (Not Tee) The other taller man. I was able to get a set of Goodyear tires for a great price online. I only scheduled at this particular Walmart because they seem to be the only ones that had the tires available at an earlier date. I could have chosen a Walmart in my area, but I didn't want to wait. Unlucky me-I still ended up waiting. My service was not complete until 8:51 AM. Mind you I had a 7 o'clock appointment. I am glad that I received great customer service on the inside of Walmart while shopping as well as at the automotive counter. Walmart has prices that are cost effective, they seem to lack empathy while dealing with customers. No one apologized for the late start or about my long wait. Walmart Automotive does not have an organized system in place for them to service their customers effectively. I would expect this level of service and slow movement if I pulled up to an independently owned garage or service center, but not at a Business. The sign should not say that they open at 7 AM more so 730 AM. The wait time should not say one hour because clearly they exceeded that time.

Everything was fine until I got home and opened a box and it was empty and when I attempted to reach out to the store I got no answer and the line got intentionally disconnected because I heard someone pick up the phone and put it back down. That is very terrible customer service. Really need my money back

I don't come to this Walmart often since I switched jobs but this was my go to in the morning. Never packed always an in and out situation. Always clean, but the lack of cashier ran registers were on the slim side. I prefer self checkout because its annoying waiting behind 3-4 people with loads of groceries. Overall this is one of my favorite Walmarts. Oh and I need to head back soon to check out that new soul food restaurant that's at the entrance!

I've done grocery pick up from this location without issues before, but now the last 2 times I've done it, it's been delayed. This time is "estimated up to 2 hours". Well, according to the website, their grocery portion closes at 8pm. My pick up window was 6-7pm. At this point I'm just waiting for the email to reschedule it for tomorrow. But why are they taking so many slots they can't fill in a timely manner? What changed? I'd love to know cus this is just a pain in my ass lately. Edit: it was ready at 11pm that night, so I reschedule for 11am-12pm the following day and waited 50 MINUTES outside with a full pick up area for my groceries ‍

Ended up getting the things we needed from toilet tissue, to antibacterial wipes, and even got a bottle of hand sanitizer. Was able to get milk, meats, cereals, etc... just have to come when they first open and its actually not too crazy.

Impossible to get your item through curb side pickup. This store FORCES you to use the curbside pickup and then when you call the number it just goes to a voicemail every single time. Been calling non stop for 20 minutes. Why can't I pick up my item Inside of your store Walmart? Your website says that I can. Absolutely ridiculous flawed and not following their own companies rules. Guess that's what you can expect when you buy from Walmart though. **UPDATE** Called Walmart customer service and they ensured me that I could go into the store to pick up my item. So what did I do? I headed back inside the store to get my item item and was again told that I could not pick it up inside. With the customer service agent on the phone, I asked her did she hear the store associates telling me that I couldn't get my item? And then she hung up on me..... I literally cannot make this up. I wish I could. I cannot wake up from this Walmart pick-up hell nightmare that I'm stuck inside.

Large and well stocked Walmart where I popped in to pick up a few standard shopping items before heading to the more expensive Teeter nearby. There are some things I'll buy at a Walmart and there are some things that I would never buy from a Walmart. I got a few of the former and none of the latter. The store is in decent shape and the shelves are well stocked. The traffic for the parking lot is absurdly stupid. There's only ONE way into this shopping center and only ONE way out. Why there isn't an exit onto the Brookshire is a mystery, but until then it's a difficult turn onto Mount Holly-Huntersville Road to an intersection entrance to the plaza. Good luck, buddy. You'll want to drive past and make a u-turn as I did and so did a few others behind me. [Review 10586 overall, 354 of 2019.]

Today (1/7/2022) around 5:45pm, I tried to pick up a curbside pickup order for my mom but I could not get anyone to answer the phone after calling multiple times. After waiting about 10-15 minutes, I went inside to customer service to get some assistance. I wish I got the employee's name, but he was a tall guy with earrings; he was very helpful! He tried to get a manager for me, but after about 10 minutes of waiting for her to come, he had me walk with him to find an associate that could help. He stayed with me until I got an update on my order. Ultimately though, I couldn't pick up my order because only one person was working the pick up service and I was told it would be a while before it was ready (despite the email saying it was ready for pick up). I was tired of waiting and decided I would try again tomorrow. I understand the pandemic has caused understaffing at many locations. I tried to stay patient because I understand it's not really anyone's fault that there aren't enough employees, but the one employee I mentioned is really the only redeeming quality of my whole experience. If you can help it, I recommend just going in store and purchasing your items instead of using the pick up service.

I wanted to warn shoppers to double check the price you're charged at this location. Too many times, I repeat, too many times I've been overcharged at this location. I've let them know, but nothing has changed. The latest time I was overcharged $4. on 12-3-2022. Again, I let the manager Tyrone know, but he didn't seem to care. I asked him who do shoppers notify about this issue and he said, "I don't know". I did go on-line, and it stated to notify the FTC. Maybe if enough shoppers notify the FTC Walmart will stop overcharging. Also, many of the items in the store don't even have a price listed, so shoppers don't know if they're getting overcharged. How much money do they profit a year by overcharging?

This location must be for trainees! Every time I've tried to reload a card or buy a gift card at any cash register the staff never knows what to do and I'm always directed to the customer service center. I try to avoid this location because EVERYTIME I am directed to the customer service center and there's always a long wait!!! WALTONS SEND HELP

Their Walmart Pharmacy automated computer system to order your prescription refills has been down for the last 2 days. No one will answer the phone at the Walmart Pharmacy OR the Customer Service line for the actual store--so I can't talk to ANYONE about getting my prescriptions refilled or report the Pharmacy's main system is down. Their clearance item price tags work only about 1/2 the time. If you try to scan the tag to check the sale price, it doesn't show the sale or original prices. Which can be a huge pain when the price tag doesn't list the price. Their customer service varies usually between not good/disinterested to terrible. Every once in a while there is a good employee, but they are few and far between--and this is coming from a person who has always had minimum wage customer service jobs, so I try to give the employees the benefit of the doubt at first.

Watch out! Walmart is still overcharging. One price on shelf and higher price at checkout. Example: Eggs $2.51 a dozen equals $0.21 each. One and half dozen was $0 20 but got to checkout and rang up as $4.13 which $0.23 each. I brought to the attention of the staff and she asked if I had taken a picture. Did I want to go to the back of the store and take a picture? Really? Why could she page for a price check? I just gave her the eggs back. Next I scanned orange juice. The same issue. I just walked out. I have shopped at this store for over 10 yrs. And to gouge the poor people is unjust!!! I thought the government had already addressed this issue with Walmart but guess they didn't care. Their slogan of Save Money Live Better is a joke.

Customer service is rude, disrespectful and not helpful at all. You cannot never find good help, Workers can be in a crowd amongst each other talking and not want to help a customer. This Walmart needs to shut down, close its doors and everybody fired. Amazon gives better service than Walmart , and I'm glad they are taking over. And I don't have to see their employees but I get what I want in a timely manner.

Ordered groceries online Friday 4/17 and the earliest pickup date was monday 4/20 8am to 9am so that was my slot. 8am monday they texted to say that it was delayed. So around 11am I went to the store(I needed my groceries and was trying to social distance), and an employee stated that my order should have been canceled. She went to the back and before she returned, I got an email stating my order was canceled. She returned and said she canceled it. I was infuriated for two reasons. 1.because they accepted orders they couldn't fulfill. 2. Because they charge my account knowing they couldn't fill the order. If they don't have the capacity to run this pick up service they should discontinue the service, instead of charging accounts frustrating people for a service they can't provide. I decided to go to target and Food lion.

I went in to purchase a bike and I asked if it could be put on hold or if I could come back and pick up later that evening. The lady on her phone at the customer service register said "nu uh", not even giving me a clear response and obviously being rude, on her phone with the other associates behind the counter, even with a manager of some sort being present. Very disappointed in the service here. Second, whenever I went to the bike section to purchase a bike, I had to ask for assistance to get a bike down to look at it. I didn't see anyone around to get help, so I walk over a group of associates. I can see that they are doing some sort of merchandising, but I tell them "I'm sorry, I know you're doing something else and I don't mean to bother, but can you please help me get bike down?". Two out of the three associates, don't even acknowledge me, and so the third associate rolls his eyes, looks around and starts complaining out loud "where is all the other people at? Why do I have to do this?". I will not be visiting this Walmart for big purchases anymore due to the lack of customer service, even though I had been more than polite and friendly towards the staff. I have worked in retail and restaurants for eight years now, and there is no excuse to be acting like this. I get it, it's Walmart, big deal, but seriously this is inexcusable.

From pink 70's Cadillacs with 90-inch rims to terrible mothers with leopard print finger nails screaming at their children, this Walmart has it all. FUN FACT - sometimes I find chicken wing bones on shelves in the tooth paste aisle...irony. Having a bad day? Come on down and boost the old self esteem. That's one of my favorite things to do in Mountain Island. Live entertainment is more valuable than cable. P.s. Rice crispy treats cereal is sold here, so good. - Steve F. This is the worst pickup service EVER! They are slow unorganized ignorant and rude. Went there at 10:50 am on 9/27 to pickup an "express". Well there is no such thing at this poorly managed Walmart. I waited until 11:20 and still didn't get my order. They need to fire this whole crew of losers and the Manager responsible for this process. No express pickup inside and then wait 30 minutes only to NOT get my order! Fire this whole crappy crew, pay more and hire people who know how to treat customers!

This location is still yucky! The woman's bathroom is a disaster always. Associates are always so rude and like unhappy with their job. I have to give two stars because the pharmacy is exceptional. The pharmacists are so nice friendly and always willing to help. This is the only reason I keep going here.

This Walmart ain't too bad, but it's always packed. The clientele is typical, and the products are stacked. They are usually out of whatever you need. Whenever I leave, I feel dirty yet freed. It smells like Subway, cigs, and feet. Target's much nicer, and a lot more neat. This one's not open 24 hours day. It's only open till midnight, but I guess that's okay. There's too many people begging outside the store. Asking for rides, gas, change, and a whole lot more. There's always something crazy at your local Walmart. This one's no exception, almost got run over by a cart!

It's big. It's national. It's....a Walmart. Now, everyone knows about Wally World. Anyways, this one isn't too bad since the location of it is so close to my house. It is sort of still kind of new and clean inside and it hasn't been shot down with grime and dirtiness that we all associate Walmart to. This one sells food and all those goodies, and usually their bakery stuff goes on sale and comes out with good deals... even though you'll have to eat it in a day or two, it's worth it. If I'm looking for something immediately then you'll find me here...or not considering I'm in and out! Which usually takes about 20 minutes considering how big Walmarts are. Overall, it's a Walmart. I have no likes or hates about this place, even though I know their business practices are a bit ummm iffy. They say they save you money, which is true!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE arrived at pick up, with no other cars waiting . After sitting for about 7 minutes I decided to call I had to call 4 times before getting anyone and when I did Alecia answered. Note: (never have we ever had service from this location before) I had told her I had been waiting and that I needed to pick up her tone completely dry and rude nonchalantly says I'll bring em out. So I hung up and waited another 5 minutes and nothing by this time I was ready to just return the items because I wasn't paying for a service that I wasn't getting. However then 2 more cars pulled up as I was leaving (because she NEVER came out) so I pulled back in called and spoke to the Manager Bree who unfortunately had to hear my dissatisfaction due to poor service once she was involved Alecia came out. Why did I have to deal with poor service and clearly disrespectful behavior is beyond me however if this is the service we can look for we can take our business elsewhere

Let me start of by saying their managers are the most unhelpful employees you will come across. This black manager guy walks around being fake busy and disconnecting the phone when people call after letting it ring 20 times. We were browsing through the clearance section and we came across some Christmas decor. It is almost March and they are ringing up full price instead of 90% off like they should. We asked the cashier to call the manager to adjust the price to the appropriate discount and he only reduced it by 10%. Let me stress, this is CHRISTMAS decor in March. The manager didn't even care to listen to us and kept being rude. I cannot believe how uncaring and blunt he could be. How can someone like that get hired for this position. I am very disappointed with the service that I received and I will no longer return to Walmart.

I come here for tire service. The guys always are nice. There's usually a wait because it's a very good deal. Since it's a super Walmart you're able to shop while you wait for your car to be serviced. I wish there were more locations that had the automotive part.

Walmart Super Center Callabridge looks and feels pretty rundown. Shelves are not stocked properly, whereas products are nor replenished as they should and there is quite a bit of dust and dirt as you stick your hand into a shelf to get an item you want. Floors and bathrooms are not clean either. On October 11, 2021 at approximately 3:15 PM I made a purchase of over $108 and when I went to pay I asked the young lady at the cash register whether I could pay her with $20 worth in quarters and the difference charged to my credit card. She bluntly said NO!. She will not take my quarters. After completing my purchase I went to the Customer Service desk and asked the guy at the service desk to PLEASE change my $20 worth of quarters for a $20 bill. He looked down to the floor for a few seconds, then he took my quarters, which I gave to him in a small clear plastic bag, to the office behind him. After about 2 minutes he came back with $19.50. The guy charged me .50 cents for changing my $20 worth of quarters for a $20 bill. I feel this Walmart has lost all touch for true and caring customer service. Customer service is quite deplorable at this Walmart. Never again will I set foot in Walmart Super Center Callabridge, store #5481, located at 9820 Callabridge Ct, Charlotte, NC 28216. - Thanks.

Usually I like this location but today was just a terrible experience. I was at the self register, when suddenly I started hearing someone screaming and coughing, at that time I thought there were some guys playing around or just being noisy. But when I was about to pay, my throat and eyes started to get itchy and it was hard to breathe. Then I realize some people started to cough and made their way out. Then somebody was on the phone saying that a person used or broke a pepper spray or something like that. I tried to go to my car but I couldn't do it because it was hard to see and my throat was closing and I couldn't breathe. Finally I made my way to my car but I was telling other customers who just arrived to waited until all of that was clear. It was a very bad experience. Almost 7 hours passed by and still can't close my eyes without feeling the burning sensation.

I happened to be in the area and needed to kill some time, what better way to do it than Walmart. I usually hate going into walmarts, mostly because it's crowded, long lines at the checkout and it overall just makes me feel bad for supporting a big chain. To my surprise this Walmart wasn't packed, it looked organized and checkout was a breeze. If I had to pick a Walmart to go to, it would be this one!

It took 2 hours to complete an oil change, once my vehicle was done no one came to let me know. I had to ask the associate to see if it was done. No sorry for the wait/inconvenience. I still had to pay. I do not advise you go here for any car services.

The auto department is absolutely the slowest place EVER. I'm the only one in the waiting area. Two hours for an oil change. Gentleman walking out as I come in said he had been here over two hours for two tires to be put on. They had removed his tires without even checking the size and realizing they didn't have his size in stock. Pay more and go somewhere else or drive further and skip this place all together!!! Save yourself pain and heartache.

The handful of times I've been here I've never had an issue. Employees are polite and store is cleaner and feels somewhat safer than the one on Wilkinson. I'm sure they have their issues as all Walmart's do but my experiences have been great so far.

Hate this Walmart with a passion. Lazy, rude employees are abundant at this location. I've waited 10 minutes to make a return while the ladies behind the desk finished their conversation of their plans for Saturday night. We've had to hunt down people to pick up our "site to store" purchase since the employees ignored the call button walking back and forth from the stock room for 20 minutes. Even the managers act like they've given up on making their worthless employees actually do something. We voluntarily drive the extra 15 minutes to the Denver Walmart or Northlake Target.

This was likely my best experience at any Walmart. On this visit, I picked up Christmas and birthday gifts for my daughter. Really huge gifts. So of course, they couldn't fit in the buggie. Two associates took my items to the front with no question. My only issue was customer service. The help I hot there was minimal. I had a lot of items but I was instructed to check out there. She didn't seem happy or very pleasant in general. Other than that great experience at Wally World.

I'm not sure what idiot they have putting bikes together here but they sure have one! Not once but twice I have recieved bikes that were half-assed. My kid could have been hurt very badly but thank god was not. The brake pads fell off, handel bars lurched forward and the seat flipped up dumping my kid to the ground. My bike was just as bad.We both could have been hurt. I never knew it took a rocket scientist to put a bike together...Walmart better thank their lucky stars my kid didn't get hurt and I better be getting a response about this soon or they can kiss my business good bye.

This review is for the Auto Center. I recently had a nail or so I thought in my tire and went to another tire place to have them fix it or replace the tire. They checked my tires or so I thought and said I only needed a plug. They plugged it up and I was on my way. The next morning my tire pressure light came on and after dealing with this for almost two weeks going back to the original place I decided to take my car to Wal-Mart which was closer to my house. They looked at the tire and let me know I had a huge chunk of metal in it. They told me that the tire would need to be replaced, which was something that the other place never even bothered to tell me . Mind you I had been to the other place like 2 times prior for the same tire and the first time they plugged it, second time they said it just needed air (yeah right). I had to wait around an hour which wasn't bad since I didn't have an appointment and I originally didn't come there to buy a tire. The service technicians were pretty nice and let me know which one was the best deal or better tire for my car .. after an hour I was on my way and haven't had any more issue with my tire pressure lights on .

Dirty store. Lazy employees. Never seem to have the fast check line open. When I asked why the employee said I don't know. This is the worst run store I have ever been in. Go up the road to the Denver Walmart. It's a totally different planet.

Every time I walk into this Wal-Mart, alone or with my family, the security officer always stops me. I would check out and have everything in a bag, and she would stop me. She didn't stop the family in front of me who had kids in the cart emptying the bags of toys and food they had. She also didn't stop the guy who had stolen a handful of DVDs he hid inside plastic bins he bought. She stopped me. This lady is always there, and always stops us. I had a bag with diapers and wipes while holding my 2 year old niece and she stopped me then too. She is a black woman and wouldn't stop anyone black, just every white person that left that store. I saw my neighbor get stopped too, and they didn't buy anything. Also I decided to stop by this store at 1130pm last week. A worker stopped me and told me they closed at midnight now. I asked if I could pick up a box of diapers and she told me no, she didn't want to deal with me. All the other workers were outside smoking and talking. It says on Google they are open 24 hours. When I called the store to complain he told me they closed at midnight and nothing online is true. Then promptly hung up on me. I have been going to a different Wal-Mart since, and will continue to avoid going to this Wal-Mart for good.
