Walmart Supercenter

Not really going for Much, I was discharged from the hospital... Only needed medication that cannot afford, so I went with laxatives... Thanks to the pharmacist and what I had to look at getting I was directed for the most affordable use in my issue to be resolved... Thank you for kind and considerate options

The store is awesome, most of the employees are amazing but I love the app and the ability to scan and go. I hate shopping so it make it that much better. I don't like the companies affiliation to Donald Trump but the employees have no say in that matter. I'm happy I can use my food stamps and my Medicaid at their stores. Hopefully that won't change.

There was an employee named Mason he is a wal mart shopper he was very polite and helpful he asked if I needed help with something I told him I was looking for a product he scan the barcode and said they should have some he then proceeded to go in the back to find me my product and came back with what I needed Great Job Mason!!! I appreciate you

I was able to purchase all the items I needed. Great quality and price for the things that I bought. Very satisfied and happy with my purchase.

Looked around the entire store for help in the bike section and nobody could help or seem to find me help. Was everyone on break at the same time or something? Ended up having to get the bike myself despite being a petite woman. 😡😤

I would give it a higher rating, but my last experience was not their best. They had only one "human" cashier to ring out patrons. I had to ask for another cashier because the line was growing and moving at a snails pace. Not everyone is fond of self checking out, period!!!

Corporation like this have ruined our small communities I do everything I can to keep from purchasing anything from Walmart but like everybody else we fall in the rabbit hole sometimes. My advice do everything you can to buy locally Walmart is not local It's a corporation this sucks the lifeblood out of communities. Google requested me to update this review. I still believe Walmart sucks the life out of small communities. I make it solid attempt not to support Walmart. ....

Curbside pickup is suppose to be easy, fast and convenient! And yet it is the complete opposite of just that! Awful experience!

Great Experience at Walmart in Plainview We had a great experience at the Walmart in Plainview! The store was clean, well organized, and stocked with everything we needed. The staff was friendly and helpful, and checkout was quick and easy. A convenient stop with great selection and service -- always reliable when traveling through the area!

Worst customer service from a Walmart I have ever experience. Employees shopping are rude and not wanting to help. Go to the Deli to pickup something to eat. Food looked rough But hungry waited well over 5 minute, no help. The door greeter came over talked for a few minutes, finally hollered toward the back room. A young man stuck his head out with his phone I. His hand and said it will be a few more minute. I grabbed a corn dog and headed to the very packed checkout area. The corn dog was burnt to the point the inside was even burnt. Brightest point the door greeters were the best. This was at 4:45 pm Saturday 10/19/24. Ricky Sherrill

Literally THE worst Walmart ever. First the good: store is clean and organized and staff is friendly. Now the bad: I do NOT understand how this Walmart has to put out expired goods. EVERY trip we end up with expired food. Knowing this, we TRY to remember to look at the expiration dates, but you know what? As consumers expecting reasonable goods, that is not our job! The dates are there for a reason! Today is January 13, 2022. I purchased a yogurt that expired September 12, 2021! A month ago, it was bagged salad. Got home and it was 5 days past expiration date. Simply no excuse. These are only 2 examples of the many. Just get it right, management!

Paid cash and attempted a return with a receipt and they want to give me exchange back on a gift card. Waited 20 minutes for Jacob" store manager to remedy the problem at customer service. The store is a complete Mess. Obviously a big lack of leadership. perhaps Walmart can provide some additional training for Their employees. Its too bad that plainview residents have so few choices. Shop at Gebos instead.

The employees I encountered while I was there were unprofessional and lack employee/communication skills. It seems more like children who worked there long enough got promoted to manager when really they need more training. One girl who was extremely rude and unprofessional happily gave my aunt her name, Melissa, and proceeded to storm off like a child during a situation. I'm disappointed in how far this Walmart has gone down hill.

Walmart in Plainview has the rudest customer service person named Lucy. As many times that i have been in that store whether it's questions or a return she is so sour and rude no customer service what so ever. The sad thing is that this person is in customer service and this is who we have to deal with. Doesn't listen to the customer cuts them off before they can even ask a question. How can person be working in a area that has no respect for others and makes people feel like sh**. Lucy should be working behind a area that no one comes in contact with, with that attitude they should not be in customer service especially if this is person is representing Walmart. I know people have complained many times. I would be glad to go point her out for you

Everytime I go to this store there is only 4-5 check our lanes open. Why even have all those lanes if you only open a few and the four that are actually open have lines as long as an amusement parks? I was in the electronic section trying to find a refill card for a straight talk phone (which they were out of)..stopped an employee to ask if I could look anywhere else in the store for them. He shrugged and said "I dunno, I don't work in this section." And walked off...no further help was even offered. On a good note, the cashier was friendly and seemed to know what she was doing when I was finally able to check out.

I shopped this Walmart while I was staying in town for a couple of days and found each visit to be pleasant and productive. The store was clean and organized, every member of staff I dealt with was friendly and helpful. The automotive department was especially great and assisted me with a tire problem at no cost.
