"The driver may be in charge of keeping both hands on the wheel, but you, the passenger, are in charge of keeping the music flowing, the directions current, the crowded spaces avoided, and the mood on point. Anticipate needs—like a sneaky outdoor bathroom stop—before they happen, even if that means hand-delivering individual Cheetos into said driver’s mouth. Horrible automotive service experience. Starting off, I scheduled an appointment at 9 o’clock. There were only two other cars in front of me. My vehicle by 10 AM wasn’t even started or touched when I asked what’s going on. They said the mechanic were busy working when I took a look through the windows all the mechanics were bundled up in the back corner of the store sitting down Talking one was smoking not a single one working also multiple left at same time for a break. The vehicle in front of me also getting an oil change Sat lifted “” draining for over an hour nothing was draining out And nobody was working on it. When I asked how much longer I was told they’re working on your vehicle now I told him to go look through the window and tell Me which one of those is my vehicle because not a single one was He walked away and sat in the office. When I have demanded my vehicle back, they never handed me my keys when I asked to speak to the manager of Walmart. I was told he’s not working worst experience ever.

My Experience at Walmart 🛒 I visited Walmart with my relatives to buy a rechargeable vacuum cleaner for furniture. While exploring the store, I found everything I needed and more. I bought some underwear and pajamas from the brand “Apollo” — both were excellent in terms of fabric quality and reasonable pricing. I also purchased a practical and comfortable sandal. What I liked most about Walmart was the organization and cleanliness across all departments, along with the wide variety of products available for the whole family under one roof. The prices were very reasonable compared to the quality offered. I highly recommend visiting Walmart for a comfortable and comprehensive shopping experience with great prices and excellent quality. 🌟

I'm writing this review because I have had the pleasure of hearing about an incredibly rude greeter/receipt checker that I have had to hear about for ages. I don't know her name but I have hunch that I don't need to know for the managers to know who this is. I can look past how rudely she has treated my mother and grandmother, but hearing how she tried to enforce the new dog policy and how rudely she brought her manager into the conversation. I fully respect the manager for supporting her in the policy but had my family's violation of the rules been communicated professionally or at least at a normal speaking volume I'd be happy and my family would still shop there. Now I have the distinct pleasure of bringing my grandmother her 'special milk she can only get at Wal-Mart' to her from Austin.

This store should be ashamed. My wife and 6-year-old daughter were harassed, blocked, and verbally abused by the garden center greeter for legally exiting the store with a few paid items. The employee physically stepped in front of them, threatened to call the police, and when my wife calmly tried to deescalate, she was told to “shut up” and “get the hell out”—in front of our child. When reported, the store manager shrugged it off, citing “store policy” as if receipt checks give employees the right to intimidate and verbally assault paying customers. Then he asked if there were any witnesses—as if a mother and child’s word meant nothing. This isn’t loss prevention. This is abuse of power, hostile behavior, and a complete failure of leadership. We’ve filed with corporate. This store has lost our business permanently—and I’ll make sure everyone I know hears why. You don’t fix this with apologies. You fix it by removing people who think intimidation is acceptable customer service.

Terrible auto center. Waited 3 hours to change a battery. Had to leave. Several people came in after me and got what they needed. At first I was told 1 car was ahead of me then I was told 2 were ahead of me and that there were people with appointments after that. I had to go elsewhere for service. It would have been nice to know how long I was going to have to wait without wasting my whole day. This used to be a great auto center. I don't recommend them anymore.

Google
Clean store which is why they got 2 stars and because the guys in garden department helped me find the bird feeders cakes I needed. Automotive should try not to force customers to buy a new product when one is covered under warranty. My husband’s battery went out. We were going to purchase one until we noticed the date was 6/22 on the battery meaning it’s covered under warranty for 3 years with one month left. The cashier told him to just buy a new one for a new warranty so he said no and then the manager told him the same thing?!!!? You have a 3 year warranty and you expect us to pay for a battery instead of you honoring the warranty. Do not listen to their advice. Even if we only have a warranty for one more month… guess what the new battery should last longer than that- another 3-5 years I assume. Thanks for trying to make money off us when you didn’t need to. Always trying to rip off the customer. Shame on your team.

There's one thing about Walmart that I like more than Amazon or any other retailer are there brick and mortar store or online shopping Walmart definitely beats Amazon. And I'm basing this opinion on the fact that it's easier to return products at Walmart, customer service at returns is very friendly, products are a lot cheaper compared to Amazon, then you have the ability to go in person and check what you're about to buy and the convenience to buy that same product online.

I am writing this review to express deep frustration with the repeated unprofessional and discriminatory behavior exhibited by an employee named Simon, who is stationed at the exit door to check receipts. This has not been a one-time incident, we’ve noticed a pattern of behavior that appears to be racially biased and extremely unprofessional. Each time we exit the store, Simon stops us and scrutinizes our receipt in a way that is noticeably different from how he treats other customers. He consistently delays us, even though our purchases are in order. It seems he gives more attention or priority to customers based on their skin color, which is deeply offensive and unacceptable. Additionally, Simon does not appear to have a clear understanding of how to properly check receipts. His lack of training and professionalism slows down the process and creates an uncomfortable, even humiliating, experience. This kind of treatment is not reflective of the diverse and respectful community here in Round Rock, where people are more than capable of paying for their purchases. We expect better from a major retailer like Walmart. We ask Walmart management to seriously address this issue, either through better training or disciplinary action. Customers should not feel targeted, judged, or disrespected when leaving your store. Other retailers like Target, HEB, Lowe’s, and Home Depot manage customer service and loss prevention far more professionally without making shoppers feel unwelcome. Walmart, do better. Your community deserves respect, not profiling.

Yelp
Gay stocking on a Sunday is ridiculous. They block all the aisles with pallets. All the workers are insensitive about the customers trying to shop. They had their large carts in the middle of the aisles and keep talking when you're trying to reach something that they're blocking. It's like they don't care if you need to get something I'm not opposed to day, but I am opposed to customer sensitivity. I don't even mind that none of them speak English that's fine but just if I need something they need to move and they can't block iOS with pallets that's ridiculous groceries right in the middle of an aisle . I know nobody at Walmart really cares but stocking on a Sunday afternoon at 3 PM when people are trying to get their items for Monday is a bit ridiculous

Yelp
I don't shop at Walmart often, but when I do, I usually have a standard shopping experience. I find my items (if in stock) and head out. On this visit, I was looking for a mix of random items: Italian dressing, travel-sized products, milk, and lawn and leaf bags. While I found most of what I needed, I noticed the Italian dressing on the shelf was expired, so I'd recommend checking expiration dates! That is something I sometimes forget to do when I'm in a hurry. My assumption is that it is post Christmas (12/28) so maybe they were waiting for a new shipment to arrive. It was the only one left on the shelf. On the bright side, I was able to snag some post Christmas clearance items, like Christmas cards, which was a nice bonus. Overall, it was a typical Walmart visit, with a few highs and lows. Nothing spectacular, but it gets the job done when I'm in a pinch.

Yelp
Well organized and I was able to find the items I was looking for. Also, they have a great Easter selection right now.

Yelp
Went in to the auto center to have a tire replaced that i thought was under warranty. After a ten minute wait just to get someone to the service desk, I was finally able to get my wife's jeep checked in. After about an hour, the service was complete. When it came time to pay, I reminded the very polite ring service person about our warranty. After about another ten minutes of her checking with her supervisor, she came back and said that the warranty didn't match. This is the point where good customer service is paramount. I asked to speak to her superior in regard to the warranty. The person that came out I don't think was a supervisor but most likely a knowledgeable shop mechanic. She explained and showed me, without being condescending or disrespectful, that your wasn't on the warranty and how the low tread life would've voided the warranty even if it was. Her insight led me to inspect the remaining tires on the vehicle. I found out there's another tire also not on warranty because the DOT numbers on the tire don't match the warranty. Whether a typo or clerical error, she saved me a future headache. And even came out to the jeep and explained other issues with the car and recommended cost effective shops to do the service that they didn't. Even with having to pay for a brand new tire, I was pleasantly pleased with the outcome. I only wish I asked her name. But whomever was working today around 5:00pm and helped a large black gentleman with locs, Thank you For your kindness and professionalism.

Yelp
Horrible experience! This Walmart has the WORST auto center customer service. I booked an 8am appointment and it took them 2 And a half hours to let me know they couldn't find my Lugnut key ‍ so I have been here waiting in the store wasting my time and it's still going to take them another hour to get my car actually serviced. Don't waste your time here unless you are prepared to spend your whole day here. This is ridiculous!!

Yelp
I came to this Walmart today, specifically to look for pots for indoor plants. There was an abundance to choose from, which were very stylish and acceptable. I came from a nursery earlier, and the same type of pot, yet not as attractive, was four times as much. I got three pots for less than $20 total. The store is clean and large. There's plenty of parking. The employees are kind and helpful. This is the Walmart that I prefer.
google avatar

Jack K.

Yelp
Decent prices on plants that are still alive. Great deals on many reduced plants with nothing wrong with them.

Yelp
I called the pharmacist to order medications for my dogs. I needed heartworm prevention medication and my vet and local HEB could not tell me when the medication would be shipped. I called Walmart and was assured they could quickly order and get the medication for me. I didn't hear anything and called back approximately a week later. The person who answered was not very friendly. She checked my order and told me the man had NOT yet ordered the medication and she'd tell him. I told her not to bother. I'd order from somewhere else. She could have cared less about this. There are too many other places to use. I'll call chewy.com where I get all of my dog food, treats, and toys. Chewy.com is EXCELLENT! Adios, Walmart!

Yelp
Anyone who is planning to buy eyeglasses from this store needs to be aware that the quality of the Glasses is bad ( get damaged within 5 months). I talked to the person in charge and confirmed that the glasses used are of low quality and he can not do anything about it because it does not have any insurance. Also, he confirmed that Walmart does not stand behind the quality of its products. To make the story short, Walmart has lost one of its loyal customers!!!

Yelp
I mean we all know Walmart's aren't perfect but this one which is close to my place has always been stocked with fresh fruits and vegetables, seasonal stuff and everything I need. That may be some days where there's a lot of pallets but then they go through them real quick and put everything in order. Their employees are very kind and nice, and try to do their best to help me out when I am in need.

David M.

Yelp
I needed a few things at Walmart that we're available elsewhere, so I did a price comparison between my regular store and Walmart and made a list of items that were less expensive that I'd get at Walmart. Here's what I found. - Chilled produce area: 1/3 empty - Roma tomatoes: very small, over ripe and totally greased over in waxy substance - Cantaloupes: SIX available and 3 were badly bruised - Eggplant: OUT - Romaine Lettuce: OUT - Sour Cream: Very much picked over, Great Value brand almost out - Canned diced tomatoes (no salt): OUT Grocery cart was full, so was there a full service checkout lane available? NO I'll never go back to that Walmart again, it's really a bad experience.

Yelp
I worked at another Walmart in Round Rock for 16 years part time, but the service in the Auto department in this store I just moved close to is the pits!! I spent almost $900 for Michelin tires that came in late last Wednesday, the low tire indicator came on in my car shortly after a trip to Austin. It was 4:30pm when I stopped by the Auto department asking that they check the air in the tires. They are open until 7pm, but he couldn't get to my car!!! So, I went down to Firestone about a mile west of this store and he found one of the tires Walmart mounted was 36 lbs, instead of the max of 35 (32 is normal). The other 3 were 35 lbs, so Firestone put the other to 35 and we re-calibrated the tires. I was mad that they wouldn't even check my tires after they installed them 3 days before!! Don't buy any extra service with your tires as you won't get any service!!!

Yelp
You say that one of the NECA figures are on sale for $20 but when I rang it up the price was $37. That is called lying when the label says $20 and you need to fix it, plus you need to work on getting more handicap carts and less on self check outs!

Yelp
I used to enjoy shopping at this store, but they are really going down. This is just one photo, but the entire store is trashed. It has been this way for servers months. Does corporate know about this? Today I went in to buy some underwear. The shelves were totally empty. You can't tell me it just got that way. The other day I was there and they treated me as a criminal. They were all rushing to check my receipt, and to make it worse they wanted to Cheviot it while I was trying to purchase it at the self checkouts. I wasn't going anywhere or attempting to leave. I was literally trying to pay. They didn't even ask if I needed assistance using the checkout computer, they just rushed and said show me your receipt. I'm totally disappointed.
google avatar

Anna B.

Yelp
This store has been trashed for months! They need new regional and store managers obviously!

Jonathan P.

Yelp
Walmart is so expensive, not enough ducks, their plants are dead and not planty, they do not have haunting Adeline, and they have trashy music
google avatar

Glenn L.

Yelp
Honestly, just lack of customer service that scored this one star review. They only have 4 cash registers and none were open- the rest is all self checkout. I was having issues with a barcode not scanning and took forever to get someone over to help. While shopping the only employees I saw were picking orders for online customer orders, they leave their big buggies and carts in the middle of the aisle blocking for customers in store. Just overall the worst Walmart experience around.
google avatar

Joel T.

Yelp
You know times have changed when you pine for the old shopping experience of Walmart lol Its standard Walmart crowds on Corona-roids...the now standard, gated entry and exit point bottle neck the crowds going in and out. And the layout and crowds make 6 foot distances very difficult at best. That being said, using Walmart.com I was able to locate toilet paper by location and it was here when I arrived. An extra star for toilet paper!!!

Daniel M.

Yelp
Man worst service ever. Never answer any phone calls, when they do pick up not very helpful. I had bought some tires from them and the tires had a blowout 2 weeks later. With the warranty I would still have to buy the tire then they would look at the damaged tire to see how much they would pro-rate it. Set up an appointment only for them to say they misplaced the tire. So I decided it was a sign to take my business somewhere else. In my opinion "Management has failed at this location."

Yelp
This is my neighborhood Walmart Super center and the review is specific to the pickup experience during COVID. The store has 2 ways of pickup - curbside and in-store. The curbside is pretty standard but I was very impressed with the in-store pickup. The pickup Concierge is automatically opens and closes automatically based on sensors if someone is close and is cleaned everyone it closes ( after every time is closed). I scanned the barcode and a store employee was there with my pickup. Super smooth. Would highly recommend for pickup. I have been to the store in non COVID times and have found everything I looked for.

Yelp
This old lady Thad work in Walmart was Bing races to me in my dad then she said that I was Robin

Yelp
I love the convenience of delivery. But, who are the shoppers. For 3 orders in a row I have gotten 2 loaves of bread (different brands) with a one and 2 day expirations. ive had several other items expired. customer service will fix, but its time consuming.

Kimberly B.

Yelp
Any business that has 100% self checkout is frustrating to start. Then to have your receipt checked at the door is the cherry on top. My perception: I'm doing your job -- then you have the Gaul not to trust that I'm an honest citizen. I am obviously not the clientele they're searching for. Never coming back.
google avatar

K G.

Yelp
The produce here is a terrible selection and I frequently see moldy limes or other nasty stuff... Today was the last straw, I needed to buy a propane torch and 4 diff associates refused to help me. One gave me a 6 digit aisle ID and said go find someone in gardening..... then the gardening said he has no clue how to use that. kept getting pointed in different directions even though they have an internal locater app. Amazon and HEB only, I will never shop here again even

Kathleen J.

Yelp
I cannot believe that AGAIN I was FORCED to check myself out and be reprimanded by an employee after I had paid for everything that I had not scanned one item and she also asked how much of a certain item I had scanned which I scanned correctly. She has done the same thing to me in the past and actually charged me TWICE for the same item and an additional item. I realized it when I got home and checked the receipt . I let it slide but now again she approached me same employee with the same thing. Again I charged myself twice for same item. If you want to hire the inadequate employees to stand there and watch me do their job then I suggest hiring them to actually work and check people out so mistakes are not made and I am not treated like a criminal everytime I have to do THEIR JOB!! Walmart has gone downhill so bad and for years myself and my family shopped here. ABSOLUTELY NO LONGER! I feel like I'm in Communist China shopping here! It is NOT a good experience anymore like HEB gives and Randall's. The produce is lousy and rots within a few days of buying. Meat is charged a price per pound but when I weighed it was so off so they are shorting us on how much we pay versus how much we get. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCES I have had at this store and I forgot to get that employees name again! She also as I walked out was reviewing the machine I checked out on! I was going to walk back up to her and confront her this time and ask-if she felt good about her job of doing absolutely nothing to help but review what she should have been doing as a checker in the first place. If you want us to do their job then pay the customer!

Yelp
I purchased an item manufactured by Walmart and box states 2 year warranty. Spoke to 5 different customer service reps and 3 said I can get a refund up to a year on Walmart products. 2 of them stated otherwise and I have to contact manufacturer. I have been waiting for a response after 3 tickets that normally take 3 business days to repond and nothing. Customer service representative stated someone tried calling me but my phone bill log states otherwise. This has been ongoing for 3 weeks now and am still waiting for a reponse.
google avatar

Jeff U.

Yelp
Today it's 4 Stars I needed briskets and the guy stocking shelves stoped what he was doing and helped me! He brought me a case of briskets, after he weighed and priced them all, and let me pick through the box! Great customer service and very much appreciated!!

Yelp
If I could give them minus I would. It looks like no one is in charge of their fish tanks I counted about 12 dead fish and few other ones in decomposition process.

Yelp
I typically order on the Walmart app and pick up my items at curbside. I've been doing this for about a year now. It's completely free, they don't charge you extra per item like HEB does. You can chose what items you'd accept substitutions on and what you won't. If they're completely out of something on the day you submit your order if you do it far enough in advance, you can go back and edit your order and add it about 10 hours prior to pick up. During COVID it's been a lifesaver not to walk around the store. I add stuff to my cart all the time until I'm ready to pick up. The people who bring your order to you have all been nice. If there's something missing after you get home, you only need to go back on the app and indicate you didn't get it and they remove the cost from your balance. (I've only had that happen like once or twice and I order about every other week.)

Lucca R.

Yelp
Nobody answers my phone when I call and the workers are extremely rude to ur face or/and on the phone stay away from this Walmart
google avatar

A C.

Yelp
Called to speak to someone in Customer Service Center--unable to. How can people be too busy to answer a phone call? I got transferred to that department twice, no pick up. Then, the lady who originally transferred my call acted like she couldn't hear me. I hung up. CAN ANYONE ONLINE ANSWER THIS QUESTION BELOW? Are you taking swimsuit returns in the store? I purchased my swimsuit back in March 2020. I was told they aren't taking returns in the store until further notice when Covid was over. Has this changed? How long do I have to hold on to this swimsuit before i can return it to get my money back?

Yelp
Typical Walmart, nothing special. Ghetto like most Walmart's across the country are. No one ever wants to help you or asked if they can help you when they walk past a customer. Not enough registers opened and long lines. However, 3 stars for this location as a lady walked up and asked if that's all I was purchasing and was I using a credit / debit card ??? I said yes mam. She scanned my item (two wiper blades), swiped my card, printed out my receipt and I was on my way. She was a portable register and a blessing :-)
google avatar

Tracy M.

Yelp
I have been here about 5 times since I moved to the area and haven't had any issues. The store is clean and the employees are fine. It's a typical Walmart and the checkout line situation will probably never improve.

Meredith A.

Yelp
cheap company, either won't hire enough workers or pay too little to attract people. found one person to help me then they pointed and disappeared. the product was not there. the pharmacy incorrectly filled a prescription but couldn't explain why, also had not unpacked a delivery containing a med I was promised today. self checkout? have to check yourself out, bought wine,, and a sweet foreign lady working there pointed to the screen....."under 40 or over". I had to help her pick the right answer. I am 70. I support foreign workers but get them help to succeed so they stay pay some $$$$ get some workers....maybe $20 or $25 an hour i don't know

Yelp
Thank you Wal-Mart for your TERRIBLE service. I was a happy customer, referred friends and always left positive reviews, but after a series of awful visits I will never go back. One visit- my online grocery order was sent to Arkansas Next visit- I waited 30 minutes for my pick up order that Arkansas originally had, only to see people arrive after me and leave before me, repeatedly Next visit- my son Ezra's name on his cake was spelled ECRA. I waited for 30 minutes for help from the bakery, then had to call the store to get someone who could walk over to the bakery to help me. Next visit- got a Christmas tree, took 3 hours and 4 customer service reps to try to wrap my tree. The reps were awesome, but didn't have the tools from management that they needed to be selling trees. Also, fake trees were listed with lower prices on the display than what they were actually being sold for. Total false advertising. Next visit- needed 2 rotisserie chickens. There were none ready to grab, but we're ready in the roaster, it took 2 ladies and 40 minutes with a lot of back and forth questions. "How many did you want again?" (Disappear for 10 minutes) "what kind did you say you wanted again?" (Disappear for 15 minutes). I finally had to leave to make an appointment and get my toddler to a restroom so I found a manager to help me. Next visit- grocery pick up- all my stuff got thrown into my car so roughly, my yogurt bust open in my car, my crackers were smashed and the box was crumpled and my blackberries were covered in mold. Complained online and got emails saying they called me but I never got a phone call. I will never go back. I would rather drive further than give my business to this company. Serious changes need to be made. Nearby stores have much better service and are worth any extra money just in undamaged goods and time saved for service.
google avatar

Gabby G.

Yelp
I really don't have much to complain about. I go. I shop (aimlessly most times). When I've had to do returns, during COVID) I had no issues. I add my receipts to my app to start the return process online. When I got to the counter, the app hadn't sent in my returns or processed them. They just weren't showing up on the screen. Luckily, I took my receipts with me just in case, good thing I did. I had several returns to make since we had just moved here and bought a ton of things for our new home before and after the move. The girl helping me was so sweet and understanding. She was just grateful I had the receipts. This location is maybe 5 minutes from my house so it's very convenient. The lines are never as long as our old store in CA. It would be nice if there were more employee ran checks out lines though. But other than that, 0 problems.

Yelp
I can't be mad at this one. First of all it's Wal-Mart, so... yeah. When I lived in Plano, I had the luxury of having a neighborhood Wal-mart right around the corner. Those don't sell everything Supercenters do so they tend to be quieter and the associates are friendly. Surprisingly, this Wal-mart Supercenter has the feel of a neighborhood store. Everyone is nice in Round Rock, though, so maybe that's it. If you go early in the morning, a lot of the associates will tell you good morning. I love that. Self checkout is a life saver even though more and more people are figuring out how to use it. Most people use it to get in and out quickly with a few items, but you get the occasional "my buggy runneth over" holding up progress. Overall awesome store, Wal-mart prices, several other stores inside that provide various other services, great location.

Jenn H.

Yelp
Imagine having to call into the store just to have someone cut some fabric, then. stand and watch ten associates walk past you, have two associates and a nice bank member announce it on the intercom. No one comes until another associate comes 20 minutes later and asked have you been helped then proceeds to find the ONE member who cuts fabric named "Randolph" who never shows. Ten minutes after he comes back to tell you that he even went to the manager and all the manager said was that "Randolph" was supposed to be on his way. You grabbed the fabric at 4:45 in the afternoon. You left without it at 5:24 pm. Only good takeaway from your experience is that you might bank with the new associate's bank for his amazing customer service and out of 11 associates and one manager only ONE associate cared enough about the customer to inquire about your experience in their store while the others simply waited you out...I promise you I wished that this was one of my Mystery Shops!!!!

Kris R.

Yelp
Wow, so pathetic. Walmart doesn't mind 1000 people rushing the store on Black Friday when people get injured or killed trying to get a 'deal' on a flatscreen TV, but heaven help us when desperate human beings need food and the store decides to close or treat adults like cattle making them wait in line for 30 minutes to go inside to buy soup. I loved reading Sam Waltons autobiography, he was successful because he filled a need helping the community. Today when we went to our local Walmart- they were closed. Not a cloud in the sky and it's 40 degrees. Your supply chain is the most advanced in the world, if you're telling me you had to close to protect your employees from driving on the roads I would have to say false. Unfortunately Walmart today is not the same as it was 30 years ago and if Sam Walton was alive today he would be ashamed of you and your store today. epic fail.

Not a single person knew what they were doing in the garden center. Horrible experience buying from this Walmart

Yelp
Was visiting the area from out of country and had to go purchase a extra piece of luggage to travel home from all the purchases I had made while on vacation. The luggage area was a big mess like it was picked over from a boxing day event. Products were all over in wrong spots making very difficult to make a informed decision on cost or value of what I was about to buy. After finding a product I headed to check out and was helped by a worker to scan the product because I didn't see the bar code. Once I purchased my product and ready to leave I was met by a worker asking to see my receipt to which I'm glad I didn't ask to email receipt because I wouldn't have had one. Now here is my issue, once I have bought and paid for the item it becomes my property and once verified by the worker which again is BS since they are 10 feet from the register. Now wants to look in my bag, and of course nothing in it but it insults me to be stopped and checked like I've committed a crime. If you think a person is a thief call the cops but don't imply that everyone needs to be checked over. I went to three different Harley dealers in Tx and not once leaving with any purchases do I have someone ask to search my property. I shop at Costco and their policy which I agreed to participate in while buying a membership stays they will check receipts but they most certainly don't go through things I buy. That was an illegal search of the worker and if at any time you want to fix the problem have products that you believe someone will hide things in go through a person operated check out because the moment I paid for the product it belongs to me. Just like the pants I'm wearing, you don't get to go through my pockets because it was bought at store.

Yelp
I have to rate this store on my recent experience. We buy our groceries elsewhere. But we do occasionally come to Wallet World as wifey calls it. We needed to update a tv. A very nice lady by the name of Rose assisted us in finding and purchasing this item. She even helped carry it to the car. Appreciate the customer service that we received. We like this Wallet World a little better than the one located on I-35.

Yelp
I can't believe this shit AT ALL. I actually loathe Wal Mart, and anything to do with the Wal Mart family.. but I'll be damned it this WM in particular makes the experience very decent. Its a very clean store. Like, very. It seems more spacious, and although they suffer from "aint got a damn cashier on the register, go self check out" syndrome like all other WM's, its a pretty easy shopping experience. Well stocked, the few times I've been in over the past month. (late night, its super cold and we have no winter wear trips) Doesnt always have THE most helpful or outgoing customer service folks on the floor, but overall, when I do go, I don't hate it.

Yelp
Horrible garden center. No one to check you out. Total chaos with boxes stacked everywhere blocking access to plants & stock. I with a cart full of plants walked out after being told that there was no one that could check me and two other customers out. We all left. There were 4 employees present at the time. Never again. Exactly what is the purpose of this store if you are not capable of selling your product? This is poor management & training. I can only agine the money lost at this store.

Yelp
One of the most disrespectful experiences I have ever had at a Walmart. I went here recently to fill a prescription. As I was leaving, I accidentally spilled my drink. There was not a cleaning station nearby and the pharmacy was slammed, so I spotted an older woman who worked there without any customers in the checkout line. "Excuse me, ma'am? I just spilled my drink next to the pharmacy, and I wanted to let you know so there were no accidents." "Is there no one in Pharmacy who could help you?" At this point, I'm a little taken aback by her tone. She's very curt, but I tried to stay polite. Who knows? Maybe she was having a bad day. So I said, "No, ma'am. The pharmacy is packed, and they are helping other customers, which is why I came to you." At this point, she sighs audibly, rolls her eyes, and proceeds to walk away. I am incredibly confused and a little perturbed at her reaction. Truly, I know people have bad days, but In the customer service business, you can't treat someone this way. After she reacted that way, I just turned and walked out the door.

Yelp
This is for automotive manager with a bitter and sour attitude. They lied about checking my battery which I bought about 5 months ago. They felt I should spend my whole day waiting for them to check the battery. I was told 2 hours. I arrived at 9:35 am. I left at 12:30 without them checking the battery or them even giving me an aprox time of completion. This is not the first time this store's automotive department fails the service test. Recommend you steer clear of this location.

Yelp
I went to customer service upon entering the store and there were 3 reps chatting in front of one customer with a manager and two stockers right behind them and there was only one customer ahead of me. I waited for 10 minutes before they called me forward and they were ignoring the gentleman ahead of me at all cost. The two ladies who were working the care spots after the third left seemed very callous and uncaring. The one who assisted us after we were called forward wouldn't look us in the face and didn't acknowledge us after we said hi. We just had to start explaining why we were there to engage her. I explained that I needed to return to a gift card my item that I had a receipt for as it was a gift and she proceeded. After some fumbling and confusion on her behalf she tells me, "Whoops its now back on the credit card." I re-explain that we need to cancel that as I needed to exchange the pjs for our son as they were the wrong size and I needed credit/gift card to apply to a new pair and she asks her peer, who responds, "you can call a manager, but they are going to say, that sucks, sorry you are out of luck." (said rudely without looking us in the face again) A manager shows up shortly and he says, "oh yeah, sorry man, you should have done a no receipt return." No one seemed to care that their employee's mistake cost me money. This was ridiculous. I didnt give up on Walmart despite all of my friends and family ripping it a new one for being a horrible place of unprofessional and rude employees (for years), but this lost me for good. The employees were cold and callous and extremely unprofessional the whole time. They didn't care that they made a mistake that just lost us out on a pair of pjs for our child. It was ridiculous. I wish their manager would tell them they just lost an hour of pay and expect them to smile and take it.
