Walmart Supercenter

I go to this Walmart frequently and never have issues but tonight for sure left a sour taste in my mouth. My visit was honestly great until the end. I don’t normally come here late at night but I had to and I went with my toddler around 930. I checked out around 10:05pm and made my way to the door where the store manager was standing and blocking. They said at 10 they close these doors and I need to go to the other ones. I honestly had no idea since I don’t come here this late ever. I am visibly about to give birth, already having trouble walking and I’m alone with my toddler so I asked the manager if they could please unlock the door as my car was right up front near the door and I’m extremely pregnant and alone with my toddler and her response was “if I do it for you, I have to do it for everyone”. 1. Not everyone is pregnant, so no you don’t have to do it for everyone. But it takes one moment of decency to do something simple for your customers. 2. Though I’m not disabled, would you say that to someone who was? 3. It wouldn’t have caused any issues quickly using her set of store keys to let me out so I could safely get my toddler and myself to the car. 4. Finding out the store manager was acting this way shows me exactly how the people under her are probably treating people. I’ll still come back because again, most of my experiences have been wonderful and this one honestly was up until that point. But this Walmart is huge, I had to walk across the entire store and then walk across the entire parking lot which is a lot for someone who is alone with a toddler and also almost 9 months pregnant. Have a little compassion. Common decency and empathy is lacking in so many businesses. I’ve been a manager at many retail and food locations and I would never represent my business this way.

Beyond crowded. Way too many people. The people that work there is a mix. Some are super nice and some act like you’re invisible. If you can go to another location. There are some that aren’t to far away and half the people in it.

They don't pick up their phones. If you call ANY of those departments including the HR and pressing 0, the other end will continuously ring up to 3mins before it automatically hangs up. You're better off going there in person or shopping elsewhere.

So tired of going here where everything was recently rearranged only to ask an employee for help and finding they do not speak English! Many departments are lacking in selection due to trying to stock too many types of products in a building that is too small for it. Frequently only one regular register is open for checking out and getting the cashier to help with bagging my groceries which usually includes frozen items is like pulling teeth. I bring my own insulated bags. Not enough help here as has been the complaint of many people for years.

Had an appointment to change two tires. I showed up on time, checked in, and they took the keys. They had almost no other customers. It took them just shy of *2 hours* to change *2 tires.* Utter insanity. Never again.

This is my usual Walmart that I come to and within the past few months they put irrelevant stuff in shelf’s with lock and key. I rang for an assistant to come and open the door multiple times for multiple products and I waited 20+ minutes before I gave up to go find someone. Whenever I encounter someone I asked them to open the door and they always say that the associate that belongs to that area should be around the aisles or should be coming soon. I tell them how long I’ve been waiting and they still wouldn’t open the door for the candles. Very disappointed and frustrated. Will never come to this Walmart again

Does this thing even work? Been waiting here 15 minutes and when an associate walk by they just simply say that the don’t have the key.

Service sucks, I’ve been left waiting for upwards of 20 minutes to have someone help in electronics because “the person in that department went on break” management really needs to step it up. For Pete’s sake it’s even happening with the socks now

George from the auto center was very accommodating! I didn't realize I came to my appointment a week early by mistake. I told him I was coming from Rhode Island and I drove here on a donut and he squeezed me in. I am so grateful for the service, I was wearing my scrubs and he mentioned being a CNA in the past--he clearly has a good heart and Walmart is lucky to have him on their team. Good deal on the tires and service too.

Horrible customer service. The employees are so rude. They work in customer service. I was cashing out and and said how are you and got nothing for a reply. She literally said nothing to me. Beyond rude. And one lady at registers just complains the whole time about customers. It's disgusting there. Never going back

I have visited dozens of Walmarts all across the country and this is by far the worst I have ever encountered. Filthy, understaffed, and staffed by people who simply don't care. Horrible management. Avoid at all costs. Keep driving.

I know I'm a little late in writing this....but it's always bothered me....literally 1 day before they closed this location due to a ton of employees coming down with Covid-19....I came here with my husband and 1 year old son. My husband dropped us off at the door and we waited inside for him to park and come in. While we stood there waiting....I seriously watched the greeter....a very short,small middle aged woman with some sort of clip board....pace back and forth, HACKING and coughing non- stop between the entrance door and the wast basket about 10 feet in. And as she paced back and forth from the door to the waste basket( where they have the hand sanitizer for customers when you walk in)...she would HACK and SPIT into the waste basket....walk back towards the door, cough some more, turn around and cough and walk back to the waste basket...and SPIT again. I literally took my son out of the shopping cart and met my husband on his way in, and said WE ARE OUT OF HERE...THEY HAVE THE VIRUS HERE.....how on this earth...could anyone else who worked there...especially a manager, NOT notice that this woman was deathly Ill and what she was doing in front of all the customers??. I can tell you I was not in the least bit surprised when it was all over the news the next day that the store had been closed for cleaning due to employees being sick from the Virus. BLECH

Like grocery shopping at this location. Great prices for certain items that are tough to spend money on at regular grocery stores. Almond flour, hard to find reasonably priced is a steal here! Their eggs in a large box is convenient and reasonably priced. I only gave 4 stars as I am not impressed at all with the quality of any of their clothing items.
